Public service is the fulfillment of needs in society. there should be an increase in the quality of public services by utilizing information and communication technology, namely E- Government. The government's job is to provide services. For example, the Surabaya government is improving the quality of public services in the health sector with the e-health program. This study aims to see whether this program is effective for the people of Surabaya. The research method uses descriptive analysis, whether the e-health program is able to improve the quality of public services in the city of Surabaya in the health sector.

Reading is a cognitive activity or process that aims to find various information contained in written information. This means that reading is a thought process to understand the contents of the text read. Evaluation of learning to read is a series of activities or steps taken after the completion of the main activities to obtain information about the results of learning to read, then manage and interpret them using benchmarks and goals and certain criteria. This type of research is library research, namely research conducted by analyzing and making written literature scientific journals as well as the main source. So the evaluation of learning to read is the process of determining students’ understanding, acceptance, categorization, analysis and reasoning abilities, as well as the accuracy of students’ pronunciation and intonation when taking reading tests in the target language. The purpose of learning to read is so that students can understand and use language in practice, it is not enough to measure it with mere mechanical abilities. The assessment of reading ability must be seen from the general reading ability as a whole, so that when assessing skills other than mechanical skills, it is also necessary to measure reading ability, for example understanding the content or meaning of sentences. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effort to implement the evaluation of students’ reading learning.

This study aims to: 1) find out the concept of teacher ethical values ​​in the book Adabud dunya wa addin by Imam Al Mawardi, 2) find out the specificity of teacher ethics in the book Adabud dunya wa addin by Imam Al Mawardi, 3) find out the actualization of teacher ethical values in the adabud dunya wa addin book if it is applied in the present. The background of this research is based on several issues regarding teacher ethical values, in which educators must have good ethical values ​​but there are still many educators/teachers who do not understand that, so it is necessary to carry out a process of implementing these values. good teacher ethics in various ways or methods that have been taught by previous figures or scholars. This study uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is library research. In collecting data using documentation methods and online data tracking. Then, data sources were obtained from primary data sources and secondary data (adabud dunya wa addin books, references related to teacher ethical values, previous research, articles and internet sites). The analysis technique used is content analysis technique. Where content analysis is observing the content of information in writing. The results of the study show that: 1) The concept of teacher ethical values ​​in the adabud dunya wa addin book is to make an educator/teacher aware of how important it is to have good ethical values ​​in order to be a role model/good example for their students so they can creating a generation of educators with good morals; 2) The specificity of teacher ethics in the book Adabud Dunya Wa Addin is the special ethical values ​​contained in the book Adabud Dunya Wa Addin taught by Imam Al Mawardi as a teacher must have ethics, as follows: tawadhu', practicing his knowledge, being generous for his knowledge, guiding students, ridding themselves of doubtful jobs, aiming to hope for the blessing of Allah, respecting their students, and giving advice and being gentle with their students. That is also the objective of an educator's benchmark, namely to make educators become human beings who have good morals; 3) the actualization of teacher ethical values ​​in the adabud dunya wa addin book when applied today is also an illustration that in fact there is still a teacher who applies these teacher ethical values ​​properly in an institution, forum, or between individuals. This is a race that anyone can and can apply these ethics properly.

Agriculture can be introduced to the community through outreach involving the use of questionnaires, training, and assistance in making food from agricultural products. In this activity, Matching Fund Real Work Lecture students have developed tools and equipment used to support socialization events for making food from agricultural products so that they can be used for a long time and provide benefits to the community. Apart from that, the Matching Fund Real Work Lecture students also created publication articles and activity videos to introduce profiles and methods for making food from agricultural products. There is a socialization stage, the community is given an understanding of the importance of innovation to increase the selling value of agricultural products. For example, teaching about Porang plants, which are not only sold raw, but can also be processed into flour and made into village food. Furthermore, the mentoring stage is carried out to ensure that participants understand their duties and responsibilities and maintain good coordination during the event. The results of the dissemination of Training and Making Village Typical Products with Agricultural Product Diversification have shown a positive impact. Phrases can start with a preposition or a verb and also can just be the subject.  Phrases are in a syntactic function which is formed from a combination of words.  Often found in the text in a sentence, for example, is one of which is in the Book-Based Play and Learning Guide for Early Childhood Teachers.  This study discusses the analysis of the use of phrases in the textbook.  The aim is to find out the relevance of the sentence study of the types of phrases contained in book-based play and study guides for early childhood teachers.  This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection method uses observation techniques and examines how the language is applied, and the note-taking method is also used to record the structure being analyzed.  This study found that there are 3 verb phrases, 3 adjektiva phrases, 3 numeral phrases, 3 noun phrases, 3 exocentric phrases, and 3 endocentric phrases.  One of the benefits of this research is that we understand more about the types of phrases in each sentence.

Technological developments are increasing rapidly in the world of education, therefore human skills must also go hand in hand with these technological developments.  But besides that, there are also educators or teachers who have not taken advantage of the sophistication of this technology, so that it can also affect student learning interest.  So that it requires a memorable learning process that is interesting and fun which aims to increase student learning interest.  An example of an interesting and fun learning media is the powtoon learning media, which combines interesting audio, visual and animated media elements.  So that in this study the aim was to find out whether there was an influence from the use of powtoon learning media on learning interest in fifth grade students at SDN Socah 1. The type of research used by researchers was a type of qualitative research, with descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative data analysis methods, in this study  also used interview techniques, tests, observation, and documentation for data collection.  Then the results will show that the powtoon-based learning media has the effect of increasing students' interest in learning, especially in science subjects, because it is considered interesting and fun so that capturing material is easy to understand.

The formulation of the problem in this study is the formulation of whether work involvement and division of labor jointly affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government? This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and division of labor have on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The temporary hypothesis is that work involvement and division of labor have a joint effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The population is 85 people and is used as a sample. Data collection techniques using library research and field research. The results of the study show that the variables of work involvement and division of labor can affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. Work involvement and division of labor jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (38.510 > 3.11). Partially, work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the value of tcount = (2.373) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992), Partially the most dominant division of labor affects employee performance, meaning that the variable of division of labor is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work involvement. The ability of children to recognize the letters of the Qur'an in Taam Darul Huda is still low. Almost all students know hijaiyyah letters, but have not been able to pronounce and write letters without seeing examples. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards in Ta'am Nurul Huda. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards carried out by teachers at Taam Nurul Huda can actually help students memorize hijaiyah letters. The learning approach designed by the teachers is carried out through four stages, namely the preparation, implementation, self-learning, and evaluation stages.    

This research discusses the analysis of clauses in recon texts contained in Indonesian language school textbooks. This study was made to provide knowledge to the reader about the categories of clauses and their examples in sentences in the text. The data for this study are in the form of three recon texts, which contain the types of clauses found in the Advanced Indonesian Language Book for Class XI SMA Merdeka Curriculum. The technique employed in this study is a qualitative descriptive method where the data collected takes the form of words rather than numbers. The analysis technique used is syntactic and also uses note-taking techniques in data collection. Based on the research conducted, twenty-seven clauses were obtained according to the category of phrases or words that occupy the function of the predicate. The clause consists of 26 verb clauses, eight noun clauses, one numeral clause, and two prepositional clauses. A verb clause is a clause whose predicate elements are categorized as verbs. Noun clauses are clauses whose predicate elements are categorized as nouns. Numeralia clauses are clauses whose predicate elements are in the category of numerals. Based on these consequences, it can be formulated that the function of the results of this study is to facilitate the readers' understanding of clause analysis because it provides a detailed explanation accompanied by examples of phrases or words in each sentence that contains the type of clause.

The syntax studied has three scopes: phrases, clauses, and sentences. There are many problems regarding how to differentiate and classify clauses. Not a few equate between phrases and clauses. A collection of several words contains a clause if some of these words have subject and predicate elements, while a phrase means several words consisting of at least one predicate element without any subject element or can be said to be the opposite of a clause. The purpose of this article is to share knowledge about the grouping of clauses and provide examples of each sentence in the procedure text so that the benefits based on this analysis are expected to open and increase knowledge and broaden horizons for writers and readers so that readers can interpret and classify clauses based on analysis. the syntax. The results of the analysis in this article are expected to be useful for students and the wider community regarding language learning because it provides a lot of knowledge related to the grouping of clauses and the types of clauses in procedure texts in Buku Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VII SMP Kurikulum Merdeka. In the research context, methods and methodology are described and will be explained through a qualitative descriptive methodological approach. Syntax is a branch of linguistics that studies phrases, clauses, and sentences. In this article, the focus is more on discussing the analysis of sentences in a text, in which the sentence itself is part of the syntax, namely syntactic units composed of basic constituents, usually in the form of clauses, supplemented by conjunctions when needed, and accompanied by final intonation. This article’s text is anecdotal from the Class X Indonesian Language Book of the Merdeka Curriculum. The anecdotal texts in the book are then analyzed for sentences to know whether direct or indirect sentences and sentences are standard. Analyzing a sentence certainly uses a method or method used. The method itself uses a qualitative descriptive method. The qualitative descriptive method is used to make a detailed description of a particular object which is carried out systematically, factually, and accurately. The results of this study found effective sentences, ineffective sentences, declarative sentences, interrogative sentences, and imperative sentences. Based on the results of the analysis found five anecdotal texts. This research can be used as a source of learning, for example in learning about types of sentences. In addition, it can be used to measure literacy levels. As well as b improving language competence, it can also shape students' character conceptually and in the form of humor, which has become a part of life today.

Behind the success of successful online teaching and learning, there must be careful preparation in creating or building the system. Some complaints that are around us are that some students have difficulty in online-based mathematics learning. Some of them have difficulty signaling due to cloudy or rainy weather, not having money to buy internet quota, boredom during the teaching, and learning process, and difficulty understanding the material in online learning. Although there are examples that have been explained by the teacher, they still do not understand what their teacher teaches them. The teacher had already made learning materials using instructional video media, but it was still not enough for students to understand the polynomial material taught by the teacher, and according to the teacher the main problem was that the students' ability to memorize formulas was still lacking. The objectives of this research to see validity, effectiveness and practicality of the video development using PowerPoint and Filmora application. This research is development research that applies the Dick & Carey development model. This research focuses on developing learning videos using PowerPoint as a learning media, and Filmora as a learning video editing medium.

Technology in learning is increasingly experiencing development along with the times. Often we see in the world of education a lot of use of technology as a means that can facilitate the learning process. Apart from technology education, it can also be used by the public to introduce Indonesian to foreigners. Technology can be a skill related to knowledge. This expertise can make it easier for Indonesian people to develop Indonesian. However, besides the many positive impacts that technology provides, it can also have negative impacts. The negative impact that we often encounter, for example on social media, is that many people use the Indonesian language incorrectly and not according to the rules. In fact, it is often found that young people use language immorally and ethically. Therefore this research discusses the impact of technology on language education which aims to find out what impact can be obtained from this technological development so that it can awaken many people to use Indonesian properly and according to the rules or even develop Indonesian so that it can be recognized by many. society in the world.    

Islamic microfinance is a new strategy for economic development that is intended to help low-income people who have not been touched by financial goods and services (unbankable). Islamic microfinance can play an important role in community empowerment and poverty alleviation by facilitating access to financial goods and services. The importance of economics and microfinance to the Indonesian economy is undeniable. MSMEs, for example, are able to absorb more than 90% of the national workforce and contribute 60.34% of GDP. In this study, qualitative techniques using descriptive research were applied. The research data comes from interviews with related parties, including the Head of BMT UGT Sidogiri KCP Kediri. In this research, data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the findings of the study, BMT UGT Nusantara Kediri made a significant contribution to business growth in the City of Kediri.

Efforts to increase income, provide employment, contribute to the availability of animal protein and increase production activities are part of food security in the aquaculture sector. Based on data reported from the DGT KKP Statistics, (2021) aquaculture can increase production activities, where in 2020 the third quarter of fish farming production reached 11.5 million tons and increased to 12.25 million tons in 2021 in the third quarter.  Alternative techniques that can be done as an effort to increase fish farming production results are optimizing the use of biofloc system technology (Pramono et al., 2018; Faridah et al., 2019 and Permana et al., 2021). This biofloc system is a union of living organic substances into the form of blobs, where this biofloc is composed of the word bio which means life while floc means blob. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how GDP, inflation, and exchange rate affect VAT collection. Multiple linear regression or ordinary least squares is the research model used (OLS). The amount of VAT collected is the dependent variable in this study; the independent variables are inflation, exchange rate, and gross domestic product. The purpose of this research to revisits methods that are more effective in nonlinear Optimization with single variable polynomial functions at high degrees. Models with linear objective functions and constraint functions are Polynomials of third, fourth and fifth degree reconstructed into subproblems that are easier to solve, namely quadratic programs, using bilinear Auxiliary Functions and solved by MATLAB simulations. The method used is the development of Tawarmalani & Sahinidis' research regarding relaxation with Auxiliary Functions. Examples of nonlinear Optimization with polynomial functions are also given to illustrate the implementation of this algorithm. The results of the research show that the application of the development reconstruction method produces a global solution that is no better than the solution to the original problem so that it is not an effective alternative method to use.

Based on initial observations made by researchers in Pematang Serai Village, some children had difficulty speaking because they were still used to the language used in the family environment, and it was difficult to listen to what other people were saying other than using their mother tongue. For example, some children still use their mother tongue or are carried away by the language used at home when they want to ask others for help, which is sometimes difficult to understand. Another problem faced by the people of Pematang Serai Village is moral degradation. Low levels of education and interest in reading are suspected to be the cause of the decline in the character values of the millennial generation. Data analysis was adjusted to the problem formulation questions to be investigated using a quantitative descriptive method that processes numerical data into words, then changes recorded data from interviews.
