This study aims to find out how Instagram is used by the Demak Regency Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Office as a source of information for employees. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach conducted from 1–30 August 2025. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation of the agency's Instagram account. The results of the study show that Instagram is used as a means of publishing official activities and information, but it is not optimal due to limited human resources, a long upload process, and monotonous content. Based on the theory of Uses and Gratifications and Media Richness Theory, the effectiveness of digital communication requires the ability to present interesting and relevant information so that the message conveyed can meet the needs of internal audiences. Other findings show that some employees have not made Instagram the main source of information due to a lack of content updates and a lack of visual variation. Therefore, it is recommended that social media management be carried out more professionally through improving admin competence, content calendar planning, and better internal coordination to ensure the consistency and quality of published information. Thus, Instagram can function more optimally as an official communication medium.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work discipline on the effectiveness of human resources (HR) in employees of the Communication and Information Service (Diskominfo) of Ciamis Regency. The effectiveness of human resources is crucial for the success of government agencies in public services and information technology management, where the optimal performance of employees is influenced by stress management and discipline levels. This study adopted a quantitative-descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who were selected through random sampling techniques. The data testing included validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis tests to test the relationship of independent variables (work stress $X_1$ and work discipline $X_2$) to bound variables (HR effectiveness $Y$). The results of the analysis show that work stress and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of human resources. Partially, work stress has a negative influence, indicating that increased work stress tends to reduce the effectiveness of human resources. On the contrary, work discipline has been shown to have a positive effect, showing that the higher the employee's discipline, the more their work effectiveness will increase. Therefore, the conclusion emphasizes that increasing the effectiveness of human resources requires the implementation of effective work stress management and the establishment of a consistent work discipline culture. This effort is important to create a conducive work environment, increase productivity, and strengthen the performance of the state civil apparatus in supporting an electronic-based government system and digital public services.

This study explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration and algorithm transparency on organizational efficiency and perceived fairness in Human Resource (HR) decision-making. Using a qualitative literature review approach, the research examines the mediating role of employee trust and the moderating influence of organizational culture. The analysis focuses on peer-reviewed international studies published since 2020, reflecting the latest theoretical and empirical developments in AI and HR management. The findings reveal that a higher level of AI integration improves decision speed, reduces operational costs, and increases the accuracy of talent allocation. However, these efficiency gains are not independent of ethical considerations. Transparent algorithms are shown to significantly enhance employees’ trust and perceptions of fairness, whereas opaque systems tend to generate resistance and distrust. Furthermore, organizational culture plays a crucial moderating role. Companies with innovative and participatory cultures report better outcomes from AI implementation, while hierarchical cultures are associated with lower adoption success and ethical challenges. This research highlights the importance of aligning technical capabilities with social and cultural factors to optimize the use of AI in HR functions. The study contributes to the discourse on socio-technical systems by proposing an integrative framework that links AI integration, transparency, trust, and culture to key organizational outcomes. Practical implications include the need for transparent system design, ethical governance, and cultural readiness to support responsible AI adoption in HR.

Changes in working-hour policies can bring both positive and negative impacts to an organization. At a private university, the implementation of such a policy has generated noticeable reactions among employees, particularly administrative staff who are directly affected by daily operational regulations. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the revised working-hour policy, specifically how it is understood, practiced, and accepted by administrative personnel. In addition, the study examines the relationship between employees’ acceptance of the policy and Barnard’s theory of acceptance of authority, which emphasizes four conditions that must be met for individuals to willingly comply with directives or regulations. The results show that violations of the working-hour policy fall into the low category at 64%, medium at 24%, and high at only 12%. These findings indicate that the majority of administrative staff still attempt to comply with the policy despite adjustments that may be perceived as burdensome. Among the four conditions supporting compliance according to Barnard, the belief that the policy does not conflict with personal goals was found to have a significant relationship with the level of violation, with a correlation coefficient of 0.304 and a significance value of 0.032. This suggests that the greater the alignment between the policy and individual goals, the lower the likelihood of violation. Future studies are needed to convert violation rates into compliance measures so that the direction of the correlation can be interpreted more accurately.

Job satisfaction is the positive or negative feeling employees have toward their work, which arises from evaluating various aspects of the job. This study aims to analyze and explain the role of organizational climate in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on the job satisfaction of Taman Prakerti Bhuana employees through an associative quantitative approach using saturated sampling (census) on 86 employees and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational climate, while organizational climate has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and negatively mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. These findings have theoretical implications for Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, in which transformational leadership serves as a motivator factor that can increase job satisfaction, while negative perceptions of organizational climate reflect weaknesses in hygiene factors such as policies, communication, and working conditions, thereby potentially reducing satisfaction even when motivators are fulfilled. The practical implication for the management of Taman Prakerti Bhuana is the need for a comprehensive evaluation of internal policies, communication systems, and work environments to strengthen hygiene factors so that transformational leadership, which is already running effectively, can be supported by a more conducive organizational climate and sustainably enhance job satisfaction.

The phenomenon of sudden resignations, which is common among Generation Z, has become a concern in the modern world of employment. Changes in mindset, expectations of work, and demands for work-life balance are the main factors driving these decisions. However, sudden resignations also raise legal issues related to breaches of employment agreements and the moral responsibilities of employees. This article discusses this phenomenon from the perspective of Indonesian labor law, outlining the contributing factors, the impact on employment relationships, and the legal provisions that govern it. This study uses a normative-descriptive approach based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Labor and Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of the Job Creation Law into Law. This phenomenon shows a gap between normative labor regulations and the reality of a younger generation that is more dynamic and flexible in their work. Therefore, companies and policymakers need to be more adaptive in order to adjust labor regulations to the changing characteristics of today's workforce. In addition, this study also highlights the importance of effective communication between workers and employers to prevent sudden resignations. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of labor policies that are more responsive to the needs of Generation Z. Thus, a balance between legal certainty and flexibility in employment relationships can be achieved harmoniously.
