In order to maintain business continuity and growth, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need assistance in preparing financial reports. The importance of assistance in preparing financial reports for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially for Toko Laras Barokah and Laundry Care is included in this activity. Accurate and timely financial reports are very important for MSMEs to run and develop their companies. This research uses a qualitative methodology by providing direct support to the two MSMEs in preparing their financial reports. The aim of this coaching activity is to perfect the accounting procedures of MSME owners and increase their awareness of the importance of financial reports. The findings of this research show how good mentoring can improve the quality of MSME financial reports, which will facilitate better business decision making and increase access to funding and other resources.

This research is motivated by challenges in monitoring and developing public services in the Malang Regional Government which require an integrated approach. Investments in human resource development and information technology are needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of supervision. Increasing the budget for guidance and supervision, strengthening the independence of supervisory institutions, and utilizing information technology are considered solutions to improve the quality of public services. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This approach was chosen because it allows researchers to explore and understand the phenomenon of coaching and supervision in the context of public services through analysis of various relevant sources of information. The qualitative method focuses on an in-depth understanding of the existing context, processes and dynamics, making it suitable for studying the role of coaching and supervision in improving the quality of public services in the Malang Regional Government. Literature study as part of this qualitative method involves collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as books, academic journals, official government reports, and related policy documents. The research results show that guidance and supervision in the Malang Regional Government has an important role in improving the quality of public services. Coaching is carried out to increase the capacity and performance of state civil servants, while supervision aims to ensure employee compliance with applicable regulations. The main challenges faced are limited human and technological resources. Suggested solutions include investing in human resource development, increasing the budget for guidance and supervision, strengthening the independence of supervisory institutions, and utilizing information technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of supervision.

The purpose of this study is to increase students' interest in the implementation of dance extracurricular activities at MTsN 7 Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews, and documentation. The steps to analyze data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. Dance extracurricular activities are carried out in stages, starting with gathering students who are interested in participating in dance extracurricular activities, making schedules, and providing materials. Dance extracurricular activities began with the recruitment of new members, students who were interested in participating in dance extracurricular activities totaling 20 people. After carrying out extracurricular activities in dance with umbrella dance learning, students' interest began to increase, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of students who attended every meeting. Then from the learning carried out by 8 students who were able to perform dance movements with a good level of memorization, 10 students who lacked memorization and 2 students who had difficulty practicing the dance movements given by the coach during dance extracurricular activities with limited facilities and inadequate infrastructure.

The provision of student dormitories and facilities is very important to support the development and development of the younger generation in pursuing higher education. The function of this dormitory is not only as a place to live, but also has a role in supporting non-academic activities such as sports, developing student interests, and talents through coaching programs that aim to shape student personalities. Given that the design location is a tropical climate with a fairly hot air temperature, the design of this student dormitory applies tropical architectural design principles.

This service method is carried out in several stages, starting with observing the condition of poor families, planning a program for empowering poor families, conducting a fundraising program, providing business capital assistance, and coaching poor families. This community service program show that empowerment activities help the poor family of Mrs. Citra, a resident of Sawangan Depok. Through the development of the Takoyaki business, this poor family seeks to improve the economy of Mrs. Citra's family.

Development and supervision of regional government is an important aspect in realizing good and accountable governance. In Bandung Regency, guidance and supervision is carried out by various parties, including the central government, regional government and the community. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of government guidance and supervision in the Bandung Regency area. The research method used is a literature study by examining various data sources, such as statutory regulations, reports on the results of coaching and supervision, and related research journals. The research results show that government development and supervision in the Bandung Regency area still has several weaknesses, such as lack of coordination between stakeholders, limited human resources, and not yet optimal use of information technology.Based on the research results, several steps are recommended to increase the effectiveness of government guidance and supervision in the Bandung Regency area, such as: Strengthen coordination between stakeholder, Improve the quality of human resources, Optimizing the use of information technology, Increase community participation in government development and supervision

The purpose of this research is to find out the literacy culture for students in the digital era, literacy facilitation for students and the impact of literacy culture for students at the Sirojut Tholibin Plosokandang Islamic boarding school.  The methods used in this service activity are the lecture method, question and answer method, and discussion method. The cottage-based literacy movement is carried out in three stages, namely the habituation stage, the development stage, and the learning stage.  The results of the implementation of service at Sirojut Tholibin Plosokandang related to literacy culture in this all-digital era can be held properly and smoothly in accordance with the work program that has been prepared. The purpose of this work program is so that Indonesian youth, especially students in Sirojut Tholibin Plosokandang, do not abandon the reading culture even though the times are increasingly sophisticated, especially in social media. Utilizing the technology they have for positive things for future provisions. Continue to develop a literate culture so that it can create a work that can be enjoyed by the general public. This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with sports facilities and infrastructure at the Del Institute of Technology. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0 and SPSS 25.0 software to test validity and reliability. The results of the study show that the quality of sports facilities at IT Del has a significant influence on student satisfaction. Some of the obstacles found include limitations in the type of facilities, poor condition of facilities, and limitations in staff and coaches. These findings provide input for the campus to improve the quality of sports facilities to increase student satisfaction.

The aim of this research is to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the duties of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Pelalawan Regency in developing the Bono batik industry. This research was carried out by looking at the evaluation of the implementation of tasks in the development of the Bono batik industry from several points of view, namely coaching, facilitating facilities and infrastructure, and supervision. In its implementation the researcher carried out data analysis using a descriptive survey where the researcher described the actual situation of what happened. during research by collecting data, classifying and analyzing so that an analytical formulation of the problems faced can be obtained and then a conclusion can be drawn. The type of data used is primary data obtained directly from respondents, namely the Head of the Industrial Development Section and all batik craftsmen at Rumah Batik Andalan. Meanwhile, secondary data is in the form of books, official government documentation obtained from the Industrial Development Section and Rumah Batik Andalan. To collect data, researchers used questionnaires, interviews and observations. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers regarding the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Duties of the Pelalawan Regency Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade Department in Industrial Development (Batik Bono Industrial Study), it can be concluded that the implementation is in the score range of 195 in the Poorly Implemented category. Bureaucratic reform is a crucial agenda in improving the performance of regional government. This research aims to analyze the synergy of coaching and supervision as the key to the success of the Purwakarta Regency government in the context of bureaucratic reform, with a focus on performance evaluation by the Regional Inspectorate. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, including literature study and analysis of the Purwakarta Regency Regional Inspectorate Bureaucratic Reform Road Map document. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques, focusing on eight areas of change in bureaucratic reform. The research results show that the Regional Inspectorate has implemented innovative programs within the reform framework, but faces challenges such as resistance to change and limited resources. The synergy between the coaching and supervision functions has been proven to contribute positively to improving governance and public services. In conclusion, the continuity of implementation of the road map and the role of the Inspectorate as a catalyst for change are very important for the success of reform. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of bureaucratic reform at the district level and highlights the importance of strengthening the capacity of Regional Inspectorates in driving systemic change.

Through continuous particSainstion in various play activities in the classroom and outside the classroom, children are actively involved in dialogue that is rich in scientific thinking patterns by utilizing complex and abstract scientific process skills such as observing, asking, observing, predicting, evaluating, and comparing. Discussions with children during the learning process about scientific thinking concepts related to mathematics, existence, literacy, engineering, science, art and technology merge with strengthening coaching by teachers for children during the learning process. The results of this research led to the conclusion that with the right teacher guidance, the learning process provides many opportunities for children to develop 21st century skills to prepare children for life in the future.

Coaching consists of several forms such as physical coaching, cultural coaching, religious coaching, and intellectual coaching. Chairun Nissa Orphanage Caretakers have a role in forming the independence of foster children in 3 aspects, namely emotional independence (emotional autonomy), independence in behavior (behavioral autonomy), and independence in values ​​(value autonomy).
