Choking is an emergency situation that frequently occurs in infants and toddlers and can potentially lead to death if not managed promptly and appropriately. Limited knowledge and skills of parents, particularly mothers, in providing first aid are among the factors that increase the risk of complications resulting from choking incidents in children. This study aimed to determine the effect of choking management education on mothers’ ability to handle choking incidents in children in Pinokalan Subdistrict, Ranowulu District, Bitung City. This study employed a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The study population consisted of 75 respondents, with a sample of 15 mothers who had children aged ≤ 3 years, selected using accidental sampling techniques. The intervention consisted of health education on choking management using standard operating procedure guidelines and structured health education sessions, while mothers’ abilities were assessed using an observation checklist. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analyses using the McNemar test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that prior to the educational intervention, most mothers had poor ability in managing choking incidents in children; however, after the intervention, there was a significant improvement in their abilities. The McNemar test yielded a p-value of 0.008, indicating a significant effect of choking management health education on mothers’ ability to manage choking incidents in children. These findings demonstrate that health education plays an important role in improving mothers’ preparedness and skills in dealing with pediatric emergencies. This study is expected to serve as a basis for the development of community-based health education programs as a promotive and preventive effort to reduce morbidity and mortality risks due to choking in children.

Education in elementary schools is the initial momentum for students to improve all the abilities inherent in children. Starting at the time of learning in early childhood (kindergarten ) and then continued and strengthened in elementary school. Habits that children carry out every day, both in the home, community and school environment, are important in forming natural potential, especially in the field of children's language. Language skills that are expected to be assisted, grown, and used as development material for elementary school teachers include listening or listening skills, speaking, reading, and writing. These four skills are so important to be given at the elementary school level as a form of teaching Indonesian according to the current education curriculum. Learning activities in schools are also expected to be able to integrate this unified language in all intra- and extra-curricular activity programs so that their benefits are increasingly visible and meaningful in harmony with the social life of students.

Mobile is an electronic device that is used by many people. Many people already have cell phones, even from an early age to the elderly, all of them already have cell phones and they already know how to use them. Besides that, cellphones have lots of benefits that can be used, we can play games, play Facebook, play Instagram, play tiktok and etc. We can also reach the whole world by using a cellphone and can search for all activities in the world with 1 cellphone. However, my current goal is to research more deeply about analyzing the negative impact of using mobile phones on elementary school children. This research uses a qualitative method, why did I take a qualitative method because in this research there are case studies. The results of this study are that many parents buy cellphones for their children who are still in elementary school and on average children use cellphones to play games, watch YouTube, even these children can access 18+ sites. What should have happened, the role of parents at that time was very important to control the development of their children so that they were kept away from negative things about cellphone use. However, from the cases that are currently rampant, the role of parents in educating their children who are still in elementary school does not pay much attention, even parents allow them to be free to play mobile phones whenever and wherever. With this the negative impact on the child will begin to be seen as an example: the child will be lazy to learn about school, the child will be difficult to manage, the child will be cranky when what he wants is not carried out, the child will plunge into the world of the internet where he will access the web in terms of negative and the worst thing is that when the child uses a cellphone excessively he will experience blur in his eyes and the child when he is an adult will use minus glasses

This activity aims to provide an overview of early childhood language development from learning stimulation activities through interactive video learning media at the Denali Development Center (DDC). Interactive video was chosen because it is considered very suitable for the characteristics of early childhood who tend to get bored easily, have low focus and concentration, and tend to be active and find it difficult to sit still. Based on the results of observations that have been made at DDC found problems where some children aged 1-3 years, experience speech delays where children cannot pronounce vocabulary correctly when communicating, the vocabulary mastered by children is still small, children cannot compose simple sentences when communicating, children have not been able to provide answers to questions that are given quickly and straightforwardly and the child has not been able to listen properly. From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out during the service period, gradually the child experiences significant language development where the child is quiet and never makes a sound or gives a slow reaction, this child begins to make sounds such as laughter or bubbling. And other children who cannot pronounce words correctly, gradually these children can say some words well and their meanings can be understood and the vocabulary they master also develops. Therefore providing stimulation to children is very important to reach this stage of development. Children who receive less stimulation tend to have problems and obstacles in their development.

Sawangan Village, which is one of the villages in Kebasen District, Banyumas Regency, is one of the villages that focuses on reducing stunting rates. According to the interviews we conducted with Posyandu cadres, they experienced problems during the weighing and measuring process. So far, Posyandu cadres have had trouble in the process of weighing and measuring the height of toddlers, because the process is still using conventional tools. In the process of recording the growth and development of children under five is done by recording using a boloin in a book. Because the recording was done by hand, it was constrained by handwriting which was difficult to read. Based on these problems, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) activities were carried out, socialization and training on the use of digital scales, outreach and training on the use of the website-based “Smart Immunization Application” system and Android mobile. The number of participants in this activity was 17 people. Reproductive health is one of the national and global development targets based on the 2030 sustainable development goals. The prominent problems among adolescents are grouped into three risks or the KRR Triad. Correct knowledge and good understanding of reproductive health can direct a teenager towards responsible sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge about adolescent reproductive health among students at SMPN 1 Batang Kapas. The research design uses a purely descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 26 students of SMPN 1 Batang Kapas who fit the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Questionnaires are used as research data collection tools. The data were then analyzed univariately using the SPSS application. Education is very important for the development of children's knowledge, so it needs to be supported by effective learning media. Learning media are familiar to a teacher such as textbooks, teaching aids and other media. However, after observations were made at one of the Class V Manumuti SDKs, in the Timor Leste Border area, it was found that teachers predominantly taught using textbooks and no other learning media. The existing conditions result in students learning monotonously, students being less active, teachers not being creative and students not understanding science lessons well. So in this research, learning media will be created that are fun and not monotonous in order to arouse students' motivation to study science. In this case, the media used is Audio-Visual Technology Learning Media. This media will be elaborated in the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model, where students will be formed into several groups, then given a science knowledge game, and students compete with their opposing groups. That way, a sense of responsibility, healthy competition, imagination, and student activity in class dominate and students will be motivated to learn science because the end of this learning model is an award or reward for students who become winners. To measure the attainment of science knowledge, observation, discussion, tests, scores and audio-visual media are used. It is hoped that the results of the research will ensure that students in the Timor Leste border areas do not miss out on technological knowledge, teachers will be more creative and students will be able to play an active role and increase their motivation to learn science.
