This community service activity aims to enhance students' awareness and role as agents of change in the development of human resources towards the Golden Indonesia 2045. The seminar held at SMA Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Metro on January 6, 2025, involved 150 students. The method used was an educational approach involving leadership training, group discussions, and providing materials about the importance of students' contribution to social change. The results of this activity showed an increase in students' understanding of social responsibility and leadership, as well as the emergence of local leaders among students who are ready to actively contribute to society. Additionally, this activity successfully changed students' behavior in increasing social participation and their awareness of the importance of sustainable development. This seminar is expected to serve as a model for wider community service activities in the future, involving more student communities in realizing the Golden Indonesia 2045.

Urban flooding is increasingly concerning due to climate change and rapid urbanization. Factors such as intensified rainfall, urban sprawl, and reduced permeable surfaces heighten flood risks, making efficient stormwater management crucial. This study focuses on developing a Decision Support System (DSS) to optimize green infrastructure (GI) placement in urban areas, aiming to enhance stormwater infiltration and reduce flood risks under climate change scenarios. The research reviews current strategies for GI planning and DSS in urban flood management. By integrating GIS tools, hydrological models, and climate data, the DSS identifies ideal locations for GI measures like rain gardens, bioswales, and permeable pavements, promoting effective stormwater management while addressing climate change. Hydrological models simulate stormwater behavior under varying rainfall conditions, and GIS maps potential GI sites within urban areas. Simulations of future extreme rainfall events assess GI performance under changing climate conditions. Results show significant reductions in stormwater runoff and flood risks, particularly in areas with high impervious surfaces. Challenges such as space constraints in dense urban areas, scalability of GI solutions, and long-term maintenance are discussed. The study concludes that integrating GI with traditional stormwater systems offers a comprehensive approach to urban flood mitigation, with the DSS serving as a key tool for urban planners and policymakers.

The agriculture sector is facing unprecedented challenges as a result of climate change. As temperatures continue to rise and weather patterns change, the dynamics of plant-virus interactions change significantly, requiring innovative solutions to ensure global food security. This review article examines the relationship between climate change and the prevalence and severity of cucumber virus diseases, their impact on cucumber yield and quality, and subsequent economic implications, with a focus on the critical pathogen cucumber mosaic virus (CMV). The method in this journal article uses library research, which is a method with data collection by understanding and studying theories from various literatures related to the research. The results showed that as climate change increases, it is imperative to investigate its impact on cucumber virus management, specifically how increasing temperatures and changing rainfall patterns may affect virus epidemiology and disease resistance mechanisms. In addition, exploring integrated pest management strategies that combine traditional breeding with modern biotechnology advances is essential. The application of RNA-based technologies presents a promising avenue for effective virus control, potentially reducing the economic burden on cucumber farmers.

Increasing community literacy in environmental management is a strategic step to realize sustainable development. One practical approach that can be implemented is through community-based education. This article examines how local communities can become agents of change in increasing public awareness and understanding regarding environmental issues, such as waste management, natural resource conservation, and adaptation to climate change. Through a participatory approach, community-based education encourages direct community involvement in designing and implementing environmental programs that suit local needs. Case studies from various regions show that collaboration between communities, government, and the private sector can increase the effectiveness of educational programs and create long-term impacts. The work programs are processing organic and inorganic waste, processing agricultural land, planting trees, preventing dengue fever and making anti-mosquito spray, providing information related to Hoaxes and phishing link modes, and collecting data on MSMEs. Apart from that, there are also work programs regarding learning posts, introducing waste banks, making street signs, and creating village websites. The results obtained from this activity are an approach to the community through social activities carried out with residents and increasing community insight through the outreach and training programs provided. Apart from that, village facilities can be improved by creating street signs and village websites. It is hoped that the results of this study can become a practical guide in developing a sustainable community-based education model for environmental management.

This study examines the influence of financial structure on enterprise value in consumer-focused firms registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Financial structure, characterized as the proportion of borrowing and equity, plays a significant role in financial management, shaping both business performance and market perception. Utilizing a qualitative method through a literature review, this research gathers and analyzes various sources to evaluate the connection between financial structure and enterprise value. The findings indicate that financial structure can have both positive and negative impacts on enterprise value. Integrating borrowing into the financial structure offers benefits such as tax advantages, enhanced profitability, and a favorable signal to investors. However, excessive reliance on borrowing can result in increased financial burdens, such as higher interest expenses, which may lower enterprise value. These results underscore the importance of maintaining an appropriate debt-to-equity ratio to improve or sustain enterprise value.

Agricultural companies play an important role in the Indonesian economy in utilizing agricultural land, which can be seen from the increase in data from the Department of Agriculture each year. Agricultural companies have assets in the form of animals or living plants that undergo biological transformation in their management activities. These assets in the form of animals and living plants are referred to as biological assets. Disclosure of information on biological assets has been regulated in PSAK 241 Agriculture, of course, has an impact on the presentation of financial statements of agricultural companies in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of biological asset intensity, growth, and ownership concentration on biological asset disclosure. This study is a quantitative study with hypothesis testing. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of financial statements of agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study was 27 agricultural companies selected using purposive sampling techniques and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that biological asset intensity, growth, and ownership concentration do not affect biological asset disclosure.

Through analysis of Paul's writings, this research aims to open a deeper understanding of how Paul's concepts of salvation and redemption provide the basis for inner and moral change.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Muslim boycott call after the issuance of Fatwa MUI No. 83 on the stock returns of Israel-affiliated companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The stocks selected for the study include UNVR, FAST, MAPI, MAPA, MAPB, and PZZA. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in the stock returns of companies affiliated with Israel after the issuance of Fatwa MUI No. 83 on November 8, 2023. This finding indicates a delay in the market response to public information related to the boycott call, which is characteristic of markets with lower efficiency levels. This research is expected to provide insights for the public and investors regarding the dynamics of the capital market in Indonesia in responding to a social event. In addition, the results of this study can also be taken into consideration for market authorities and related institutions in evaluating policies aimed at improving capital market efficiency in Indonesia.

The data analysis method used in study is a t-test difference analysis model. The results of the study This show No existence difference abnormal returns and trading volume activity before and after announcement results election president 2024 in the sector energy, technology, and infrastructure.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return on Equity in insurance sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2023 period. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The research sample was obtained from the annual financial reports of 15 insurance companies selected using purposive sampling techniques, resulting in 90 observations. The research results show that partially, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant positive effect on Return on Equity, while the Debt to Asset Ratio also has a significant effect on Return on Equity. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio have a significant positive influence on Return on Equity in insurance companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A high Debt to Equity Ratio can increase profits if managed well, even though it carries financial risks. on the other hand, a Debt to Asset Ratio that is too high can suppress Return on Equity, especially in unstable economic conditions. This research provides insight into managing capital structure optimally to maximize Return on Equity by considering the balance between Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio. Apart from that, the research results can help the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in formulating policies that support the financial stability of insurance companies in Indonesia.

This paper aims to investigate who the market makers are and how they are manipulating retail traders in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method used is library research and field research. The approach to this research is a descriptive approach because it wants to describe the empirical reality behind the phenomenon in depth. Information data uses primary data, namely conducting interviews and secondary data which is data that is available through journals, books and other factual supporting sources. Apart from that, analysis of the information data used uses the Miles & Huberman Interactive Analysis Model starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study investigates the influence of organizational innovation on management strategy in the education sector, focusing on the mediating role of strategic change. Quantitative data were collected through a structured survey (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.7) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a sequential explanatory mixed-methods approach. Key relationships were identified: organizational innovation significantly impacts management strategy (β = 0.45, p < 0.01), while strategic change mediates this relationship (β = 0.30, p < 0.01). Qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with 20 educational leaders revealed three critical themes: strategic alignment with institutional goals, the importance of participative leadership, and barriers such as resource constraints and bureaucratic inertia. These findings highlight the necessity of integrating innovation with strategic change to optimize management practices. The study contributes to literature by validating the dynamic capabilities framework in the education sector and addressing gaps related to the operationalization of innovation. Practical implications include fostering participative leadership, aligning innovation with institutional objectives, and streamlining resources to support transformative strategies. Policymakers and educational leaders are advised to implement context-sensitive frameworks to sustain innovation and enhance institutional adaptability.

The aim of this study is to find out the influence of Current Ratio, Leverage, Return on Total Assets, and Company on Bonds Rating in non-financial service industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is uses secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange listed company and list of companies that had been rated by PT Pefindo in 2014-2018. While the sampling method selection uses purposive sampling and the results are 15 non-financial service companies. The regression model is using an ordered logistic regression by IBM SPSS 23 version software. The research result shows that Current Ratio, Return on Total Assets, and Company Size partially have a significant influence on Bonds Rating. While Leverage has no significant influence on Bonds Rating.

This study aims to analyze the impact of ownership structure and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the profitability and firm value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Utilizing the latest data from annual reports published between 2021 and 2023, this research employs multiple regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings reveal that (1) ownership structure has a positive and significant effect on the firm's profitability, indicating that diversified ownership can enhance financial performance; (2) corporate social responsibility positively and significantly influences profitability, suggesting that companies engaged in CSR initiatives tend to be more profitable; (3) ownership structure does not have a significant impact on firm value, indicating that other factors may be more dominant in market valuation; (4) corporate social responsibility positively and significantly affects firm value, implying that investment in CSR can enhance positive investor perceptions; and (5) specifically, corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant impact on the firm value in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These findings emphasize the importance of sound ownership strategies and a commitment to social responsibility as key factors in enhancing both profitability and firm value.

The National Educational Technology Talent Survey (NETTS) addresses the gap between Educational Technology graduates and private sector job opportunities in Indonesia. By connecting students, alumni, and industry practitioners, NETTS fosters professional readiness and promotes the recognition of Educational Technology in diverse fields. Using a research and development framework, NETTS developed activities including job market surveys, webinars, and training workshops to enhance graduate competencies. Findings indicate a lack of awareness among students regarding industry roles, despite existing market demand. Positive feedback from alumni and participants highlights NETTS’ potential to create a sustainable ecosystem for collaboration and knowledge exchange. Future initiatives should focus on expanding partnerships with industry stakeholders and student associations to maximize program impact.

Faith transformation is a spiritual process that changes the lives of believers so that they become more Christ-like, both internally and externally. This paper discusses the importance of a living and dynamic faith that has a real impact in daily life. Churches and church leaders have a strategic role in the development of the congregation through spiritual education, social services, character building, and the utilization of technology. The faith transformation model involves a continuous spiritual journey that starts from awareness of God's call, repentance, to becoming an agent of social change. The impact of faith transformation includes individual spiritual maturity, contribution to church ministry, and positive influence on the wider community. With a purposeful strategy, a transformed congregation can become a channel of God's love that blesses the family, the church, and the world.

However, many cooperatives face challenges in managerial and leadership aspects that hinder their competitiveness. This article discusses the results of community service programs aimed at improving managerial capacity and leadership at the Prosperous Citizen Development Cooperative in Pamekasan. The approach used includes training, mentoring, and hands-on mentoring, with a focus on strengthening strategic planning, operational management, and innovative leadership skills. The target of the program is cooperative administrators and key members who have a strategic role in the organization. The results showed significant improvements in managerial skills, leadership mindsets, and member involvement in strategic decision-making. This program also has an impact on more professional cooperative management, increased competitiveness, and strengthening the cooperative's external network. However, the evaluation of the program identified several obstacles, such as participants' time constraints, low levels of digital literacy, and resistance to change. To overcome this obstacle, it is recommended that there be more focused continuous training, flexibility in implementation time, and collaboration with external parties such as the government and educational institutions. This article emphasizes the importance of strengthening the capacity of human resources to support the transformation of cooperatives into competitive economic entities. This approach not only provides internal benefits for cooperatives, but also contributes to the development of the local economy in a sustainable manner. Thus, this service model can be a reference for the development of cooperatives in other regions.
