This study aims to analyze the role and function of the Archipelago Brondong Fishing Port for improving the maritime economy in Lamongan Regency. Among them are the factors that affect fishermen's income, the role of PPN Brondong in the maritime sector, as well as the potential and realization of the maritime economy of PPN Brondong in Lamongan Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive method through a qualitative approach, in its application using primary and secondary data from the research results that have been analyzed. The author uses a triangulation technique to be able to validate data and draw conclusions about the role and function of the Archipelago Brondong Fishing Port for improving the maritime economy in Lamongan Regency. The results of the study prove that the role and function of the Archipelago Brondong Fishing Port have an important influence on the potential for adding added value to the maritime economy in Lamongan Regency.

Abstract The poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus" by Norman Erikson Pasaribu which is the object of this research aims to describe things related to (1) the physical and mental structure of the poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus", (2) aspects of Christian religiosity in the poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus”. The data collection technique was based on the form of a part of one of the poems in the poetry anthology book "Sergius Mencari Bacchus". The analysis technique used is in the form of analysis and interpretation of the data which is the subject of the study, as well as the emphasis on analyzing the religious values ​​contained therein. The results of the study describe that there are six physical structures and four mental structures that are builders in the poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus". There is also an explanation regarding each stanza in the poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus" in relation to the value of Christian religiosity. With the research that has been done, new meanings and understandings have been found regarding the values ​​of Christian religiosity which are very strong in the poem. How can Indonesian society, which is predominantly Muslim, be unable to interpret the poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus" and its relation to the history that happened to the two figures who are the object of the poem. Teknik pengumpulan data berdasar pada wujud bagian salah satu puisi dalam buku antologi puisi “Sergius Mencari Bacchus”. Teknik analisa yang digunakan berupa analisa dan juga pemaknaan terhadap data yang menjadi subjek kajiannya, serta penekanannya pada analisa nilai religiusitas yang terkandung didalamnya. Hasil penelitian menjabarkan adanya enam struktur fisik serta empat struktur batin pembangun dalam puisi “Sergius Mencari Bacchus”. Terdapat juga penjabaran terkait tiap bait dalam puisi “Sergius Mencari Bacchus” dalam kaitannya dengan nilai religiusitas Kristen. Dengan adanya penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan pemaknaan dan pemahaman baru terkait nilai religiusitas Kristen yang sangat kental dalam puisi tersebut. Bagaimana dalam masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas beragama Islam kurang dapat memaknai puisi “Sergius Mencari Bacchus” serta kaitannya dengan sejarah yang terjadi pada dua tokoh yang menjadi objek dari puisi tersebut. Selain terkait dengan nilai religiusitas terdapat juga nilai sejarah yang melatar belakangi penceritaan dua tokoh tersebut.   Kata kunci: kristen, puisi, religiusitas, struktur batin, struktur fisik

Pelayan kepemimpinan memiliki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada karyawan pertunjukan. . Phlebitis is the area of skin around an intravascular catheter that is swollen, red, hot and painful. The aim of this research is to find out how nurses prevent phlebitis in patients. For this research, the design used is descriptive. The population consisted of all inpatients who were placed on an IV by a nurse in the emergency room and then admitted to the hospital. Data was collected using probability sampling techniques using the Slovin formula for 69 samples, using checklists and observation sheets, and analyzed using frequency distribution. The results of research conducted on 69 nurses in the Thamrin Medan inpatient room showed that there was an increase in the actions of respondents before the training was carried out. The majority had "bad" actions, namely 39 people (65.5%), 30 people (43.5%) had "good" actions. %). After the phlebitis prevention training was carried out, the results showed that those with "bad" actions decreased to 24 people (34.8%) and those with "good" actions increased to 45 people (65.2%). The results of the study showed that nurses' actions in preventing phlebitis averaged a score of 8, a minimum score of 4 and a maximum score of 10. This happened because the majority of nurses had taken action to prevent nosocomial infections well, so it was seen that there was a change in nurses' behavior before and after after training in phlebitis prevention at Bunda Thamrin Hospital, Medan.

So it is necessary to do research on Fiber Optic Network Analysis from Server to Optical Network Terminal (ONT) at PT Telkom Access Banyumanik STO Using the Fishbone Method. To analyze the causes that affect the quality of fiber optic network for good or bad. Network quality analysis was carried out using the Fishbone Diagram method as a basis for obtaining the results of measuring the quality of fiber optic networks at ODC BMK FAE/ODP BMK FAE 016 Jalan Banjarsari Barat – Jalan Tembalang Selatan. The results of network quality analysis through brainstorming sessions with 11 employees of PT Telkom Access obtained an average answer of 92%. Then measure the quality of the network in the field, namely from the Optical Line Terminal (OLT) to the Customer. The results obtained are directly proportional to the standard network quality analysis with an attenuation value of -19.10 dBm. So it can be concluded that the case study area has good network quality because the results of the average value of the questionnaire answers and the measurement results of the case study area have a value above the standard.

Seperti yang telah kita ketahui bersama bahwasanya pancasila adalah sebuah dasar negara republi Indonesia, semua rakyat Indonesia harus berpegang teguh dengan dasar Negara Indonesia yaitu pancasila, maksud dari berpegang teguh adalah bahwasanya seluruh rakyat Indonesia harus berperilaku sesuai dengan dasar Negara Indonesia. Bagi peserta didik/ santri yang sedang menempuh jenjang pendidikan khususnya santri pondok pesantren harus benar benar tau dan menjiwai maksud dari dasar Negara tesebut ( Pancasila), ada beberapa santri yang kurang sadar akan makna pancasila dengan baik dengan baik dan belum maksimal dalam penerapan 5 sila nya dalam kehidupannya sehari hari, maka dari itu tujuan kami menulis sebuah paper untuk menjelaskan bagaimana menerapkan pancasila kepada santri yang hidup di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa yaitu menganalisis berbagai sifat dan perilaku santri dalam kesehariannya, dan dari itu kita dapat menilainya.

YouTube has become a critical platform for individuals and organizations to rapidly and broadly reach audiences and generate income. Although the current trend suggests that the YouTube platform holds significant potential in generating substantial revenue, it is essential to identify and deeply understand various interacting factors. This research aims to comprehend the influence of the number of subscribers and the number of uploads on a YouTuber's monthly income. Through exploratory and inferential data analysis, this study concludes that the number of subscribers positively correlates with a YouTuber's monthly income, and there is no definitive correlation between the number of uploads and monthly earnings. The results of this study indicate that to achieve financial goals through the YouTube platform, YouTubers need to consider a range of factors, not limited to the number of subscribers and the amount of uploads. This research provides insights for YouTubers and other researchers to better understand the existence of other factors that influence a YouTuber's monthly income.

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Operational Factors, Tariffs, Facilities and Safety Against Guidance Services at PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 pelabuhan Bitung This research was conducted on employees of the Shipping Agency working area of ​​Tanjung Redeb as a population. Data was collected through the methods of Observation, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analytical technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.26. Here’s the result from research of regression : Y = -0,219 + 0,308X1 + 0,200X2 + 0,192X3 + 0,349X4 + µ. The multiple linear regression equation can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the guidance is the safety variable with a regression coefficient of 0.349. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) the results obtained are 0.837 or 83.7%, which means that the guidance at PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung is influenced by operational variables, tariffs, facilities and safety which is 83.7% and other factors that affect the guidance of PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung is 16.7%. Thus the results of the study indicate that Operations, Tariffs, Facilities and Safety have a positive and significant effect on the PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung.

This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

Beton Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) merupakan salah satu hasil inovasi dari teknologi beton saat ini. Namun diperlukan suatu analisis untuk mengetahui perbandingan penggunaan beton SCC dengan beton konvensional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbandingan penggunaan beton SCC dengan beton konvensional pada struktur beton bertulang proyek Nestle Batik Project, Batang, Jawa Tengah, baik dalam segi biaya, metode pelaksanaan dan waktu pelaksanaan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pembangunan bangunan Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), Water Tank dan Wastewater Sumpit. Hasil perbandingan menunjukkan biaya penggunaan material beton SCC secara menyeluruh sebesar Rp 1.923.818.616, beton SCC sebagian sebesar Rp1.704.741.804 dan beton konvensional menyeluruh sebesar Rp 1.270.073.150. Sifat beton SCC yang dapat mengalir dengan sendirinya, metode pelaksanaan beton SCC tidak membutuhkan concrete vibrator dan pelaksanaan pengecoran yang cepat sehingga akan mengurangi resiko segregasi, keropos, bleeding pada struktur beton bertulang, mempermudah pekerjaan dan mempercepat waktu pekerjaan. Perbandingan waktu menggunakan beton SCC baik secara menyeluruh atau sebagian akan mempercepat waktu pekerjaan 21 hari dibandingkan penggunaan beton konvensional.

The method used is qualitative by collecting, analyzing and processing data from accurate and reliable sources such as books, journals and government websites. The results of this study indicate that by analyzing the money supply and the time value of money, it will influence companies in making investment decisions on securities using fundamental analysis.

CV. XYZ is a manufacturing company whose main product is lightweight concrete bricks made in various sizes. Lightweight concrete brick with a thickness of 10 cm is the product that produces the highest defects compared to other products. The resulting defects have an average of 5% where this value exceeds the company's tolerance limit of 3-4%. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to determine the level of defects of lightweight concrete bricks and to provide suggestions for improvements to reduce defects. The research was conducted using the Seven Tools method and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results showed that the defect level of Lightweight Concrete Bricks from the highest to the lowest were chipped, cracked, uncut, and dimensional defects respectively. In addition, it can be seen that the Gompal failure mode with the cause of the disassembly or sorting process is too hard to produce the highest RPN score of 245, so that the recommendations for improvement need to be prioritized first.

This study analyzes law enforcement by the police in Narcotics Crimes committed by members of the National Police and criminal sanctions against members of the National Police who commit Narcotics Crimes. This study uses a normative juridical type, namely by carrying out legal research by looking at the laws and regulations related to Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. After the research material is obtained and collected, the material is then processed and analyzed with legal arguments based on deductive-inductive (general-specific) legal logic. The author can conclude that cases of narcotics settlement carried out by the police are the same as that of the community in general, namely through general courts.
