Several countries have implemented electronic notarial deeds in their national legal systems, mainly to ensure the authenticity of electronic information. The authentic deed rules in the UUJN and Civil Code show that the use of notarial deeds and the creation of authentic deeds are difficult to implement due to the absence of procedural changes. The definition of an authentic deed is included in both UUJN and UU ITE. The research findings show that the creation of electronic deeds using artificial intelligence (AI) has become a legal basis. For example, Article 15(3) of the UUJN and Article 17 of the UUPT cover electronic registration of trust deeds, electronic registration with notaries, amendments to the articles of association of legal entities, and so on. Obstacles in the implementation of electronic deeds are influenced by many factors, such as legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture.

As an important means of sea transportation for the distribution of goods and human mobility between islands, ships require a reliable prime mover to avoid wear or damage, especially when overspeeding occurs which can result in fire. Therefore, a prototype was created that uses an IR Obstacle sensor to monitor the RPM speed of the rotating engine. By using Arduino Uno as a processor, this prototype is able to display the RPM value on the LCD and provide a signal in the form of a green light if the speed is below 4000 Rpm, as well as a red light and buzzer sound if overspeed occurs above 4000 Rpm, followed by the engine turning off after 15 seconds. Testing shows that this prototype has a high level of accuracy, with a difference between 0.08% to 2.73% and an average difference of 1.003%.

"Indonesia Golden 2045" is a big vision with the goal of making Indonesia a developed country by 2045, on the other hand poverty is still a serious problem facing Indonesian society. The government has launched a number of social assistance programmes to reduce the poverty rate and improve the well-being of the population. Despite this, the effectiveness of these programmes is still a matter of debate among several parties. In this context, research into student perspectives on the effectiveness of government programmes in particular Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) in poverty alleviation efforts becomes relevant and important. In order to obtain real comparisons as well as actual information relating to the existence of government social assistance programmes, the data collection system on this study uses an online survey in the form of a questionnaire containing questions about the perspective related to the problems of the BLT program with students of the Faculty of Law of the National University of Development “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) as the target respondents continued with a review of data from previous sources. The research is expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the extent to which government social assistance programmes benefit communities and any obstacles they encounter in their implementation.

Living a Christ-based love is a significant challenge in a contemporary era filled with pressures from popular culture and social media influences. This article presents a biblical guide to finding a life partner with strong Christian principles as the foundation. A library study approach is used to scrutinize relevant theological and psychological literature, which provides insight into the biblical principles of love and their application in the modern-day context. Analysis of the literature shows that living a Christ-based love involves being faithful to values such as unconditional love, sacrifice, and commitment to God and each other. However, great challenges arise in maintaining faithfulness to these values amidst cultural influences that call for perfection and self-gratification. In response to these challenges, the practical guidelines resulting from this study emphasize the importance of corporate prayer, shared Bible reading, and openness to receiving the guidance of the Holy Spirit. These steps help couples to strengthen their relationship in Christ, overcome the obstacles they face, and live a love based on the love of Christ with confidence and sincerity.

Elections or general elections have an important role in determining the future of the nation by electing leaders and officials who are directly elected by the people and for the people. Democracy is the main factor in holding elections as people are free to choose according to their conscience without any coercion or threat. However, the process of implementing elections in Indonesia still experiences obstacles such as the white group (golput) who choose to give up their voting rights in determining the future of the nation. Therefore, we provide solutions and suggestions that can be used to reduce the percentage of the white group by means of election education, voting training, encouraging political parties to be more active, using the media to publish information about elections, election monitoring, research and opinion surveys as described in this research article that we wrote in the hope that it will create a movement to suppress white groups who throw away their voting rights. Then, in compiling this research article, we used an empirical juridical qualitative research method by raising two problem formulations that are problems in the current era. With the results of this research article, hopefully it can help you and can be a source of reference in preparing research that has the same aims and objectives.

The development of the digital age today is developing very rapidly. One aspect that has an impact on the development of digital is micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) in Kelurahan Rowosari Prefecture, Tembalang, the city of Semarang. The UMKM in Kelurahan Rowosari has several products that are processed on a domestic scale; one of its products is chips, padi scrubbing, banana bread, and others. The output of the UMKM Kelurahan Rowosari is managed directly by the community that has previously been registered in the Rowosari Keluradan UMKM. The vendor's way of opening stores and receiving orders from customers, as well as the production tools used, are still simple and use the process manually. Besides, the operators are not synergistic and integrated, so the productivity rate is low and less effective. Another obstacle is the limited knowledge of UMKM enterprises in marketing and the fact that they have not applied appropriate technology and information technology to market their products. The target reach of this dedication activity is to increase output and compete with other producers by leveraging digital transformation to expand the market area through online media. Besides, the entrepreneur has the ability to conduct transactions and communicate with customers.
