Science and technology will facilitate human work. However, on the other hand it will increase competition. In facing intense competition, it is necessary to have competent human resources. Students are expected to be academically prepared, in the form of knowledge and skill readiness to face increasingly fierce competition. One way to see student competence is to look at learning outcomes that can be represented by the exam scores taken. The midterm exam (UTS) is a form of exam which is an assessment component. By knowing the UTS scores, the lecturer knows the distribution of students in terms of academic competence. For this reason, it is necessary to group (clustering) using the k-means algorithm as a consideration for lecturers in forming student study groups based on UTS value clusters.

The purpose of this study is to investigate both the influences of perceived organizational support and work-family conflict on job satisfaction. In addition, this research aims to investigate the impact of the mediation of work-family disputes in the connection between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. We utilize a quantitative approach to acquire data from the subject of the study. For the sampling strategy, we employ random sampling with questionnaire distribution as the data collection tool. The data analysis method was called Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). In addition, the findings of this research indicate that a favorable and significant influence on work satisfaction may be attributed to a perceived high level of organizational support. The perception of organizational support is another factor that contributes negatively to work-family conflict. Meanwhile, the tension between work and family life has a positive and noticeable impact on job satisfaction. The latest finding is that work and family conflict might be a negative mediator in the association between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction.

Waqf has become the world's attention because this instrument can be utilized as a solution to world crisis problems. One of the countries with the most significant potential for waqf is Indonesia, which is based on a large number of followers of Islam. The number of adherents of Islam in Indonesia alone reaches 209.1 million adherents of Islam and makes the potential for Indonesian waqf very large. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using the case research method and collecting data in this study through observation and in-depth interviews with research objects. The technique used in this research is critical and interpretative analysis. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). Second, a 0% loan (Qard Hasan)"; third, business strengthening (Musyarakah); fourth, alms and grants (khairiyah). The agricultural system is developed into a culture for every family to become food security by implementing an integrated farming system. Agricultural system, "low external input and sustainable agriculture," at home and group/production scale. With this system and a touch of technology, the future is projected as a comprehensive agricultural center. Production and marketing are carried out simultaneously by building an "agricultural industry" and an "agricultural market." Apart from that, it can also be used as an educational, tourism, and cultural village. The academic village is intended as a research and training/educational practicum place. The tourism village is defined as agro-tourism which has high economic value

Drug abuse has become a complex problem faced by Indonesia and of course requires a special strategy and the active role of all parties in its prevention and handling. This is evidenced by the rampant cases of drug trafficking and abuse that occur in villages in Kuantan Singingi, one of which is Seberang Taluk Village, Central Kuantan District. This study aims to see the performance of the Village Government in the Clean Drugs (Bersinar) Village program in Seberang Taluk Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative research methods. The researcher uses Dwiyanto's theory where the indicators used in measuring organizational performance use 4 (four) indicators, namely, productivity, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The results of this study indicate that the distribution and abuse of drugs in Seberang Taluk Village has decreased during the program of the Clean Drugs Village (Bersinar) with a percentage of approximately 80%. However, the implementation of the Shining Village Program still faces several obstacles. Researchers found factors that influence the implementation of this program, which include the problem of limited budget, incompetent human resources, and lack of public self-awareness. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the management of public ownership (milkiyah 'ammah) and state ownership (milkiyah daulah) in Indonesia. This study describes in a qualitative descriptive way the current management of public ownership and state ownership in Indonesia. The theoretical approach is used for the Islamic economic system approach which assesses the practical implementation of the management of shared wealth and the wealth of the Indonesian State. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from literature, journals and information related to Indonesia's wealth. The data collection technique used is library research. And this study uses a comparative analysis of the implementation of public ownership management and state ownership management that is not in accordance with ownership management in Islam. Evidence shows that public ownership and state ownership are not fully managed by the State of Indonesia, it appears that shared ownership in the form of water, fire and pasture is managed by individuals and institutions of foreign parties who have the capital to privatize public ownership. This will have an impact on the unequal distribution of income earned by people who have capital and those who do not have capital, so that it will have an impact on prosperity that most Indonesian people cannot have. As an evaluation and solution, it is necessary to implement an Islamic economic system in managing joint ownership and control of the Indonesian state.
