Corporate social responsibility (CSR) merupakan konsep bahwa organisasi khususnya perusahaan memiliki tanggung jawab kepada konsumen, karyawan, pemegang saham, masyarakat dan lingkungan dalam segala aspek operasional perusahaan seperti terhadap permasalahan yang berdampak pada lingkungan seperti pencemaran, limbah, produk dan keselamatan tenaga kerja. Tulisan ini merupakan evaluasi terhadap program pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan PT Jasa Marga. Pada bagian awal pembahasan konsep CSR, dasar pemahaman CSR bagi perusahaan dilanjutkan dengan alasan pentingnya tanggung jawab sosial dalam mewujudkan kelangsungan hidup dan perkembangan masyarakat Bagian selanjutnya membahas pro dan kontra CSR, pendekatan pelaksanaan CSR, kegiatan CSR perusahaan di Indonesia dan terakhir membahas dampak program penghijauan terhadap PT Jasa Marga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Sugiyono (2014) mengatakan bahwa metode analisis deskriptif adalah statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan mendeskripsikan atau mendeskripsikan data yang telah dikumpulkan apa adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku bagi masyarakat umum atau generalisasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keberlanjutan PT Jasa Marga tahun 2017.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT.ANTAM Tbk memiliki komitmen terhadap pengembangan masyarakat, memiliki pendekatan yang berbeda tergantung pada kondisi dan kebutuhan. Fokus PT. ANTAM  Tbkdalam menjalankan kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) adalah mendorong potensi yang ada di tengah-tengah masyarakat agar mampu mewujudkan terciptanya masyarakat yang sejahtera dan mandiri secara berkelanjutan.Kemudian dilakukan evaluasi terhadap capaian keberhasilan Program Pelaksanaan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) PT. ANTAM Tbk, dalam program Pendanaan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (PUMK) Khususnya pada Provinsi Kalimantan Barat tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data yang telah terkumpul. Berdasarakan hasil laporan berkelanjutan PUMK PT. ANTAM Tbk pada tahun 2021 memiliki rencana penyaluran dana sebesar Rp3.500.000.000 sedangkan yang terealisasi adalah sebesar Rp2.950.000.000. Serta memiliki jumlah rencana unit binaan sebanyak 51 unit sedangkan yang terealisasi adalah sebesar 31 unit.

Managerial competence will determine the progress of an educational institution. If the principal's managerial competence is good, it will be able to improve teacher performance. This study aims to describe the relationship between principal managerial competency and teacher performance improvement. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SLB Negeri Sasa Ternate City. The subjects in this study were school principals and teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out in natural settings (natural conditions), primary data sources, and data collection techniques involved participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the head of SLB Negeri Sasa Kota Ternate is able to optimize school resources, both teachers and staff, direct students to be role models and take full responsibility for school progress. Patience, caring, hardworking, punctual attitude. The principal tries to establish himself as a leader according to the expectations of the teachers and all parties. So that it can be said that the principal already has a management program to improve teacher performance. The performance of a good teacher does not just happen, there are many factors that affect the high and low performance of a teacher, including internal factors and external factors, internal factors depend on the skills of the teacher himself, while external factors influence a lot, one of which is the principal's leadership competence. . This shows that the managerial principal can provide a positive increase in teacher performance.

Pandemi COVID-19 pemerintah berupaya untuk melakukan berbagai langkah strategis sebagai  bentuk dalam percepatan penanangan  COVID-19.  Kebijakan salah satujya dalam strategis dilakukan oleh pemerintah adalah adanya suatu penerapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dilakukan di berbagai desa, kota, atau kabupaten di Indonesia. Namun, kebijakan tersebut tidak berarti menanggalkan / kegiatan tanggung jawab pemerintah terhadap masyrakat Indonesia dan lini kehidupan didalam masyarakat.  Formulasi  terkait  pengaturan  masa mendatang  tentang  status  darurat  hukum  nasional.  Hasil  ini menyatakan bahwa  tanggung jawab  negara dalam  masa pandemi  bukan hanya COVID-19 telah  terlegitimasi dengan ketentuan hukum nasional maupun internasional. Kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial ini dilakukan Berskala Besar hendaknya tidak  menderogasi  hak-hak  prinsipil  masyarakat.  Untuk  itu, tanggung jawab negara tersebut  harus tetap dioptimalkan mengingat masyarakat memiliki posisi sentral di dalam suatu negara.. Kemudian, diperlukan suatu formulasi baru sebagai dalam  pengaturan  status darurat  nasional.  Hal ini  dikarenakan undang-undang  yang telah  ada tidak relevan dengan kondisi saat ini.

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure and CSR costs on company performance during the pandemic in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with the 2019-2021 research period. The sample in this research is 7 companies taken using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable used in this study is the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) measured by 91 items according to GRI-G4 and CSR costs are measured by employee welfare costs and community costs, while the dependent variable is company performance measured using ROA, ROE and ROS. The research model used as a test tool is Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results of the study show that Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect with the negative direction on company performance and CSR costs have no significant effect with the negative direction on company performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of solvency ratio, capital structure, and social responsibility on financial performance. This research uses 20 samples consisting of 5 companies in the cigarette industry subsector based on the time period 2018-2021. Data is collected from annual reports available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis in this research uses 3 (three) approaches, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that of the six elements, including ROA, ROE, DER, DAR, WC, and CSR, show good financial performance. In addition, DER and DAR measures negatively affect ROA and ROE. This is because the increase in solvency value causes the company's profit to decrease, it means that the company's high debt ownership makes the company pay higher interest so that the company's profit is small. WC and CSR have no impact on ROA and ROE. This is because the company's asset ownership can cover their current debt and CSR implementation can help convince interested parties to invest in the company. Based on the research conducted, the company should minimize the use of debt as funding in its operational activities, because it can affect the profitability of the company which causes a decrease in the value of ROA and ROE. In addition, the company should reconsider the implementation of CSR because it can help create a positive image of the company in the eyes of the public, even though the company's expenses will increase

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh corporate social responsibility  yang dilihat dari setiap dimensinya dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan yang dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan Return On Assets (ROA) dengan periode penelitian 2018-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan yang terspesifik pada sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 perusahaan yang diambil dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dengan Total data yang telah melalui kriteria purposive sampling dan dapat diolah adalah 30 sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat software SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengungkapan corporate social responsibility  disclosure dimensi ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial dalam tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Serta kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.

Character education has been rolled out since 2010 and is still valid today. In character education there are several values, one of which is responsibility. The character of responsibility is very important so that the school becomes a self-development institution to achieve success. Depletion of awareness and even loss of the character of responsibility in students which hinders learning activities so that this should not happen (Kamila, 2013). This study focuses on definitions, benefits, and strategies in learning to improve the character of student responsibility in schools. The results of this study include: 1) character refers to a series of attitudes, behaviors, motivations, and skills, while the character of responsibility is the attitude and behavior of a person to carry out the duties and obligations that he should do to yourself, society, environment (natural, social, and cultural), the State and God Almighty; 2) the benefits of the character of responsibility are that it can improve the quality of learning in the classroom and can improve school quality standards; 3) the character of responsibility can be done with a mind mapping strategy, inquiring mind what to know, CRH, NHT, and Quiz Team. This study concludes that the character of responsibility and learning must be carried out as one of the character education in schools through several strategies.

This study aims to find out the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports on companies in Indonesia and the effect of company size on the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports. This research uses companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. The samples to be taken are 38 companies that meet the predetermined criteria. To measure the level of quality of disclosure of sustainability reports, researchers use the disclosure index method, using a scale of 0 to 3 of the standard disclosures set by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The results of the study show that the level of quality of sustainability report disclosure is at the lowest level of assessment with the Bronze predicate in the disclosure of sustainability reports

Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

Stunting remains a chronic nutritional issue affecting human resource quality in Indonesia, particularly children under five years old. High prevalence of stunting impacts long-term cognitive development, physical growth, and productivity of the young generation (Ministry of Health, 2023). This community service aims to optimize the role of public administration in disseminating policies and programs to reduce stunting through education, training, and direct community assistance. Activities were carried out through coordination with government officials, community health cadres, and local leaders, using local communication media to raise awareness about nutrition. The results indicate an increase in community knowledge on stunting, balanced nutrition practices, and active involvement of both officials and residents in stunting reduction programs. Optimizing public administration through capacity building, cross-sector coordination, and information technology utilization supports program targets. This service recommends strategies for sustainable, participatory, and data-driven program implementation. Enhancing community concern for orphans is an essential aspect of inclusive and sustainable social development. This community service activity aims to implement strategies of empathetic communication and social management to improve the quality of social interactions and community attention toward orphans. The method applied was a participatory and qualitative descriptive approach, involving both the community and orphans in all stages of the activity, from planning, implementation, to evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in social interaction quality between the community and orphans. The children exhibited positive emotional responses, such as comfort, acceptance, and appreciation, while the community demonstrated increased participation, collective responsibility, and structured social management skills. The integration of empathetic communication and social management produced dual impacts: enhanced emotional well-being of orphans and strengthened social empathy within the community. These findings suggest that this strategy can serve as a sustainable model for social care activities and can be replicated in other communities. Therefore, the application of empathetic communication and social management has the potential to support inclusive social development, foster community solidarity, and improve the welfare of vulnerable groups sustainably.

The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people. 

Educating is the duty, mandate, and responsibility of parents, teachers, or authorized educators. in any environment and situation, an educator must make students able to absorb and understand the material and teaching that is directed and conveyed. In addition, the totality of teaching staff is also a capital in achieving the expected educational goals. The Writing this article aims to analyze the effect of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on the Company Value of PT. Astra Internasional Tbk in the 2017-2021 period. The research method used in this research is descrptive research method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the sustainability report of PT. Astra Internasional Tbk for the 2017-2021 period as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that CSR has no positive and significant influence on the company value (PBV) of Astra Internatonal Tbk in 2017-2021, because maybe the investors compare Astra’s finansial rations more than looking at it’s CSR reports

This study took the object of the Great Mosque of Demak. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work responsibilities on the performance of the employees of the Great Mosque of Demak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work responsibilities on the performance of the employees of the Great Mosque of Demak. In this study, the sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique or the sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples so that a sample of 40 respondents was obtained. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance and there is a positive and significant influence between work responsibility and employee performance.

Peneliti menggunakna metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Analisis Data menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif. Fokus lingkup penelitian ini pada pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Jasa Marga Tbk dilihat dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, pelaporan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses dimana Adanya Keluhan dari masyarakat bahwa pembagian hibah dan santunan tidak merata dan monitoring beberapa program tanggung jawab sosial tidak maksimal, dan masyarakat menginginkan penyaluran aspirasi dengan PT. Jasa Marga Tbk, tidak hanya melalui pewakilan setempat. Tujuannya untuk mengkomunikasikan keluhan serta kebutuhan dan harapan masyarakat kepada perusahaan.

The delinquency of students towards the value of learning achievement in Sekolah Dasar Hidup Baru Batam is a problem posed in this study. Thepurpose of this study is to find out the extent of the relationship of student delinquency to the value of learning achievement in Sekolah Dasar Hidup Baru Batam. The research instruments used are student questionnaires, interviews  and observations, the samples used consist of class IV to class V which totals 55 people, sampling techniques using random techniques. In describing the results of the study, the collected data is entered into a table and then processed with data analysis techniques using the product formula  of the moment find percent rough numbers.  The effect of student delinquency on learning achievement is at more than 50%. The issue of student delinquency is a shared responsibility between the student's guardian and the student's guardian.

The large number of young people's interest in entrepreneurship needs to get support and facilities, one of which is through entrepreneurship education. In entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial values ​​are taught as a value that must be upheld in running entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine entrepreneurial learning at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, and the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo to form young entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative case study approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show thatPKK subjects at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo are divided into 2, namely Entrepreneurship PKK and Productive PKK, Entrepreneurship PKK studies entrepreneurship in theory and Productive PKK is practice. Entrepreneurial values ​​in subjects on PKK Entrepreneurship learning valuesIndependent, Creative, Honest, Discipline, Responsibility, Cooperation, and Communicative are taught in theory while in Productive PKK Creative values, dare to take risks, action oriented, hard work, honest, innovative, cooperation, realistic, curiosity, and Communicative skills are taught through practice. Through entrepreneurial values ​​that are implemented in learning, PKK is able to encourage students to start entrepreneurship from an early age, this is also driven by the many practical experiences students gain
