An education system without functioning education management or management is unlikely to be able to foster school growth. Management procedures must be implemented systematically and dynamically in the National Education System. The principal as a manager with executive and leadership functions needs to align his internal capabilities in responding to the pressing needs of his environment. Managerial is a process or framework that involves guiding or directing a group of people towards organizational goals or real purposes. For the sake of achieving a successful institution in the realm of education, of course, it is very much determined by the quality of the teacher's performance guided by the Principal. Specifically, this research is intended to explore, analyze and obtain data on planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the managerial implementation of school principals in improving the quality of teacher performance at Masagi Islamic Middle School, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subject is the principal of the school. The results of the research, namely: (1) Planning has been carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines, (2) Organizing is carried out in a balanced manner by prioritizing performance, competence and rank order, (3) Implementation of managerial competencies by seeking effective learning, (4) Evaluation school principals in improving teacher performance by carrying out monitoring and evaluation of each activity that has been carried out, making reports on program implementation and following up on evaluation results. The obstacles faced in efforts to improve teacher performance professionally include the problem of limited human resources in implementing teacher professional capacity building.

The Power of the State Apparatus As a government institution in the perspective of moving the State Capital becomes part of the practice of social reproduction. Various considerations wrapped in political consensus are a challenge for bureaucrats. It is suspected that his involvement in carrying out his duties and responsibilities simultaneously has an impact on the domino effect that arises as a response to transcendental transformation. The grand factor driving the transfer of IKN is such as population agglomeration on the island of Java, which has an impact on economic stagnation which is increasingly apprehensive. In other words, the underdevelopment experienced by regions outside Java will soon be resolved. The symptom of duality in the structuring of agent behavior becomes so essential considering that the agent, namely the bureaucrat, is the key person as well as a vessel for social reproduction. Thus, it is hoped that Giddens' conception in the corridor of internal bureaucratic structuring in the search for resources as a nation accelerator can be realized properly. This is in line with the transformation of community development which requires institutional elements to accommodate all levels of stakeholders. Giddens' concept emphasizes how patterns of power relations, systems and structures unite in building the evolution of a theologically patterned society. The duality approach between the possessors of power and their powers will influence each other on an ongoing basis. More than that, the connection between political phenomena in creating opportunities will be very radical when an actor expects to optimize the capacity of his actions to influence other elements. Various speculations from minority groups to the voice of environmental elements over the transfer of the national capital are purely based on an oligarchic profit-sharing project. This skeptical assumption overshadows the fact that the development transformation synergy is fraught with risks for the possibilities that will occur. Especially regarding investment-motivated funding for the state capital project, it will confront the role of bureaucrats in a metaphorical setting in the growth of national economic capacity. It is claimed that the megaproject will participate in mobilizing supporting resources that cannot be separated from the comparison of science and technology development.

This study aims to develop the concept of external support, compatibility and organizational capabilities in increasing the adoption of Electronic Commerce and its impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises. The sample of this research was 123 respondents consisting of small and medium culinary business owners in the city of Semarang, Indonesia. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling - Amos program version 21. The results show that adoption of electronic commerce is significantly positively influenced by external support, by compatibility, by organizational capability, and by organizational capability, in addition to being significantly positively influenced by adoption of electronic commerce and the performance of small and medium-sized businesses. This study aims to examine the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as realizing real policies to increase development in the district. A mixed research design was used, which combined qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and secondary sources, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The findings reveal that Bima District has several development potentials, including its strategic location, natural resources, and human capital. However, this district still faces various socio-economic challenges, such as poverty, fatigue, and limited infrastructure. In addition, this research shows that the district's development is influenced by several factors, including political will, institutional capacity, and community participation. The contribution of this research includes providing a thorough understanding of the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as identifying the key factors influencing its development. Policy implications and practices emphasize the need to increase institutional capacity, improve infrastructure, and promote community participation in district development. Limitations of this study include the small sample size and limited data collection period. Future research should address these limitations by using larger sample sizes and longer data collection periods. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the socio-economic conditions and development potential of the Bima district, and the pressures for policy interventions to enhance the district's development.

National development requires strengthening the quality of human resources (HR) as a fundamental pillar for sustainable development, particularly in facing the challenges of the Society 5.0 era characterized by rapid advances in information and communication technology. Youth, as a productive age group, play a strategic role as agents of social change and drivers of economic development through entrepreneurship. However, low entrepreneurial awareness, limited managerial skills, and insufficient business mentoring remain major obstacles to youth business development at the local level. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance youth understanding, motivation, and entrepreneurial capacity through an educative and participatory approach based on business incubation. The program was implemented for young people in RT 013, Lubuk Gaung Village, Sungai Sembilan District, on June 18, 2023, using counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and entrepreneurial mentoring methods. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, the role of business incubators, and the importance of digital literacy and business collaboration in the digital economy era. The program also fostered collective awareness among youth to become innovative and sustainable entrepreneurs. Therefore, this PKM activity confirms that community-based business incubation has strategic relevance in improving youth human resource quality, promoting economic self-reliance, and supporting sustainable local economic development.

Ship waiting time is one issue that is always getting serious attention in every country. Marine transportation became the main made of transportation in trade. Nearly 90% of foreign trade is done by sea. Freight carried by sea to be very efficient due to large carring capacity and this the role of the port as a place where ships can carry out loading and unloading of goods becomes an important means of supporting adequate facilities and infrastructure. If the performance of the port is not optimal, it will have a direct impact on the service so that it will cause new problems, namely the ship’s waiting time gets higher, so that it  willlead to high costs, which have a direct impact on the price of goods on the market. This research has objective to know analysis the influence of factor ship scheduling, pilotage, and loading and unloading productivity to the waiting time. This research was conducted at the Port of Sei Kolak Kijang as a sample. The data collection done was through a method of observation, the literature study, interview, documentatuion and the questionnaires. Techique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assitance SPSS V.20. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation: Y = 15.326 - 0,220 X1 - 0,178 X2 – 0,308 X3 + µ. Where the decision variable of waiting time (Y), ship scheduling (X1), pilotage (X2), loading and unloading productivity (X3) tested using t test show that the three independent variables significantly influence passenger decision as dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square number of 0,665 indicates that 66,5 percent of waiting time variables can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 33,5 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.

Youth entrepreneurship plays a strategic role in strengthening local economic development; however, limited knowledge, skills, and business mentoring remain major challenges for rural youth. This community service program focuses on developing youth entrepreneurship through a village business incubator based on the 8P principles: Place, People, Process, Partnership, Profit, Promotion, Product, and Price. The program aims to improve access to entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and resources for youth in RT 013, Lubuk Gaung Subdistrict, Sungai Sembilan District. The approach employed socialization, entrepreneurship training, participatory discussions, and business mentoring tailored to local potential. The results show increased understanding of business planning, market identification, partnership development, and the use of information technology in business activities. The implementation of the 8P-based incubator model successfully strengthened entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, and youth readiness to develop sustainable local businesses. Furthermore, this program also opens up opportunities for more structured, collaborative business development, which is crucial for long-term sustainability at the village level. Overall, this program contributes to increasing the capacity of youth as agents of change in the local economy.

The main problem faced by farmer groups in South Dumai District is the weak management of data, information, and group administration, which affects the effectiveness of agricultural development planning and evaluation. This community service activity aims to strengthen farmer group institutions by improving their capacity in data and administrative management. The method employed was a community organizing approach through participatory extension activities, group discussions, and initial mentoring involving 33 participants consisting of farmer group administrators and members. The results indicate an increase in farmers’ understanding and awareness of the importance of data and orderly administration as a basis for planning, decision-making, and evaluation of agricultural development programs. In addition, early social changes emerged in the form of collective awareness and the initiative of group leaders to actively strengthen institutional functions. Strengthening farmer group institutions through proper data and administrative management is expected to support sustainable agricultural development and improve farmers’ welfare.

Along with the development of MSMEs in Banjarkemantren Village, it is necessary to make a breakthrough by increasing productivity. With increased productivity, it can directly increase profits. One of these breakthroughs is by changing the process of manually kneading bread dough into a bread dough kneading process machine in the form of a mixer machine that has a large capacity and is fast and is able to increase the viscosity / viscosity of the dough. With a simple concept of dynamo motor to gear box. From the gear box is connected to a 10 cm pulley and forwarded with a v belt to a 30 cm pulley, so that the dynamo speed can be lowered. The mixer can be modified from the old mixer by opening the other 2 sides for wider reach. From here a simple kneading machine was created that can improve the manual method with the machine so that the production of bread dough can increase.

Soft skills are non-technical skills that relate to how people operate, engage with coworkers, solve problems, and manage the task for which they are responsible. Soft skills are required for future leadership jobs and will influence their effectiveness in managing teams to execute diverse initiatives. Furthermore, the capacity to show attentiveness and empathy to clients indicates a dedication to solving problems or meeting their requirements. To strengthen the ability to work with others and positively impact one's profession, a soft skills development program was held for the community in Wonoplumbon Urban Village, Mijen Sub-district, Semarang City, and its stakeholders comprising of RW leaders. This activity aims to achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely that governments, workers' organizations, and employers all over the world work to improve workers' employability, place young people in decent productive jobs, and increase company productivity through higher quality and relevant training.

This study focuses on the process of managing the Ship Movement Permit for MT.SHIP TRINITY during its transfer from the dock area to the anchorage area at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Absorption of labor in the perspective of Islamic economics is that the government has made various efforts as its responsibility to provide jobs for its people. In everyday life, trucks are used to transport goods. Not infrequently seen a lot of use of trucks that exceed the carrying capacity. Accidents on the highway include the impact caused by trucks that are overloaded or overloaded. The purpose of this study is to reduce the risk of accidents due to overloading or overloading. The truck load monitoring system aims to make it easier for truck users to see the truck load weight directly through a smartphone with an application. In addition, users can also see the excess weight of the load and there is an overweight indicator in the form of a buzzer. With this system, users can reduce the risk of accidents on their vehicles. This system consists of a load cell sensor and HX711 module as a weight detector, NodeMCU as a microcontroller and data transmission, firebase as a database, and android studio as a container for creating applications. Payload weight data can be monitored remotely or close according to the principles of the Internet of Things (IoT). The results of this study indicate that the system works well with the sensor accuracy level on the prototype truck 1 and truck prototype 2 above 95%. Writing data on firebase, reading firebase through the application and testing the buzzer has a 100% success rate percentage. There is no diference transmission delay between serial monitor and firebase.

Wisata Danau Rusa merupakan salah satu wisata yang dikembangkan oleh  Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kampar. Konsep collaborative governance sangat penting dalam penerapan kolaborasi pengembangan destinasi wisata karena dalam kolaborasi ini tidak hanya melibatkan pemerintah saja, melainkan melibatkan masyarakat dan pokdarwis. Kolaborasi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan wisata danau rusa di Kabupaten Kampar dan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Purwanti yaitu: 1.Principled Engagement (Keterlibatan Prinsip), 2. Shared Motivation (Motivasi Bersama), 3. Capacity for Join action (Kapasitas Untuk Bergabung). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah program pengembangan destinasi wisata yang sudah berjalan dengan baik karena dibuktikan dengan adanya keterlibatan prinsip yang baik, motivasi bersama yang sudah dipahami, dan keterlibatan prinsip yang telah dijalankan oleh pihak yang berkolaborasi. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu faktor sumber daya manusia, faktor partisipasi masyarakat dan anggaran yang minim.

The research focused on the quality of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services in kupang city. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation and quality model of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services. The theory used is the theory of online service quality proposed by parasurahman with the variables of efficiency, fullfilment, system availability, privacy. The research design used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of quality whatsapp-based online services was seen from service efficiency, ease of access and a simple mechanism; fullfilment, a fast and free service period; system availability, the internet network support; and privacy, the end-to-end encrypted whatsapp. The obstacle is there are no regulations, infrastructure facilities are still limited, just using one smartphone for one service where the smartphone capacity is limited for document transactions. Then there is still a lack of government socialization. Therefore, the model that needs to be carried out by the population and civil registry office of kupang city is to make a regulation for the mayor of kupang. It is necessary for the government to be responsible for providing computers for whatsapp online, and conducting wider socialization to the public.

Health is a basic right of all people. The main priority at this time is health services for pregnant women. The selection of birth attendants for pregnant women is something that must be considered. Prior to the tripartite partnership, many people chose to give birth with the help of a dukun than to give birth with a health worker. The process of forming a tripartite partnership, namely collaboration between cadres, traditional birth attendants and midwives, began with the signing of the MoU which was directly supervised by the camat, babinsa and lurah. The existence of cadres and traditional birth attendants who continuously accompany pregnant women makes them trust them to use the services of health workers and give birth at health facilities. There was an increase in the number of birth mothers assisted by midwives who partnered with traditional birth attendants at Poskesdes with an average increase of 2. 8% for the past 2 years. The obstacles in implementing this tripartite partnership are the very low level of education of cadres and traditional birth attendants, the remote location of health services and the financial capacity of postpartum mothers.

Distribution routes are generally a problem for every company, including in the public company BULOG Medan Amplas. Distribution to the Medan Amplas BULOG public company, namely having to serve every stall that is far from the warehouse with scattered locations, and limited vehicle capacity. So far, driver considerations in distributing products have only been based on random intuitions of driver and does not consider the efficiency of the route taken. Therefore, this research uses Clarke and Wright Savings algorithm to obtain optimal mileage by taking into account every consumer demand and vehicle capacity. Calculation results using the Clarke and Wright Savings Algorithm obtained the vehicle mileage of 695.08 km with a savings of 11 km or 1.56%.

The method used was photography and direct measurements as well as assessment by a team appointed by the Berau Regency Government, both from the condition of the road to measuring the distance of the road whose quality would be improved at a 1,300m location stretching from the Jalan Poros Tanjung Batu area to the end of the Persimpangan Jalan Pertanian.

This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted as an effort to strengthen organizational capacity in improving the performance of Dasawisma in Bukit Timah Subdistrict, Dumai City, particularly in management and organizational practices. The main problems faced by the community partners included suboptimal organizational functions, limited understanding of organizational management, administration, and simple financial recording, which affected participation and program sustainability. This program aimed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and awareness of Dasawisma members regarding effective organizational management and administrative practices. The methods applied were participatory counseling and assistance through lectures, interactive discussions, and practical exercises on organizational management and basic bookkeeping. The results indicated an improvement in members’ understanding of organizational roles and functions, increased motivation and active participation, and the emergence of collective awareness about the importance of administration and collaboration. Furthermore, the program encouraged more structured and organized behavior, serving as an initial step toward strengthening Dasawisma’s institutional capacity.
