This study aims to analyze the coastal women’s dual roles in Ternate City and its impact on their physical and mental well-being. This study used a qualitative approach to identify the division of work between domestic roles and productive roles, factors affecting dual roles, and their impact on women's well-being. The research method involved literature study, observation, and secondary data analysis. The results of the study showed that coastal women experienced significant dual roles due to patriarchal cultural norms, unequal access to resources, and economic pressures. The impacts covered sleep disturbances, physical fatigue, stress, anxiety, and depression. Efforts such as strengthening inclusive development programs, changing cultural norms, and developing work flexibility policies that consider women's dual roles are needed to reduce double workload.

Toxic relationships in dating are those that do not contribute positively to the development of both parties involved. Toxic relationships often stem from dominance exerted by one party, leading the other to feel oppressed or uncomfortable within the relationship. This research aims to identify toxic relationships in dating among students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The research method employed is descriptive, with a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaire surveys and interviews as data collection techniques. The sample size for this research comprised 63 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The findings of this study indicate that the most dominant form of toxic relationship in dating among students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, is possessive behavior, such as monitoring and scrutinizing every move of the partner, lack of trust, or frequent suspicion of the partner as a result of excessive jealousy. These behaviors reflect a lack of trust and an excessive level of control over the partner, resulting in an unhealthy environment where one party feels bound and constrained by the unreasonable desires of the partner.

Character education is a fundamental element in the educational process, especially at the elementary school level where students are at the critical stage of forming values and principles. At this age, students are experiencing rapid physical, mental, emotional and social development. Therefore, character education is very important to help students build strong moral and social foundations. In the context of Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) subjects, the integration of character values not only enriches the curriculum but also strengthens students' moral and social foundations. PJOK's diverse and dynamic activities, such as games, sports and other physical activities, provide an ideal platform for instilling important values such as honesty, discipline, cooperation, responsibility and sportsmanship. Through a systematic and reflective approach, this research identifies effective methods for integrating these values into daily PJOK activities. This includes developing a curriculum designed to promote positive social interactions, increased self-awareness, and appreciation for diversity and inclusion. For example, in team games, students can learn about cooperation, communication, and mutual respect. In individual activities, students can develop self-discipline, responsibility, and sportsmanship. Additionally, teachers can facilitate reflective discussions after activities to help students understand and internalize the values they have put into practice. By systematically integrating character education in PJOK subjects, this research aims to help students not only develop physical abilities, but also build strong character, which will be the foundation for their future development. And thus, PJOK learning does not only focus on physical development but also on strengthening character, which ultimately forms students who are holistically healthy - both physically and socially-emotionally. This research provides new insights into the potential of PJOK learning as a tool for character education, offers concrete strategies for educators to implement these values effectively, and highlights the importance of integrated character education in the elementary school curriculum.

DKI Jakarta faces significant traffic congestion due to the increasing population and number of motor vehicles. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature review to identify the factors causing congestion and to formulate effective solutions. The findings reveal that congestion is caused by high private vehicle usage, low use of public transportation, and limited road space. The proposed solutions in this study include improving public transportation infrastructure, implementing an odd-even traffic policy, and enforcing a 3 in 1 rule for cars. The analysis results show that implementing the odd-even policy is the most effective solution to reduce congestion. This policy has proven to reduce the volume of vehicles on the road and encourages the public to switch to public transport, significantly reducing exhaust emissions, improving air quality, increases the efficiency of road space usage, and lowers the traffic accident rate. The success of this solution requires active support and participation from the public. Therefore, the government needs to continuously involve the public in the decision-making process and provide adequate education about the impact and urgency of congestion issues. Collaboration between the government and the public is crucial to creating effective solutions to address congestion and enhance sustainable mobility in Jakarta.

Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant difference in critical thinking abilities after students use the Equal variance method. The STEM-PBL approach, compared with the innovative K13 approach. The average critical thinking skills scores of the control class in the pre-test and post-test were 38 and 79.5.
