Development is a planned action of change and growth. Siagian (2005: 9) argues that development is "a growth and change effort that is consciously planned and carried out by a nation, state and government towards modernity in the framework of nation building". The aim of the development is to optimize the peace of mind of residents. Development itself is a marker of transformation for a country. As we know, the goal of the Indonesian nation's national development is to achieve a balanced, capable and prosperous society.

Since its invention in the 19th century until today, reinforced concrete has become a leading construction material due to its qualities; it is a strong and durable building material that can be used in any form of architecture at an affordable and reasonable cost. Thus, humanity has abandoned traditional building materials (stone, earth, straw, lime, wood and hemp, etc.) to benefit from the many advantages of reinforced concrete (Yasser et al., 2013). However, this conversion comes at a cost; the environmental consequences are serious, cement is the third largest emitter of CO2 after cars and coal-fired power plants, and the same applies to steel, despite significant progress in recycling (Ranjitham et al., 2021).

Social integration is a unitary condition of living together from various socio-cultural system units, ethnic groups and communities to interact and work together. Social integration as a reflection of the quality of this relationship, if applied to business actors, will increase the value chain for their business. So that the purpose of implementing this program is to create superior milkfish products through the creation of "Social Integration Empowerment" for business groups in Semarang City through the establishment of "Semarang Milkfish Industrial Community". So it is hoped that it can develop synergy between entrepreneurs and community support for the creation of superior products in the region. The program implementation method begins with an integration process to form the Semarang Milkfish Industry community. Then analyze the problems being faced by the community through action research. The next step is to organize meetings which will be followed by building a common understanding, so that the problems that will be handled can be ascertained. Based on these problems, the team and the community will test the action/work program that will be carried out together. After the mutually agreed work program is implemented, the next stage is evaluation and reflection.

This study was conducted to determine the interior design at Mencusuar Cafe &; Resto Dago, the influence of restaurant interior design on guest experience and satisfaction at Mencusuar Cafe &; Resto Dago. Some of the analysis methods used are descriptive methods. The problem in this study is in changing priorities to design and promote various types of café spaces, from those that were originally oriented to the physical and physiological comfort of users, now starting to prioritize the beauty and visual uniqueness of the space in order to become an 'instagrammable' selfie tourist destination. Therefore, this study aims to see in detail the role of interior design on Mencusuar Café &; resto Dago and also on people's consumption patterns. The theory used is the theory of interior design, a design of building space to accommodate and the needs of tourists to feel comfortable and safe. The results of this study can conclude that Mencusuar café & resto Dago in addition to attracting the building, instagrammable photo spots, many facilities exist and can be used by tourists. That the elements of Mencusuar café & resto Dago that have an influence on the level of consumer satisfaction are physical environmental factors such as furniture, lighting, color combinations, interior decoration, sound, temperature, good coffee quality affect the pleasant aroma of the coffee shop. Researchers hope this study can provide inspiration for tourists who want to visit to get information first. Make the experience valuable for visitors.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. In the era of technological development and digitization in various fields, MSMEs as a type of business that has a large role in building the economy also need to experience development in the field of technology in marketing their products. The purpose of this service is to develop MSMEs in terms of digital marketing and expand the MSMEs marketing network. One example of MSMEs that need digital marketing assistance is UMKM Meatballs and Mixed Ice "Family". The method used in this community service activity is divided into four stages, namely the survey stage, the digital marketing socialization stage, digital marketing assistance and the maintenance and evaluation stages. Digital marketing assistance activities for UMKM Meatballs and Mixed Ice "Family" are a form of community service with the aim of developing and participating in elevating regional potential so that they can have a marketing network that is not limited to the local market.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Indonesian in building Baduy communication with intercultural tourists. This study uses the research method used is qualitative research based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine the condition of natural objects. The instruments used in this study were observations, interviews, field notes and documentation. The data collected is by interview technique. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that the Baduy people can speak Indonesian and use Indonesian to communicate with tourists. Apart from that, we also analyze that the Baduy people learn Indonesian from their parents and tourists because they don't go to school. The effectiveness of using Indonesian makes the communication that exists between the Baduy people and tourists run smoothly and better. In this study, researchers tried to interact with 9 Baduy people and 7 of them stated that almost 20% were fluent in Indonesian, 50% could speak Indonesian but were not fluent and 30% of the Baduy people passively used Indonesian. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that approximately 70% of the Baduy people can use Indonesian well and can interact fluently with tourists or outsiders. As explained above, being said to be effective means successfully conveying the message each speaker raises. This can make it easier to communicate and interact easily with outsiders besides the Baduy because not all tourists can use the native language of the Baduy tribe, namely Sundanese. With the effective use of Indonesian it is very clear that it can help to communicate easily and fluently.

This study aims to obtain optimal transportation costs with an effective route in distributing cement to TB. Medang Indah. To achieve the objectives of this research, several steps were carried out, namely, by creating a transportation model from the data obtained, determining the initial solution using the Vogel's Approximation (VAM) method, and determining the optimal solution using two methods, namely the Stepping Stone method and the Modified Distribution (MODI) method. From determining the initial solution of Rp. 52,460,000.00 and the optimal solution from both methods has the same cost and route, which is Rp. 52,350,000.00. This indicates that the route to be used by TB. Medang Indah in optimizing costs with efficient routes, namely Rp. 52,350,000.00.

Based on the results of the flexural strength test of concrete after 28 days of age, the highest test results obtained for the flexural strength of concrete were the addition of 100 grams of granulated sugar worth 3.00 MPa for the second was the addition of 50 grams of granulated sugar worth 0.515 MPa and for the third was the addition of sugar sand 70 grams 0.454 Mpa. This composition cannot be said to have decreased due to immersion in sea water, because there is no proven comparison with immersion using ordinary water.

The formulation of the problem in this research is how does the mapping of local tax potential in Sikka Regency based on leading sources, potential sources, developing sources, and underdeveloped sources? This research aimed to determine the mapping of local tax potential in Sikka Regency based on leading, potential, developing, and underdeveloped sources. Research methods used in data collection were interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique was quantitative descriptive analysis using Klassen Typology analysis. The results of the research concluded that of the ten sources of local tax revenue in Sikka Regency included in quadrant I (leading sources) there were no sources of local tax revenue included in the leading sources because the ten sources of local tax revenue lack of potential revenue and the ability to manage high potential. Quadrant II (developing sources) were entertainment tax and billboard tax, where the government has high revenue potential but had the ability to manage low potential. Quadrant III ( potential sources) were road lighting tax, rual-urban land and building tax, and acquisition duty on land building where the government had low potential but had a high capacity to manage. Those included in quadrant IV (underdeveloped sources) were hotel tax, restaurant tax, parking tax, groundwater tax, and non-meltallic mineral and rock tax. That five sources were lack potential revenue and the ability to manage high potential.  

This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Nangalimang Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method and a survey approach. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to taxpayers 2who are registered in the Nangalimanang Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency. The sampling technique used the slovin formula, with a total of 90 respondents distributed questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test have a significance value of 0.000 which is less than the alpha level used, which is 0.05 or 5%. The results of the T test show that a) the significance value of tax knowledge is 1,995 > 1,987; b) the significance value of taxpayer awareness is 4,860 > 1,987. it can be seen that simultaneously there is influence from tax knowledge and awareness of taxpayers on taxpayer compliance with land and building taxes.

Kamal, Kab. Bangkalan on building materials. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population is all fifth grade students for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Sampling in this study using a total sample. The research sample was 22 students. Data was collected using test questions and observation sheets. The results of the study show that 1) there is a positive relationship between mathematical communication ability and self-confidence with a moderate level of relationship, 2) that the relationship between mathematical communication ability and self-confidence is 29.4%, while 70.6% is influenced by other variables .

The hospital is a workplace that is very loaded with potential hazards to the health and safety of its workers, one of the hazards is fire. The risk of fire in hospitals has a fairly high level of danger compared to other places. Therefore, a fire management system is needed that can prevent and deal with fires such as management policies, organization and procedures, identification and analysis of fire risks, evaluation of fire risks, coaching and training, fire protection facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between perceptions of the completeness of the fire safety system, knowledge and attitudes with fire risk preparedness at Tamansari West Jakarta Hospital in 2023. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in August 2022─May 2023 at Tamansari Hospital, West Jakarta. The population of this study are employees who work in Tanabsari Hospital services. With the Slovin formula, the research sample was obtained, namely 114 respondents with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. This study used the chi square statistical test using SPSS 22. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was tested on 10 respondents who were estimated to have good insight and in accordance with the theme studied in January 2023. The results showed that fire risk preparedness with statistical test results obtained a value continuity correction 1,000, knowledge obtained a value of 0.000 and attitude obtained a value of 0.023 (p-value <0.05). This value states that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes and fire risk preparedness, but there is no relationship between the completeness of the fire safety system and fire risk preparedness. It is hoped that they will be able to take part in Building Fire Safety Management training in order to increase their knowledge and attitude in fire emergency evacuation.

Delays in repairs can occur due to weak management and also caused by less than optimal empowerment of human resources. This study aims to identify the risks found in four divisions, namely the Production Division, Warehouse Division, Finance Division and Purchasing Division. The study found 31 risk events. Determining the value of each risk is carried out using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method. There were 13 risks that had the highest Risk Priority Number, namely the length of approval for requests for goods (RPN = 522.88), delays in payment processes by customers (RPN = 504.64), requests for additional work from the owner (RPN = 477.128), fluctuations in the number of manpower (RPN = 454.08), Changes in material use related to the availability of materials in the warehouse (RPN = 411.768), Changes in material calculations related to design (RPN = 389.017), Length of decision making by the owner (RPN = 388.36), Long material delivery process (RPN = 388.36), Insufficient stock material (RPN = 357,588), Writing the amount on the Request for Goods Bill is not detailed (RPN = 357.71), Lack of availability of stock material (RPN = 349,524), Making and submitting late payment requests (RPN = 316.8), Placement of materials that are less efficient (RPN = 296.8) Risk mitigation is carried out using the Fault Tree Analysis method to find the main cause / basic event of each risk. And the mitigation step that needs to be done is by making changes to the warehouse layout. If the layout design of the warehouse is changed to be more efficient it will speed up the material retrieval process which has an impact on the ship repair process time.
