Mathematics is often considered a difficult subject by students so it is not uncommon for students to experience learning difficulties such as experiencing anxiety when learning mathematics, therefore this study aims to describe the level of anxiety, describe the factors that cause anxiety, and how anxiety affects student learning difficulties class X at MAS YMPI Tanjungbalai. In this study, the number of research subjects was 36 students with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection in this study was in the form of data field notes using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Learning difficulties can be interpreted as a condition in the learning process which is characterized by the presence of certain obstacles to achieve learning outcomes. In this study it refers more to the problem of student anxiety which is an obstacle in achieving learning objectives. This research is a type of qualitative research and the validity technique in this study uses time triangulation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion regarding the level of student anxiety in learning mathematics, it can be concluded that from 36 students, 8 (22.2%) students experienced high levels of anxiety, 23 (63.9%) students experienced moderate anxiety levels and 5 (13.9) %) students have a low level of anxiety. The anxiety of the students with the low anxiety category was more responsive and very enthusiastic in learning mathematics compared to the other two categories, namely the moderate anxiety category and the high anxiety category. Based on data analysis on average student learning outcomes, students with high levels of anxiety will have an average learning outcome lower than students with medium anxiety levels and high anxiety levels.

Liquidity issues are important in maintaining the smooth operation of the company as well as in short-term and emergency needs as well as the growth function (investment) to develop owned assets in accordance with the expectations desired by the company. Information about budgeted cash flows can produce relevant information, because from this cash flow it can be known the need for the company's operations from the source of the recipient. Given the large number of cash receipts and disbursements managed, a list is needed that contains all cash inflows and cash outflows presented in the form of a cash flow statement. The results of the discussion concluded that cash management plays a role in the liquidity of CV. PSP Group, this can be proven from the results of research by calculating liquidity with the Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Quick Ratio, where the calculation results for 1 year, namely from January to December 2021 the calculation results for the liquidity ratio are > 1 as much as 75%, where with the existence of good cash management will have a positive impact, which means the application of cash management at CV. PSP Group is better, on company liquidity and financial conditions with a liquidity ratio of < 1 of 25%, which means that future conditions need to be improved in cash management to make it even better because there are still conditions that cash management in 2021 is not liquid or in the sense that CV. From July to September, the PSP Group was unable to pay its current debts in a timely manner, which resulted in obstacles to the company's payment of employee salaries and other important company expenses.

This study aims to determine what factors affect job satisfaction of online drivers in the city of Semarang. The population used in this study were all online drivers in the city of Semarang and the sample used was 352 employees with the Slovin formula, using probability sampling technique with random sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study using the SPSS 24 program. Hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a partial effect, namely; Welfare level has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Resilience has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Flexibility has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction Online Drivers in Semarang City.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, work environment, and perceptions of job opportunities on employee turnover intention. The population used in this study were all employees working and the sample used is 70 employees. This study used non-probability sampling technique research methods with saturated sampling method (census). Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variable Compensation has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Leadership Style has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Work Environment has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Perception of Work Opportunities has a partial positive effect on Turnover Intention.

Background Surgical planning for preoperative patients is a psychosocial stressor that can cause stress, anxiety, and depression. Preoperative is the period before surgery is performed, starting from the time the decision is made for surgery until the patient is on the operating table. Laparotomy is one of the major surgical procedures by making an incision in the lining of the abdominal wall to obtain problems in the abdominal organs, such as cancer, bleeding, obstruction, and perforation. Research objectives: The general objective of this study was to determine the effect of implementing education on anxiety levels in preoperative apparatus patients with general anesthesia. Research methodology: This type of research is a quantitative study, with a quasy experimental research plan, with a non-randomized post-test one group design. . Results: It is known that the asymo.sig, (2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the "hypothesis is accepted". Thus it can be said that there are differences in the results of the intervention group and the control group. Because there is a significant difference, it is said that "there is an effect of providing education to preoperative laparotomy patients" Conclusion: Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been put forward under the title "the effect of providing pre-anesthesia education on anxiety levels in laparotomy patients with general anesthesia" it can be concluded as follows: There is a significant effect on providing education on preoperative anxiety of laparotomy with general anesthesia p = 0.000 (p <0.05) in the central surgical installation of Siti Fatimah Az-Zahra Hospital, South Sumatra Province.

Dengue fever remains a serious public health issue at the international and local levels, particularly in Semarang. Dengue fever can be controlled by Wolbachia bacteria, to suppress Aedes Sp. The SMA Labschool UPGRIS Semarang City students have never received instruction on controlling dengue disease using Wolbachia. This activity aims to increase the pupils' understanding of the issue. Powerpoint slides are used to facilitate discussions and the presentation of material during activities. There were 49 students in attendance. The Pre-Post test is used to measure knowledge. The non-parametric Wilcoxon sign rank test was used for a descriptive and analytical analysis of the measurement results. The findings indicate that 42 students' knowledge (85.7%) grew due to exposure. In the pre-test, students' understanding of dengue fever and how to control it using Wolbachia was, 50% complete (mean 50.6), but in the post-test, it was 80% complete (mean 8). The values before and after the test are significantly different (p-value 0.001). The socializing activities can help students learn more about the dynamics of dengue-transmitting mosquitoes and how Wolbachia bacteria can be used to control them. It is essential to create print and internet informational materials regarding dengue illness and how Wolbachia can treat it.

This community service activity aims to assist partners in increasing the understanding of educators and education personnel of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum and the Mover School Program. The method of implementing the service is in the form of educational activities in the form of counseling which was carried out on February 5-17, 2023 with an activity workflow of four stages, namely: planning stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage, and reporting stage. This activity has been completed by meeting the predetermined achievement targets. These achievements can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in counseling activities and being active in question and answer activities and discussions. In reviewing the evaluation of activities, the implementation team considered that the implementation of this service activity could not be separated from the maximum support from partners through the preparation of facilities during the event and the enthusiasm of participants in participating in counseling activities. The inhibiting factors of the activity include: time constraints, participant attendance that is not optimal, and the remote location of partners, far from the city and in an internet blind spot.

Empowerment of the environment in society is very essential in the regional and national development agenda. Communities, governments, academics and business actors have an important role as drivers of innovation in national environmental preservation programs. In an effort to implement this function, several strategic studies are needed so that all initiator components can jointly protect the environment from potential natural releases including natural disasters such as floods. Based on this, community service research involving members of the Tangerang City DPRD, the Environment Service, the Public Works and Public Housing Service, the Social Service, the Regional Disaster Management Agency, Officials in the Periuk sub-district and Periuk Sub-District underwent a Focus Group Discussion on social impact economic consequences due to flooding in Periuk District. As for some assistance with problems, namely as follows: 1.) Officials in the Tangerang City area require intensive coordination and supervision to overcome flood problems and their economic impacts, (2.) The need for knowledge for the community regarding the socio-economic impacts that can be experienced as a result of flooding . Therefore, the results of community service research are as follows: (1) succeeded in formulating a policy package that has been approved by the executive and legislative components in the Periuk District and Tangerang City, (2.) The community feels helped by the existence of discussion and presentation facilities material organized by the Business Faculty of Buddhi Dharma University.

The purpose of this service is to find out how the legal protection for victims of domestic violence according to Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and what are the obstacles or obstacles that arise in the implementation of protection for victims of Domestic Violence (KDRT). The method in this community service is by means of lectures and discussions. Legal protection for victims of domestic violence is very much needed because all forms of violence, especially domestic violence are violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity and forms of discrimination. Victims of physical-psychological violence, sexual and neglect experience suffering and losses, so it is necessary to protect the rights of victims to obtain justice. The obstacle or obstacle that arises in the implementation of protection for victims of domestic violence is that domestic violence is often not reported to the police, because victims feel ashamed to open up household problems to other parties. family

The existence of technology has become insignificant and affects all activities and human life in the world. As in today's era, almost everything is dependent on technology. Information technology in the e-government era can make it easy for people to obtain information and communicate interactively. Because with this technology, we can get information quickly. Information obtained through communication technology makes it easier for an organization to cooperate with each other in achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore the use of technology needs to be optimized and developed so as not to experience backwardness in obtaining information. This study aims to analyze the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Jakarta Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration using qualitative research methods by collecting data through recording and observation. The theory used is Grindle's policy implementation theory. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration in Jakarta in general has a positive impact and eases the work of its employees.

Land is fixed, does not change, so that land has a promising investment value for most people, this is due to the tendency for the price or selling value of land to continue to increase. The need for housing for the community has increased the sale and purchase of land, the process of legality in land certification has become crucial and needs to be understood carefully. Actualization of community service through outreach regarding land law in Ngadirgo Village, Mijen District, Semarang City has the aim of increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the importance of land registration and increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the benefits and functions of land registration. The socialization uses power point presentation media by dividing the method into 4 main components, namely: the lecture method, the interactive discussion method, the consultation method, and the evaluation method. With the socialization related to land law, the people of Ngadirgo Village, Mijen Sub-District gained adequate insight and understanding so that later they can take care of land certification independently so as not to cause problems in the future. The land certificate bleaching program is also one of the main topics related to the socialization of land law as an effort to provide legal certainty and legal protection of community land rights based on the principles of simple, fast, smooth, safe, fair, equitable, and open and accountable so as to increase the welfare and prosperity of the community. and the country's economy as well as reducing and preventing land disputes and conflicts.

This community service activity aims to identify the existing conditions of the location that is planned to become a tourist village, in the form of outreach so that the Government of Kalurahan Banjarasri Kapanewon Kalibawang can find out a general description to plan an ecotourism, especially in the scope of transportation management. The method of activities carried out to achieve the goals of Community Service (PPM) are surveys, observations, planning and outreach as well as discussions from the community service team to Kalurahan Banjarasri officials. There are two alternatives routes to Bukit Watu Belah, and from the observations it is known that the second alternative route has a road width varying from 1,5 to 5 meters. Pavement of this village’s main road is asphalt while the road to the top of the hill is still a dirt road. In terms of transportation, the new “Bukit Watu Belah” ecotourism is worth continuing, with an ecogreen feeder transportation concept for 4-wheeled vehicles or buses.

An organization is established because it has a goal that it wants and must achieve. A company organization is established by a group of people because they want to gain business profits, while a non-profit organization is established with the aim of community service. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of job placement on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of compensation on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of job placement, compensation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained. Job placement tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, job placement affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Compensation tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, compensation affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The work environment tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, the work environment affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The rapid growth of digital startup companies in Indonesia brings its own challenges in human resource (HR) management, especially related to workload and organizational commitment. High work dynamics, aggressive targets, and intense operational pressure can cause an imbalance in workload that impacts motivation, work stress, and increased turnover intention. HR commitment is a key factor in startup success, but it is difficult to achieve without effective and humane workload management. This community service activity was carried out by Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), through the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum), which aims to improve the understanding, skills, and awareness of digital startup entrepreneurs and employees in Bugangan Village, Semarang, regarding workload management strategies. The methods used include workshops, group discussions, and direct assistance. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the impact of disproportionate workloads, as well as the ability to implement efficient and sustainable work strategies. This activity also encourages collaboration between academics and practitioners in designing a healthy and adaptive work environment. With better workload management, it is hoped that the level of commitment, satisfaction, and retention of employees in digital startups can increase, while strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses in the era of digital transformation.

Sigapiton Village is one of the villages designated as a tourist village in Toba Regency based on the decision of the Toba Regent Number 665 of 2020, Sigapiton Village is designated as a Tourism Village. Sigapiton Tourism Village has the potential of a tourist attraction, but has not been developed to its full potential. This study aims to identify and describe the profile of potential tourist attractions owned by Sigapiton Tourism Village, identify and analyze internal and external factors that influence the development of Sigapiton Tourism Village, and develop tourism development strategies in Selulung Tourism Village. This study uses a qualitative method with the analysis of IFE, EFE, IE. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, Focus Group Discussion, giving questionnaires, examining documents and literature studies. The tourism potential of the Sigapiton Tourism Village is the potential for natural, cultural and man-made tourist attractions. Internal factors that influence the development of the Sigapiton Tourism Village are its natural and cultural attractions, tourism facilities, human resources and commitment to building a tourist village. External factors that influence are market trends (alternative tourism), well-known tourist destinations (Situmurun waterfall), Sister Village has been established between Silima Lombu and Sigapiton Tourism Village, and support from the government. The development strategy that can be applied in the Sigapiton Tourism Village is to develop tour packages that prioritize culture, art, local traditions, and agro-tourism, create interesting content marketing and carry out promotions, and build synergy with the surrounding tourist villages in Ajibata sub-district, Kabupaten Sigapiton. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Premarital Guidance at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Kapur IX District and what materials were given by religious counselors at KUA of Kapur IX District during premarital guidance. The research method that the author uses in writing this article is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The sources of data from this study were extension workers at KUA Kapur IX District and books related to this research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Premarital Guidance at the KUA of Kapur IX District is carried out every Thursday starting at 10.00 WIB until it is finished. The methods used in providing premarital guidance to the bride and groom are lecture, discussion, and question and answer methods. In the implementation of premarital guidance at KUA Kapur IX District there were several supporting and inhibiting factors in achieving the successful implementation of the premarital guidance. The supporting factors are the willingness of the bride and groom, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and professional extension workers. And the inhibiting factor in the implementation of premarital guidance is that there are still prospective brides who are not punctual in following the guidance and there are still prospective brides who consider this premarital guidance not so important. The pre-marital guidance material given by the counselor to the bride and groom is material about the purpose of marriage, husband and wife's obligations, attitudes that support the realization of a happy/sakinah family, rules for husband and wife association, first night etiquette, mandatory bathing, times when it is forbidden to associate with the husband wife, things that are prohibited in the household, things that can disturb the harmony of the household, and so on.

This service aims to implement the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) teaching method on PAI material at the high school level. This service uses a qualitative descriptive method which is carried out in class XI, totaling 35 students which is carried out through the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The problems faced by students when learning tend to use the lecture method, especially in PAI lessons, students are only listeners without having to express students' opinions, this results in a decrease in student interest and activity when receiving lessons. The results of this service prove that students have empathy during the learning process and can express creativity in explaining material, hone students' confidence in expressing opinions and train students' cohesiveness with other students which makes the method effective. This model can be a stimulus for educators who want to apply the PAI learning method in the classroom.

This study discusses the application of the Mind Mapping method to PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the application of the Mind Mapping method in PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi in Class XI was successful or not. The purpose of this research is to prove that by applying the Mind Mapping method to pie learning in schools. By applying the Mind Mapping method it can stimulate students to be active in class, and be able to discuss with peers, and also be able to solve problems by discussing. In this study it can be proven that one of the ways to arouse student activity is to use the Mind Mapping method in teaching PAI at school. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that applying the Mind Mapping method to PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi is well implemented. This can be proven by the application of the Mind Mapping method to PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi. Using this method can produce active and critical students in dealing with problems, as well as being able to discuss and respect friends' opinions when discussing, increasing the level of independence in learning. Not only using the discussion method, the teacher must also provide motivation in learning so that students can learn optimally.

This study investigates the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to promote ethical business practices within the evolving landscape of digital marketing in Indonesia. The research aims to elucidate the current state of AI integration, its impact on ethical considerations, and the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study adopts a qualitative approach, employing semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders involved in digital marketing and AI development. Sampling techniques include purposive sampling to ensure representation across industries and snowball sampling to access knowledgeable participants. Data analysis follows thematic analysis principles, identifying recurring patterns, themes, and divergences related to ethical concerns and AI implementation. Preliminary findings indicate a nuanced relationship between AI adoption and ethical dilemmas, with emerging strategies to balance innovation with ethical principles. This study contributes to understanding the ethical implications of AI in digital marketing and offers insights for businesses, policymakers, and scholars aiming to navigate this complex terrain responsibly.
