The characteristics of organizational culture can have a significant impact on the performance of teachers in schools. Some characteristics of organizational culture that can influence teacher performance are as follows: task orientation, communication, social support, recognition, and learning culture. Research is conducted with a procedure or work stages starting from the preparation phase where the research team prepares a review of relevant theories related to the research being conducted, discussions, sharing of knowledge, and literature searches are activities in this phase. Then, initial observation is carried out on the problem, followed by submitting written questions to the respondents in the form of a questionnaire, and then the data is collected, tested, analyzed, and evaluated.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate culture on work motivation and its impact on employee performance. This study uses a conceptual method, the authors get the results that corporate culture and work motivation as dependent variables have a significant influence on employee performance which acts as an independent variable. This is because corporate culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, where a stronger corporate culture will provide direction and values for employees in the company to carry out tasks and work, so that employee performance will increase. Corporate culture has a positive relationship with employee performance. With a corporate culture, employee performance will increase. A strong corporate culture can help employee performance and company performance, because it will create something extraordinary in employees.

Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu, rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajar 4 gerakan tari kupu-kupu di kelas I SDN 3 Tugu Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan peningkatan keterampilan 4 gerakan tari kupu-kupu dengan menggunakan video learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sesuai dengan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri dari perncanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi dalam setiap siklus. Bahasan penelitian ini menggunakan video learning dalam proses pembelajaran 4 gerakan tari kupu-kupu yang dilakukan tes pada setiap akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran 4 gerakan tari kupu-kupu menggunakan video learning di kelas I SDN 3 Tugu Tasikmalya mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Peningkatan tersebut sebelum menggunakan video learning (Pra tindakan) memperoleh nilai rata-rata 63,5 dengan presentase 15%  kategori “kurang” Setelah menggunaan video learning pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata  68,5 dengan presentase 44% kategori “kurang” Kemudia pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata 80,5 dengan presentase 81% kategori “baik”.

Soft skills are non-technical skills that relate to how people operate, engage with coworkers, solve problems, and manage the task for which they are responsible. Soft skills are required for future leadership jobs and will influence their effectiveness in managing teams to execute diverse initiatives. Furthermore, the capacity to show attentiveness and empathy to clients indicates a dedication to solving problems or meeting their requirements. To strengthen the ability to work with others and positively impact one's profession, a soft skills development program was held for the community in Wonoplumbon Urban Village, Mijen Sub-district, Semarang City, and its stakeholders comprising of RW leaders. This activity aims to achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely that governments, workers' organizations, and employers all over the world work to improve workers' employability, place young people in decent productive jobs, and increase company productivity through higher quality and relevant training.

In an organization or company, human resources cannot be separated from training activities. Training for human resources is a necessity for every organization or institution because almost everyone recognizes that the success of an organization or company is highly dependent on the human resources that manage them. Therefore, training is needed by employees so that they can improve their abilities, knowledge skills, motivation, and behavior. In today's modern era of development, human resource training is very important, because the formal education that employees have undergone is not enough to meet the demands of jobs and positions in organizations and companies. In addition, placing human resources directly at work does not guarantee that they will understand their duties and responsibilities well. New human resources often feel less confident and feel they do not understand their roles and responsibilities in the organization or company where they work. Therefore, new employees should receive training in the form of training that leads to an introduction to corporate culture and values, regulations, and policies, as well as their main tasks, which support the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization or company. Human resources who lack self-confidence are unlikely to carry out their duties and obligations to the fullest, especially in educational institutions. In addition, human resources professionals who have worked in organizations and companies for a long time also need to receive training to improve their skills, insights, and motivation in supporting the achievement of the organization's vision and mission.

The low students' avarage number of mathematical critical thinking skills in class VIII SMPN 1 Candung ranged from 82.14% to 89.29%. To overcome this problem, researchers tried to conduct research by applying the EXO OLO TASK learning model in learning mathematics. This type of research is pre-experimental research with the research design The Static Group Comparison Design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Cawang. The samples in this study were students of class VIII.2 as the experimental class and VIII.1 as the control class. The instrument in this study was a test of students' mathematical critical thinking skills in the form of an essay test. The results of the study using the t-test obtained t_count=1.92 > t_table=1.674, so H0 was rejected. For Minitab software testing at a significant level of a = 0.05, Pvalue = 0.002 is obtained, meaning Pvalue <a, so H0 is also rejected. So it can be concluded that students' mathematical critical thinking skills using the EXO OLO TASK learning model are better than students' mathematical critical thinking abilities using conventional learning in class VIII SMPN 1 Cdungung.

The increase in the number of elderly population (elderly) in the city of Semarang, the increase in the elderly will bring problems due to the aging process which causes a risk of decreasing health status. The elderly will become the strength of a country if they are in a healthy, independent, active and productive condition. One solution to achieve this requires the optimal role of health cadres. As a religious institution, GKJ Jatingaleh Semarang has a service task, one of which is health care for the elderly. To support this service, the PPM FISIP UNTAG Semarang Team conducted PPM activities at the church. The purpose of the PPM activities is assisting in the formation of health cadres; provide medical examination services and provide medical equipment needed in examination activities. The method used is mentoring and practice of health checks. The results of these activities were the formation of a GKJ Jatingaleh health cadre team with 5 cadres as members; health checks have been carried out on 47 elderly residents of GKJ Jatingaleh; and delivery of medical equipment.

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has generated a massive and continuous volume of product reviews. This user-generated content is vital for business intelligence, yet its sheer scale makes manual analysis inefficient, subjective, and practically impossible. Automated sentiment analysis is therefore crucial for businesses to efficiently understand customer feedback and market perception. This research addresses this gap by implementing the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm to automatically classify the sentiment of Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews. This study utilized a dataset of 2,000 reviews collected from a major e-commerce platform's "Electronics" category. The data underwent critical text preprocessing stages (case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming using the Sastrawi library) to handle the complexities of informal Indonesian text. The dataset was split using an 80/20 ratio, resulting in 1,600 training reviews and 400 testing reviews. Model performance was then evaluated using a Confusion Matrix, focusing on the key metrics of Accuracy, Precision, and Recall. The test results showed excellent performance, achieving an Accuracy of 90.00%, Precision of 91.93%, and Recall of 95.00%. These results demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm, when supported by robust preprocessing, is a highly effective, reliable, and computationally efficient method for this task, providing a valuable tool for e-commerce stakeholders.

This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.

This community service and research aims to increase public awareness of the importance of improving parenting patterns in families and provide an understanding of the health impacts of early prostitution behavior deviations. In addition, the community is also given legal education so that the community knows the consequences of early prostitution. This community service was carried out for two days, where the first day was a seminar and the second day met and greeted the community directly from house to house so that the community could consult directly for free. Students of the BPI STAI YPIQ Baubau study program also helped smooth the process of counseling activities by dividing tasks, some were in charge of the event section, consumption, and documentation so that the activities ran smoothly. The facts found in the field turned out that the community was still not aware of the dangers of early prostitution and their literacy was still very low, so the community service efforts that researchers and several stakeholders involved did greatly helped the community to be aware and careful with the environment and technological tools that could lead children into early prostitution deviations.

The aim of the research is to determine the level of capability of the Human Resources (HR) apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). And to find out the policies for developing human resources for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of the research are that the Human Resources development policy for the apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service has been running well in accordance with applicable personnel procedures and regulations. This can be seen from the implementation of the HR development policy for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service. The policy of developing human resource capabilities for the apparatus has goals and objectives, namely development and improvement as well as carrying out the main tasks and functions as government officials so that they can meet predetermined standards while being able to make decisions independently and professionally based on a spirit of service and changes in attitudes that lead to further development. openness, attitude of serving and protecting the public as the main duties and responsibilities.

The Pancasila Law of Indonesia is a unique and distinct legal concept for the Indonesian nation. The Pancasila Law is the result of Indonesia's long struggle for independence from colonization and the building of a free, democratic, sovereign, just, and prosperous nation. The Pancasila Law is not only based on constitutional documents or laws, but also has a strong philosophical and moral foundation that originates from Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. The concept of Pancasila Law in the three-dimensional prism, also known as the three aspects of trias politica, consists of functions, structure, and system. These three aspects are interconnected and cannot be separated from each other in carrying out their tasks and functions as the basis of the state law. Thus, the conclusion of the concept of Pancasila law is that it is a unique, complex, and holistic legal system that encompasses the values and principles of Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. Pancasila law combines legal, philosophical, and moral aspects while accommodating the cultural and religious diversity of Indonesia, and encourages societal participation in policy-making. Pancasila law is the result of the long struggle of the Indonesian people for independence and the building of a sovereign, democratic, just, and prosperous nation.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. In addition, what is no less important for the implementation of Regional Autonomy to run effectively is how regions can explore and empower existing regional potentials, so that in terms of finance which is the main element in running regional government, independence can be achieved. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 5 people. The sampling technique used a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows: The Regional Original Income Increase Program in Supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency has been effectively implemented through intensification and extensification programs that are quite effective in boosting the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD), and the Central Government's control of programs carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to increase regional income. The obstacles faced are the lack of existing human resources, both in quality and quantity; Frequent changes in higher legal regulations that disrupt the process of collecting regional revenue; Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate in carrying out the task of collecting regional revenue; Lack of understanding of laws and regulations on taxes and levies from the community; Weak law enforcement efforts against taxpayers and levy payers Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the program to increase Regional Original Income in supporting the implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency, are In increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) the Cilacap Regency Government has carried out the following: Improving the quality of human resources/collectors through functional training. Kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan adalah satu lembaga resmi pemerintah yang melakukan banyak survey. Untuk melakukan survey dibutuhkan perlengkapan lapangan seperti tas, rompi, aalat tulis kantor, papan untuk menulis, name tag dan masih banyak barang-barang yang dibutuhkan untuk lenacaran proses survey. Kebutuhan barang masuk dan keluar masih dicatat pada sebuah buku. Terkadang barang yang ada di catatan tidak sesuai dengan stok barang yang ada. Informasi ketersediaan barang juga msih terbatas.tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun sistem persedian barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem adalah metode prototype. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan, pada tahap ini peneliti mendefinisikan kebutuhan sistem dengan rinci. Dalam prosesnya, klien dan tim developer akan bertemu untuk mendiskusikan detail sistem seperti apa yang diinginkan oleh user. Tahap kedua adalah desain cepat, pada tahap ini peneliti membuat desain sederhana yang akan memberi gambaran singkat tentang sistem yang ingin dibuat. Tahap ketiga adlaah membangun prototipe, pada tahap ini peneliti membangun prototipe sebenarnya yang akan dijadikan rujukan tim programmer untuk pembuatan program atau aplikasi. tahap keempat adalah evaluasi penggunaan awal, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan presentasi pada klient untuk dieavaluasi. Tahap kelima adalah memperbaiki prototipr, pada tahap ini peneliti memperbaiki sistem jika ditemukan ketidak sesuaian dengan keinginan klien pada tahap ke empat, jika tidak ada lanjut ketahap keenam. Pada tahap keenam adalah implementasi dan pemeliharaan, pada tahap ini peneliti segera membuat sistem susai dengan prototipe akhir yang telah disepakati, kemudain peneliti pelakukan pengujian dan setelah selesai sistem diserahkan ke klien. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem inventory barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan.

One type of local government supervision is internal control. This internal control is carried out by the government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate. The main role of APIP is as a consultant and problem solver for local governments with the task of conducting inspections, reviews, monitoring and evaluation, as well as other supervision of the implementation of tasks and functions of local government organizations.This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

Penelitian yang dilakukan akan dilakukan terhadap petugas receptionist Hyndham Opi hotel ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang berawal dari sebuah gagasan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang utuh dan menyeluruh dalam mengungkap fakta, situasi, fenomena, kemampuan secara individu bagi petugas receptionist yang bersinggungan langsung dengan tamu dalam meningkatkan layanan utamanya kemampuan berkomunikasi atau speaking ability yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing pertugas receptionist hotel Wyndham kabupaten Banyu Asin Sumatera Selatan. Penilian kemampuan individu mengacu pada tingkatan kemampuan berbicara secara individu berdasarkan tiga tingkatan, yakni basic, intermediate dan advanced (tingkat kemampuan pemula, cakap dan mahir) berdasarkan standar CEFR – Common European Framework of Reference. Hotel Wyndham, yang merupakan hotel berbintang 5, tentu harapannya memiliki petugas receptionist dengan kemampuan minimal pada level cakap atau intermediate yang dapat merespon permintaan tamu atau menangani keluhan tamu secara langsung sehingga dapat melayani tamu dengan kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik bagi semua petugas receptionist yang berada dalam sebuah departemen Front Office dalam manajemen hotel, khususnya hotel berbintang.

This research aims to describe how the moral attitudes taught in the science of Sufism can serve as a foundation for multicultural education. The research method used is qualitative phenomenology, with an approach that includes in-depth interviews, direct field observations, and general observation. The result of this research is a design for multicultural education based on Sufi ethics. This study explores the collaboration between the concept of multicultural education and Sufi behavior in Sufism teachings. Both elements have developed significantly and have influenced various aspects of life. However, this research offers an integration of these two elements into a Sufi-oriented multicultural education system. This new model is expected to create serenity and peace for the Indonesian nation.

Loyalty is someone's allegiance that indicates dedication to something, it can be a person or a group of people, ideals, tasks or goals that are given constantly. This study aims to determine whether leadership style, motivation and work environment have a partial and simultaneous influence on employee loyalty in the Department of Industry and Trade, and also among the three variables, which variable has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses secondary data, namely data on the number of employees for the last 5 years from the 2017-2021 period. The results of the analysis through the T test show that leadership style has no significant effect on employee loyalty, motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty and work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty. While the results of the analysis through the F test show that leadership style, motivation and work environment affect employee loyalty in the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does workload affect work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (2) What is the effect of competence on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (3) How does workload and competence affect work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of workload on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (2) The effect of competence on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (3) The effect of workload and competence on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis technique is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The workload in the Banjar City Health Center is very high. With the highest score on the physical demand indicator and the lowest score on the task demand indicator. Workload has a positive effect on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. This means that if the workload is increased, then the work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase. (2) The competence in the Banjar City Health Center is very high. With the highest score on the individual characteristics indicator and the lowest score on the knowledge indicator. Competence has a positive effect on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. This means that if Competence is improved, then work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase. (3) Work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City is high. With the highest score on the anxiety indicator and the lowest score on the indicator cannot relax. Workload and competence have a positive effect on work stress in Banjar City Health Centers. This means that if the workload and competence are increased, then the work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase.

The integrated investment and licensing agency office is a technical organization for licensing and non-licensing services in South Sulawesi Province which was formed based on Bulukumba Regency regional regulations. This is done as a follow-up to improve the smooth running of general tasks in the field of licensing and more successful implementation of public services in practice. The One-Stop Investment and Licensing Agency or in short BPMPT BIMA CITY is a combination of the capital investment agency and the integrated licensing service office which was established in 2016. Reporting from the website www.lapor.go.id that there are unqualified services at the Bima City One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office related to managing trade business licenses, namely the length of the process of completing a Trade Business License (SIUP) for more than 2 months, even though the completion time is only 14 working days. In addition, it was reported from the website http://dpmptsp.pemkomedan.go.id that there are still those who take care of their trade business licenses through brokers or service bureaus, which means that it is difficult to take care of trade business licenses at the DPMPTSP of Bima City
