This study aims (1)to answer and analyze how product quality influences segmental purchasing decisions, (2)to answer and analyze how price influences segmental purchasing decisions, (3)to answer and analyze how promotion influences segmental consumer buying decisions, and (4)to answer and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions simultaneously. The population of this study is customers who acquired Android mobile phones during the past six months in Surabaya in 2022 with a sample size of 150 respondents based on the incidental sampling method. Technique for gathering data that involves distributing surveys with a Likert scale. The data analysis tools are the traditional assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t-test and f-test), and test the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions, price has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions, and promotion has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, product quality, price, and promotion have a substantial and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality, price, and promotions on Android phones have a big influence on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The research method used is a quantitative method of 55 respondents who are employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The type of data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data. Testing the data in this study includes validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient using IBM SPSS (Statitical Product and Service Solution) Windows version 25 software. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach with the category of causal associative research. The population in this study are employees of PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti as many as 35 people, with the entire population being sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study also show that workload, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) the effect of financial knowledge on MSME performance (2) the effect of financial attitudes on MSME performance (3) the effect of financial behavior on MSME performance (4) The effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior on MSME performance. The type of research conducted by this researcher is a questionnaire research. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique with a population of 100 respondents. With the criteria that UMKM have been operating for at least 3-2 years, transactions have used internet banking such as (Ovo, Go-Pay, Funds, Shopee-pay) in Pasuruan Regency. While the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the calculation analysis tool using SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that: 1. the financial knowledge variable has no positive and insignificant effect on MSME performance 2. The financial attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. 3. The financial behavior variable has no positive and significant effect on MSME performance. 4. The financial knowledge, financial attitude and financial behavior variables have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance.

This research aims to analyze FDI, Exports, and Inflation on the Determinants of Economic Growth IMT-Gt for the 2000-2021 Period. This research uses a quantitative approach with panel data for 22 years. This research uses secondary data obtained from the World Bank. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS 23 with multiple regression analysis techniques. The research results show that the partial FDI variable has no effect on Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. The partial inflation variable has no effect on Indonesia and Thailand. In Malaysia, the inflation variable is significant. Meanwhile, partially the Export variable has a significant impact on the Economic Growth of Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Simultaneous research on the variables FDI, Exports and Inflation influence the Economic Growth of Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Performance is the output or final result of work done by employees in a certain period, the work done by employees must be in accordance with the provisions set by the organization for their employees. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the Communication variable and the Work Environment variable on the measured performance. The population used in this study was 50 employees of the Cikalong Health Center. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 50 employees of the Cikalong Health Center. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that communication and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Communication partially has a significant effect on performance. The work environment partially has a significant effect on performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work-life balance on the performance of employees at Sinar Kasih Toraja Hospital. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. .The sample in this study were 35 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression testing with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 25.0. The results of this study found that partially organizational culture has a significant effect on performance with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05 and a tcount value of 2.993> ttable 2.037.2, partially Work Life Balance has a significant effect on performance with a significant value of 0.011 <0.05 and a significant value of tcount 2.709 > ttable 2.037. Simultaneously organizational culture and work life balance simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Sinar Kasih Toraja Hospital employees with a significant value of 0.000<0.05 and fcount value 15.289>ftable 3.29.

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence E-Commerce (X1), Product Innovation (X2) and Business Capital (X3) have on Increasing Income (Y). This study uses an explanatory research approach with quantitative methods. The data collection for this research was by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses SPSS software version 25, in which the data will be processed, described and discussed to answer and prove the proposed hypotheses.The research results are as follows: (1). E-Commerce (X1) has a positive and significant effect on increasing income (Y). (2). Product Innovation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Increasing Income (Y). (3). Business capital (X3) has a positive and significant effect on increasing income (Y). (4). E-Commerce (X1), Product Innovation (X2) and Business Capital (X3) simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on Increasing Income (Y).

The development of franchise businesses in the field of f&b is a form of human innovation and creativity as we live in modern times and this has led to high competition. This competition makes business actors implement marketing strategies with the aim of attracting consumers through purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for Mixue beverage products in the Mojosari branch. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used online questionnaires and used data processing tools in the form of IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that marketing mix and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mixue outlets Mojosari branch.

The more stringent developments in business life, the more difficult it is for any company to maintain customer satisfaction from its competitors. For this reason, service quality is needed to retain consumers, not only service quality, price and promotion are also the most important things in retaining consumers. This study aims to identify the effect of service quality, price, and promotions significantly on customer satisfaction at Muliamart. The sample used was 100 respondents. The method used uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, namely sampling with certain criteria. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 2022. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a partial effect (3.636 > 1.988), Service Price has a partial effect (2.427 > 1.988), and Service Promotion has a partial effect of (3.422 > 1.988) t-count > t-table on Satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality, price, and promotion have a simultaneous effect of (46,765 > 2,700) f-count > f-table on consumer satisfaction. the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.594 or equal to 59.4%. And the rest is influenced by other variables.

In the current rapid development of the business world, making competition between companies tighter, which requires the company to manage its business better, which in turn the company is able to compete and has superior value compared to other companies. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the performance of CV Musika employees. The population used in this study consisted of all employees of CV Musika. The number of samples in this study were 92 people with sampling techniques using total sampling. The data analysis technique uses factor analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Of the 38 variables analyzed, 23 variables were obtained and 6 factors were formed that affect employee performance at CV Musika. The results of the study obtained an eigen value of 9.205 for the physical needs factor, reward factor 2.636, discipline factor 1.696, factor carrying out work procedures 1.352, work loyalty factor 1.080, attendance factor on time 1.003, so it can be concluded that these 6 factors are the most influential on employee performance at CV. Musika.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Tiktok Content Marketing (X1) and Conformity (X2) on Consumptive Behavior (Y1) and Purchase Decisions (Y2). This study uses an explanatory research approach with quantitative methods. The collection of research data is through distributing questionnaires or questionnaires.  The population in this study are consumers of the @deliwafa tiktok account. While the sample used was 100 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 22 software, in which the data will be processed, described and discussed to answer and prove the hypotheses proposed. The research results are as follows: (1). Tiktok Content Marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (Y1). (2). Conformity (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (Y1). (3). Tiktok Content Marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y2). (4). Conformity (X2) has a negative and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y2). (5). Consumptive behavior (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y2).

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Product Design and Process Design on Product Quality at PT. Wijaya Agape Tasikmalaya. The research method used is survey, while the type of data used is primary and secondary data. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Wijaya Agape Tasikmalaya numbered 60 people. By taking total/census sampling, the data analysis technique uses path analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that good product design has a significant impact on product quality. Aspects such as aesthetics, functionality, and product usability have a positive influence on consumer perceptions of product quality. In addition, effective process design also contributes to product quality. Structured and standardized processes can reduce product defects and improve reliability. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of product design and process design in achieving the desired product quality. The results of this research can be used by companies to improve their design processes and ensure that the resulting products are of good quality. By paying attention to product design and process design holistically, the company can meet customer expectations and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

This research aimed at finding out the correlation between students’ critical thinking and their speaking skill. This research used quantitative method and a correlational research design. The sample of this research was 20 students who were taken from XI class of students of PPS ULYA RUMAH QURAN NW LOMBOK in the academic year of 2023 - 2024. The sample was taken by Purposive Sampling Technique. The instruments of this research were questionnaire and public speaking test. The result of this research showed there is negative correlation between their critical thinking and speaking skill. Based on the data analyzed by using SPSS, the researcher found that the coefficient correlation was 0.128. Therefore the significance of students’ critical thinking and their speaking skill is at the rate of 0.590, which means the significant value smaller than 0.05 (0.590 > 0.05).

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the Outdoor Learning Method was effectively applied to social studies learning in class IV SDN No. 145 Bayowa Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The sample in this study were 19 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, learning achievement tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique in this study is a descriptive data analysis technique and the T-Test.The results showed that students' learning motivation in social studies learning prior to the implementation of the outdoor learning method was generally in the less motivated category and student learning outcomes were in the pretest with an average score of 45.7. Meanwhile, students' learning motivation in social studies learning after the implementation of the outdoor learning method increased to a motivated category and student learning outcomes in the posttest with an average score of 86.8. It can be concluded that the application of the outdoor learning method is effectively used in thematic learning of fourth grade students at SDN No. 145 Bayowa Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency. The results of descriptive and inferential analysis testing with the help of SPSS 23.0 for windows. The normality test of the pretest and posttest data was normally distributed with a Sig value of 0.20 > α = 0.05 and the results of the hypothesis test using the One Sample t-test t-test and obtained a p value (sig.(2-tailed)) was 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an increase in social studies learning outcomes after applying the outdoor learning method to fourth grade students at SDN No. 145 Bayowa Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency, with a gain value of more than 0.30. Thus the researchers concluded that the outdoor learning method was quite effective in improving social studies learning outcomes for fourth graders of SDN No. 145 Bayowa Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency.

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the slogan (X1), advertising content (X2), and advertisement repetition (X3) have on buying interest (Y). This study uses an explanatory research approach with quantitative methods. The data collection for this research was by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents calculated using the machine and camble formula. The data analysis technique uses SPSS software version 16, in which the data will be processed, described and discussed to answer and prove the hypothesis proposed. The research results are as follows: (1). Slogan (X1) has no influence and is not significant to Purchase Intention (Y). (2). Advertising content (X2) has significant and significant effect on purchase intention (Y). (3). Advertisement repetition (X3) has significant and significant effect on buying interest (Y). (4) Slogans (X1), Advertising Content (X2), and Advertising Repeats (X3) have significant and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y).

A company is one of the types of business entities protected by law as the place where the production process of a good or service is used to meet the needs of society. To the company’s goals, it requires the contribution of good employees. Cultivating a high working spirit should be considered by the company’s managers as an obligation whose nature is constant. Especially with regard to the workload that can cause work stress, communication between employees that can lead to an increase or decrease in working spirit. The aim of this survey is to know the impact of workload, work stress, and communication on employee work spirit. This research population is the entire staff of PT Iron Steel Metalindo of Mojokerto district. The sample was 78 using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use double linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Research findings show that workload variables have a negative and significant influence on the work spirit, work stress has a negative, significant impact on the working spirit, and communication has a positive and significant effect on the job spirit.

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions for Nature Republic Products on the Shopee Marketplace. The sampling method in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The research method used in this study was a quantitative survey with a sample of 58 people. The population used in this study were women or men who used Nature Republic products. The analysis used used SPSS 26. The research data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The data collection process was carried out by distributing google form questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that brand ambassadors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the existence of a T-test value of 0.860 at a significance level of 0.05. Brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.779 with a significance level of 0.05. In addition, E-wom also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.662 with a significance level of 0.05. The F-test table was created to measure the effect of the independent variables simultaneously and the F-test statistical value was 0.129 which was greater than the significance level of 0.05, so it could be concluded that the F-test table had no effect. on purchasing decisions. From the findings above, it can be concluded that Brand Ambassador and Brand Image have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while E-wom has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the marketing mix (marketing mix) which includes product, price, distribution and promotion both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative with customer respondents at PT. Haruman Multi Artha totaling 40 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 test tool. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant effect of the product on the purchasing decision of PT. Haruman Multi Artha, with a p-value of 0.004 <0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant price effect on purchasing decisions of PT. Haruman Multi Artha, with a p-value of 0.041 <0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of the product on purchasing decisions of PT. Haruman Multi Artha, with a p-value of 0.013 <0.05. (4) There is a positive and significant price effect on purchasing decisions of PT. Haruman Multi Artha, with a p-value of 0.042 <0.05. (5) There is a significant influence of the marketing mix which includes product, price, distribution and promotion simultaneously on purchasing decisions of PT. Haruman Multi Artha, with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05.
