The purpose of this study is to describe and explain religious values in the form of religious values 1) worship values, 2) jihad values, 3) sincere values, 4) moral values in the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi. The formulation of the problem in this study is how religious values are contained in the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive research methods. The data in this study are words, groups of words, and sentences in which there are religious values in the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi. The source of data in this study is the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi. The instrument in this study is the researcher himself. The data collection technique carried out in this study is an observation technique. The observation used is a type of non-participant observation. The data validation technique in this study is a detailed description technique. Data is analyzed by steps, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) data verification. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the religious values studied in the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi found 257 data divided into four types of religious values. First, there are 66 data containing the value of worship, with indicators of performing prayers, giving thanks, making dhikr. Second, there are 77 data containing jihad values. Third, there are 11 data that contain sincere value. Fourth, there are 103 data containing akhalak values. In the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi, the most prominent religious value is morals, with indicators of morals to Allah, morals to oneself, morals to the family, morals to society.

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, job burnout and role conflict on work stress. data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 48 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test and the coefficient of determination. The analysis technique used is the help of the SPSS analysis program Version 25 for Windows. The results obtained in this study indicate that the variable workload, job burnout and role conflict have a simultaneous effect on work stress. The workload variable has a significant effect on work stress, the job burnout variable has a significant effect on work stress, while the role conflict variable has a significant effect on work stress.

This research is motivated by the author's desire to introduce novel literature to students and  explore everything in it in the form of content, language, elements, rules, and genres in the novel. This study aims to analyze the character traits of the main character in the novel The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides and to analyze the psychological values ​​of the main character by using Sigmund Freud's personality theory, namely id, ego, and super ego. This research is also an alternative teaching material regarding the content and language of novels for class XII students of SMA and SMK. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data source used in this research is the literary novel entitled The Silent Patient written by Alex Michaelides. The research data obtained is in the form of the results of the analysis of the character of the main character who has two character traits, namely the protagonist and antagonist. As well as the main characters who have psychological values ​​in accordance with Sigmund Freud's personality theory, namely the id, ego, and super ego. The results of the analysis from this study were then adjusted to the demands of the curriculum, namely referring to Core Competence and Basic Competence 3.9 regarding the content and language of the novel. Then made a teaching material to support the learning process of class XII students. The content and language teaching materials of the novel are based on the research process that has been carried out, and can be used in Indonesian language subjects.

There are two objectives of this research. First, analyzing the visualization of the character Ajo Kawir in the film Like Revenge, Longing Must Also Be Paid Fully. Second, to analyzing the meaning visualization of Ajo Kawir's character in the film Like Revenge, Longing Must Also Be Paid Completely. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with visual analysis method to explore various visual aspects that describe Ajo Kawir's character, including his physical appearance, facial expressions, gestures, and interactions with the environment and other characters. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is to use studies, namely Charles Sanders Pierce's Semiotics through icons, symbols, and indexes that focus on Ajo Kawir's impotence. The object of this research is the film "Like Revenge, Longing Must Also Be Paid Fully". The results of this study indicate that the impotent disease experienced by the character Ajo Kawir makes him more emotional and tries to cover it up by frequently fighting to show that he is strong. Ajo Kawir was reproached by society that people who have impotence cannot do things that are brave and strong beyond normal limits.

Leadership is a science that comprehensively examines how to direct, influence and supervise others to carry out tasks in accordance with planned orders. motivation is a process of trying to influence someone to do something he wants. According to Amstron and Baron, performance is the result of work that has a strong relationship to the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction and makes an economic contribution. This research focuses on "The Role of Leadership in Motivating and Improving the Performance of Employees of PT Sambu Island, Kuala Enok Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency". The objectives of this study are 1). To find out the role of leadership in motivating and improving the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. 2). To find out the obstacles faced by leadership in motivating the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. This type of research when viewed from the research plan can be classified into qualitative research. Based on the results of my research in chapter IV, it can be concluded, 1. That the leader or leader at PT.Pulau Sambu always strives so that in his leadership he can make employees always enthusiastic in carrying out the assigned tasks, the performance of employees at PT.Pulau Sambu has not yet reached the expected target because there are still employees who cannot complete their work according to the given target. 2. The obstacles faced by the leader or leader when motivating employees are that each employee has a different type or character. In overcoming the problem of motivating the leader or leader must further improve personal relationships with employees. By understanding the character and personality of employees, it will make it easier for the leader or leader to provide motivation.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment on the work productivity of employees of production division of CV. Shahama Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a cencus approach to 65 respondents who are employees of the production division of CV. Shahama Tasikmalaya. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study prove that the work environment has a positive and significant effect simultaneously or partially on the work productivity of employees of CV. Shahama Tasikmalaya.

"Tujuh Kelana" is a local novel by Nellaneva with the genre fantasy fiction. This novel was published on August 05, 2020. This novel was published in Jakarta by Elex Media Komputindo. The purpose of designing concept art adaptations of the novel "Tujuh Kelana" by Nellaneva is to visualize a written work into the form of concept art so that it can be glimpsed by creative industry players or entertainment developers to be used as works of adaptation of entertainment products such as films, animations, and video games. In the design of the concept art adaptation of the novel "Tujuh Kelana" by Nellaneva is a 4d development method consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The data analysis method used in this design is SWOT analysis. The final result of this design is the main media in the form of artbooks and supporting media in the form of merchandise and informative print media.

This research was conducted at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. The results of this study indicate the important factors of a leader to lead his company so that it is even better and must also be accompanied by strong motivation so that all employees have good performance and have presentation skills, the ability to ask questions, adaptability, and technical knowledge have a positive and significant influence on the skills of selling goods from the company.

Islam gained great attention in the study of religion due to the development and global influence on the world Muslim population. Pentingnya kepemimpinan terletak dalam kemampuannya untuk membentuk budaya kerja yang positif, membangun tim yang solid dan merangsang inovasi dan motivasi, melalui proses mempengaruhi dan memfasilitasi, seorang pemimpin dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang memungkinkan individu dan kelompok mencapai performa terbaik mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan di PT. Gokko Mirai Indonesia. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatf dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dengan Presiden direktur dan Direktur. Tempat Penelitian di PT. Gokko Mirai Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan di PT. Gokko Mirai Indonesia cenderung mengarah ke gaya kepemimpinan Partisipatif dan Musyawarah. Gaya kepemimpinan yang Partisipatif ini diperlukan ketika karyawan mengemukakan pendapatnya sehingga pemimpin dan bawahan bekerja sama penuh dalam team. Dan gaya kepemimpinan musyawarah dengan kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan serta dalam pengambilan keputusan mengikuti prosedur, pengumpulan data, Analisa data dan pengambilan keputusan.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of compensation, supervision and employee performance on Banjar Waterpark regional companies. The research method used was a survey method with a quantitative approach, the sample of this study was 40 respondents who took a questionnaire. Sampling used saturated sampling technique and the method of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. Based on the research results, the variables of compensation, supervision and employee performance are included in the good classification. The test results show that compensation partially has a significant effect on performance and supervision partially has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously compensation and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance at Banjar Waterpark Regional Company.  

REKA KARYA: In this era of globalization, Indonesia is not immune to its influence, which can potentially erode traditional cultural values and replace them with Western culture. To address this concern, the Pengabdian Masyarakat program aims to help Sundanese language teachers by developing a Sundanese script learning app. By doing so, it is hoped that students will become more interested in learning about the Sundanese script. The app will include a program flow design, display design, quiz/game design, and database design. Additionally, it will feature a quiz menu in the form of a game to help users practice their Sundanese script skills. The goal is to create a user-friendly and engaging app that is accessible to everyone who wants to learn the Sundanese script.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline and Competence on Work Productivity of employees in the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research population was employees of the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency and used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled, namely 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline (X1) and Competence (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Work Productivity (Y). Work Discipline (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). Competence (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity (Y).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the calculation of direct wages and incentives at the company. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data obtained from interviews and several documents from the company. Data collection techniques used are documentation and interviews. The results of this study use the direct labor budget theory, to determine the calculation of direct wages and incentives.The benefits of this study explain the calculation of direct wages and incentives for companies.    

The final work aims to introduce the form of water lily as an ornamental water plant into graphic artworks by visualizing the shape of flower figures, animals, and other supporting objects found in lotus flowers.There are several stages carried out in accordance with the method used in the creation of the work, namely: Preparation is an observation related to the initial idea of the author's interest, Elaboration is the stage of exploring and displaying the beauty of lotus flowers reviewed from the internet, a collection of images and field surveys, Synthesis is the stage of starting to design how the work will be made in accordance with the title, Concept realization is the stage of the work process and completion is the final stage in the work.The results achieved in the creation of graphic art works are entitled "The Beginning of Life, Life's Journey, Self Shadow, Competition, Resilience, Dark Path, Independence, Basic Strength, Equality, Life's Journey, and Peak Success".

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of reward, punishment and employee discipline at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, the data obtained directly through questionnaires to 45 respondents taken from employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya. Sampling used saturated sampling technique and the analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The test results showed that rewards partially had a significant effect on work discipline and punishment partially had a significant effect on work discipline. Simultaneously reward and punishment have a significant effect on employee discipline at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya.

Employee performance as one of the values ​​and control of human resources is a complex value possessed by employees that can be influenced by various things which can increase employee performance and can reduce the value of employee performance which can be detrimental to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of employee placement on employee performance, workload on employee performance, and employee placement, workload on employee performance that occurs at bank 9 syari'ah Jambi. The results of the research conducted show that (1) work placement has a positive but not significant effect on employee work performance at bank 9 syari'ah Jambi. (2) workload has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at bank 9 Jambi syari'ah.

Improving teacher competence in the preparation of scientific work is very important. Apart from the fact that teachers are required by regulations to compile scientific work every year at least once, being a competent/professional teacher is a necessity. This PKM aims to improve teacher competence through training activities and mentoring in the preparation of scientific work. The PKM method used is a service learning process: Investigation, Preparation, Action, and Reflection (Pramanik et al., 2021). The subjects of the dedication were the teachers of SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya Kediri. Retrieval of data using interviews, observations, tests and questionnaires. The results of PKM activities show an increase in teacher competence in the preparation of scientific work (preparation of research proposals, preparation of research reports, preparation of research outputs, preparation of teaching materials (books/modules/student worksheets) before and after PKM activities. Participant responses to PKM activities were positive and meaningful and they recommend similar activities in the future.

Dear David menimbulkan kontroversi dan perdebatan panjang kalangan penonton di media sosial. Akibatnya karena dianggap menormalisasikan tindakan pelecehan seksual terhadap kaum laki-laki. Penelitian ini mengkaji representasi stereotip perempuan melalui petanda dan penanda di balik skenario, gambar, adegan, dan teks yang terdapat dalam film. Penelitian ini menggunakan deksripstif kualitatif yang mengacu pada teori semiotika Roland Barthes. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode dokumentasi dengan teknik rekam dan teknik catat sehingga diperoleh data primer. Teknik rekam dilakukan dengan mengamati lalu mendokumentasikan data pada film Dear David. Teknik catat dilakukan dengan mencatat data yang dibutuhkan pada cuplikan film Dear David. Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari makna denotasi, makna konotasi, dan mitos yang terdapat dalam film Dear David untuk kemudian ditarik representasi stereotip perempuan di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa antara lain, (1) makna denotasi dalam film Dear David yang tergambar jelas melalui adegan-adegan merupakan makna yang sebenarnya terjadi di dalam film tersebut, (2) terdapat pula makna konotasi menggambarkan makna tidak langsung atau makna kultural yang muncul akibat adanya stereotip masyarakat, maka ditemukannya stereotip-stereotip positif dan negatif masyarakat terhadap perempuan di dalam film Dear David, (3) terciptalah mitos yang memunculkan pandangan masyarakat sehingga muncul pemikiran-pemikiran negatif dari stereotip-stereotip yang ditemukan. Increasing the productivity of an agency's performance is inseparable from the quality of human resources (HR) who are reliable, professional and have high integrity. Increasing the competence or expertise of HR can support an increase in employee performance. Managing employee performance effectively is one of the key factors to improve the company's business performance. In this case, effective performance management includes the process of measuring employee performance objectively through a series of appropriate performance indicators. The problems that have been the inhibiting factors are 1) the process of determining the best employees still uses conventional methods, so errors often occur in evaluating employee performance, 2) there is no system or method that can quickly, precisely and accurately determine the best employees at CV Diana Cosmetics Bandung, so as to produce reports that are more organized, so that they can be used as a reference for future elections. Implementation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method for Determining the Best Employees at CV. Diana Cosmetics Bandung is the right method to use so that the final result can be obtained by multiplying the priority criteria value with the priority value of the sub criteria according to the Employee value data, for example the value "0.17" in the discipline column row A results from "0.41" ( obtained from the sufficient value of employee A, the priority of the sub criteria is sufficient on discipline) multiplied by the priority of the disciplinary criteria "0.42".
