The use of cryptocurrency assets in Indonesia is still prohibited as a means of payment but as an investment instrument it can be included as a commodity that can be traded on a term exchange as regulated in the regulation of Law No. 10 of 2011 concerning amendments to Law No. 32 of 1997. The positive impact of cryptocurrencies in consumer protection such as cryptocurrency financial access can provide access to the traditional banking system, thereby increasing financial inclusion. There are also negative impacts to consider in consumer protection: security risks associated with theft or hacking of cryptocurrency exchange platforms and digital wallets can threaten the security of consumer funds. This study aims to analyze about consumer protection of cryptocurrencies in the digital age. This research uses normative research methods and uses qualitative data types. The results of this study show that consumer protection in cryptocurrency in the digital era, among others, preventively, in cryptocurrency trading transactions as assets is also strengthened by the Regulation of the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency Number 9 of 2019 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency Number 5 of 2019 concerning Textile Arrangements for the Implementation of the Physical Market of Cryptocurrency Assets on Futures Exchanges. Meanwhile, if repressively to protect what is given after a dispute arises in the form of sanctions, fines, imprisonment, and penalties imposed a dispute occurs, regulated in Article 22 of PerBappeti Number 5 of 2019 concerning Technical Provisions for the Implementation of the Physical Market of Cryptocurrency Assets on the Futures Exchange, that dispute resolution is carried out by deliberation to reach consensus if it does not reach consensus the parties can resolve through the Futures Trading Arbitration Agency Commodity (BAKTI) and the State Court as stated in the agreement between the parties. Bank Indonesia reaffirms the ban on the use of virtual currencies in cryptocurrency, both in the form of selling, buying, and trading with these currencies. 

Pertumbuhan ekonomi digital telah membawa paradigma baru dalam dunia bisnis yang dikenal dengan Ekonomi 5.0. Dalam konteks ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang cepat, terutama dalam hal peningkatan layanan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi layanan pelanggan berbasis e-business dapat memperkuat kompetitivitas perusahaan di era Ekonomi 5.0. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur dan analisis komprehensif terhadap konsep-konsep terkait seperti e-business, layanan pelanggan, dan Ekonomi 5.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi e-business ke dalam layanan pelanggan mempunyai dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan daya saing perusahaan. Di era Ekonomi 5.0 perusahaan perlu memanfaatkan teknologi secara efektif untuk mengoptimalkan interaksi  pelanggan, mempersonalisasi pengalaman, merespon kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan dengan lebih cepat. Oleh karena itu, berinvestasi pada sistem e-business yang canggih dan strategi layanan pelanggan yang inovatif adalah kunci untuk membangun kompetitivitas perusahaan di era digital yang terus berkembang.

This article examines the role of bureaucratic digitalisation in advancing good governance in post-New Order Indonesia based on a narrative literature review. Employing an integrative framework that connects Good Governance theory, E-Government, Digital Era Governance, and Institutional Theory, this study analyses literature published between 1998 and 2024 drawn from academic journals, policy documents, and national–international institutional reports. The findings indicate that, although Indonesia has achieved notable progress in digital regulation and infrastructure, reflected in the adoption of SPBE and the increase in the EGDI from 0.3690 (2012) to 0.6612 (2022), implementation continues to face severe structural and institutional constraints. Five key themes emerge: progressive policy development yet uneven implementation; a transparency paradox between rhetoric and practice; severe interregional digital divides; institutional resistance rooted in patrimonial administrative culture; and the ambivalent effects of digitalisation on public service quality. This study concludes that the digitalisation of bureaucracy has not fundamentally transformed good governance due to an excessive emphasis on technological solutions in the absence of institutional and cultural reconfiguration. Policy recommendations include contextual strategies based on local capacity, sustained investment in civil servant capacity building, and reforms to bureaucratic incentive structures. This study contributes to the e-government literature in developing countries by providing a critical analysis of the persistent gap between policy adoption and actual implementation.

Artikel ini berfokus pada edukasi dan pendampingan sertifikasi halal dan digital marketing yang memberikan dampak peningkatan dalam penjualan UMKM. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan pelatihan. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) yang didasarkan pada pemberdayaan aset masyarakat. Tahapan ABCD meliputi 5 tahap yakni, 1) Inkulturasi, 2) Discovery, 3) Design, 4) Define, dan 5) Reflection. Pengabdian menghasilkan bahwa UMKM di Desa Pesawahan telah berhasil memahami pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan pemasaran digital, meningkatkan daya saing mereka, dan memperluas jangkauan produk secara signifikan yang mencerminkan peran krusial kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat lokal, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di era digital.

This study analyzes and optimizes production systems in the Industry 4.0 context, examining the fundamental shift from centralized, push-based production models to decentralized, adaptive, pull-based approaches. The research employs a mixed-method approach combining comprehensive literature review and multiple case studies across manufacturing sectors. Findings reveal that integration of Internet of Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics enables real-time communication between production components, product personalization, and faster decision-making. Despite significant benefits in efficiency, flexibility, and competitiveness, implementation challenges persist, including high initial investment, employee resistance, technical expertise limitations, and integration complexity. Optimization approaches such as mixed-integer linear programming, digitally-integrated Lean Six Sigma, and digital twin simulations effectively enhance performance indicators including flexibility, reliability, and energy efficiency. The study concludes that successful production system transformation requires an integrated strategy encompassing process engineering, digital competency development, change management, and continuous evaluation to ensure sustainable optimization in the digital era

Social media has become an essential tool in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in this digital era. This research aims to investigate the role of social media in supporting the growth and success of MSMEs. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study explores the various benefits obtained by MSMEs from the use of social media, including increased visibility and market reach, more intensive customer interactions, and enhanced brand awareness and business image. However, this research also identifies several challenges faced by MSMEs in leveraging social media, including limitations in digital knowledge and skills, as well as managing limited time and resources. Based on these findings, this study concludes that it is important for MSMEs to equip themselves with the necessary digital knowledge and skills, and to develop targeted and sustainable marketing strategies through social media. Additionally, support from government and non-profit organizations in the form of training, resources, and technical assistance can also help MSMEs harness the full potential of social media for their business growth. By overcoming these challenges, MSMEs can maximize the benefits of social media in supporting the growth and success of their businesses in an increasingly digital market.

Advances in digital technology in the current Industry 4.0 era have changed and influenced several aspects of human life. Suppose the Indonesian people do not want the identity and character of their community and their cultural riches to be lost at the hands of globalization. In that case, the community must have a robust defence mechanism. One way to build a defense system is through education. Technology and education are two things that cannot be separated. Pesantren is the oldest Islamic education and broadcasting institution in Indonesia. This research aims to examine and formulate the implications of the shift in orientation and value systems of Islamic boarding schools at the modern Islamic boarding school Nurussalam Sidogede (South Sumatra), the modern Islamic boarding school Darul A'mal (Metro Lampung), the Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school (Bandar Lampung) and the modern Islamic boarding school Al -Muhajirin (Cikarang Bekasi) with an AGIL approach. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data used in this research is sourced from the author's interviews with the Islamic boarding school. The results show that there are several similarity and differences between the transformative Islamic boarding school and non-transformative Islamic boarding school groups in terms of variables or indicators, namely Adaptation (A), Integration (I), Goal (G), and Latent Patten (L).

All knowledge, feelings and thoughts of Malay people are internalized through pantun. This classical art of speech contains Malay life experience, wisdom, thoughts, language, arts and culture. Pantun is a forum for expressing thoughts and feelings about the meaning of life, education, human behavior and its relationship with the natural environment. As an effort to maintain the existence of pantun, schools have the responsibility to introduce pantun to the younger generation. The inheritance of culture from one generation to the next can be carried out in interesting and memorable learning. In this digital era, teachers must be able to adapt and synergize with technological advances. So learning rhymes must be varied and technologically literate. Teachers can maximize the use of digital applications to introduce and familiarize themselves with pantun.  In this way, learning can keep up with the times and the interests of the younger generation who are very responsive to the rapid development of technology.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaudit sistem informasi pada UMKM di Penajam Paser Utara dengan fokus mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap standar yang berlaku. Dalam era digitalisasi, UMKM menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mengadopsi teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing. Namun, banyak UMKM yang masih kurang memahami pentingnya kepatuhan terhadap standar sistem informasi, yang berpotensi menimbulkan risiko keamanan data dan menghambat kelangsungan bisnis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan beberapa kelemahan dalam kepatuhan sistem informasi, termasuk kurangnya pelatihan dan kesadaran. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan keamanan sistem informasi mereka, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing UMKM di Penajam Paser Utara.

Virtual Reality (VR) is not new in today's digital era. This technology has developed very quickly and has penetrated into many aspects of life, such as education. In this article, researchers reviewed current and previous research, to understand the extent to which Virtual Reality (VR) technology is used as an alternative learning media in educational institutions using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by defining research questions as the first step. The search process was carried out from Scopus database using Publish or Perish 8 tools, and the selection of articles was based on inclusion and exclusion criteria related to the research questions. There were 200 articles found in the early stages of the search with a total of 22 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results obtained are in the form of a discussion of several aspects related to the use of virtual reality as a learning medium, such as: the type of technology, the location of educational institutions that use VR, learning domains, educational levels, evaluation techniques for learning with VR, and the purpose/benefit of its use.

This research aims to analyze effective strategies in optimizing the use of social media, especially the YouTube and Instagram platforms, by students of Syari’ah business law courses. The focus of the research is to identify students' efforts to use social media as a relevant and useful tool in the context of social media business from an Islamic perspective and legal protection issues related to existing YouTube and Instagram social media content. The research method used is qualitative, with strategic analysis through surveys, interviews and observations of Syari’ah business students, especially content owners (Youtubers) and users who actively use YouTube as a medium for uploading content. , Content created by YouTubers is considered copyrighted. The data obtained was then analyzed to explore and document aspects of the Kedungsapur area that were thoroughly researched. The results of this research provide detailed insight into optimizing social media use of Syari’ah   business law students by uncovering unintentional mentions and attributions to certain parties throughout the public domain. This can lead to defamation, which is prohibited in Islam and violates the ITE Law, Islam emphasizes the importance of conveying information accurately and not manipulating or misusing facts. Further findings show that the presence of hackers has an impact on how content creators protect YouTube and Instagram. The meaning of this research can contribute to the development of innovative learning strategies and deepen students' understanding of the application of the law Syari’ah trading in the digital era.

Science is increasingly developing from time to time. The development of this science supports the creation of new technologies that mark the progress of the times. Until now, the developing technology has entered the digital stage. Including in Indonesia, every field has begun to utilize technology to facilitate work, including in the field of education. As an entity related to human culture and civilization, education in various parts of the world has experienced very fundamental changes in the era of globalization.

The challenges faced by cooperative Human Resources (HR) in the era of Society 5.0 are becoming increasingly complex because they require the integration of digital technology with human needs, forcing cooperatives to not only focus on technological progress alone but also on developing their human resources. This research aims to understand in-depth and provide solutions to the challenges faced by cooperative HR. This study uses a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review method and is searched comprehensively using relevant keywords in searches through various online databases. The literature selection process was carried out by considering the reputation of the journal and the recency of the publication (last 5 years) and analyzed in depth using the content analysis method. The conclusion from the research findings is that the challenges for cooperative human resources in the era of society 5.0 are: adaptation to digital technology 5.0 era, cultural transformation, development of new skills, retaining members, collaboration and partnerships the 5.0 era

Perkembangan teknologi khususnya bisnis digital merupakan suatu permasalahan yang tidak dapat dihindari oleh masyarakat umum. Bisnis digital menjadi suatu hal kewajaran pada era digital saat ini karena seluruh lapisan masyarakat mulai melakukan digitalisasi pada aspek-aspek dalam kehidupannya. Masyarakat sudah dapat mengakses sosial media dengan mudah melalui internet sehingga digitalisasi bisnis menjadi upaya bagi suatu bisnis untuk dapat relevan di era saat ini. Kemunculan e-commerce sendiri menjadi suatu hal yang saat ini banyak diminati masyarakat dalam berbagai rentan usia, dengan demikian pangsa pasar digital menjadi sangat terbuka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan analisis dari penelitian-penelitian yang memiliki pembahasan atau pokok permasalahan yang sama yaitu tentang perkembangan e-business di Negara Indonesia dalam masa digital yang saat ini sedang berkembang denan pesat di negara Indonesia. Implikasi penelitian ini masyarakat dapat memahami khususnya pelaku usaha mengenai perlunya untuk dapat bertransformasi secara digital agar dapat tetap relevan dalam dunia yang pada saat ini telah menemukan jalannya di era digital. Revolusi Industri 5.0 menjadi pokok utama mengapa pelaku usaha harus dapat beradaptasi dan bertransformasi untuk dapat mengembangkan usaha.

Pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0, perkembangan teknologi e-bisnis telah mengubah secara signifikan perilaku konsumen, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak penggunaan aplikasi Dana, Tiket.com, dan Netflix terhadap perubahan perilaku mahasiswa di Universitas Duta Bangsa. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan melakukan survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis regresi linear dan logistik digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara penggunaan aplikasi dengan perubahan perilaku. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara penggunaan aplikasi Dana dengan peningkatan perilaku belanja online dan menabung, serta antara penggunaan aplikasi Tiket.com dengan preferensi pembelian tiket acara. Sementara itu, penggunaan aplikasi Netflix berkaitan dengan perubahan preferensi menonton film dari bioskop ke layanan streaming. Implikasi temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya memahami dampak teknologi e-bisnis dalam membentuk pola perilaku konsumen di era digital saat ini.

E-bisnis kini menghadapi era baru dengan hadirnya Industri 5.0. Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana E-bisnis dapat memanfaatkan Industri 5.0 dan Asisten Virtual untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan pengalaman pelanggan. Studi literatur, studi kasus, dan analisis data menjadi landasan pembahasan. Industri 5.0, yang ditandai dengan hiperkonektivitas, otomasi, dan kecerdasan buatan, menawarkan berbagai peluang bagi E-bisnis. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan Asisten Virtual untuk menangani tugas-tugas seperti layanan pelanggan, pemrosesan pesanan, dan pemasaran. Integrasi keduanya berpotensi membawa E-bisnis ke level yang lebih tinggi. Asisten Virtual dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dengan mengotomatiskan tugas manual. Selain itu, ia juga mampu memberikan layanan pelanggan 24/7 dan meningkatkan engagement pelanggan melalui interaksi yang lebih baik. Kesimpulannya, Industri 5.0 dan Asisten Virtual menjadi terobosan yang dapat dimanfaatkan E-bisnis untuk meraih kesuksesan di era digital. Namun, dibutuhkan perencanaan matang, investasi yang tepat, dan komitmen terhadap perubahan agar dapat mengimplementasikan teknologi ini secara strategis.

The challenges of millennials cover various aspects such as economy, employment, property ownership and leadership. According to Glints, the first challenge millennials face is economic, caused by the impact of previous economic crises and capital losses. In the world of work, millennials are often associated with stigmatization in the workplace and cross-generational differences in working styles, which can be challenging. Property ownership is also a challenge due to the high consumption of millennials. Managers need to be able to adapt to change and not feel stressed as millennials are more likely to seek real work and get bored quickly in the workplace. Millennials also value their own experiences and strengths, so they need to focus on that. This research uses a qualitative approach. This article uses library inquiry techniques, or library investigation, to copy data and understand theories found in relevant literature. The data used for this purpose is undoubtedly a precedent study of related arguments, such as libraries, journals, and scientific articles. Christian Religious Education (CHE) plays a crucial role in holistic education. Through PAK, millennials are guided to cultivate Christian values such as love, peace, honesty and justice. It also plays a role in shaping a moral and virtuous character based on the example of Jesus Christ. In addition, PAK equips millennials with a strong moral and ethical foundation, helps them make responsible and moral decisions, and guides them to live their lives in accordance with Christian values. In today's digital era, Christian Religious Education (CHE) needs to adapt to the technology used in students' lives. This is important to ensure that learning is not boring and can engage students. In addition, Christian Religious Education should also shape students' self-image according to the values of biblical truth. In this way, students can develop a strong character based on Christian faith. PAK in its ministry should encourage every believer, from children to adults, so that they can use and optimize their intelligence/knowledge for the common good Christian Religious Education (CHE) in the modern era faces the challenge of educating the millennial generation which has unique characteristics. This generation is accustomed to technology and has high self-confidence. Therefore, PAK needs to adapt to the technology used in students' lives to ensure that learning is not boring and engaging. In addition, PAK should focus on building students' self-awareness according to the values of Biblical truth and Christian Religious education teaching. This is important to help students develop a strong character based on the Christian faith. In this way, PAK can have a positive impact on the millennial generation and help them become people of faith and morals in an increasingly modern world.    

Computational Thinking is a way of thinking that refers to the ability to solve problems using concepts used in computing. Computational thinking is a way of thinking in solving problems that students must develop in the digital era. This research aims to examine the importance of computational thinking in improving students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The type of research used is qualitative research using a literature study approach in the form of books, notes, journals, reports of relevant research results, as well as the results of observations. The results of the analysis show that it is very important for students to have computational thinking in order to improve their mathematical problem solving abilities. Computational thinking involves solving problems using a logical and systematic mindset that involves selecting and using algorithms, data representation, problem decomposition, abstraction, pattern recognition and hypothesis testing. Computational thinking has become an important and essential skill for humans in the 21st century. Educators must advocate the importance of integrating learning with computational thinking concepts into the educational curriculum. Computational thinking has an important role in learning. This can be useful for improving mathematical problem solving abilities. Apart from that, computational thinking can also develop critical, creative and analytical thinking skills in solving complex problems, both in the context of computing and everyday life.    

Creativity in delivering digital catechesis plays an important role in building meaningful experiences for people in the modern era. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participant observation. In this article, we discuss how creativity can enrich the religious experience of individuals, especially the younger generation who are accustomed to technology. The use of digital media allows catechesis to be more interesting and easy to remember. In addition, this article highlights the importance of compiling catechetical materials that are relevant, touching, and inspiring. By utilizing technology well and wisely, churches and catechetical teachers can create space for reflection, dialogue, and deeper spiritual growth. Creativity in digital catechesis is not only about introducing religious values in a modern way, but also building a strong connection between individuals and their spiritual beliefs. Thus, creativity in delivering digital catechesis allows people to experience a deeper, more meaningful and relevant religious experience in the ever-changing digital era.

Procurement process in the industrial sector is undoubtedly conducted. However, conventional procurement of goods and services still faces numerous challenges, such as the need for physical storage space which is impractical, consumes a lot of space, and the difficulty in accessing past documents. With the advancement of the Industry 4.0 era, it pushes the procurement sector to undergo changes related to data integration systems and also the procurement process, all aimed at creating efficiency in the procurement of goods and services.
