This study aims to determine the Simultaneous and Partial Effects between Product Quality and Promotional Strategies on Consumer Buying Interest (Survey on wedding photography and videograph vendors Hillostory Tasikmalaya). The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample used is 40 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique used in data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results of the study show that simultaneously product quality and promotional strategies have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Partially, product quality has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Partially the promotion strategy has an effect on consumer buying interest.

The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review theoretically from various literature and strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of service in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study, namely the strategies carried out by increasing human resources, the speed of staff response, and satisfaction can be identified by comparing the expectations and experiences of the performance of health service providers. It was concluded that strategies to increase patient satisfaction and health quality can realize patient expectations arising from the actions of health workers as the performance of health services and during a good treatment process. In the strategy carried out the patient will evaluate and assess the product or service quality that has been received. Hospital agencies also need to improve service quality strategies to realize patient expectations. Patient satisfaction in assessing quality or good service, and is an important measurement that is fundamental to the quality of service. This is also because by providing information on the success of quality service providers, the values ​​and expectations of patients will increase.

Abstract with "School Principal's Visionary Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City". The main problems are: 1) What is the leadership style of the principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 2) What are the implications for the performance of teaching staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 3) How does the school principal transform the school's vision and mission in improving the quality of education at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.  

A role is a set of behaviors expected of a person according to his social position. Roles are based on rules and expectations because it is the role that explains what individuals must do in a given situation in order to meet their own expectations or the expectations of others. The purpose of this research is to know the role of Village Community Empowerment Institution in Binalang Village, and this research uses qualitative research method. Instrument researchers are researchers themselves. From the results of this study concluded that the role of LPMD in Binalang Village is not optimal, this is seen from the low ability of LPMD to increase community participation and lack of ability to plan development. To overcome the problems related to the low role of the Community Empowerment Institution, it is necessary to train the quality improvement program of human resources for LPMD management in the form of providing training with orientation to the main task and function of LPMD itself.    

The government initiated farmer cards to improve the distribution of subsidized fertilizers that were still not on the target. However, in some areas the effectiveness of distributing subsidized fertilizers using farm cards is unknown. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizers in Cibeuti Village, Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City. The population in this study was farmers who received farmer cards with a total of 559 people who were then sampled using a random sampling technique of 85 people. This research was conducted using two methods, namely observation and interview. Observation is carried out by collecting data carried out through direct observation of farmers included in the farmer group in Cibeuti Village. The data analysis used is  multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. From the results of this study, the level of effectiveness of farmer cards, the distribution of subsidized fertilizers in the Cibeuti area of Tasikmalaya City is very effective and the most effective, indicator of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers is on time, whose efficiency value is 0.005 which means less than 0.05.

The decision support system has a decision support method that is the profile matching method.The results of research that has carried out the profile matching method for recruiting new employees are carried out by comparing the input value with the company's target value so that the difference in GAP can be known. Then weighting is carried out on each aspect of the existing criteria after the GAP value is known. To determine the total value, the core factor and secondary factor are grouped based on the weighting results. With the results of the total value then ranking is carried out to obtain the final result.

We found that the use of Indonesian on Facebook tends to be informal and contains elements of slang, such as OTW, Baper, Gaje, Santuy, and SKSD. In addition, the use of words in English is also very common in the use of Indonesian on Facebook, besides that many also use regional languages, and the use of social media on Facebook is also used by many people who sell online. The use of Indonesian on Facebook also shows interest. high emotional. Negative influences also arise such as the spread of fake news information and the use of impolite and unethical language. And also positive influences such as the use of which is more concise and efficient to use.

People with gout arthritis complain of pain in the joints, toes, hands, knees and have never used lemongrass water to reduce joint pain and choose analgesic drugs as pain relief. Lemongrass plant contains essential oil that has chemical properties and pharmacological effects, namely a spicy and warm taste as an anti- inflammatory and relieving analgesic pain.. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of lemongrass (cymbopogon citratus) on the reduction of gout arthritis pain in The Community In The 1st Winenet Village, Bitung. This research used a pre experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. The population were residents who suffered from gout arthritis and who experienced joint pain. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique with the number of samples were 12 respondents using the Lamesho formula. The instruments used in this research were observation sheets and pain intensity scale measurement sheets using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The collected data was processed by running the computer program be analyzed by a Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with the significance level α = 0,05.The results of this research indicated that there are differences in pain intensity before and after giving lemongrass, with a ρ value (0,001) < (0,05), meaning that there is an effect of giving lemongrass on reducing gout arthritis pain.The conclusion of this research is that lemongrass can be used as a non- pharmacological therapy to reduce pain in gout arthritis. It is expected that the result of this research will be useful in reducing pain in patients with gout arthritis and can be used as an additional reference for further research.

The research method used in this research is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, library studies and documentation. Results This research shows that (1) Employee discipline has not been fully implemented well in the Rampoang village head office, Bara subdistrict, Palopo city, seen from 4 indicators of work discipline which include punctuality, using office equipment properly, high responsibility and compliance with office rules. These four indicators are punctuality and compliance with office rules which have not gone well because there are still employees who often commit violations, especially in terms of working time discipline. However, the use of office equipment and the high level of responsibility held by employees at the Rampoang subdistrict office have been carried out well. (2 ) the main duties and functions of employees at the Rampoang Village Head's office, Bara District, Palopo City, which were assessed based on service and empowerment aspects, have been carried out well

Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemilik dan 4 orang konsumen "Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima". Hasil Penelitian ini adalah sebagai strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dimiliki oleh “Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima” akan diuraikan melalui teori marketing mix 4p yang terdiri dari product, price, place, promotion. Melalui elemen promotion “Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima” memanfaatkan media social Instagram dan Facebook untuk menguraikan teori marketing mix 4p tersebut dan dari kegiatan yang dilakukan mampu menarik minat konsumen.

Sampling using questionnaires with a variable number of tasks and a variable burnout rate the value of the regression coefficient for the number of tasks shows a value of 0.853, indicating that the variable number of tasks has a positive influence on the burnout rate. The variable significance value of the number of tasks is 0.28, where the value is 0.05. This study aims to examine why seafarers engage in simultaneous tasks, which may lead to accidents. In an exploratory qualitative study, face-to-face interviews were conducted with selective and targeted seafarers previously involved in maritime accidents. The collected data were analysed using interpretive and descriptive qualitative methods with a socio-cultural approach. The findings of this study show that the substantial regulatory changes over the years in the maritime industry have resulted in increased occupational workload for seafarers. Some of these regulatory barriers designed to improve safety at sea prompted seafarers to engage in simultaneous tasks to perform excessive paperwork and compensate for insufficient crewing. The research also revealed how a poor speak-up culture onboard might encourage simultaneous tasks leading to accidents at sea. The analysis shows that reasons for engaging in simultaneous tasks at sea are varied and complex. Therefore, complex intervention efforts to discourage seafarers from engaging in simultaneous tasks is needed to mitigate accidents at sea.
