This research was motivated by the results of the BPJS assessment of the Guguk Panjang Health Center where the impression value of the Guguk Panjang Health Center was 66.25%. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis uses Outer Loading and Inner Loading Analysis, while data processing is assisted by using SemPLS software. Based on the research results, the authors conclude that the quality of basic health services is related to patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between the dimensions of service quality simultaneously. From the results of the study, it was found that the variable dimension of service quality that has the greatest effect on patient satisfaction is the Assurance (Skills) dimension with an Original Sample value of 0.222, the second is environmental comfort with hypothetical results (p value 0.017), while the smaller dimension is Empathy. (p.Value 0.50%). Whereas for the dimension of Staff Reliability there is no relationship with Patient Satisfaction with a hypothesis value of 0.449 > 0.05 as well as the Responsiveness and provision of information dimension has no relationship with patient satisfaction with a value of 0.535 > 0.04. Thus patient satisfaction with services at the Bukittinggi City Health Center is prioritized for an increase in the dimensions of Reliability and Responsiveness of Officers.

The prevalence of cervical cancer in Indonesia is increasing, reaching 1.79 per 1000 population. According to the Global Cancer Observatory 2018 data, cervical cancer is the second most common cancer among women in Indonesia, with a prevalence of 32,469 cases or 9.3% of the total cases. This issue arises because many adolescents do not maintain proper personal hygiene during menstruation. Women who lack proper personal hygiene have a 19,386 times greater risk of developing cervical cancer compared to those with good personal hygiene. Cervical cancer prevention in adolescents is carried out by maintaining genital hygiene properly. The study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about cervical cancer and genital personal hygiene behavior among adolescents. Cervical cancer is the growth of abnormal cells in the cervix. Genital personal hygiene behavior involves maintaining individual cleanliness and health. The research design is correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The study population comprises 392 adolescent girls, with a sample of 195 adolescent girls selected using purposive sampling technique. The validity test using the Pearson product-moment showed all results to be valid with a P value < 0.05. The reliability test for the knowledge variable is 0.623, and for the behavior variable, the r value is 0.865. The study results show that most adolescents have fairly good knowledge (41.5%) but poor hygiene behavior (54.4%), with a Chi-Square P value = 0.000. There is a relationship between knowledge about cervical cancer and genital personal hygiene behavior among adolescents. It is recommended for Selabatu Health Center to conduct outreach on cervical cancer to improve adolescents' personal hygiene practices.

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between the quality of service to the level of student satisfaction. In this study the quality of service includes reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence. Data collection techniques used are obervation techniques, interview techniques, questionnaires and documentation techniques. The population numbered 288 students and the number of seals 29 students or10% of the total population. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling, the data were analyzed by, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination and t test. Regression analysis results obtained a = 4.719 and b = 0.797 then the regress ion equation formed is Y = 4.719 + 0.797 X. The value of determination coefficient of 0.257 means that the influence of service quality to student satisfaction level is 25.7% and the remaining 74.3% affected Other factors beyond service quality include hardware, software, hardware quality, value-added software quality and learning process. Hypothesis testing can be proved there is apositive and significant influence between the quality of laboratory laboratory service laboratory to the satisfaction of students of SMA Negeri 5 Purworejo, so Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student satisfaction of the services of librarians and the relationship of service quality of library staff and student satisfaction in the library. the method of analysis in this study using the valid ity test, reliability test, simple correlation, simple linear regression coefficient of determination and t test. The results of this study can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between the quality of service librarians to student satisfaction in SMK Kristen Penabur Purworejo is Y = 13,576 + 0.679X. This is indicated by the coefficient value of 0.679. This means, if the value of service quality variables increased by one point, then the satisfaction of students will increase seber sar 0.679. In the determination coefficient test sebersar 0.450 or 45% the number shows student satisfaction that occurs and is explained by using service quality variables so that from 100%-45% so that 55% get contributions from other factors. With the criteria level α 0.05 with the number of samples of 21 students then obtained ttable of 2.080 with table level significance, α = 0.05 with a confidence level of 95% with ttable of 2.080 while the calculation based on table 4:29 which is done using t count variable service quality (X) of 3.944. Thus the value of tcount is greater than ttable (3.944> 2.080) or significant value (0.001 <0.05). So that Ha there is a positive and significant influence between the quality of service librarians to student satisfac tion in SMK Kristen Penabur Purworejo and Ho rejected

Load imbalance in three-phase distribution transformers can increase neutral current and power losses, thereby reducing the efficiency and reliability of electric power distribution systems. This study aims to analyze the level of load imbalance, power losses caused by neutral current, and the effectiveness of manual load balancing using the two-time-point method, namely peak load time (PLT) and off-peak load time (OPLT). The research was conducted on the PNIAI007 distribution transformer at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Enarotali using a quantitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through measurements of phase currents and neutral current, which were then analyzed to compare conditions before and after load balancing. The results show that the load imbalance level was significantly reduced from more than 29% to 2.47% during daytime operation and 1.21% during nighttime operation. The neutral current decreased from 37.81 A to 14.58 A during the daytime and from 51.76 A to 19.83 A at night. In addition, power losses due to neutral current were reduced by more than 85%. These results indicate that the two-time-point load balancing method is effective in improving the efficiency and operational reliability of distribution transformers.
