 State administration is never separated from policy making. Bureaucratic reforms is carried out to realize good governance, therefore policy is a must because all the implementation of programs and community services should be conducted. One of the policies that is often carried out is discretion, with the aim of filling the regulatory vacuum and not stopping innovating in carrying out policies because of the regulatory vacuum. This study was conducted to analyze the formulation of discretion in the implementation of bureaucratic reform. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Results of the study: 1) discretion is carried out by taking into account the objectives, causes and conditions for using discretion; 2) discretion that is contrary to the objectives, procedures and conditions can be canceled; 3) it is necessary to build an accountability system in the implementation of discretion so that it does not lead to corrupt behavior. Conclusion: discretion is an innovation that can be accounted for by the government and society

KAI access is the official application from KAI for making orders, as a means of boarding passes, train tickets. This application was created to make it easier, especially for KAI passengers, to order tickets, as a medium for finding route information and train schedules according to what train passengers need. Implementation of KAI Access is measured from four indicators including communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Meanwhile, the level of satisfaction of PT service users. KAI is seen from 9 indicators including requirements, systems, mechanisms and procedures, costs/tariffs, product specifications, types of services, competency of implementers, behavior of implementers, handling complaints, suggestions and input, and facilities and infrastructure.The results of the research show that the cumulative score for KAI Access Implementation obtained a percentage of 84.29, which is in the high category, while the cumulative score for the level of satisfaction of PT service users. KAI obtained a percentage of 82.79, including the high category. The results of statistical calculations through the product moment correlation test obtained r_count > r_tabel (0.931 > 0.279) at a significance level of 5% with N-50, which means there is a positive influence of the implementation of KAI Access on the level of satisfaction of PT service users. Digital financial services provided by fintech companies operate or make use of digital technologies. One of the banks that has offered digital fintech-based services are Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru. These services include virtual account services, cash management systems, online banking, m-banking (M-DIN), and ATMs. the necessity of putting into practice marketing tactics that increase client happiness and faith in these services. The purpose of this study is to identify the Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru's digital fintech-based marketing strategy for customer service. At Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru, this kind of research is considered field research. This study is descriptive qualitative in nature. Interviews and documentation were used to obtain data. The key data sources used were interviews with Bank Muamalat sub-branch managers, customer care representatives, and consumers KCP Medan Baru, whereas secondary sources are drawn from written works or other types of documentation to supplement primary data. According to the research, it is known that Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru has applied a number of shari'ah marketing indicators, including a number of marketing mix components. Promotion has dominated marketing tactics throughout the Bank's existence. Brands, services, and procedures produce marketing value. Additionally, Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru is inextricably linked to the three key tenets of shari'ah marketing—piety, moderation, and virtue. The Principle of Piety is the one that is used the most frequently. Additionally, Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru should assess or enhance its marketing tactics for digital fintech services continuous attempts to increase usage of the system due to the fact that some clients are still unaware of Muamalat's digital fintech offerings, particularly its virtual accounts, cash management systems, and online banking.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies in conducting accident risk analysis in the pharamaceutical industry and to fully and deeply understand the procedures for implementing Occupational Health and Safety at PT X. the technique used in this research is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Nased on the results of questionnaires from employees, it was concluded that PT X had implemented Occupational Safety and Health (K3) procedures well. This is proven by the existence of socialization and training in Occupational Safety and Health procedures as an effort to protect all employees from the risk of accidents. The company also equips all employees with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect employees from the risk of work accidents. Apart from that regular monitoring and evaluation is also carried out, to ensure that the procedure is still suitable to be implemented. The work environment plays a role in the safety and health of workers. Worker attitudes and work procedures that have been implemented by all employees have a very important role in Occupational Safety and Health as an effort to minimize accidents.

Environmentally Caring Character is an attitude and action that always strives to prevent damage to the surrounding natural environment, and develops efforts to repair natural damage that has occurred. Based on initial observations, the facts that the author found in the field are that there are still some students whose character is still far from what was expected, even though they have received PAI learning at school, such as there are still some students who like to throw rubbish carelessly, there are still some students who damage facilities. At school, there are still some students who are reluctant to be involved in cleaning the school environment and there are still some students who lack awareness in maintaining and maintaining gardens at school. The aim of this research is to determine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming environmentally caring character in class VIII students at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in forming environmentally caring character in class VIII students at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi. The research in this thesis uses qualitative research. This research is descriptive qualitative field research as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and behavior being observed. Based on the results of this research, it was found that the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming students' environmentally caring character at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi were carried out in various ways, starting from the school principal's efforts in providing support and appreciation to students and parents, teachers' efforts in synchronizing learning materials with the character of caring for the environment, reminding students when someone behaves that does not reflect concern for the environment and modeling and providing an example to students. Supporting factors in the character education process at SMP N 1 Bukittinggi are good, namely the presence of pre-school experience, the existence of good learning motivation, the existence of students' attitudes and habits in learning, the teacher has the ability to deliver the material and can adapt it to the needs of the students, the teacher has high enthusiasm. in teaching. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor: the bad habits of some students from home who are brought into the classroom, thus affecting other students.

The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the impact of consumer behavior on purchase decisions at The Scoop café in Kolaka district, and (2) the impact of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions in Kolaka district. This is a quantitative study with an explanatory research model that use a questionnaire as an instrument. In this study, the population consisted of all consumers who had purchased The Scoop café products, with a total sample of 70 respondents recruited by observation, documentation, and questionnaire procedures. There are two types of data collection techniques: primary data and secondary data. SPSS 25 was used to examine the study instrument's validity and reliability. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0 was utilized to analyze the research data. The results show that Consumer Behavior has a favorable and significant impact on Consumer Purchase Decisions. This is demonstrated by the t-count or t-statistic of 2.816, which is more than the t-table value of > 1.66. P-values of 0.003. Meanwhile, because the t-count or t-statistic value is 7.619, which is greater than the t-table value > 1.66 with a P-value of 0.000, Store Atmosphere has a positive and substantial effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions. Consumer Behavior and Store Atmosphere then have a 92.7% favorable and substantial effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of price, facilities, location, quality of service on consumer decisions at Toraja Heritage Hotel. Data collection procedures from this research are observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The conclusion of this study is that the variable facilities have no effect on consumer decisions and the variables price, location, and service quality have an effect on consumer decisions in Toraja Heritage Hotel.

This Study examines the low quality of public service provided by Kedaung Village officials,Lack of public knowloedge regarding public service,procedures in kedaung Village,lack of response and attention from Kedaung Village officials to people who need service in Kedaung Village.the purpose of the research is to find out and analyze more broadly regarding the quliy of service at the Kedaung Vilage,south Tangerang City.The Method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach that aims to describe service at the Kedaung Village office.The results of this study use the service quality theory of Zeithaml Berry and Prasurahman,namely Tangible (Direct evidence),Realibility (realibility),Responsiveness (responsiveness),Assurance (guarantee),Empathy (empathy).This shows that the service at the kedaung sub-district office has not run perfectly.On the Realibility indicator,it has not run perfectly,such as the expertise of officers in using supporting facilities in the service process. On the responsiveness indicator,all officer who carry out service are classified as responsive to the community who want perform service or people who have complaints about the ongoing service process.

The aim of this research is to find out whether work discipline influences staff performance at the Sauan Sibarrung credit union (CU) cooperative, Tana Toraja Regency. The data collection procedure in this research was to distribute questionnaires distributed to 35 respondents taken from permanent staff at the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union (CU) Cooperative, Tana Toraja Regency. Quantitative analysis of data with simple linear regression. Based on the results of the T test calculation on the work discipline variable, the calculated T result is (2.841) > (2.035). The results of this research indicate that the work discipline variable influences the performance of staff at the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union (CU) cooperative, Tana Toraja Regency.

This study aims to provide an understanding of the application of interpersonal communication through social media in a vocational high school environment, namely at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The implementation steps given to SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, are related to an aware understanding of media law to prevent the negative effects of social media, especially considering the current condition of the younger generation who are very active on social media, they must be equipped with knowledge of understanding content which can lead to social legal sanctions. to be wiser in using social media at an early age. The qualitative method is descriptive. Data was collected through observation, interviews, discussion forums and documentation. While the data analysis technique is presented in the form of narrative text through procedures namely coding, data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation, drawing conclusions and data analysis. The results show that the steps for implementing interpersonal communication are very comprehensive to help students and teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Babelan understand the importance of ethics in communicating online, especially when having to carry out activities with students online. Many teachers and students at SMK N 1 Babelan are active on various social media platforms so it is important for teachers and students to understand how to communicate properly and effectively. Poor communication on social media can negatively affect the image and reputation of a teacher, school or institution. As for the implications that need to be carried out related to understanding the law so that understanding about legal awareness of media is very important to prevent, the negative impact of social media is even greater when there is a lack of knowledge about understanding content which can lead to legal sanctions for the students themselves or the social environment.

Optimization of video tutorial information media in the world of work is needed for mechanics and users at United Tractors, because it can have an impact and contribution to United Tractors, but because their performance is not optimal, a solution is needed to solve this problem. The purpose of this design is to create information media for the "Mechanic Shift Salesforce" feature that is informative, communicative, and effective for the performance of mechanics and users, easily understood as an SOP guideline for United Tractors. The designer makes information media about a new feature specifically for mechanics and users in maximizing their performance. Based on these issues, it is necessary to design a Video Tutorial in solving the problems faced by United Tractors. This design method is 4D which consists of: Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate. Define to find design solutions for mechanics and users at UT. Design is carried out in several steps including: pre-production, production, and post-production. Develop to test the video tutorial to one of the mechanics and users at UT. Desseminate or dissemination is supported by several supporting media that will be connected to video tutorials. Data analysis is carried out in 5W + 1H. What, what is the background of the design. Who, who is the target target in the design. Why, why this design is needed. When, when the issue occurred. Where, where the issue occurs. The main media of the design is a video tutorial building on the procedures and steps of using the "Mechanic Shift Salesforce" feature. Supporting media such as Guidebook, E-Guidebook, Poster, and X-Banner.

The purpose of this research is to know the inspection procedureMRCP and the role of giving bitter tea before examination asnegative oral contrast media. This research is a descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Subjects consisted of 3 patients with clinicalCholelithiasis. Examination using MRI 1.5 Tesla to find out the procedure and the role of giving bitter tea asnegative oral contrast media. From the results obtained according to the theory of using 400 ml of black tea, 300 ml of jasmine tea and 300 ml of black tea with 40 grams of sugar. Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are very important to set work standards so as not to fall out of the standard rules. In the world of tourism, SOPs in hospitality are used to discipline employees so that every work done cannot be separated from the standards set. This research was conducted at Amaris Hotel Palembang, a two-star hotel that has restaurant facilities, ballrooms, hotel rooms, etc. In this study using observation methods, or discovery research that will examine how SOPs in the food and baverage section are implemented at Amaris Hotel. This research study found that every employee who works in the food and beverage section has fulfilled SOPs when working, even before work they have prepared SOP prefixes before employees go to restaurants. This is a priority to ensure that all work carried out is in accordance with SOPs and maintain food and beverage hygiene for hotel guests.

Percutaneous coronary interventional (PCI) is a minimally invasive blood vessel widening procedure using balloons and stents, the PCI procedure in CTO cases uses the double puncture technique and the C-arm tube angle position LAO 45 ? - Cranial 15 ? and Frontal 0 ? - Cranial 30 ?. The aim of using the double puncture technique is to see the entry point and exit point of chronic total occlusion. This study aims to find out the latest literature related to PCI procedures in CTO cases, including current developments and status. This research is a literature review (Summary Method) where literature exploration is carried out using various sources with the keyword "Percutaneous Coronary Interventional (PCI) Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO)". Reference sources used in preparing this article include books, as well as articles in scientific journals in English and Indonesian. Based on the results of a review of several literature procedures, PCI procedures with CTO cases consist of patient preparation, preparation of tools and materials, and examination techniques for selecting puncture access. radial artery and femoral artery, patient position, C-arm angle position. There is a role for radiographers that conforms to SKKNI radiographer Number 237 of 2020, and the role of radiographers in the actions taking place in the cathlab is to prepare the readiness of the C-arm aircraft and pay attention to radiation protection during the action.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical diagnostic imaging technique that works on the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance. MRI aircraft can produce diagnostic images of the inside of the human body in both sagittal, coronal, and transverse cuts, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a widely accepted non-invasive technique for the evaluation of cartilage lesions. The femur, tibia, fibula, and patella are united into one complex group by ligaments. According to Moeller, Genu Examination uses STIR Sequence, Sagital T2 Weighted Fat saturated, Sagittal 3D GRE, Proton Density weighted fat saturated T1 Coronal. The author's purpose in conducting this study is because Genu Examination at one of the Jakarta Hospital in the Case of Soft Tissue Tumor, Meniscus Tear and Oesteoarthritis added the Axial 3D SPGR sequence. The research method used is descriptive research with an observational approach. Data collection was carried out on June 5 to August 31 using Mri GE aircraft with a power of 1.5 Tesla. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with clinical Soft Tissue Tumor, Meniscus Tear, and Osteoarthritis. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and Genu Examination Documentation with the addition of Axial 3D SPGR. The examination is carried out using Quad Knee Coil, the patient's position is supine, feet first. The sequences used in the examination at one of the Jakarta hospitals are Axial Proton Density Fat saturated, Sagital Proton Density Fat saturated, Sagital T2, Coronal Proton Density Fat saturated, Coronal STIR. The role of the Axial 3D SPGR sequence is to evaluate articular cartilage due to its clear depiction of cartilage morphology and high signal to noise ratio (SNR) images.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging technique that combines magnetic fields and radio waves to create images and analysis of body tissue, blood circulation and metabolic function of the body. Some indications for MRI brain include detecting and identifying cases such as multiple sclerosis, infarction, hemorrhage, infection, trauma, and tumor or metastatic disease. Hemorrhagic stroke is bleeding that occurs when the blood vessels leading to the brain leak. Hemorrhagic stroke occurs when blood comes out of a blood vessel due to tearing of the blood vessel wall. Blood vessel walls can be weakened by the process of atherosclerosis and can also be due to congenital defects. The research method used was qualitative research. With a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out from July 2023 to August 2023 using a 3 Tesla MRI aircraft. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with complaints in the head. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The MRI brain examination procedure in hemorrhagic stroke cases at one of the hospitals in Jakarta uses the Plain localizer axial, sagittal and coronal sequence, T1_fl2_axial, T2_tse_darkfluid_axial, T2_tse_axial, ep2d_diff_4scan_trace, asl_3d_axial, tof_cs_carotids, flow_pc3d_MRV, tof_brain_MRA, T2_swi_axial. In this case, there is a different sequence used, namely T2_swi_axial. Sequence susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) is an innovative radiological imaging method that is often used in diagnosing neuroradiological disorders.

Sunday school learning which initially used the lecture method, now there are various churches that use various teaching methods, one of which is audio-visual media. The problem, according to the author's observations, especially at the Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP) Parhorboan Resort Tapanuli Utara II, is that school teachers are still lacking in using teaching methods that can create interaction between teachers and children, thus having an impact on children's interest in participating in Sunday school worship. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The research implementation uses procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people whose behavior is observed through interviews or observations using a qualitative approach. This research aims to find out how to increase the interest of Sunday school children aged 9-12 years in attending Sunday services at the Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP) Parhorboan Resort Tapanuli Utara II through the use of audio-visual media. The results of this research show that Sunday school children receiving teaching delivered by Sunday school teachers using audio-visual media can increase Sunday school children's interest in attending worship.

This is a report of service to the community. The purpose of this writing is to briefly describe the preaching map of Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh, Sematan Malaysia. The reporting procedure uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are done by using interviews, observations, and documentation. The location of this research was carried out at Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh, Sematan Malaysia, in 2023. This research uses The results of this research show that Kampung Pueh has a surau named Surau Baitul Quddus, which was established on August 26, 2018, and the existing facilities and infrastructure in Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh are more or less the same as the surau in general.

Management of Cervical MRI Examination in Cases of Syringomyelia in the Spinal Medulla at Primaya Hospital Tangerang. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a state-of-the-art diagnostic tool for examining and detecting the body using a large magnetic field and radio frequency waves, without the use of X-rays or radioactive materials, which produces cross-sectional images of the human body/organs using a magnetic field. strength between 0.064 – 1.5 tesla (1 tesla = 1000 Gauss) and vibrational resonance of the hydrogen atom nucleus. MRI can produce images of the vertebral column, spinal cord, and also the CSF. The MRI screening procedure is ideal for the differential diagnosis of structural disorders that can affect the spinal roots and spinal cord. This examination is used in carrying out a vertebral examination at once, namely scanning starting directly from the cervical vertebrae and also up to the sacrum. So this examination can directly diagnose the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral vertebrae and also includes the coccyx. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of cervical MRI examination with clinical syringomyelia. This research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subject is a patient with clinical syringomyelia. All subjects underwent Cervical MRI examination at 1.5 tesla to find out the sequence and procedure and sequence information used. From the research results obtained according to the theory using T1-weighted imaging with administration of contrast agent. While in the field using the cervical MRI protocol without contrast, it is sufficient to establish a diagnosis using an examination procedure with a localizer sequence design, sagittal T1, Axial T1 FSE, Axial T2, Axial 2D marge, sagittal T2 fat sat, Axial T2 thoracic 2-3, myelo 2D. The T2 fat sat sagittal sequence section makes it possible to see the anatomy, namely syringomyelia.
