This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of internship experience on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. (2) The influence of soft skills on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. Based on the results of initial observations on 40 Management students in the class of 2018 and 2019. Of those who have carried out internships, only 42% have work readiness and 58% do not have work readiness. This can be concluded that students who do not have work readiness are influenced by the lack of work readiness that half of their work experience has. So researchers conducted this research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is Management Students Class of 2018 & 2019, Nineteen November University, Kolaka, totaling 281 students. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 165 students. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Internship Experience variable on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the Soft Skill variable has a positive and significant effect on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.002.

The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the partial and simultaneous effect of accessibility, effectiveness, promotion, and trust on passengers' decisions in choosing the Kamandaka Train. The population in this study were Kamandaka train passengers. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the type of sampling that is incidental sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Software Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study indicate that the variables Accessibility, Effectiveness, Promotion, and Trust have a partial and simultaneous effect on Passenger Decisions. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = -2.766+ 0.357.X1 + 0.322.X2 + 0.181.X3 + 0.352.X4 + µ. The results of the equation show that the accessibility variable has a positive and significant effect on passenger decisions (tcount 4.155 > ttable 1.98498), effectiveness on passenger decisions (tcount 3.258 > ttable 1.98498), promotion of passenger decisions (tcount 2.036 > ttable 1.98498 ), Trust in Passenger Decisions (tcount 4.750 > ttable 1.98498) As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.577. This means that 57.7% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Passenger Decisions, is explained by the independent variables, namely Accessibility, Effectiveness, Promotion, and Trust. The remaining 100% - 57.7% = 42.3%, influenced by other variables outside the research.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital intensity and institutional ownership on tax avoidance with profitability as a moderating variable. This study uses a type of quantitative research using secondary data in the form of annual reports. In this study, the population is consumer goods industry companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period using a purposive sampling technique. Based on this technique, 31 companies were obtained with a span of 4 years of observation, so that 124 observation data were obtained. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that capital intensity has no effect on tax avoidance and institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on tax avoidance. Then profitability as a moderator is not able to moderate the effect between capital intensity on tax avoidance, while profitability is able to moderate the relationship between institutional ownership on tax avoidance. Suggestions for future researchers to be able to add other variables that affect tax avoidance and to be able to use other sector companies as objects of observation in order to be able to compare the results of one company's research with another.
