This study aims to analyze the legal protection for notary service users based on the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK) and Islamic perspectives. Notaries, as public officials authorized to create authentic deeds, play a crucial role in providing legal certainty to the public. However, notaries' obligations to provide clear and specific legal guidance have not been fully implemented, resulting in inadequate legal protection for service users. Within the context of UUPK, consumers have the right to receive true, clear, and honest information, as well as the right to advocacy and protection. The Islamic perspective also emphasizes the importance of justice, transparency, and consumer rights protection, including the obligation of service providers to provide accurate information and avoid harmful practices. The research method used is normative juridical with statutory and conceptual approaches. Data were collected from various legal sources, books, journals, and relevant encyclopedias. The analysis indicates that notaries need to enhance transparency and the quality of legal guidance to ensure that consumer rights are well protected. n conclusion, notaries must provide specific, clear, and thorough legal guidance to achieve effective legal protection for their service users. This aligns with the objectives of UUPK and the principles of consumer protection in Islam, aiming to create benefits for society.

Euthanasia, a topic that sparks debate, is a controversial action from both Islamic and medical perspectives. In Islam, honoring human life is considered a paramount value, as emphasized in the Qur'an. Therefore, the practice of euthanasia is seen as incompatible with religious values. In medical practice, ethical codes provide moral guidance emphasizing the importance of protecting human life, thus making this practice also conflicting with these principles. Although some argue that euthanasia can end unbearable suffering, Islamic views stress the importance of preserving human life without hastening death. Therefore, in Indonesia, with a majority Muslim population, euthanasia practices are prohibited based on religious values and applicable laws.

There was a divorce that broke the relationship between a husband and a wife. But there are other attempts to unite the couple through one word called reference. This study aims to describe and analyze the different references and reference procedures between the KHI and some of the Mazhab views. The research carried out using library research with the collection of data obtained from the study of the library (library research). The data received is divided into two primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques in this research are qualitative with deductive-inductive reasoning. The results of the study show that there is a reference difference in the view of the mazhab and KHI which is the maintenance of marriage. According to Mahab Shafi'i, the reference is to restore the status of marriage law in the midst of 'iddah after the occurrence of talak Raj'i. According to the hambali reference was to return to the state of the wife after the happening of the talak raj'i and is still in the iddah without repeating the interruption. Meanwhile, according to Imam Malik the referral is the return of the wives who have been interrogated other than Ba'in, with without doing interruptions and in the time of iddah. The husband who commits a ruse is a man who is lawful, reasonable, self-righteous, and not a murderer. According to Mazhab Syafi'i, the reference must be expressed in a clear or concise manner. However, according to the scholars, including Mazhab Hanafi, referrals are usually performed orally and are usually also performed directly by spouses. When the husband and wife of the village office are required to request a letter of reference for reference to KUA by showing an act of divorce issued by the Religious Court then to the office of religious affairs with the purpose of informing the KUA to reference, conducting examination, paying the fees of the registrar of references then issued the testimony has made a reference published by KUA and revoking the marriage book

This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the basic differences between bonds and sukuk, as well as the implications for Muslim investors in choosing investment instruments that comply with sharia financial principles. The money method used is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach to compare bonds and sukuk from a sharia financial perspective. Data was obtained through literature studies from journal literature and official documents related to these two financial instruments. The results of this research are first, although sukuk and bonds are almost similar, if examined more deeply, the two have contradictory characteristics. The main difference is in the use of sharia principles in sukuk while bonds do not. Second, conventional bonds do not require collateral assets, while sukuk must have collateral assets. Third, sukuk is not a debt and receivable instrument that charges interest (riba) like bond transactions, but just like sukuk bonds are part of an investment instrument. Fourth, in terms of offering price, maturity, bond principal at maturity, and rating between sukuk and bonds there is no difference.

Literature review is a research technique by conducting searches regarding the concept of Islamic Education factors in terms of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Literature reviews are an important tool in contact reviews because literature is very useful and helps provide context and meaning to the writing that is being written. One of the educational factors reviewed from the Al-Qur'an is the human factor, which includes; can be caused by a leader, especially because of his leadership style, personnel who try to maintain rigid rules and arise because of individual personality traits, namely egoistic, temperamental, fanatical and authoritarian attitudes. Then the educational factor that is viewed from the Hadith is the parental education factor, where education in the family is the first and main education for children. Meanwhile, parents are the leaders of the family who are responsible for the safety of their children both in this world and in the afterlife, because children are not born but are born in a state of nature. So parents are obliged to educate their children. Children follow the example of their family members, their father, their mother or their siblings, so parents in the family must pay attention to their children and educate them. Parents are interested in the progress and development of their children, people always hope that their sons and daughters will be better than their parents.

Method is the most important element in the Islamic education learning process. Because methods are among the determining factors for the success or failure of education and learning. And it would be good if the learning methods were appropriate and relevant to the needs and conditions of students in the learning process. The output in Islamic education is the confirmation that students must have the ability to understand, believe and practice Islamic teachings as a concrete result of the learning process. And to make this happen, learning methods in Islamic education must be based on primary sources, namely the Koran and the Hadith of the Prophet SAW which have been tested for validity with current developments. Islamic education learning methods that can be applied according to the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith include: the method of bil hikmah, example, stories, ibrah or mau'izah, habituation or habituation, parables, punishment and reward, lectures, discussions or dialogue and jidal or debate, question and answer, demonstration, and practice or repetition. In essence, the Qur'an or Hadith is a solution in the process of human life that must be studied and understood in order to achieve its essence in living human nature as a servant of Allah SWT.

This article examines the possibility of reconstructing Islamic epistemology through the integration of classical Ilm al-Usūl principles with modern epistemic challenges. The revivalist/textualist, reformist/maqāṣidī, and critical-hermeneutic approaches to Islamic epistemology are discussed, each contributing a unique perspective on the reconciliation of traditional Islamic knowledge with modern intellectual developments. The main objective is to analyze how Ilm al-Usūl can maintain its normative foundations while responding to contemporary issues such as misinformation, the growing complexity of scientific knowledge, and the fragmentation of epistemic authority. By examining maqāṣid al-sharīʿa, ḥujjiyyah, and other core concepts within Ilm al-Usūl, the article proposes a conceptual bridge that balances revelation with empirical data, fostering a more adaptive epistemological framework. The research design follows a conceptual-analytical library approach, utilizing both classical Islamic legal texts and modern epistemological literature, including social epistemology and theories of knowledge justification. The results reveal that the reconstruction model offers a more comprehensive solution compared to traditional approaches, addressing modern epistemic challenges without abandoning foundational Islamic principles. The discussion highlights the importance of modernizing the methodology to include empirical tools like data literacy and ethical considerations, while maintaining the normative integrity of Islamic knowledge. The article concludes by presenting practical implications for Islamic education and religious authority, recommending the integration of scientific literacy and modern epistemic practices into Ilm al-Usūl curricula. It also suggests future research on specific case studies and the development of modern indicators of epistemic authority.
