The purpose of this study is to describe Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees at the Department of Public Works, Bina Marga and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency. And to analyze the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through work engagement. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency, totaling 52 people and the sample was also 52 people using a census sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using SEM with PLS. The results showed Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees in the high category. Organizational support for work engagement has a positive but not significant effect. Quality of work life has a significant effect on work engagement. Organizational support, quality of work life and work engagement have a significant effect on OCB. Organizational support for OCB through work engagement has an insignificant effect, quality of work life for OCB through work engagement has a significant effect.

The aims of this study are to describe work motivation, organizational commitment, Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication of employees at the Bojonegoro Regency Pusda Office. To analyze the effect of Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on employee motivation through organizational commitment. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this research is quantitative. The population is all employees of the Bojonegoro District Pusda Office, totaling 52 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling or saturated sampling, so the sample used is 52 people. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation in the high category. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on work motivation. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation through organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation through organizational commitment.

This article discusses Efforts to Foster Student Behavior Through PAI Learning at SMP Ikhlasiyah Palembang. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques, namely starting from data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions on the data obtained. While the technique of checking the validity of the data is through triangulation which consists of triangulation of time, sources and methods. From the results of the discussion that the efforts made by the school in fostering student behavior through PAI learning activities have been carried out well, the activities carried out include learning activities in PAI lessons and other activities namely reading the Koran, reading asmaul husna, praying dzuhur together, Commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI), and Friday alms. All of these activities are routinely carried out in schools with the aim of fostering and instilling good character in students at SMP Ikhlasiyah Palembang.    

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the principal's leadership in improving the quality of schools UPT SPF SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The method used in this research is qualitative research, and is analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach that describes the implementation of the transformational leadership of school principals at UPT SPF SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of the principal's transformational leadership has been going well but is still not optimal. This can be seen from the school principal's ability to build a spirit of togetherness and discipline and motivate teachers and employees to work optimally. Principals dare to make changes through creative and innovative actions and are able to build organizational awareness among teachers and employees by developing an attitude of belonging and a sense of responsibility.

. Fraction is one of the materials in mathematics subject in class VII odd semester, which students must master well. Because this material continues from elementary school. Fraction is related to every day, and many problems use the concept of fractions. The research aims to describe the errors according to Newman's procedure, which students carry out to solve the issues. The methods used in data collection were tests and interviews. The written examination was given to class VII 15 students as the subject. The test questions consist of 4 item description questions, then from the results of the written test of 5 students who made mistakes according to the Newman procedure. The results of research that have been carried out on students according to Newman's approach in solving fractions questions as indicated by the results of their daily tests, the most frequent error is the process skill error and encoding error with a percentage of 58,33%, the transformation error is 51,66%, comprehension error 41,66% and the last percentage of reading error 25 %. The causes of student errors include being unable to read correctly, not understanding fractions, and being unable to determine the formula or steps to use, such as making mistakes in the calculation process and writing wrong information or answers.

The purpose of this research is to disclose influence of applicating good corporate governance to profitability in the company food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. So that the sample obtained was 14 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 with a total observational data of 4 years of observation. The data collection technique used is the source of financial statement data using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 software tools. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee has no significant effect on profitability. Independent commissioners have a significant effect on profitability. Institutional ownership has a significant effect on profitability. This research aims to examine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the implementation of the company's Internal Control System. Data analysis used the positivism philosophy method in a family business company engaged in the manufacturing industry since 1946. Informants were determined by purposive sampling, namely, taken from the top management, middle management, and staff groups. Data analysis techniques in this study used a case study approach through interviews. Research results: GCG implementation is not following best practices by this family business company, and Internal Control System implementation has not become aware by management.

This article discusses the teachings of the Lord Jesus about worry according to the Gospel of Matthew 6:25-34 and its reflections for believers in overcoming worry. Worry is a person,s implicit denial of the power and promises of God. The results of the research show that to overcome worry, believers must realize these three things, namely: One, that worry is useless. Two, worry only makes the situation worse for those who eperience it. Third, keep believing in God’s care for his people by proritizing God in everything. The research method used in writing this article is a qualitative method with an expository approach. The final conclusion of the author is The writer's final conclusion is that the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 are very useful in helping believers overcome anxiety.    

The labor period causes physiological, physical, and psychological changes in the patient that can affect the quality of life, such as vaginal delivery or caesarean section, skin contact, breastfeeding, and the psychological state after childbirth. Treatment by health facilities must include the level of safety, effectiveness, timeliness, organization, feasibility, and approach to patients from the external side that will affect the patient. Health services must be efficient; on the other hand, poor or unqualified health services will decrease the quality of life of postpartum patients. This review contains information on how postpartum patient satisfaction affects the quality of life in the delivery room.

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016, a hospital is an individual health service facility that provides inpatient and outpatient care, therefore quality services that must be fulfilled by hospitals. In order to maximize the service to the patient, the operational system must be made more efficient and efficient. The study uses a review literature study approach using several sources selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria that the researchers have established that an efficient operating system can provide optimal service to the patient. This will give a positive response to patient satisfaction.    

The researcher carried out this research because he wanted to examine how to improve the quality of human capital through entrepreneurship learning at SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik. In improving the quality of human capital, one of them is requiring an effective learning, namely by implementing this entrepreneurship. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observing, interviewing and documenting. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out using data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. In testing the validity of the data, researchers also used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study show that SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik has implemented entrepreneurship learning in creating superior quality human capital so that graduates become entrepreneurship, especially in grades eleven and twelfth. Not only that, SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik already has excellent products, namely Skandry Water and Skandry Hygenice. Therefore, it is hoped that all residents of SMKN 1 Driyorejo will apply the KISS method, namely Consolidation, Integration, Synergy and Synchronization so that school plans can be realized and implemented perfectly because they are supported by all school members.    

The competence of human resources in the village government is important in building village development and community welfare. The role of village officials is one of the keys to realizing a developed village, considering that village officials are the link between the village community and the government in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important for village officials to have competence and skills so that developments in the central government can be channeled properly and thoroughly to the village community.  This study aims to analyze and measure what the effect of human resource competencies on employee performance and productivity is in the case study of the Kalisalak Village government through a qualitative descriptive approach where the analysis method used is using SWOT Analysis, namely Strenght (Strength), Weakness (Weakness) Opportunity (Opportunity) and Threat (Threat). This study found strengths and opportunities that can encourage the improvement of the work of village officials, but also found weaknesses and threats in it. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the right strategy so that the performance and productivity of village officials in serving the community is maintained

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

The population is all children under five in the Talise Health Center in Palu City in 2022, with a purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 20 respondents. The independent variable studied was the provision of Tui Na massage, while the dependent variable was eating behavior. The results were analyzed using a paired sample T test. The results of the study prior to the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (80%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (20%). After the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (65%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (35%). The results of data analysis using the paired sample T test showed that the p-value = 0.000 is smaller than the critical value = 0.05, because the p-value < then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is an effect of Tui Na massage on eating behavior in children. toddlers in the Talise Health Center in Palu City in 2022 Giving Tui Na massage that has been done is able to launch the blood circulation system so that it can increase the supply of oxygen and the flow of nutrients in the body's cells, especially in the digestive organs so that the digestive organs are able to work optimally. This study aimed to analyze the effect of capital and production costs on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises at the city of Palangkaraya drinking water filling depot. This research will provide a clearer picture of the factors that affect the income of a drinking water-filling depot business. The quantitative approach to multiple regression analysis is a method of conducting research by focusing on the relationship between variables using quantitative data. From this study, capital and production costs significantly influence the income of micro and SME enterprises at drinking water filling depots in Palangkaraya City. Revenue increases when capital and production costs increase; income decreases when it decreases. Together, these two effects explain 60.3% of income inequality. Suggestions for future researchers are to expand the scope of their research by considering other factors that can affect the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) drinking water stations, such as Business location, product quality, and marketing strategy.

The development of human life today has been significantly influenced by the rapid advancement of technology. Behind the convenience and advancement of technology, it is not uncommon to have an unfavorable impact on its users. Nowadays, not a few children and teenagers are trapped in gadget abuse, for example; visiting pornographic sites and forgetting time to study because of addiction to online games. These events often result in the degradation of the child's character and spirituality. In addition, other factors that make children less controlled in using gadgets are due to the presence of some parents who do not provide guidance to children regarding the use of gadgets properly and regularly. The purpose of this writing is to explain the existence of Sunday school teachers in providing guidance and direction to increase Sunday school children's understanding of the use of gadgets by providing parenting guidance, teaching slowly the benefits of gadgets, utilizing the parental control features available on gadgets and determining sanctions for children if they violate the boundaries that have been given. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method and a literature research approach. The results received in this study are that the more existence of Sunday school teachers in increasing the digital quotient for children, the more responsible Sunday school children will be for the gadgets they have.

The emergency department is the front door in providing patient safety and health services. An emergency department certainly requires a fast and precise approach to patient safety. Fast and precise handling will increase patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction is a condition where the patient's needs, desires and expectations can be met through the products and services consumed. Therefore patient satisfaction is a measure of the quality of service felt by patients divided by the patient's needs, patient desires, and expectations of the patient himself. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical study is its function to review the factors that become patient satisfaction, so that it can assist the Hospital in making a better plan with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For the hospital it is very important and needs to be done optimally with these patient satisfaction factors to support the improvement of the hospital's status. So the agency in terms of tangible, reliable, assurance, and empathy to improve patient quality.
