The increase in motorized vehicles in urban areas is followed by an increase in cases of motorcycle theft due to the lack of public awareness about the motorcycle security system. The intensity of motorcycle theft with its disclosure is still far in comparison. Crime will also increase, such as cases of theft of motor vehicles, especially motorbikes. Cases of motorcycle theft still often occur, this happens because there is still a lack of security systems contained in motorized vehicles that only use ignition. the existence of an alternative safety system is needed because the average key of a conventional motorcycle is easily penetrated by thieves. A double motorcycle safety device (Doble Smart Lock) composed of an RFID and Personal Identification Number (PIN) and an ATMega microcontroller. This system serves to provide two-stage security. The first stage is a microcontroller in the form of a PIN and the second stage is an RFID system. If the first stage breaks then it will enter the second stage, namely the RFID system The results in the form of a main tool for motorcycle management consists of: Power supply, RFID Card, RFID Reader, Personal Identification Number (PIN), IC / Microcontroller ATMega and already running. The system testing process shows the number 3 in the expert validation test and the number 3 in the expert validation trial. Based on the above calculation, it can be concluded that the validation results from the expert show that the value of 3 is between 2 - 3, which is classified in the valid category. The system process shows the number 3 in the expert validation and the number 2.9 in the validation trial of the user. Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

Tepung mokaf dan tepung garut dapat dikembangkan sebagai sumber karbohidrat non beras padapembuatan beras analog.Tepung kacang merah digunakan sebagai sumber protein dan kandungan amilosanyayang tinggi dapat membantu membentuk butiran beras analog..Pembuatan beras analog menggunakanteknologi ekstrusi sehingga menghasilkan karakteristik produk seperti beras. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahuntuk menentukan indeks glikemik beras analog berbasis tepung mokaf, tepung garut dan tepung kacangmerah sebagai pangan alternative bagi penderita diabetes. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan AcakLengkap, satu faktor yaitu perbandingan tepung mokaf, tepung garut dan tepung kacang merah dengan5 taraf perlakuan, yaitu B1: 90%: 0% : 10%; B2 80%:10%: 10%; B3 70% : 20% : 10%; B4 60%: 30%; 10%; danB5 50%: 40%: 10%.Penelitian ini terdiri dari tahapan: persiapan bahan, formulasi tepung komposit sesuaiperbandingan untuk pembuatan beras analog dan pengujian indeks glikemiknya. Formula terbaik beras analogdengan indeks glikemik 74 diperoleh dari perlakuan B5 yaitu perbandingan tepung mokaf, tepung garut dantepung kacang merah 50%:40%:10%.

Masyarakat kita cenderung hudup dalam budaya bekerja yang cenderung mencari aman atau menghendaki adanya Social Harmony. Hal ini sangat bertentangan dengan budaya dari kewirausahaan yang mengandung nilai-nilai seperti pantang menyerah ,berani mengambil re4siko, krersatif dan inovatif (Debbie Liao and Philip Semen, 2004) Industri kecil perumahan seperti makanan, mainan, kerajinan batik ini suadah turun temurun yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Jejaring/ kelompok usaha kecil) di Sukowati Kabupaten Sragen.Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan dari kelompok usaha kecil adalah dengan memberikan solusi nilai alternative meliputi: difokuskan bekal apa yang harus disiapkan peserta penyu;uhan/pendampingan tersebut benar-benar dilaksanakan, Mengadakan penyuluhan sistem pemasaran dan promosi serta solusi serta distribusi dan keuangannya.,memberikan solusi kepada peserta penyuluhan agar selalu mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengelola usaha yang professional. Rencana target dengan kondisi secara umum sebetulnya masih banyak potensi yang masih membutuhkan uluran tangan untuk meningkatkan keberadaan kelompok usaha kecil yang tergabung dalam kelompok menjadi pertimbangan kami supaya mampu mengelola usaha dengan baik dan menguntungkan. Mranggen Demak State High School Library is a work unit formed with the decision of an authorized official to serve the needs of school residents to the books in Mranggen Demak State High School. In this school library the library management is still conventional by taking notes in the big books. Services to library members are ineffective and unsatisfactory because it takes a long time to find the books they will borrow on every bookshelf available and look at notes in the big books. The slow preparation of the report so that the development of the library is less attention. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwodadi is a formal educational institution located on Jl. P. Diponegoro No. 22, the direction of Jalan Purwodadi - Solo. MAN Purwodadi as one of the Secondary Education Institutions in Purwodadi has an important role in the future, in the context of increasing the intelligence of the nation while preparing students who are faithful and devoted and possessing Science and Technology which are characteristic of their Islam. Some agencies including educational institutions in an effort to improve the image both in terms of promotion and information now, have begun to use website media that can be quickly accessed widely so as to improve the quality of service to the community. MAN Purwodadi in the current promotion and information efforts still use the method of manually explaining which will certainly take time and effort and still use print media that has limited reach and requires more costs for each print each year. MAN Purwodadi until now does not have a new alternative media in the form of a website that follows the times that if not followed up will certainly be less competitive in terms of promotion and information. Therefore, it is necessary to have new alternative media that are effective and efficient and sustainable which in addition to increasing positive value for MAN Purwodadi, can also support and cover up the weaknesses of promotional media and information that has been used before. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire method of 30 respondents in potential students using a Likert scale to find out the responses of respondents to each variable. Then do the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. From the analysis obtained product information level score of 390 or 32.5%; the effective level of the product is 222 or 18.5%; and the product efficiency level of 399 or 33.25%. From the existing score indicators, if added together the results will show the extent of the feasibility of the website as a promotional media and MAN Purwodadi information. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Website Design as a Media Promotion and Information on MAN Purwodadi is considered "Very Effective". This is based on the calculation of the scale which states that if all the values ​​of the indicators are added up to produce a total value of 1011 where the value is between 976 - 1200 which states "Very Effective".

The results of the research with multiple linear regressionshowed that the CR, DER, TAT, ROA, PER and interest rate do not haveeffect on stock return. While inflation has a negative significant effect onstock returns.

Academic data increases every year in line with the increase of students. Abundant data store is alsoan abundance of information. Data mining technology is a tool for extracting information on largedatabases and has been widely used in many domains. Predicting student performance (study evaluation) isan activity to determine a future state based on existing data. Data in the field of academic research hasbeen done with various methods and algorithms, but the use of algorithm SLIQ (Supervised Learning InQuest) has not been done.SLIQ is an algorithm developed by the IBM's Quest project team in 1996 for mining large datasets.SLIQ algorithm classify and predict the students performance, beginning with the data cleaning, conductedelection training and testing data. By calculating gini index of each attribute and then selecting thesmallest gini index data table is split according to the criteria until find the same class. From the results ofthe calculation process can produce a set of rules that can be used to predict student performance.From the experiment it can be concluded that the algorithm SLIQ with decision tree technique canbe used as an alternative in designing a system datamining applications. Tests conducted system showedthat the constructed model can be used to predict the performance of new students. The resulting accuracyof the model system in fact has a lower score than the accuracy of other applications that are used as acomparison of Tanagra. Advantages of the proposed system is in its design does not need complexcalculations in obtaining the gini index attributes.

Dalam menentukan penerimaan beasiswa, banyak sekali kriteria-kriteria yang harus dimiliki oleh individu sebagai syarat dalam mendapatkan beasiswa. Masing-masing sekolah pasti memiliki kriteria-kriteria untuk menentukan siapa yang akan terpilih untuk menerima beasiswa. Pembagian beasiswa dilakukan oleh beberapa lembaga untuk membantu seseorang yang kurang mampu ataupun berprestasi selama menempuh studinya. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternative terbaik bedasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu siswa terbaik.

Informasi sebagai keluaran(output) sebuah system informasi akan sangat bernilai guna tinggi jika memenuhi tiga hal kualitas yaitu relevan, akurat dan tepat waktu. Untuk mencapai kualitas tersebut dan menyesuaikan dengan tuntutan jaman yang serba cepat maka akses informasi yang cepat menjadi faktor utama yang harus dipenuhi. Data adalah deskripsi dari sesuatu dan kejadian yang dihadapi, dicatat dalam suatu media penyimpanan. Sebagai bahan baku dari informasi, maka kecepatan akses informasi sama dengan kecepatan akses data tersebut. Semakin cepat dan mudah akses terhadap data maka penyajian informasi sebagai kebutuhan dari manajemen untuk mengambil keputusan juga dapat ditingkatkan.Kecepatan akses data dapat ditingkatkan dengan banyak cara, selain dari sisi perangkat kerasnya (hardware) dapat juga dilakukan dari sisi perangkat lunaknya (software) lebih khusus pada programaplikasinya. Teknologi Optimasi Query Rushmore sebagai salah satu teknologi untuk meningkatkan kecepatan akses data dapat dijadikan alternative pemecahan masalah kinerja sebuah aplikasi khususnya berhubungan dengan sebuah basis data.
