In practical terms, the application of Ariyah, Grants, Gifts, and Samsarah is seen in various aspects of daily life, from trade transactions to social relations. Understanding these concepts helps individuals and organizations manage relationships and transactions more effectively according to the principles of sharia law.

Unemployment is a significant economic problem that can affect society's well-being. In an Islamic economic perspective, unemployment is viewed through the lens of social justice, equitable distribution of wealth, and other sharia principles. The causes of unemployment in an Islamic economy include unfair distribution of wealth, lack of relevant education and skills, injustice in the conventional interest-based financial system, and economic and political instability. To overcome unemployment, Islamic economics offers solutions through the effective implementation of zakat, alms and waqf, the use of profit-sharing-based financial instruments such as mudharabah and musyarakah, as well as investment in education and skills training. The government also plays an important role in creating an environment that supports job creation through fair and stable policies. Encouraging entrepreneurship through training and access to capital is also an effective strategy in reducing unemployment. This holistic approach not only aims to reduce unemployment levels, but also to create a more just and prosperous society in accordance with Islamic economic principles.

This research applies the Monte Carlo simulation method to predict the movement of Apple Inc.'s stock price over a long period of time. Using historical data of Apple's stock price from 12 December 1980 to 24 March 2022, this study aims to generate a probability distribution of the future stock price. The method involves several steps, including data collection, log return calculation, parameter estimation, and simulation of the stock price path through random iterations based on the log return distribution. The simulation results show that the closing price of Apple stock can be predicted by following the historical trend, although there are differences with the real data due to the stochastic nature of the Monte Carlo technique. This research also applies a variance reduction method to improve simulation efficiency. The findings provide a valuable perspective for investors and financial analysts in identifying investment risks and opportunities through an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of stock price movements using Monte Carlo simulation. Suggestions for future research include the use of VaR methods with historical variance and covariance approaches, as well as considering longer data periods and more stock indices for more comprehensive results.

As a country with an overcapacity prison composition of 265,897 people, Indonesia ranks seventh with the most prisoners in the world. In response to this, the government has made several efforts to reduce the density of prisoners, one of which is by providing remissions. However, granting remissions is actually seen as less effective and actually creates differences in the development process in Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Another problem is how to overcome the dilemma of granting remission to prisoners from the perspective of the national legal system. The research method used in this research is a juridical-normative research method with descriptive analytical research specifications which analytically describe the applicable laws and regulations both at home and abroad and legal theories linked to research problems. Analysis of legal materials uses qualitative juridical analysis. The results of this research indicate that the background to the policy of granting remissions to prisoners needs to be tightened so that it can fulfill a sense of justice for society. Apart from that, regarding the policy of granting remissions to prisoners, it is necessary to consider the legal framework of similar policies implemented in England, Ireland or Canada because the tightening of remissions in these countries has resulted in not all prisoners getting remissions or parole.
