This activity aims to explore the effectiveness of cooperative-based entrepreneurial motivation training in improving the performance and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), by providing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to become a successful entrepreneur. Pasar Johar Semarang SME entrepreneurs face various challenges in running cooperative-based entrepreneurship. It is often difficult to reach a wider market because of limited access to strategic distribution locations that inhibit the potential for business expansion. Through this training, participants are expected to learn about the benefits of being a member of a cooperative, such as access to capital, training, and business networks. will provide training on a range of business skills essential to SMEs, such as financial management, marketing, and product development. The participants will learn how to manage their business more effectively and efficiently. By presenting speakers from UMKM Center Central Java, participants as SME entrepreneurs in Pasar Johar can ask questions directly related to problems that are often encountered in the field not only about cooperative problems but other complaints ranging from existing regulations, trade permits from orders, and even procedures for getting help from the government. These efforts are expected to help pasar Johar Semarang SME partners in developing cooperative-based entrepreneurship in a sustainable manner.

Computer networks and the Internet are currently developing very rapidly, especially the role of the internet as a source of information, demanding excellent connection quality. Hotel Puri Indah Mataram, for example, has used two internet service providers (ISP) to handle the surge in demand from customers/guests. When there is an increase in requests, network devices become burdened because they have to process more requests. One solution is to implement load balancing, namely distributing the traffic load to network devices so that it is not centralized on just one ISP. This aims to ensure traffic runs optimally, increase throughput, speed up response time, and prevent overload on one connection line. This technique will optimize network performance by utilizing a two-path connection distribution method known as the NTH method. In addition, a failover technique will be implemented, where if one gateway connection is lost, another gateway will automatically take over all network traffic. This aims to ensure continuous service availability. Finally, there will be bandwidth management for all clients, so that bandwidth distribution becomes more even and efficient.

Darmaji Village is a village located in Kopang District, Central Lombok Regency, where the village office has a central role in managing administrative affairs and community services. However, archive management in Darmaji Village still uses conventional methods that are vulnerable to the risk of damage and loss of documents. As a solution, the pengabdi took the initiative to conduct digital archive transformation training using Google Drive to help village officials manage archives more efficiently. The methods used in this service training include observation, interviews, socialization, and training. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in the ability of the participants, where the pretest results showed 88.9% of the 9 participants could not operate Google Drive as a digital archive, while the posttest results showed 100% of the participants were able to operate Google Drive properly. With the application of this technology, it is expected that archive management in Darmaji Village will become more effective, efficient, and secure, and will be able to encourage the implementation of digital technology in various aspects of village administration

If so, then the Industrial Revolution is a process of change that takes place quickly and fundamentally in the industrial sector. In modern civilization there have been four Industrial Revolutions, each of which has its own characteristics. The role of humans is gradually starting to be taken over by automatic machines. In short, disruption is innovation. This is innovation that will replace all old systems with new methods. Disruption has the potential to replace old players with new ones. Disruption replaces old, all-physical technology with digital technology that produces something completely new and more efficient and more useful.

Every agency generally expects employees to be able to carry out their duties effectively, efficiently, productively and professionally with the competencies they possess. This research aims to determine the influence of competence and professionalism on employee performance at the Bima City Youth and Sports Education Department. This research is associative research with a research sample of 45 respondents. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows. The research results show that partially and simultaneously competence and professionalism have a significant influence on employee performance at the Bima City Education, Youth and Sports Department.

The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia shall arrange all matters relating to the duties and institutions of the police in accordance with the provisions of the law. Recruitment must be done effectively and efficiently to its vision, mission and goal. Social media plays a strategic role in determining public confidence in governmental organizations/agencies. The recruitment process must be carried out in a creative and innovative way to meet the needs of qualified workforce. The research method used is literature study. The more the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia is involved in the use of social media, the stronger the image of the organization built on the social network, the greater the interest of the candidate members to participate in the organization.

The development of the automotive industry is now experiencing a very rapid increase in the type of motorcycle. One of them is a motorcycle with automatic transmission or automatic motorcycle or CVT (Continously Variable Transmission). Matic motorcycle users often experience a lack of performance when used on daily trips. The mass of CVT rollers and springs is the main factor in the lack of performance of the matic motorcycle which is less efficient for its users. This research was conducted to determine the effect of increasing power and torque on motorcycles that are now declining in performance. The method used in this research is experimentation. Tests were carried out using a dynamometer tool to determine the comparison of the results of the variables carried out and compared to obtain maximum power and torque. The data obtained will be analyzed using statistical methods to evaluate the relationship between changes in roller mass and spring constant to power and torque. The results showed that the maximum power generated was at a roller variation of 11 grams and a spring constant of 33.78 N/cm of 7.19 HP at 6500 rpm engine speed. While the maximum torque is generated from the variation of roller 13 grams and spring 28.83 N / cm of 8.00 Nm at 6000 rpm engine speed.

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are one of the important economic pillars in driving local economic growth in various cities in Indonesia. However, MSMEs often face significant challenges, especially related to financial and labor risk management. This study aims to analyze financial and labor risk management at Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs in Medan City. In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews was used to collect data from business owners and employees. The analysis was conducted with a focus on financial risk management strategies, such as product and service diversification, creative promotion, cash flow management, and access to capital, and labor risk management strategies, including employee cost management, employee development and retention, and effective performance management. The results show that Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs have implemented various strategies to effectively manage financial and labor risks. Product and service diversification, creative promotions, and utilization of online delivery and ordering services help reduce financial risks and maintain revenue stability. Meanwhile, efficient management of employee costs, employee development, and effective performance management help manage labor risks, improve productivity, and maintain service quality. This research shows that effective financial and labor risk management plays an important role in the operational success of Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs.

This research discusses office management in creating effective employee performance according to William H. Leffingwell. Office management is a series of activities to plan, manage, organize, direct, supervise the implementation of office work effectively and efficiently so as to achieve the expected goals. Office life will be well managed and run smoothly with all existing activities and programs, if the office applies management sciences to it. Management is needed, so that offices can be managed well, by making optimal use of existing infrastructure, organizing employees appropriately, arranging employee duties and responsibilities well, and evaluating the results of employee performance and the office's achievements. This research uses library research by collecting all data and information related to creating effective employee performance in office management through books and scientific articles that are relevant to the topic discussed.

This study investigated the role of office management in improving the performance of teaching staff at MTs Muallimin Univa Medan. The research findings revealed two main themes: (1) the efficiency of school administration in freeing teachers to focus on learning, and (2) effective communication as the foundation of good office management in schools. Efficient administrative management allows teachers to access student information quickly, simplifies reporting, and increases the transparency of communication with management. Open and transparent communication between leaders, administrative staff and educators also supports smooth coordination and collaboration. The results of this study emphasize the importance of effective office management in creating a work environment conducive to improving the quality of learning and student achievement.

This study aims to obtain data on individualized learning strategies used by FIS UNJ students in improving their GPA. To get a clear picture of the individualized learning strategies of fis unj students, researchers use descriptive methods with a qualitative approach by making in-depth observations so as to produce valid data according to the case studies discussed. Data collection techniques were carried out by structured interviews and observations. The results concluded that fis unj students with achievements in non-academic fields utilize individual learning strategies such as awareness of responsibility and the ability to manage time efficiently in achieving satisfactory academic goals and apply appropriate individual learning styles that contribute to improving learning performance to achieve the cumulative grade point average results they expect.

There are various government agencies around us; perhaps this raises the question of why some agencies seem more efficient and effective than others. One of the main factors that influences the performance of an agency is the implementation of a meritocracy system, where civil society is promoted and given responsibility based on their abilities and achievements, not connections or seniority alone. In this article, we will discuss in depth the importance of implementing a meritocracy system in government agencies to increase work accountability, supervision, and bureaucratic reform. We will also provide examples of agencies that have successfully implemented a meritocracy system.

Markets are not only places where sellers and buyers meet to carry out transactions, but are also centers of economic activity that influence various aspects of people's lives. Through markets, various goods and services can be bought and sold, thereby meeting people's needs and improving their quality of life. Markets also play a crucial role in determining the prices of goods and services through supply and demand mechanisms. Prices formed in the market reflect the balance between the quantity of goods available and the quantity of goods needed by consumers. This process ensures that resources are allocated efficiently and that the goods most needed by society are available at reasonable prices. It is hoped that the establishment of a Regional Public Company (Perumda) will encourage improvements in the economic sector through various strategic methods and have a broad impact. Perumda can act as a driving force for the local economy by creating new jobs, increasing regional income, and expanding the local economic base. With the operation of Perumda, various economic sectors such as trade, industry and services can develop more rapidly.

This study analyzes the impact of information technology advances in global business using a qualitative research approach. The introduction presents the background to the importance of information technology in company expansion, operational efficiency, and business innovation. The purpose of the study is to provide a deeper understanding of the role of information technology in business strategy and operations in the global market. The research method used is a review of various sources of information which is then compiled into a new study. Results and discussions show that information technology facilitates global expansion through digital communication tools, efficient cross-border collaboration, and integrated supply chain management. In addition, information technology improves operational efficiency through business process automation and advanced data analysis. Furthermore, information technology becomes a catalyst for innovation and business growth through easy access to data and information, collaboration among stakeholders, and adoption of new business models. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of integrating information technology in the company's business strategy to maintain competitiveness in an increasingly complex global market. By utilizing information technology optimally, companies can achieve operational efficiency, meaningful innovation, and sustainable business growth.

Geogebra is a computer software that is useful for visualizing objects in mathematics effectively and efficiently. This research aims to look at Geogebra as a learning medium to determine students' computing abilities. This research takes the type of literature study research by identifying and evaluating the results of previous research. In this research, 3 previous journals were identified. From the results of this research, it can be seen that Geogebra can improve students' computational thinking abilities  

The role of the village head in bureaucratic reform refers to an action or contribution provided by a leader to improve a bureaucratic system to be better than before. The background of this research is due to the lack of bureaucracy responsiveness in public services in Sambibulu Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. Therefore, the research objective is to identify and analyze the role of the village head in bureaucratic reform of public services in Sambibulu Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is qualitative in nature with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants are the Village Head, Village Secretary, and the villagers of Sambibulu. The theory used refers to the Servant Leadership theory by Barbuto & Wheeler (2006) which includes indicators such as Altruistic Calling, Emotional Healing, Wisdom, Persuasive Mapping, and Organizational Stewardship. The results of this study show that overall, the role of the village head in bureaucratic reform of public services in Desa Sambibulu is very significant. Through commitment, wisdom, and effective leadership, he acts as a change agent driving the establishment of a more efficient, responsive, and quality public service system. In addition, the village head is actively involved in various aspects ranging from democratic values, openness to community participation, to the ability to lead with an innovative approach. The Village Head of Sambibulu plays a role in realizing quality public services oriented towards community interests. However, there is still a gap between public expectations and reality, such as inconsistency in implementing responsive public services.

Abstract. Online shopping is a new technique in the world of trade in the lives of people in the modern era. Online shopping is also considered practical because online marketing utilizes the internet as a potential source of information to facilitate the life system. With global technological advancements of transactions that continues to develop, many opportunities for convenience are open for people in shopping activities. One of them is through online buying and selling known as e-commerce. This phenomenon shows that e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak have become the main choice for people in making shopping transactions today. This reflects the widespread adoption of the concept of online shopping as a practical and efficient alternative to meet consumer needs. This development also marks the transformation of the traditional way of shopping towards a more modern model that is integrated with technology. In carrying out this transaction, various types of contracts are used, such as the istishna contract. This istishna contract can be used for online purchases and sales can be established in a more structured manner and in accordance with sharia principles. Through this contract, buyers and sellers can carry out transactions clearly and fairly, and ensure that the goods or services ordered are suitable with the requirements and anticipations of the buyer. This research makes use of a descriptive qualitative approach involving reading theory, which includes methods of collecting and analyzing data from a variaty of sources including books, scientific notebooks, references, & additional literature partinent to the study topic. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the isttishna contract for online purchases and sales made under the cash on delivery (COD) method with the hope of producing a through comprehension of the idea of the isttishna contract in Islamic economics and the ways in which these ideas might be used in cash on delivery (COD) transactions. Keywords: Contract istishna, cash on delivery (COD), buy and sell online   Abstrak. Penjualan online  adalah  pola perdagangan  yang telah merevolusi cara hidup masyarakat umum pada zaman sekarang. Penjualan online menjadi lebih umum karena penjualan ini menggunakan internet untuk menyediakan  pengetahuan yang  berpotensi  berguna  untuk memperlancar pola hidup. Dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam dunia transaksi yang terus berkembang, terbuka banyak peluang kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam kegiatan berbelanja. Salah satunya adalah melalui jual beli online yang dikenal sebagai e-commerce. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa platform penjulaan online contohnya Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, serta Bukalapak telah menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi belanja saat ini. Hal ini mencerminkan adopsi yang luas terhadap konsep belanja online sebagai alternatif yang praktis dan efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Perkembangan ini juga menandai transformasi cara tradisional berbelanja menuju model yang lebih modern dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Dalam pelaksanaan transaksi ini, digunakan berbagai jenis akad seperti akad istishna. Dengan menggunakan akad istishna, transaksi jual beli online dapat terjalin dengan lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Melalui akad ini, pembeli dan penjual dapat menjalankan transaksi dengan jelas dan adil, juga memverifikasi bagian atau item tersebut yang dikirim sebanding dengan keperluan dan harapan pembeli. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana melibatkan teori kepustakaan, yang mencakup metode pengumpulan dan analisis data melalui beragam referensi misalnya buku, jurnal akademik, referensi, serta rujukan lain yang berhubungan terkait pokok penelitian. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan agar mengetahui penerapan akad isttishna dalam sistem cash on delivery (COD) pada transaksi jual beli online dengan harapan menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep akad istishna dalam ekonomi syariah serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ini dapat diterapkan dalam transaksi cash on delivery (COD). This study aims to determine whether the realization of the budget to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of performance at the Research and Development Planning Agency of the Aru Islands Regency has been running effectively. The research location is the Research and Development Planning Agency of the Aru Islands Regency. The object of this research is the Budget Realization Report of the Research and Development Planning Agency of the Aru Islands Regency for the last 3 (three) years, namely the year 2017-2019 before Covid-19. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative descriptive statistical analysis is a technique of analyzing data to summarize and describe numerical data for easy interpretation. The steps to analyze the data in this study are to calculate the Effectiveness Ratio Analysis and Efficiency Ratio based on the Budget Realization Report for the 2017 – 2019 Fiscal Year. The results of this study indicate that the budget realization analysis to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of performance can be said to have been effective and efficient. .
