This community service is located in Mulyoagung Village, Dau District, Malang Regency. The problem faced by partners is the lack of a guarantee of business legality. The next problem is product packaging and labels that are less attractive and do not meet standards, which make it difficult to market products. Solutions that can be proposed with training and assistance to obtain a business license or business legality certificate are in the form of business identification numbers (NIB), home industry food production certificates (SPP-IRT), labels and brands, and product halal guarantees. There is training and assistance in making product packaging and labels, considering that packaging is a very important factor for maintaining quality and attracting customers to buy products when they are marketed. In addition, training and assistance for entrepreneurs in using information technology to market products to a wider market online and offline.

The target audience for this Science and Technology Application Program is the Nurimas batik making group which has 11 members and is located in Pajerukan Village, Kalibagor District. The emergence of this group was triggered by the large demand for batik products in Kalibagor District in particular and in Banyumas Regency in general which has not been served, namely 10,020 people from school students, teachers and employees within the Kalibagor District. School students, teachers and employees in Banyumas Regency are generally required to wear batik clothing 2-3 days a week. Meanwhile, the Nurimas Batik group is the only batik craftsman from the Kalibagor District area. The partners' main problems are that many of the production equipment is no longer suitable and there is a lack of capital due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the partners have not started a business in promoting their products to potential customers, the partners have not mastered the online marketing or sales of their batik, the partners do not understand group management. which is good, the partners do not implement order in their group's administrative records, the batik motif designs of the batik-making partners are still simple and not yet varied, their mastery of business management is still lacking and they do not carry out standardized bookkeeping. This activity has resulted in an increase in equipment and production materials owned by partners, increased sales, the ability to market on-line, increased partner mastery of group management and administration, results of administering activities, group financial reports, and scientific articles. In order to obtain the specified goals and outcomes, the team carries out outreach programs to partners, practice and mentoring. The method used to evaluate is to compare the level of knowledge with capabilities and production results. Then compare marketing activities before the Science and Technology Application service program and after.

The decision to subscribe to the internet network at PT. Garuda Media Telematics, consumers consider product quality and ratings to get satisfaction. The company uses a cable network system (Fiber Optic) which has a speed compared to ordinary cable, which means that it can transfer data at high speed and the cost of installation and operation is relatively low. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population used was 100 respondents, then the number of samples used in this study were 80 customers in 1 hamlet area using nonprobability sampling technique. The collection of data used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Product quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Garuda Media Telematics Kec. With. (2) Customer Value indicates a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Garuda Media Telematics Kec. With. (3) Product Quality and Customer Value indicate that simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction PT. Garuda Media Telematics Kec. Mebangun customer relationship management dan brand image sebagai upaya peningkatan patient satisfaction. Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang menerapkan customer relationship management dengan membudayakan sapa dan senyum serta menerapkan brand image yang baik sesuai dengan falsafah perusahaan. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer relationship management dan brand image terhadap patient satisfaction di Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pasien rawat jalan di Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 125 pasien dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan nonprobility sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa (1) customer relationship management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patient satisfaction di Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang (2) brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patient satisfaction di Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang (3) customer relationship management dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang.

Costumers’ have their own taste to buy something at somplace, beside when they found a product or a place that suits to their taste arises a desire to become customer that loyal to that product or a place .  Object of this research is hijab convection CV.ZAM-ZAM Candimulyo Jombang. Purpose of this reseacrh is to know the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty at hijab convection CV.ZA-ZAM Candimulyo Jombang This resecarh methode is kuantitative . The populations are customersrs who buy or booking at the hijab cnvection CV.ZAM-ZAM Candimulyo Jombang wich around 150 customers in a month with 30 respondens. Data analysised by statistic test helped by SPSS25. The results  showed that factors that 1) the service quality has a partial effect on customer loyalty with value of 2.125 on partial test. 2) the product quality has a partial effect on customer loyalty with value of 2.993 on partial tes. 3) the service quality and product quality has a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty with value of 11.938 on simultaneous test.

This research is motivated by the ability of Islamic commercial banks to collect funds from the public to be channeled back to customers in the form of financing, where third party funds are one of the largest sources that can be collected by banks, so that these third party funds can affect the amount of financing to be distributed . Murabahah financing is the most popular financing in both Islamic banks in Indonesia and Islamic banks in the world, and also the effect of margin income because the higher the margin income received, the banks will indirectly increase the amount of murabahah financing because this is related to good performance. The research method used is a quantitative research method, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with 44 research samples. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of BUS quarterly financial reports for the 2017-2019 period which are accessed and retrieved through the official website of each bank. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination and path analysis.

This study aims to determine the influence of marketing mix on purchasing decisions. This research took the object of CV Zam Zam Candimulyo jombang. The type of research used is quantitative research, the population in this study is customers who buy or order hijab at CV Zam Zam Candimulyo jombang which ranges from 150 people per month with a sample of 60 people. The results showed (1) the influence of the product has a partial influence on the decision to purchase hijab on CV Zam Zam Candimulyojombang (2) the influence of  price has a partial effect on the decision to purchase hijab on CV Zam Zam Candimulyo jombang (3) the influence of place has a partial influence on the decision to buy hijab on CV Zam Zam Candimulyo Jombang (4) the influence of promotion has a partial influence on the decision to purchase hijab on CV Zam Zam Candimulyo Jombang (5) the influence of the marketing mix has a simultaneous and significant influence on the decision to purchase hijab on CV Zam Zam Candimulyo Jombang.

Limited capital is one of the reasons people do not dare to open a business, because for an entrepreneur, capital is one of the requirements for running or building a business. There are two forms of capital, the first is capital in the form of money or goods. Second, namely intellectual capital such as knowledge, abilities, skills and commitment. The distribution of productive capital is expected to be able to improve the community's economy with business capital loans for the community. In reality, there are many negative perceptions regarding business capital lending, so it is canceled. The formulation of the problem in this research is the Role and Constraints/Barriers of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekar in Financing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jambi City. The research method in this research is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the role of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar in financing is to help MSME players face their obstacles in running MSMEs such as lack of capital. PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar provides capital assistance with a very fast process and without any burdensome requirements for its customers. And the obstacles/obstacles faced by PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar include the factor of customer dishonesty during interviews with PNM Mekaar and obstacles to customers running away or abandoning responsibilities.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty on income at the JNE Umar Ar-Rasyid Brebes delivery service. The variables of this research are service quality, satisfactiion, costomer loyalty and income. The sample of this research is 100 respondents. This type of research is quantitative. The result of the F test concluded that service quality, costomer satisfaction and loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on income because the value of Fcount>Ftable or 57.789>2.70 has a significance value of 0.000<0.05. The result of the T (Partial) test for service quality have a significant effect on income because the value of tcount>ttable or 3.808>1.984 with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Satisfaction has no significant effect on income because the value of tcount>ttable  or 1.874<1.984 ang a significance value of 0.064>0.05. Costomer loyalty has a significant effect on income because the value of tcount>ttable or 3.357>1.984 and a significance value of 0.001<0.05.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of brand identity on brand trust at Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. (2) brand awareness of the brand trust at Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using literature, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this study was 100 customers of Bank Muamalat, Kolaka Branch. Testing the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test with SPSS. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS. Based on the results of the study it is known that the first hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between constructs of brand identity variables on brand trust in Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. The second hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between the construct variable brand awareness on brand trust of Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch.

Eating and drinking are the most basic needs of all living creatures, including humans. because eating and drinking is one of the primary needs or basic needs that must be met every day and is a top priority that must be fulfilled by every human being. Therefore, many entrepreneurs have established restaurants, one of which is the Nurul Qomar Islamic Boarding School which has established a seafood culinary restaurant called Pondok NQ Seafood Restaurant. The aim of this research is to find out how the selling price and food quality influence customer satisfaction at the Pondok Seafood NQ (Nurul Qomar) Restaurant, Palembang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok NQ Seafood restaurants, which according to data numbered 11,000. Sampling was taken using the Slovin technique as many as 100 respondents. This research uses primary data and secondary data, as well as distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Based on the research results, the selling price influences customer satisfaction. Food quality influences customer satisfaction. And the selling price and food quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pondok NQ Seafood restaurant in the city of Palembang.

The aim of the research was to determine cosumer respons and and the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Cibadak Branch simultaneously and individually. The method used in this research is the survey method. The type of research is descriptive and verification. The sample size used in this study was 100 consumers. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously and individually service quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani branch Cibadak.

The development of the potential of MSMEs in Indonesia cannot be separated from banking support in distributing financing to MSME players. The role of BPR in developing community businesses, especially MSMEs, is to participate in providing financing to the community to develop their businesses. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of providing micro credit on the development of MSME customers of BPR TLM Kas Naikoten and to determine the difference in customer income before and after receiving credit. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach. The sample used was BPR TLM Kas Naikoten Micro Credit Customers from 2021 to 2022, totaling 79 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and comparison tests, with the help of SPSS version 24. The results of the research conducted show that the provision of microcredit has a significant effect on the development of MSME customers of PT. BPR TLM Cash Naikoten. The development of the Customer's business occurs in increasing business capital, increasing sales turnover, increasing income, expanding the business and increasing the workforce. And there is a significant difference in the income level of PT customers. BPR TLM Kas Naikoten before and after receiving microcredit. The average income of customers after receiving BPR TLM Kas Naikoten micro credit has increased, where the average income before receiving micro credit is IDR 2,912,063.29 and after receiving micro credit is IDR 3,589,506.33.

Based on data from the Ministry of Environment, the Indonesian population produces around 2.5 liters of waste per day or 625 million liters of the total population. Waste produced in households includes organic waste, inorganic waste and B3 waste (Toxic and Hazardous Materials). The problem in the city of Bandung is the lack of awareness among the public. People still throw away waste without separating it between organic and inorganic. By sorting waste, waste can be reused directly by making crafts from used goods and reused indirectly by selling used goods to scavengers, junkyards or waste banks. This waste-related problem is then elaborated on the capital requirements that novice investors usually face. The solution to the problem is in the form of awareness regarding waste sorting, then processing the waste into products that have selling value. Then the proceeds from the product selling can be used for investment by topping up the customer funds account) which can then be used to buy stock in the capital market.

In the current era of globalization, the success of a business requires creative ideas from business owners. Companies are required to produce creative ideas to provide value and positive experiences for consumers with the aim of increasing and retaining customers. This research aims to determine the influence of customer value (X1) and customer experience (X2) on repeat purchase decisions (Y) at Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin. Using a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method in the form of accidental sampling of 88 Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The research results show that the Customer Value variable (X1) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with t count 4.280 > 1, 98827 and a sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Customer Experience variable (X2) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with a calculated t value of 4.640 > 1.98827 and a Sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Customer Value (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Decisions with an F count of 49.563 > 3.10 and a Sig. F 0.000 < 0.05.

This research aims to describe several things, which include procedures for providing Multipurpose financing, problems in providing Multipurpose financing, and solutions to problems that occur in Multipurpose financing (PMG) at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso Branch Office. This research uses a descriptive method. The data source used is secondary data. The type of data used is qualitative data with the documentation used is a flowchart of procedures for granting Multipurpose Credit, and direct interviews by holding questions and answers to the head of the marketing division at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Katamso Branch Office. Based on the results of the analysis from this research, it can be seen that the procedure for providing Multipurpose Financing to PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso branch office goes through several stages that have been determined by the bank. The objectives of this research are to determine the following: (1) Tangible influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (2) Reliability influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (3) Responsiveness influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (4) Assurance influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, and (5) Empathy influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction. The sample in this research has 122 respondens, which used the sampling technique known as incidental sampling. Instrumen in this research used validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. Research data analysis techniques used the Structural Equation Method Modeling (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the research, it could be conculed that while Tangible variables had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, as shown by their T-Statistic value of  3.667 and P-Values of 0.000, the Reliability variable’s impact on customer satisfaction has both positive and significant.This is shown by their T-Statistic value of 0,079 and P-Value of 0,469. With a T-Statistic value of 2.695 and P-Value of 0.004, the variable Responsiveness had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, whereas the variable assurance had a negative and negligible impact. The Empathy variable had a positive and substantial impact on Customer Satisfaction , as shown by a T-Statistic value of 1.647 and P-Values of 0.050. Customer are indicated by a T-Statistic value of 0.867 and P-Values of 0,185.
