In the era of digitalization like this, and in the realm of the process of finding the identity of a teenager, it is very easy for teenagers to be affected by many good and bad things by the surrounding environment. The problem that is often faced by teenagers is mental health where there are many causes and consequences that can trigger this to happen. Because of this problem, teenagers lack an understanding of self-love or love themselves. Self love has the meaning of a feeling where we feel confident and proud of our own abilities without attaching importance to the opinions of others by involving aspects of self-awareness, self-confidence, and caring for ourselves. Looking at the reality, this article uses qualitative methods and literature studies in answering these problems. In the interview that we have conducted to 7 existing resource persons and contain active high school teenagers based in the city of Surakarta. With the hope that the interview that has been done can help some and even all speakers about the importance of 'self love' for themselves. With the results we get in several existing aspects such as self awareness, self care, self esteem and in the 7th self worth aspect, the informant has a fairly good and high percentage. Even though in the aspect of self esteem at the same time it is still wrapped in a sense of insecurity.

One of the basic skill methods to begin learning or mastering a foreign language, especially in Arabic is listening skills (istima'). So for teaching and learning foreign languages, especially Arabic, it is very important to have the ability to hear or listen (istima'). This istima' proficiency can help learners to easily understand a word that is heard well and clearly. The success of istima' learning is highly dependent on 3 stages, namely the planning stage (intention), the implementation stage, and finally the evaluation stage. Tools are very important to improve istima' skills such as media, both audio and audio-visual media. In this very modern era, habituation of istima' is very easy to do, because students do not need to visit Arab countries to be able to hear Arabic directly from local residents there, but students only need to open gadgets or other electronic devices such as laptops, computers, etc. to access audios or videos containing Arabic to help students in the process of habituation of istima'. If students have done istima' habituation regularly, then of course it will be easier for students to learn Arabic, because they have previously been accustomed to hearing it.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) are all health behaviors carried out out of personal awareness so that the family and all its members are able to help themselves in the health sector and have an active role in community activities. The main goal of the PHBS movement is to improve the quality of health through an awareness-raising process which is the beginning of the contribution of individuals in living a clean and healthy daily life. the average percentage of PHBS in Surabaya city households is 75.07%, this figure has reached the target of PHBS in East Java province households of 53%, however, there is still the lowest working area of ​​the health center, namely the Krembangan Selatan health center with a percentage of 48%. . This type of research is Literature Review or literature review. Literature review is what the author does by searching various sources related to a particular topic which can be obtained from various sources such as journals, archive books, articles, the internet, or other documents that are revered. the provision of knowledge through counseling and training with a combination of Leaflet media is very influential on changes in knowledge. there is a positive and significant effectiveness of animaker-based animated videos on clean and healthy living behavior. It can be seen and proven from the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient at a significance level of 5% or 0.05, namely: 0.538. One effort that can be done is to provide counseling through health promotion media that is used so that it is easy to understand and interesting to look at, and can relate to the level of target knowledge.

Current business developments have moved from conventional systems to digital marketing systems and the use of digital marketing is the right opportunity for current developments in Indonesia. However, in its current condition, there are still business actors who do not understand digital marketing and lack awareness among the public or entrepreneurs to utilize digital media as a means to develop their activities. In the research, the researcher used a data processing method with a digital marketing funnel and the data was processed using SWOT analysis. Based on these problems, digital marketing training was carried out. This research aims to find out research results that can increase understanding of digital marketing funnel sales at Graha Office. It is hoped that the findings of this research can help companies formulate more effective digital marketing strategies that focus on achievement.

Technology develops from time to time influenced by human activities and needs that continue to increase as well. Technological developments also play a role in helping the agricultural sector. Through technological developments, many problems in agriculture can be resolved. One of the problems is in agricultural extension activities, where farmer participation in extension activities is low in some areas. This research aims to build UI/UX design for an agricultural mobile application called Sobatani which is useful for connecting farmers with agricultural extension workers.  This research uses the Design Thinking method which consists of five stages including empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The test results using the Single East Question (SEQ) method obtained a total average of 6.6, indicating that the UI design is fairly effective and successful. Although there are some misclicks, so it is necessary to iterate on the Log in and Weather Forecast pages. The use of the Design Thinking method has proven effective in understanding user needs and designing solutions that can provide these needs.

This study aims to examine the effect of competence and work environment on performance mediated by job satisfaction. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were employees of the Babulu Public Health Center, Penajam Paser Utara Regency, East Kalimantan, totaling 67 employees. The research data was obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire and analyzed using the SEM PLS analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that competence and work environment have a significant effect on performance either directly or mediated by job satisfaction. High employee competence and supported by a good work environment will increase employee job satisfaction which will further improve their performance.

The purpose of this research will focus on discussing how the implementation of the use of the QuickBooks application used by the EF Sinergy Consultant Surabaya Office in improving the effectiveness of financial management at their clients. Where this application is an application that can assist companies in managing company financial transactions, creating financial reports, and monitoring cash flow more effectively. In addition, this application can also help companies save time and costs incurred in managing their finances. The QuickBooks application is aimed primarily at MSMEs or taxpayers from the middle to lower class. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are obtained from direct observation in the field and interviews with one of the relevant sources. Researchers used primary data sources from observations and interviews and used references from journals, the official website of EF Sinergy Consultant Surabaya, and several other supporting websites. The results showed that the implementation of the QuickBooks Application has long been used by EF Sinergy Consultant Tax Surabaya as the right software in providing services to manage client financial reports accurately.

Littering has become a problem for environmental hygiene and health threatening people in the red zone. It is feared that it becomes a seductive ethic. The ward head serves as a local government geographically a territory closer to the community being led. As a result of his hand being extended to assist his duty, which includes the administration of environmental order and security surveillance and the dynamics of community life has been observed and faced by the ward's head. The study was aimed at getting information from a facto face perspective on the ethics of the environment community concurred with government policy on keeping the environment clean, including the disposal of trash in its place. This method of research uses qualitative research using data collection techniques through semi structured interviews. The results showed that there was no crucial problem with the people's ethic of removing garbage and local governments had undertaken socialization to maintain community hygiene and that garbage disposal workers had been radiating governments to help transport the garbage on a regular basis. The community's ethical cooperation and the attention of the government have succeeded in turning the neighborhood into a green zone on environmental hygiene.

Change management is a very crucial aspect in maintaining the survival and growth of Mie Uda Bro Padang. Changes here can include changes in technology, market competition, regulatory policies, and consumer tastes. In this context, change management refers to the process of planning, implementing and monitoring changes that will help Mie Uda Bro Padang to remain relevant and competitive. In this context, effective change management will be the key to the success of Mie Uda Bro Padang. Efforts to identify needed changes, plan these changes, communicate changes to the entire team, provide necessary training, and monitor the results of changes are essential to ensure the success of these MSMEs.

Typhoid fever is a type of infection caused by Salmonella Enterica bacteria, especially Salmonella Typhi derivatives. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of parents towards typhoid fever prevention measures in children in the dahlia room of Robert Wolter Mongisidi Kindergarten Hospital in Manado City. The study was conducted using analytical descriptive research methods that are cross sectional. The sample was taken based on the number of subjekts as many as 30 people using random sampling, data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed using the help of the SPSS program computer to analyze the chi-square statistical test with a meaning level (α) of 0.05. The results showed that the most sex obtained in this study was 20 female subjekts (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of parents towards typhoid fever prevention measures in children p = 0.000. This p value is smaller than α = 0.05, there is a relationship between knowledge and parents' attitudes towards preventive measures against typhoid fever in children. Oxytcin massage is a massage that can stimulate the process of breast milk production, providing a sense of comfort, relaxation and calm to help breast milk production. Childbearing family is a family that awaits birth starting from pregnancy until the birth of an early child and continues until 30 months old. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect iveness of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in childbearing families in the Melati Room of at second grade Robert Wolter Mongosidi Hospital. This research uses the Quasi Experiment method with a one group pre-test -post test design. The sample of this study amounted 17 subject using Purposive Sampling. Data collection was taken by observation sheets. Furthermore, the data that collected is analyzed using Wilcoxon's statistical test with a significant level (α) of 0.001. The results of this study showed before and after oxytocin massage most mothers experienced an increase in breast milk production. The results of the analysis tested using the Wilcoxon test obtained a value of P = 0.001 (<0.05), meaning there is an effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in childbearing families. The conclusion in this study the effected oxytocin massage on breast milk production in the childbearing family in the Melati Room of at second grade Robert Wolter Mongosidi Hospital.

Mutual cooperation is also a local wisdom of the Toba Batak community, which is often referred to as Marsiadapari, a mutual cooperation activity carried out by the Toba Batak community in providing labor assistance without giving wages to the people who help them. Marsiadapari is carried out voluntarily to help each other in the community around their rice fields who need help. The aim of the research is to find out the local wisdom of Marsiadapari carried out in Marhobas at Batak Feasts and to find out the Modernization of Marsiadapari: Ecological Reflections in Marhobas at Batak Feasts. The method used in this research is a qualitative method based on case studies and literature studies and uses reliable and accurate sources such as journals, books and the Bible. Marsiadapari: ecological reflection in marhobas at Batak festivals is local wisdom that has long existed, but with the rapid modernization that is creating many changes, Toba Batak people need to be more critical in responding to current modernization, not to turn a blind eye to the modernization of local wisdom of the Batak community Toba, and can also maintain the ecology of Marhobas at the Toba Batak party.

In helping the muzzaki tithe in daruut tauhiid care Jambi and make it easier for muzakki to tithe in amil zakat institutions. the amil zakat institution cares Jambi can develop educational programs with the aim that the participants of the education program who cannot afford to go to school with the help of donations given by the muzakki. With the educational program at Daruut Tauhiid, the Daruud Tauhiid institution can develop the interests of the participants and develop the talents they have with the aim that the participants will help develop programs that exist at Daruut Tauhiid Care Jambi. The results of the study show that: (1) The strategy for collecting zakat funds carried out by the Jambi Branch of the Amil Zakat Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Institute is to optimize collection through digital channels online and offline. The implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program for PSDKU students at Pattimura University aims to improve the creative economy of village communities and help village communities solve existing problems, including in Upunyor Hamlet. In achieving the objectives of implementing KKN, Upunyor Hamlet KKN students carry out various work programs in the form of priority programs, superior programs, and companion programs. The work program implemented was an initiative of Upunyo Hamlet KKN students and a proposal from hamlet residents through the Head of Upunyor Hamlet. Based on the results of the community satisfaction index questionnaire, in general the community feels very satisfied with the work program that has been implemented by the Upunyor Hamlet KKN students. So it can be concluded that Upunyor Hamlet KKN students can improve the creative economy of the Upunyor Hamlet community and help the community in solving existing problems.

The Cyber-Physical System is a key system in the implementation of the 4th generation industrial revolution. This system combines automation systems, electronics, internet networks and machine learning. The implementation of physical cyber systems in agriculture  is one of the long-awaited applications because it is the backbone of the implementation of  sustainable agribusiness systems. With this system precision agriculture and pervasive computing in agriculture can help stakeholders in agribusiness to enjoy various benefits optimally. One example of its application is a smart farming system that is conditioned to provide measurable and maximum yields without having to sacrifice soil nutrients because it is well monitored according to weather conditions.  In previous studies, several LoRa communication-based systems for monitoring local weather in a place and measurements of soil nutrient conditions have been carried out and displayed through the internet network. Monitoring and control systems on other agricultural models based on hydroponics and aquaponics have also been carried out for some types of crops. The results provide greater potential for wider application and in actual conditions in the agricultural industry. In this study, the integration of physical cyber systems with lora communication-based  agricultural monitoring and control nodes will be carried out more broadly by considering the local conditions under which the system is tested. In this case, the research will be carried out at the Research and Recreation Park, Telkom University and agrifarming industry partners as a model of actual application. The research findings show that the application of advanced sensor technology has improved the accuracy of weather measurements by up to 95%. Quantitative data collected from the new weather station showed a significant improvement in weather monitoring. Qualitatively, positive responses from stakeholders such as disaster management authorities and farmers were also noted. In conclusion, the development of this modern weather station supports the community's need for reliable weather information and is a step forward in addressing the challenges of climate change.

In conclusion, it is important to choose the dispute resolution method that best suits the Islamic banking context and the desired resolution objectives.

This research aims to find out the profit sharing in watermelon farming in Talang Bukit village and find out the overview of Islamic economics in watermelon farming practices in Talang Bukit village. This research uses qualitative methods with a field research approach and data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the profit sharing system for watermelon farming cooperation in Talang Bukit Village, Kec. North Bahar District. Muaro Jambi is carried out by two parties, namely between the land owner and the cultivator in the form of an oral statement, based on trust and without presenting witnesses with a profit sharing system, namely parohan or pertelon depending on the agreement at the beginning of the contract, and the time period is not clearly specified. In its implementation, the watermelon farming cooperation agreement in Talang Bukit Village, North Bahar District, Muaro Jambi Regency aims to help each other among humans. However, in terms of covering losses, it can be said to be in conflict with the jumhur ulama, because in practice if a loss occurs then only one party will bear it. In this way, one party feels disadvantaged. However, land owners and cultivators are still willing to implement a profit sharing system because this is driven by necessity.

Together with the establishment of a pluralist state, the migration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to Yathrib greatly influenced all communities in the country. The Prophet's role was very important in building the State of Medina as a political and religious representative chosen through negotiations who could build a society that could live tolerantly with various ethnic groups and customs. This research aims to explain the process of establishing the Medina state and the approach used. This research uses analytical study methods involving information gathering, source criticism and historiography. Thus, it can be concluded that the Prophet Muhammad was a leader who could produce a good transformation by building a new society in Medina, where people helped each other and tolerated each other without any differences.
