This analysis focuses on the democratic principles contained in the Indonesian Constitution and how they are implemented as well as the challenges faced. The Indonesian Constitution, which is based on popular sovereignty, is considered the basis for the implementation of democracy in Indonesia. However, in practice, the implementation of democracy still faces several challenges, such as political corruption, identity politics, and the spread of false information. This research uses a normative juridical approach to analyze the regulations governing the democratic system and elections in Indonesia, including the 1945 Constitution and the Election Law. The results show that although democracy in Indonesia has been running for several years, there are still many challenges faced, such as a lack of political literacy and public knowledge of democratic principles. In this analysis, the research also discusses the implementation of Pancasila Democracy, which is based on indigenous Indonesian values. Pancasila Democracy is considered the right choice for the Indonesian state, but it still needs to be balanced with good political literacy and knowledge so that freedom of speech is not abused.

Various features, associated nomenclature, and measures for sensors in day-to-day routine life are discussed diagrammatically and finally, the paper identifies and discusses twenty-two significant applications of sensors for daily life. Sensors also produce vital information and exchange data with other connected devices and administration systems when linked to a network. Thus, for the effective running of many companies, sensors are critical. Various types of sensors are used in our daily life, which is more accurate and makes quicker analysis.

Abstract. Online shopping is a new technique in the world of trade in the lives of people in the modern era. Online shopping is also considered practical because online marketing utilizes the internet as a potential source of information to facilitate the life system. With global technological advancements of transactions that continues to develop, many opportunities for convenience are open for people in shopping activities. One of them is through online buying and selling known as e-commerce. This phenomenon shows that e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak have become the main choice for people in making shopping transactions today. This reflects the widespread adoption of the concept of online shopping as a practical and efficient alternative to meet consumer needs. This development also marks the transformation of the traditional way of shopping towards a more modern model that is integrated with technology. In carrying out this transaction, various types of contracts are used, such as the istishna contract. This istishna contract can be used for online purchases and sales can be established in a more structured manner and in accordance with sharia principles. Through this contract, buyers and sellers can carry out transactions clearly and fairly, and ensure that the goods or services ordered are suitable with the requirements and anticipations of the buyer. This research makes use of a descriptive qualitative approach involving reading theory, which includes methods of collecting and analyzing data from a variaty of sources including books, scientific notebooks, references, & additional literature partinent to the study topic. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the isttishna contract for online purchases and sales made under the cash on delivery (COD) method with the hope of producing a through comprehension of the idea of the isttishna contract in Islamic economics and the ways in which these ideas might be used in cash on delivery (COD) transactions. Dalam pelaksanaan transaksi ini, digunakan berbagai jenis akad seperti akad istishna. Dengan menggunakan akad istishna, transaksi jual beli online dapat terjalin dengan lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Melalui akad ini, pembeli dan penjual dapat menjalankan transaksi dengan jelas dan adil, juga memverifikasi bagian atau item tersebut yang dikirim sebanding dengan keperluan dan harapan pembeli. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana melibatkan teori kepustakaan, yang mencakup metode pengumpulan dan analisis data melalui beragam referensi misalnya buku, jurnal akademik, referensi, serta rujukan lain yang berhubungan terkait pokok penelitian. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan agar mengetahui penerapan akad isttishna dalam sistem cash on delivery (COD) pada transaksi jual beli online dengan harapan menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep akad istishna dalam ekonomi syariah serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ini dapat diterapkan dalam transaksi cash on delivery (COD). Information systems technology is currently very necessary in the field of education, especially in utilizing computer laboratory assets. Unfortunately, computer laboratory asset data processing is still done manually using handwritten logbooks which have weaknesses in terms of time, efficiency and effectiveness in data processing. Therefore, a web-based information system project management system is a solution to overcome the problem of processing computer laboratory asset data. This system development approach uses the waterfall method which includes needs analysis, system design, implementation and testing of the system. The system design uses use case and activity diagrams which are the final product of this research.  With this system, it is hoped that data processing can be accurate, handle data leaks and work processes will also be faster and more timely. System implementation. The system implementation is expected to improve the ability to process asset data in the computer laboratory.

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of the implementation of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village Office. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission) approach. Data was collected through interviews with the village secretary. The results showed that the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Urban Village Office has tried to implement ethical values and integrity, improve discipline through electronic attendance, and carry out main tasks and functions according to regulations. External supervision is carried out by the sub-district and neighbourhood security efforts through routine patrols. Internal communication makes use of instant messaging applications, while the community can submit complaints through the Head of Neighbourhood or the link provided. Community development and empowerment programmes are conducted through Musrenbangkel and the IPKK programme. Monitoring and evaluation is conducted through neighbourhood walkabouts. However, there is still a need to strengthen internal controls, optimise information technology, synergise empowerment programmes, and conduct more systematic monitoring and evaluation. With commitment and continuous improvement, it is expected that SPIP in Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village Office can realise effective, responsive, and public service-oriented governance.    

This research explores the management of management information systems at Jomelo Cosmetic Shop on Bukit Kaminting Induk Street, Palangka Raya City using qualitative methods and a holistic approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study discovered that the deployment of a management information system has a significant impact on the efficacy of the organization's data source system, with 100% of respondents stating that SIM helps improve operational efficiency and decision-making. In the study, one hundred percent of respondents stated that SIM improves operational efficiency and decision-making processes, which shows how important the implementation of a management information system  is to improve the performance of enterprise data source systems. The study recommends several measures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of  management information system, such as increasing staff training on the use of SIM (80% of respondents agreed), monitoring and evaluating SIM performance regularly (75% of respondents agreed) and optimizing the use of information technology to support SIM (65% of respondents agreed). This study also recommends several steps to improve product information for customers, such as providing more complete product information on the store website (90% of respondents agreed), utilizing social media to promote products (85% of respondents agreed), and training store staff to provide proper product information (70% of respondents agreed The findings of this study indicate that Jomelo Cosmetic Shop can improve its competitiveness and quality of service to customers by implementing best practices in information systems management. This is expected to improve operational efficiency and better delivery of product information to customers.

Therefore, in a computerized system that can process membership data, journals, savings transactions, loans and installments, reports made by the Kosera Pgri Cooperative will be valid in programming languages, especially in calculating installment interest costs and financial reports. From the results of the program created, data entry errors and interest calculation errors can be reduced, financial reports can be produced more quickly, and effective and efficient achievements can be achieved.

This article aims to examine the Role and Responsibility of Notary Related to Disclosing Beneficial Owner Information in Company Establishment. This research is a prescriptive normative legal research, using the statutory approach method and conceptual approach. The legal materials used consist of primary and secondary legal sources, which are analyzed through literature study of documents or library materials, and interpreted using deductive reasoning techniques and syllogism. The result to be achieved is that the notary is responsible for recording and identifying the beneficial owner. The notary is responsible in this capacity for ascertaining the identity of the beneficial owners and ensuring that all information related to them is correctly and accurately recorded in the company's official documents. In addition to ensuring recording accuracy, notaries are also responsible for reporting beneficial owner information to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through online reporting systems such as AHU Online and the Administration System for Legal Entities (SABH).

Citilink, one of the leading airlines, understands the importance of providing the best service to its passengers, especially during the check-in process before flights. This research aims to analyze the quality of service provided by check-in counter staff at Citilink, particularly at PT. Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, Lombok.Through qualitative research methods including observation, interviews, and documentation, this study aims to understand the level of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the check-in counter service. Findings indicate that Citilink has implemented various strategies to enhance passenger experience, including the use of automated information systems and routine training programs for staff. The services provided adhere to established SOPs, demonstrating the airline's commitment to providing consistent, professional, and standards-compliant service.

This research aims to explore the efficiency of a topology that has been proven previously, by creating relevant simulations using the Cisco Packet Tracer application. Through this simulation, it can be proven that the bus topology still has high competitiveness in telecommunications infrastructure, especially in the connection process between servers and other devices. Researching and understanding the performance of topologies like this is important for optimizing our modern communications systems.

This study examines the ongoing process of transitioning archive storage systems to digital formats within both governmental and private organizations, with a specific focus on assessing the benefits and drawbacks associated with digital applications. Moreover, this study also compares various aspects of archive management between state and private companies, including archive storage principles, storage systems, equipment and supplies, recording systems, lending systems, maintenance and care, and manual archive evaluation. The study utilized a descriptive approach with a qualitative method. Information was gathered through interviews pertinent to the research objectives. Findings revealed both commonalities and distinctions in the management of archives between public and private enterprises. Both types of companies use digital systems for records management, but there are differences in the applications used. Private companies use an application called Dynamics AX, which has advantages in terms of flexibility and integration with other management systems, but also has disadvantages in terms of high costs and training needs. On the other hand, state companies use the West Java Electronic Document Information System (SIDEBAR), which is more focused on administrative needs and government documentation, and has advantages in terms of accessibility and regulatory compliance, but disadvantages in terms of limited features and technical support. A further comparison shows that record-keeping systems in private companies tend to be more modern with the use of the latest technology, while state companies are more conservative with an emphasis on compliance with government regulations and standards. The equipment and supplies used by private companies are more sophisticated, while state companies prioritize simplicity and cost efficiency. In terms of loan and maintenance systems, private companies have faster and more efficient procedures, while state companies have stricter and more organized procedures. In general, this study finds that the conversion of archives into digital formats brings considerable advantages to both state-owned and private companies, though each faces unique hurdles during the process. Ongoing assessment and adjustments to systems are crucial for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of record management across both sectors.

This research aims to analyze the influence of social media on morals and ethics in the appreciation of human values. This research method uses the library research method, namely by collecting data or scientific papers which are intended as research objects by collecting data of a library nature. The data collection technique used is literature data collection relating to the influence of social media on morals and ethics in the appreciation of human values. The data obtained can be used to find out and improve people's morals and ethics in using social media to be wiser. The analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively, namely by describing systematically, in detail and comprehensively the influence of social media on ethics and morals in the appreciation of human values ​​which has an impact on the decline in human values ​​such as empathy, mindfulness and attention to other people.

This strategy integrates AI methodologies like machine learning, data mining, and natural language processing (NLP) to produce recommendation systems that are personalized and pertinent. Through in-depth analysis of user data and product information, the system can predict user preferences with higher accuracy, improve user engagement levels, and ultimately increase sales conversions. By combining domain knowledge, technical expertise, and the latest research methodologies, This research offers valuable insights for both e-commerce system developers and artificial intelligence researchers. The integration of artificial intelligence into product recommendation systems represents a critical measure in facilitating growth and fostering innovation within the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.  

The advancement of digital technology has brought about significant progress across various sectors, while simultaneously introducing new risks, particularly in the realm of cybersecurity. Cybersecurity has become a critical concern for companies, including energy giants like Pertamina. In the context of Indonesia, adherence to cybersecurity within Pertamina must align with relevant legal frameworks, such as the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945). This research aims to explore optimal approaches to implementing cybersecurity within Pertamina, with a focus on the legal underpinnings of the 1945 Constitution. Key attention is directed towards Article 27, paragraph (3) of the Constitution, which guarantees universal access to education, including information security training for employees—a crucial element in thwarting cyber threats. Furthermore, Article 28, paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, safeguarding freedom of association, can be interpreted to endorse collaboration between Pertamina and external entities, like cybersecurity institutions and regulatory bodies, to bolster cyber defense capabilities. Integration of cutting-edge security technology is paramount, aligning with the principles outlined in Article 33, paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution, emphasizing the preservation of natural resources. This extends to safeguarding Pertamina's data and digital infrastructure through measures like encryption technology, robust network security protocols, and effective intrusion detection systems. By heeding the legal foundations provided by the 1945 Constitution, the implementation of cybersecurity at Pertamina must be comprehensive, encompassing employee education, technological upgrades, and collaborative efforts with external stakeholders. Such measures aim to mitigate cyber risks, safeguard operational interests, and shield sensitive information from evolving threats in today's digital landscape. Additionally, Law Number 11 of 2008 plays a crucial role in governing information technology and electronic transactions in Indonesia. This legislation grants legal validity to electronic documents, signatures, and transactions, while also ensuring information security and user privacy. It imposes criminal penalties for illicit activities in the realm of information technology, fostering a secure environment for electronic transactions and upholding user rights in the digital age.

This research aims to analyze building a quality archiving system to support good office governance. The method in this research is a qualitative research method. Interview data was transcribed and reviewed using thematic content analysis. The study reports key data themes that include improving operational efficiency, increasing transparency and accountability. In this way, researchers investigate how teachers can build a quality archiving system to support good office governance. The research results show that implementing an integrated and modern archiving system can reduce human error, speed up access to information, and increase transparency and accountability in office operations. Implementation of this system also plays an important role in increasing administrative efficiency and facilitating the achievement of overall organizational goals.

Pruritus, or itching, is a common symptom in seniors that has a significant impact on their quality of life. Primary skin disorders such as xerosis, atopic dermatitis, and scabies, as well as systemic diseases such as cancer, chronic renal failure, cholestasis, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, iron deficiency anemia, and certain medications, can cause this condition. Chronic pruritus, which is common in individuals over 60 years of age, can cause discomfort, sleep disturbances, and psychological stress. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to screen for pruritus intensity in the elderly in St. Anna. One individual (2.4%) reported mild pruritus, while 12 individuals (29.3%) reported severe pruritus. Routine assessment using the 12-PSS provides important information for managing pruritus in the elderly, meeting clinical and research needs, and improving patient care and quality of life.
