This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, determine the effect of location on customer satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Service Quality and Location on Customer Satisfaction of Beauty Glow Skincare Trenggalek Distributor. The number of samples in this study amounted to 110 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a tcount> ttable value of 10.311> 1.982, partially Location has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a tcount<ttable value of 5.157> 1.982, simultaneously quality service and location have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a value of Fcount>Ftable, namely 80.989>3.09. The coefficient of determination value of 59.5% shows that Service Quality and Location affect Customer Satisfaction and the remaining 40.5%.

Bank financial institutions in Indonesia can generally be divided into Islamic banks and conventional banks. Basically, both Islamic banks and conventional banks carry out activities to collect and distribute funds to the public, but all forms of activities carried out by Islamic banks must be in accordance with sharia principles. Competition between Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks in Indonesia is one of the things that has become the focus of attention of banking managers, especially with regard to customers, moreover, Indonesian Islamic Banks are still relatively new as a result of the unification of several Islamic Banks. This study aims to see how much influence product knowledge, promotions and word of mouth have on people's understanding of choosing Islamic banks. This research is a research with a quantitative approach and uses primary data. The population in this study is the people of Jambi City, especially those who adhere to Islam. The population in this study is the people who adhere to Islam in the city of Jambi, which is 612,162 people. The sampling technique used is probability sampling so that the number of samples used is 100 respondents. The results of the study show that together the variables of product knowledge, promotion and word of mouth influence people's understanding of choosing Islamic banks. Likewise with the individual, the results of the study show that the variables of product knowledge, promotion and word of mouth have an effect on people's understanding of choosing an Islamic bank with the significance level of each variable being the same, namely equal to 0.000 and the tcount value of each variable is 3.809 for X1, 3,617 for X2 and 5,823 for X3.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the safety operational process in fiberglass shipbuilding, identify the types of risk causes that hinder the construction of fiberglass boats and propose recommended actions needed to overcome the risks in CV ERA FIBERBOAT by using theoretical research methods. Identification of risks in the process of building new ships, namely employees, materials, work equipment, payment of construction costs, working drawings have revisions. Determining the risk rating of the new ship building process: very high; inappropriate equipment, height; late payment / paying, medium; working drawings have revisions, low; materials arrive late, very low; employees procrastinate. Mitigating risks in the process of building new ships: employees delay work with mitigation, namely the director of the company provides the opportunity for employees to rest so that employees do not get sick, materials arriving late are mitigated by means of shipyard companies providing an easy-to-find address point so that the sender of materials does not having difficulty finding the address of the shipyard, working drawings have revisions that can be mitigated by means the company must always make an existence to the customer in every work process so that there is no miscommunication

This study aims to explain the importance of socializing the application of social media in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Blitar City. Social media has become a very effective tool in building relationships with customers, marketing products and increasing business visibility. However, there are still many MSMEs in Blitar City that have not utilized the potential of social media optimally. Through outreach, MSMEs owners will be provided with a better understanding of social media and how to use it as an effective marketing tool. This outreach will involve training and increasing knowledge on relevant social media platforms, online marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and measuring and analyzing social media performance. It is hoped that by socializing the use of social media, MSMEs in Blitar City will be able to make better use of social media to promote their products and services, reach a wider audience, and increase their online presence. With the increase in online presence, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the overall turnover and growth of MSMEs in Blitar City.

Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a company that provides internet services. The ISP network is a national and international scale network so that customers can be connected globally. There are many factors that must be considered in selecting an ISP, making choosing an ISP a difficult task. Factors that influence ISP selection include cost, bandwidth, coverage area and type of connection. ISP providers offer a variety of advantages that make it difficult for customers to choose the right provider. The method applied in determining ISP providers is the AHP method used for weighting criteria while the WASPAS method is used for evaluating ISP providers with the criteria of cost, bandwidth, coverage area and type of connection. The rating process using the WASPAS method uses four assessment criteria, namely cost with a weight of 0.54, bandwidth with a weight of 0.38, coverage area with a weight of 0.05 and type of connection with a weight of 0.03. The final results of the ranking show that ISPs with low cost, large bandwidth and wide coverage areas will make these ISPs the best choice, this is because the criteria for cost, bandwidth and coverage area have high weight. Conversely, ISPs with high costs and small coverage areas will be the worst choices in the ranking list.

The many types of medical devices available at PT. Romora Jaya Pratama makes customers confused in determining which medical device to buy. One of the solutions is to use a recommendation system that can help customers get the medical devices they want with collaborative filtering. This study aims to create a product recommendation system that can provide medical device product recommendations at PT. Romora Jaya Pratama with a collaborative filtering method based on a numerical rating, namely rating 1 which indicates the customer only sees the product and rating 2 indicates the customer buys the product. Collaborative filtering recommendations on PT. Romora Jaya Pratama can provide 3 product recommendations and best seller recommendations based on the most sales data in the current month and year as many as 3 products.

Catering "Miss Tote" is one of the MSMEs located in Kepanjen Kidul Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. In today's modern era, the catering business is faced with problems related to technology and digitalization. The implementation of community service aims to optimize product marketing through the use of the Canva application as a branding medium and mentoring the use of Instagram social media to expand customer reach and introduce products to potential customers. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, the data obtained from interviews with the owner of the MSMEs Catering "Miss Tote" and observations of marketing that has been done and documentation during the implementation process. The results of the study show that the "Miss Tote" MSMEs has marketing potential that has not been optimized, therefore students contribute to making logos, banners, catalogs and brochures as media branding of the "Miss Tote" MSMEs. Implementing a marketing strategy using Canva can have a positive impact such as building a strong brand image so that it can increase customer trust and become the hallmark of a business.

Baduta batik Blitar is an MSME that sells batik handicraft products. Barik itself is a work of a nation that is well known abroad. The batik craft center itself is a cultural tour that is visited by many domestic and foreign tourists. Almost every region in Indonesia has batik craft centers, especially in Java and its surroundings. UMKM Batik Baduta Blitar has been built since 2009, but UMKM Baduta has obstacles in carrying out digital marketing, which causes Batik Baduta Blitar customers to complain about the lack of information from Batik Baduta Blitar writing on Batik Baduta Blitar's social media. The application of digital marketing is carried out with the stages of literacy, training and development then application of programs that are in accordance with the conditions of the Baduta batik group. The results of this study are that with this problem the solution that can be applied is to create an online marketing strategy that includes digital marketing strategies, social media content, and copy writing. The existence of this online marketing strategy can make Batik Baduta Blitar MSMEs able to carry out marketing effectively and efficiently.

In the Blitar city there are several MSMEs farming ornamental fish, one of them is Mbah Bendo Koi Farm which is located on Jl. Kapuas No. 92, Kel. Bendo, Kec. Kepanjenkidul. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the obstacles faced by this MSMEs are the lack of business identity branding such as logos that look monotonous, unattractive, and old school. From these obstacles, group 23 helped rebrand Mbah Bendo Koi Farm's logo, apart from that we also helped create social media accounts and their content in the hope of attracting new potential customers and expanding their market in all regions in Indonesia.

Digital marketing is a marketing activity or promotion of goods or brands using digital media or the internet to quickly attract consumers or potential customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research focuses on Taso Ndeso MSMEs located in RT 4 RW 12 Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. This is because the Taso Ndeso MSMEs themselves still have not utilized and have not used marketing through digital marketing to promote their products. Digital marketing utilization has becoming the important key of MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” in Sukorejo Village, Blitar City in attempt of increasing their market. By using digital platform like social media and website, MSMEs could reach better market outside their region. By showing their unique and nice products. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” could attract potential consumer attention and increase their visibility. One of their digital marketing benefit for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” are their capability for live interaction with customer. By using comment, direct message, and online survey, MSMEs could get precious feedback and understanding what their customer preference and also what their customer needed. By this knowledge MSMEs could fix and increase their products like what their customer needed, make them more competitive in market. Beside of that, digital marketing also have an important role to build great products for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso”. By using interesting visual content and story telling that can build emotions whos watching. MSMEs could convey their value and their unique products to audiens. In the evolving era of digital marketing, the quality of product photos plays a vital role in attracting customers and boosting sales. This study aims to explore the influence of using a studio photo box as part of the digital marketing strategy for SMEs in Semolowaru Village. A studio photo box is a simple tool made from easily accessible materials and is affordable, enabling SMEs to produce high-quality product photos. The findings of this study demonstrate that the utilization of a studio photo box can enhance the product's appeal on digital marketing platforms, attract potential customers, and differentiate the product from competitors. By using a studio photo box, SMEs in Semolowaru Village can generate attractive and professional product photos, which can contribute to building a strong brand image and increasing conversion rates. The awareness among SMEs in Semolowaru Village regarding the importance of quality product photos in digital marketing has facilitated the adoption of studio photo boxes. With the right steps, such as selecting a suitable studio, ensuring proper lighting, careful product arrangement, accurate editing, and leveraging photos in online promotions, SMEs can fully harness the potential of studio photo boxes to achieve success in digital product marketing. The development of internet technology in the current era of globalization has had a significant impact on the world of business and the economy. The use of internet technology in business has increased marketing reach, transaction speed, and speed of delivery of goods and services. This is shown by the large number of offers for beauty and body care product categories on e-commerce platforms. The beauty industry notes that ways to promote and encourage product purchase transactions are influenced by eWOM communications, one of which is customer reviews and influencer reviews. The purpose of this study was to measure the direct effect of eWOM, including customer reviews and influencer support, on purchase intentions for Avoskin products, with trust as a moderator variable. The method used in this research is a quantitative method of causal research. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling and the method used was convenience sampling with 400 respondents. This study used a questionnaire data collection technique with an ordinal scale and used data analysis techniques (PLS-SEM). The results of this study conclude that customer reviews have a significant positive effect on purchase intention of Avoskin products, influencer reviews do not have a significant positive effect on purchase intentions of Avoskin products, trust negatively moderates the relationship between customer reviews on purchase intention of Avoskin products and trust does not moderate the relationship between influencer reviews and purchase intention of Avoskin products.

Public services that provide a service to clients is one of the important variables that provide an important commitment to create a good reputation and trust locally. Public protests in the form of long queues, helpless assistance, and actually bad offices do not satisfactorily influence the picture and quality of administrative levels in public areas. the research that I use is descriptive research. This research is called descriptive research with data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The population in this study are all people who are customers at the Praya District Office. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique. Based on the results of research conducted on 60 respondents regarding community perceptions and satisfaction with the services of the Praya District Office, it is measured based on community satisfaction using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in terms of administrative services, the results obtained are Community Satisfaction Index per indicator where there are 14 indicators, namely ( 1) service procedures with a total IKM score of 76.66 included in the good category, (2) service requirements with a total IKM score of 68.33 included in the good category, (3) clarity of service officers with a total IKM score of 63.33 included in the good category, (4) the discipline of service officers with a total IKM score of 63.75 is included in the good category, (5) the responsibility of service officers with a total IKM value of 65.41 is included in the good category, (6) the ability of service officers with the total IKM score of 66.66 is included in the good category, (7) the speed of service with a total IKM score of 61.66 is included in the poor category, (8) the fairness of getting services with a total IKM score of 64.58 is included in the good category, (9) politeness and friendliness of staff with a total IKM score of 63.75 included in the good category, (10) fairness of service fees with a total IKM score of 65.83 included in the good category, (11) certainty of service fees with a total IKM score of 64.16 is included in the good category, (12) the certainty of service schedules with a total IKM value of 56.66 is included in the good category, (13) environmental comfort with a total IKM value of 66.66 is included in the good category and (14) environmental safety with a total IKM value of 66.25 included in the good category.

This study aims to find about: (1) fintech service in the mobile banking-based non-cash payment system (Muamalat-DIN) at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan: (2) implementation of fintech in the mobile banking-based non-cash payment system (Muamalat-DIN) at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study are: (1) fintech services in the non-cash payment system in Muamalat-DIN are transfers, QRIS, credit top-ups, internet credit top-ups, electronic money top-ups, google play voucher codes, spotify premium, postpaid credit payments, PLN electricity, Telkom, cable TV, PDAM, IPB campus education payments, airplane tickets, ZISWAF, family takaful, BPJS employment, BPJS health, SAMSAT/SIGNAL, BPJPH, virtual accounts, multi payments, and hijrah pensions (DPLK); (2) the implementation of fintech at Bank Muamalat varies, there are Muamalat-DIN, phone banking, internet banking, MADINA, online share-e debit, and ATMs. The most popular Fintech at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan is Muamalat-DIN. In Muamalat-DIN, customers of Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan often use services in the form of transfer, QRIS, credit top-ups and internet credit top-ups, electronic money top-ups, payment services such as PLN electricity, Telkom, PDAM, ZISWAF, BPJS for employment, BPJS for health, virtual accounts, and hijrah pension (DPLK). This fintech implementation has benefits for banks and customers, the benefit for Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan is that it will have a wider reach, operational and marketing costs are more economical. And the benefits felt by customers are that transactions are easier, faster, accessible 24 hours because access is via a smartphone, and customers don't need to carry a lot of cash everywhere.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the readiness of cooperatives at the Al-Mu'awanah Islamic Boarding School in applying for halal certification for each of their goods. The results of the knowledge of cooperative management about UUJPH are 81% in the good category, SJH knowledge is 90% in the good category, and HACCP knowledge is 85% in the good category, measuring the level of adaptation of cooperatives to halal-certified cooperatives at the Al-Mu'awannah Islamic Boarding School, with 85% in the good category and ready for halal certification. With this readiness, Al-Mu'awannah Islamic Boarding School is believed to be able to provide the best halal product services to customers and the surrounding community.

Lean is a concept and technique for systems that optimizes patient benefit by decreasing waste and waiting time. The literature review approach is used in this study to acquire research data, with internet searches serving as a supplementary tool while looking for relevant papers. According to the study findings, mean hospital length of stay (LOS) fell by 24% throughout the intervention period in 259 patients with PMV (131 pre-intervention; 128 post-intervention) (29 vs. 22 days, p 0.001). This demonstrates that clinical redesign based on Lean Six Sigma decreases LOS in intensive care units. Other studies show that utilizing Lean Six Sigma has resulted in a 57% reduction in length of stay and an 88% reduction in the identification of non-value added tasks. Lean management in hospitals is a step toward greater service efficiency that has been shown to outperform Total Quality Management (TQM) and Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) improvements. Customers and their families gain from shorter wait times, as do healthcare employees (medical, emergency, and non-medical) and hospital administration. The use of the lean six sigma approach in conjunction with the DMAIC cycle effects LOS reduction, indicating that lean six sigma can reduce LOS in hospitals.

The development of the internet has affected all aspects of human activity including marketing. Social media marketing is a marketing strategy by utilizing social media platforms. For this reason, every business needs to pay attention to social media as a very important promotional medium. This research journal aims to prove the importance of optimizing social media marketing for increasing sales conversions carried out at the 'Dapur Mamiku' catering business. The process of increasing sales is carried out by assisting business actors and optimizing social media. The final stage of this research will be an analysis and evaluation of the research that has been done. The results of this study are expected to give a greater impression/reach to potential customers and increase sales conversions for 'Dapur Mamiku' catering products.

The internet is a computer network system that is connected to each other. To achieve an internet, you need a fiber optic network that can transfer certain information data up to speeds of up to 100Mbps. However, customer service often receives customer complaints regarding unstable Indihome network services in the Banyumanik STO area. So it is necessary to do research on Fiber Optic Network Analysis from Server to Optical Network Terminal (ONT) at PT Telkom Access Banyumanik STO Using the Fishbone Method. To analyze the causes that affect the quality of fiber optic network for good or bad. Network quality analysis was carried out using the Fishbone Diagram method as a basis for obtaining the results of measuring the quality of fiber optic networks at ODC BMK FAE/ODP BMK FAE 016 Jalan Banjarsari Barat – Jalan Tembalang Selatan. The results of network quality analysis through brainstorming sessions with 11 employees of PT Telkom Access obtained an average answer of 92%. Then measure the quality of the network in the field, namely from the Optical Line Terminal (OLT) to the Customer. The results obtained are directly proportional to the standard network quality analysis with an attenuation value of -19.10 dBm. So it can be concluded that the case study area has good network quality because the results of the average value of the questionnaire answers and the measurement results of the case study area have a value above the standard.
