The spread of narcotics in Semarang City in 2019-2020 is possible to increase, especially in the West Semarang area. It was proven that in 2017 it was revealed 198 cases then in 2018 it became 287 cases. The author is interested in examining the factors that influence the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area and the public reaction to the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area. Research in this writing uses Sociological Juridical type with descriptive-analytical research specifications through primary and secondary data sources. Based on the results of the study, the factors that influence the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area can be divided into two major factors, namely internal factors and external factors which can be analyzed using the analysis of Criminal Sociology Theory such as Ecological Theory, Cultural Conflict Theory, Economic Theory, Differential Association Theory. ), and Anomic Theory, while the public reaction regarding the distribution of narcotics can be seen from two views, namely from the community and law enforcement officials. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of grammar mastery on the ability to write English narrative text. To determine the effect of vocabulary mastery on the ability to write English narrative text and to determine the effect of grammar and vocabulary mastery together on the ability to write English narrative text. The research method used is the survey method. A sample of 77 students was randomly selected from all private vocational high school students in Tangerang city. Data collection is done by conducting a test directly to the sample. Data analysis counduct with descriptive statistical methods, multiple linear regression analysis, statistical test with t- test and F- test. The results of the study showed: 1) There was a significant effect of mastery of grammar and mastery of vocabulary together on the ability to write English narrative text for students of private vocational schools in Tangerang city. This is evidenced by the acquisition of sig = 0.000 <0,05 and Fcount = 97,223. 2) There was a significant effect of grammar mastery on the ability to write English narrative text for students of private vocational schools in Tangerang city. This is evidenced by the acquisition of sig = 0,000 <0,05 and t-count = 4,788. Partially grammar mastery gave a contribution of 19% to the variable of the ability to write English narrative text for students of private vocational schools in Tangerang city. 3) There was a significant effect of vocabulary mastery on the ability to write English narrative text for students of private vocational schools in Tangerang city. This is evidenced by the value of sig = 0.000 <0,05 and tcount = 5,206. Partially (owned) vocabulary mastery contributed 22,5% to the variable of the ability to write English narrative text.

To find out how the efforts of Arabic teachers in improving the ability to read Arabic text with the mubasyaroh method of grade V students at MI Al-Kalam Denpasar in the 2019/2020 academic year, (2). What are the inhibiting and supporting factors of the mubasyaroh method in learning Arabic in improving the ability to read Arabic text for fifth grade students of MI Al-Kalam Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year. The methods used are qualitative methods, research approaches and types, determiningin formants, data collection techniques, data validity, and data analysis techniques. As well as the methods used in data collection techniques, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique for collecting research informants uses 6 informant consisting of: theprincipal, subject teacher, and class V student guardian.The results of the study revealed that: (1) the efforts made by the Arabic teacher to improve the students' ability to read Arabic texts were being accustomed to repeating mufradat and practicing it everyday. (2) the supporting factor of the application of the mubasyaroh method is that children canget to know more quickly without having to know the writing but directly put into practice. while the inhibiting factor is the lack of students in understanding vocabulary.

This community service was conducted for Karang Taruna, a youth organnization, at Perum Graha Kencana RT 01 RW 27 Kadipiro Surakarta. The focus was a training of using Rosetta Stone and Google Translation to improve English skills. The materials were delivered using three phases namely presentation, practise, and production. The training was beneficial for the participants specifically to improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills as well as translation. Quality of service not yet optimal because many basic health facilities do not meet the standards of service readiness and the absence of standard health service guidelines. Puskesmas, which are first-level health facilities, are at the forefront of efforts to reduce inequalities in health development in all regions. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of health services for outpatients at the Lateri Public Health Center in Ambon City in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study using a descriptive design with a sample of 137 respondents by using accidental sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and writing instruments. The data analysis used was univariate analysis. Research resultIt is known that the tangibles variable (evidence / form) the respondent answered did not support more with it, the number of respondents was 69 people (50.4%). Reliability (Reliability), respondents answered more not according to amounting to 69 (50.4%). For the responsiveness variable (responsiveness), respondents answered responsiveness amounted to 83 people (60.6%), good Assurance (Assurance) amounted to 95 people (69.3%) while the empathy variable (empathy) who answered was 97 people (70.8 %).It is concluded that almost all of the dimensions of service quality found in this study are good.

So it is presented in a systematic writing form to answer the problems that have been formulated in this research. The result showed that the duty of a father to meet child support does not become payable if the elapsed time, but it could be due to maintenance if there is a decision of the judge. Change is very closely related to things that are psychological (unconscious mind), not things that are outward. But, the medical treatment has not been maximally for prevention and handling of victims. The purpose of this activity is to counseling and training of child health cadres. Method: This activity uses the Community Empowering approach, which is approach activity through a member of the LPAD of West Batu Layar village. Evaluation of the activities is carried out by posttest directly and in writing to the participants present. Results: This activity have formed a team of health care with increasing of knowledge the participants after treatment more than 25%, so this activity can be said to be successful. Conclusion: The formation of health cadres caring for the exploitation of children in the village of batu layar barat amountes to 10 people, with the level of knowledge of participants increased by more than 25% after being carried out counselling for 3 days. It is expected that the formed of the health cadres of children can become health cadres for children who experience exploitation to apply the principle of healthy living.

The provision of legal aid to the poor is an effort to fulfill and simultaneously implement a rule of law that recognizes and protects and guarantees the human rights of citizens regarding the need for access to justice and equality before the law. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the mechanism for providing criminal legal aid for the poor in Semarang City, the fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the poor, and the inhibiting factors for fulfilling the right to criminal legal aid for the poor in Semarang City. The approach method used is juridical normative, descriptive analytical research specifications. The data source used is secondary data. The data collection method used is literature study. The results showed that the mechanism of providing criminal legal assistance to the poor in Semarang City was in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 11 of 2016 concerning Legal Aid, Semarang City Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Implementation of Legal Aid and Regulation of the Mayor of Semarang Number 131 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Legal Aid. The fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the people of Semarang city so far the fulfillment of the right to legal aid in criminal cases against the urban poor has not been maximized because it has not been felt by all levels of society, especially the poor who do not know about the existence of free legal assistance, besides that it is also constrained by budget constraints.
