Pelayaran Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan is a company that operates as a shipping agency (ship agency) which provides domestic and international services. The process of handling ship departure (clearance out) at PT. The Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan voyage starts when the ship has finished carrying out activities at the port, the agent makes another request for ship departure or Clearance Out. The Clearance Out process is a maximum of six hours before the ship leaves, the agent submits a ship out service in the Inaportnet system. To issue an SPB (Sailing Approval Letter), the agent must complete all documents and costs which are the agent's responsibility. For the issuance of an SPK (Work Order), guide the ship out no later than one hour after the SPB (Sailing Approval Letter) is issued. After processing the SPB (Sailing Approval Letter) is complete, the agent will take the ship documents and SIB (Sailing Permit) at KSOP. PT Pelayaran Semesta Sejahtera Lestari is a company that operates in the service and agency services sector, in other words a representative of the general agent/principle to take care of ship documents and take care of all ship needs that are needed when the ship is at the port. To obtain data, the author used field research and library research methods.

Providing a living in Islam is the responsibility of a husband. The provisions on the husband's obligation to provide maintenance give rise to new problems regarding the wife's implementation of work to meet the family's needs. The aim of this research is to evaluate the sharia values ​​that exist in the case of women working for a living. The problem in this research is how women work to earn a living for their family's needs in the view of maqashid sharia, what are the factors that influence women who work to earn a living, including: the husband's illness, helping prepare the family's future and the factor of helping the husband's income to meet family needs and this can be justified by referring to maqashid sharia. This research uses descriptive research methods using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results of this research are that in a family the husband and wife can play the same role in the family, the wife plays the role of breadwinner for the family due to various factors that cause the family's needs to not be met.

Traditional games are games passed down from ancestors, but traditional games have been marginalized because in the modern era 4.0 the use of technology is very much used in everyday life. The technology that is often used is cellphones. The use of cellphones starts from teenagers, adults and even children who use cellphones like elementary school children. Mobile phones are usually used by children to play online games because children can play online games anywhere and anytime, which results in children not playing with their peers because they are already engrossed and focused on the online games on their mobile phones. This research aims to explore the character values ​​that can be instilled in elementary school students through game congklak or barn. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review. The results of this research show that the traditional game congklak or lumbung can instill character values ​​in elementary school students such as the values ​​of honesty, discipline, hard work, creativity, curiosity, independence, communicativeness, responsibility and respect for achievement.

This study aims to describe the application of Islamic business ethics as the main foundation for the Ma'arif NU Banyuwangi business entity. The method applied in this study is qualitative research. In this study, data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses interactive analysis for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics in the Ma'arif NU Banyuwangi Business Entity is the main foundation for running a fair, sustainable, and ethical business. Principles such as monotheism, balance, responsibility, freedom within the limits of sharia, and Ihsan form the basis for business management, which not only prioritizes material profit but also social and spiritual welfare. With Islamic business ethics, this business entity is able to build public trust and create broad benefits for all parties involved.

The Madrasah Principal is the school personnel responsible for all activities at school. He has the authority and responsibility to Manages all educational activities in the school he leads. Supervision is a coaching activity planned to help teachers and staff other schools so they can do their jobs effectively. Objective This research is to find out the academic supervision strategies carried out by madrasa heads to improve teacher academic performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Jambi City.Results of academic supervision. . This research method is qualitative phenomenology with a study research design case. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Technique data analysis using flow, data reduction, presentation of data at the verification stage. Testing Data validity was carried out using a triangulation approach. The two teachers' planning stages were included in the good category with recap scores of 86% and 89%. In the implementation stage, class 1 teachers obtained a score of 86% in the good category, a score of 91% obtained by the class 4 teacher in the very good category. In the evaluation stage, both teachers were also included in the category both with recap scores of 86% and 85%. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the SD/MI level prioritizes project-based learning in order to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. This is also very relevant to 21st century learning which equips students with the 4C skills needed to answer the challenges of the times. There are 3 (three) options in implementing or implementing the independent curriculum (IKM) at the SD/MI level, namely: Independent Learning Category, independent change category and independent sharing category at class I and class IV SD/MI levels starting in the 2022/2023 school year .

Children are part of the family who have rights and obligations through the process of growth and development. The purpose of this study is to uncover and understand the dramaturgical process involved in the role of child labourers as they are involved in managing the family economy. This research will examine how child labourers choose certain characters or roles in carrying out the profession. The research was conducted in Alun- Alun as a public facility that is often used as a location for child labourers to carry out their activities every night. This research uses a qualitative approach by using data collection instruments directly in the field. This research was analysed from the observation, interview, documentation and data presentation process. The theory used is Social Dramatugi theory to find out the character shown by child workers in their profession and Interpretation Fulfilment theory to find out the experience of child workers in helping families. The results of this study show that the behaviour patterns of child workers from the frontstage show the attitude of child workers in the internal and external character of children. The backstage part of child labourers is also able to show the life of child labourers in the family. So that the pattern of responsibility owned is the basis for their encouragement to continue working every day even though there are children's time that must be sacrificed.

Managing family finances is not easy, but it is also not difficult if we know how. Good family financial management is the key to a family's success. Both husband and wife have responsibility for managing family finances, so husband and wife must be able to manage expenses well. For the financial scope in a family, financial management is mostly carried out by a wife as someone who is responsible for managing the household. Having a role as family financial manager, a wife must have knowledge about managing family finances. Starting from recording routine expenses, knowing the family's short, medium and long term needs, to setting aside for future savings. The results achieved through the training provided can increase understanding of family financial planning, participants are also able to make financial plans that are useful in managing household finances. This training is able to increase the training participants' awareness of the importance of family financial planning, then increase the training participants' motivation to create or prepare a budget, save and invest in managing finances. Training participants are able to prepare and simulate financial management in the process of preparing financial planning from the total income they have and the budget allocation that must be made to make it easier for families to manage their finances.

The result of this service is that public speaking outreach can provide benefits for the young people of Dukuh Brajan in forming and developing themselves. The conclusion from the service carried out by the author is that public speaking outreach can be an effort to develop the potential of the young people of Dukuh Brajan

This study aims to find out how the behavior of traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City in the perspective of Islamic marketing ethics and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in applying it to traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study it is known that Islamic marketing ethics have not been fully implemented by traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City. Of the 5 indicators of Islamic business ethics 2 that are applied in trading activities at Pasar 46 Jambi City, the responsibility is Ihsan (benevolence). Supporting factors in applying Islamic business ethics to traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City are the factors of responsibility (responsibility) and factors of Ihsan (benevolence). While the factors that become obstacles in applying Islamic business ethics are the monotheism factor (unity), the balance/justice factor (equilibrium), and free will.

Abstract. Based on the title mentioned in this research, the aim of this research is to determine the juridical assessment of a power of attorney that was canceled by a notary without the presence of one of the parties and with their consent. This research uses a certain type of normative legal research. Library research was used in the process of collecting data from the items examined in this research. To evaluate and discuss research materials based on law, legal norms, legal theory and legal doctrine that are relevant to the main topic, this research uses a normative analysis approach to obtain the data. The results of this research indicate that the legal consequences of revoking a power of attorney carried out unilaterally by the director of PT Oro Jayanto Perkasa can be declared as an unlawful act. The director's legal responsibility for the revocation of the power of attorney made and signed before a notary is that the defendant is required to pay compensation to the plaintiff. So the government and the DPR should have the ability to test the power of attorney regulations in the Civil Code. and there should be outreach to the community to provide a clear understanding of the requirements that must be met in the handover of power

In the second quarter of 2020, Commercial Courts in Indonesia handled 132 bankruptcy cases. In the first semester of 2020, the number of bankruptcy cases handled by the Commercial Court in Indonesia increased to 233 cases, including 43 cases handled by the Central Jakarta Commercial Court. The aim of bankruptcy is basically to provide a solution to the parties if the Debtor stops paying/is unable to pay his debts. Bankruptcy prevents/avoids unfair actions that can harm all parties, namely: avoiding execution by creditors and preventing fraud by the debtor himself. Bankruptcy is a legal institution that has an important function, namely as the realization of two important articles in the Civil Code regarding the debtor's responsibility for the obligations carried out, namely Articles 1131 and 1132. This research aims to determine the validity of the bankruptcy petition submitted by workers to the compliance company. his rights. This research uses normative juridical legal research methods. In this research, what is emphasized is the aspect of law application which is carried out integrally with morality. The research results show that a worker's bankruptcy petition is a petition submitted by workers or labor unions to the commercial court to declare the company where they work bankrupt. A worker's bankruptcy application can be filed if the company does not pay wages, allowances and other rights that should be paid to workers.

In this era of globalization, there is development of the business world in the field of air transportation services. Many air transportation service companies have to compete for consumers through various strategies to win over consumers. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality, price and brand image on purchasing decisions. The population in this research is all consumers at PT. Garuda Indonesia Semarang in 2022, numbering 136,135 people, the sample was taken from 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, the higher the service quality, the higher the consumer's tendency to make purchasing decisions. Price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, the more competitive the price, the higher the consumer's tendency to make purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, the better the brand image, the higher the consumer's tendency to make purchasing decisions. Research implications include the need to refresh employees, especially front liner staff, provide Cash Back or discounts using credit cards and implement Corporate Social Responsibility.

The aim of this research is to conduct a study on the causes of marital breakdown and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on divorces in Gorontalo City. The author utilized an empirical juridical research method with a qualitative approach and employed descriptive methods. The research findings indicate that the main factors leading to divorces in Gorontalo City in recent months are as follows: physical and psychological violence, infidelity, lack of husband's responsibility in providing for the wife and children, and extremely poor communication. Additionally, data from various divorce cases in different regions, along with information from the Gorontalo Family Court, demonstrate that the COVID-19 pandemic has implications for divorce rates, including in Gorontalo City. One of the reasons for the increased divorce rates is partner violence due to stress and decreased financial income resulting from the pandemic situation.

To avoid this, rights are required that are recognized or granted by law and must also be attached to the person's responsibilities, if they are protected. Benefits or rights recognized or granted by law must also attach to the person's responsibilities. The method in this research is a qualitative method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach where this writing examines statutory regulations and examines legal concepts contained in the articles contained in legal regulations, especially regarding the role of notaries in determining rights and responsibilities. the heir's responsibility from the perspective of Islamic law. In this case, the Notary has an important role in a will because they ensure its legality, validity and execution in accordance with the law. They help prevent inheritance from becoming available and ensure that the will's wishes are legally fulfilled.

This research aims to find out what democratic values ​​are implemented in PPKn subjects at SMPN 19 Malang, the factors inhibiting the implementation of democratic values ​​at SMPN 19 Malang, and how democratic values ​​are implemented in PPKn subjects using the inquiry method at SMPN 19 Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses triangulation techniques to obtain validity of the data, while the data analysis used in this research is reduction, display and verification. The research results show that, 1) Democratic values ​​have been implemented for a long time and are running well at SMPN 19 Malang. These values ​​consist of: tolerance, cooperation, responsibility, and deliberation to reach consensus. 2) Factors inhibiting implementation are students who violate school regulations and the existence of active and inactive student groups. 3) The implementation of democratic values ​​in PPKn subjects using the inquiry method at SMPN 19 Malang has apparently not been implemented by PPKn teachers. Because students are not yet able to study independently, students lack confidence and are embarrassed when asked to present in front of the class, as well as limited time in teaching and learning activities which means Civics teachers have not implemented learning using the inquiry method.

Calvin's strategy in the development of Christian religious education in the Reformation era was key in forming a strong and sustainable approach to Christian religious education. John Calvin, a leading figure of the Christian Reformation in the 16th century, had a central role in advancing Christian religious education. He implemented a number of important strategies, including education for all, structured education, teaching of Scripture, training of church leaders, character education, involvement of church and state, and emphasis on local languages. These strategies help spread Calvinist theology and ensure everyone's access to quality Christian religious education. Calvin's influence on Christian education is still visible in various Christian education systems to this day. Christian religious education is education in Christian teachings that emphasizes aspects of knowledge, attitudes and values ​​and even skills that are based on the Christian faith itself. With Calvin's strategy in the midst of Christian Religious Education, Christian Religious Education can achieve the goals it should achieve, especially in the community, schools and families. In this series of strategies, Calvin played a key role in changing Christian religious education in his time. Christian religious education is no longer the exclusive right of clergy, but is a right and responsibility for the entire Christian community. Calvin's in-depth and structured educational approach, along with his emphasis on the use of print media, helped spread the teachings of the Protestant Reformation throughout the Christian world. These approaches remain influential in the development of Christian religious education to this day.

Sexual violence is a serious problem that affects many individuals throughout the world. In this context, drivers associated with acts of sexual violence are often the focus of attention. The responsibility of third parties, such as transportation service providers or application platforms, can be an important factor in providing compensation to victims who have experienced sexual violence by drivers. This research aims to analyze the responsibilities of third parties, especially companies providing transportation services or application platforms that facilitate meetings between drivers and passengers, in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. This research uses an analytical approach by collecting data and information related to the policies and practices implemented by the Maxim company. The results of the analysis show that the responsibility of third parties, in this case Maxim, has an important role in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. Maxim is expected to have a clear and transparent policy in handling reports of sexual violence involving their drivers. They should also provide safe and reliable communication channels for victims to report incidents. Apart from that, Maxim must also ensure that there is a fair and thorough investigation process for reports of sexual violence. They must cooperate with law enforcement authorities to ensure that legal action is taken against drivers involved in sexual violence. In addition, Maxim must provide support and assistance to victims of sexual violence, including access to counseling and mentoring services. This research concludes that the responsibility of third parties, such as Maxim, is very important in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence by drivers. Such companies must have clear policies, effective procedures, and open channels of communication so that victims feel heard and protected. In an effort to prevent sexual violence, such companies must also continue to increase awareness and training for their drivers regarding policies and prohibited actions in the context of sexual violence.

The problem of this research is the lack of understanding of the material and student involvement and learning outcomes that have not yet reached the KKM. This study aims to increase student learning activities and outcomes in civic education learning in class V SDN Antasan Kecil Timur 3 Banjarmasin. This study used a qualitative research approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was conducted in three meetings. The research setting was fifth grade students at SDN Antasan Kecil Timur 3 Banjarmasin for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 23 students consisting of 12 male students and 11 female students. The results showed that teacher activity at meetings 1 to 3 increased from a score of 19 to 28. Student activity at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 43.4% to 82.6% (classical). Cognitive aspect learning outcomes at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 60.8% to 86.9% (classical). The learning outcomes of the affective domain of discipline at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 69.5% to 91.3% (classical), the affective domain of confidence at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 69.5% to 86.9% (classical) and learning the affective domain of the area of ​​responsibility at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 73.9% to 82.6% (classical). The results of learning the psychomotor aspects at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 47.8% to 82.6% (classical).
