Working memory capacity is a crucial aspect of cognitive function that plays a significant role in supporting students' learning processes. Working memory functions as a temporary storage system that allows individuals to store and manipulate information quickly. In an educational context, optimal working memory capacity can improve students' ability to understand, process, and remember information presented during the teaching and learning process. Several factors known to influence working memory capacity include breakfast habits, nutritional status, body fat percentage, and hemoglobin (Hb) levels. These factors are closely related to students' daily nutritional intake and healthy lifestyle. This Community Service (PkM) activity, with the topic "Healthy Food and Lifestyle to Increase Working Memory Capacity," aimed to increase students' understanding and awareness of the importance of a healthy diet and an active lifestyle in supporting cognitive function, particularly working memory. This activity was held in July 2024 at MTs (Madrasah Tsanawiyah) Al Fatah, Natar District, Lampung Regency. Financial statements play an important role in providing relevant, reliable, and trustworthy financial information to stakeholders. Although auditors are responsible for ensuring the fairness of these statements, cases of undetected financial fraud still occur. This research seeks to empirically examine the effect of experience and time budget pressure on the auditor’s ability to detect fraud, with an understanding of red flags as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on auditors who work in Public Accounting Firms (PAFs) in Bali. The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique and 94 auditors were obtained as a sample. Data was collected through a survey method using a structured questionnaire distributed to respondents. The analytical methods used include multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that experience has a positive effect, and time budget pressure has a negative effect on the auditor’s’ ability to detect fraud. Furthermore, red flags strengthen the effect of experience and time budget pressure on the auditor’s ability to detect fraud. The findings provide valuable insights for auditors to manage their work focus effectively and for public accounting firms to allocate audit time proportionally, ensuring optimal awareness of red flags even under high time pressure.

The rise of remote work flexibility, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has reshaped traditional work environments, offering employees increased autonomy in balancing personal and professional responsibilities. However, the impact of remote work flexibility on employee productivity remains a topic of debate among scholars and practitioners. This study aims to explore how remote work flexibility influences employee productivity, with a particular focus on the moderating role of work-life balance (WLB). A quantitative, cross-sectional survey was conducted, targeting 500 professionals working in the technology and service sectors across multiple countries, including the US, UK, and Indonesia. The independent variable of remote work flexibility was measured by the frequency and type of flexibility offered, while employee productivity was assessed through self-reported performance indicators and manager evaluations. WLB served as the moderator, assessed by participants' ability to manage work and personal life without conflict. The study utilized hierarchical regression analysis to test the moderating effects of WLB on the relationship between remote work flexibility and productivity. Preliminary results suggest that employees with greater flexibility report higher productivity, particularly when they experience high levels of work-life balance. Statistical tests will further determine the strength and significance of this moderation effect. In the discussion, the findings are interpreted through the lens of the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) theory and work-life integration theory, highlighting how flexibility and WLB interact to influence productivity across different cultural and economic contexts. The study provides practical recommendations for HR and management, emphasizing the need to establish clear boundaries for flexible work arrangements and integrating WLB into organizational policies to maximize productivity and employee well-being.

This study explores the key determinants of field engineer efficiency in the field service industry by analyzing the impact of self-efficacy, resource management, and time management on operational performance. Employing a quantitative research approach, data were collected using saturated sampling from 102 field engineers and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The measurement model showed robust psychometric properties, satisfying the thresholds for convergent validity, discriminant validity, and internal consistency reliability. The structural model results indicate that all three independent variables significantly influence field engineer efficiency. Self-efficacy was found to have the strongest effect (β = 0.421, p < 0.001), followed by resource management (β = 0.347, p < 0.001) and time management (β = 0.289, p < 0.001). The model accounts for 68.7% of the variance in field engineer efficiency, reflecting strong explanatory power and predictive accuracy. Among these variables, self-efficacy emerged as the most dominant factor, suggesting that field engineers' belief in their ability to perform tasks is a critical driver of operational success. High self-efficacy enhances motivation, resilience, and effective problem-solving under pressure, making it essential in dynamic and unpredictable field environments. Resource and time management also play crucial roles in supporting engineers' ability to complete tasks efficiently by ensuring optimal allocation of tools, equipment, and time. The findings provide practical implications for field service organizations aiming to improve workforce performance. Investing in training programs that strengthen self-efficacy, combined with systematic improvements in resource and time management practices, can significantly enhance operational outcomes. By prioritizing these factors, organizations can boost engineer efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service delivery, ultimately gaining a stronger competitive advantage in the industry.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by infection with bacteria from the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex group. TB prevention efforts are crucial, especially for individuals at high risk of exposure, to disrupt the chain of transmission of this disease. The intervention aimed to increase community understanding of TOSS TB (Find, Treat, Treat Until Cured) so that it can be applied in daily life. It is expected that after the intervention, participants' knowledge will increase, as will their ability to demonstrate the practices taught appropriately. Data collection was conducted through a mini-survey of the community in the local Community Health Center (Puskesmas) working area. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Blum Paradigm to identify factors contributing to the problem. Problem prioritization was carried out using the non-scoring Delphi method, while root cause analysis was conducted using a fishbone diagram. During the intervention process, pre- and post-tests were conducted to evaluate changes in the level of knowledge of villagers before and after the intervention. For program monitoring and evaluation, the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle approach and a systems approach were used. The analysis using the Blum Paradigm showed that lifestyle was the primary contributing factor to the problem. After the intervention, three participants were able to repeat the material effectively, demonstrating a better understanding of TB prevention. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the intervention was successful and is expected to encourage improvements in public health in the village. Furthermore, this program is also expected to serve as a model for other public health interventions, thereby expanding the positive impact of TB control efforts in other areas. Thus, public awareness and knowledge about TB can continue to increase, which in turn will contribute to reducing TB incidence in Indonesia and improving the overall quality of life of the community.

This article discusses the dynamics of Islamic education during the Sultanate of Banten, an Islamic kingdom that developed since the 16th century and became one of the centers of Islamic civilization in the archipelago. Islamic education in Banten not only shapes the Islamic identity of the community, but also strengthens morality, social solidarity, and cultural resilience. Islamic boarding schools are the main pillars of education that integrate the teaching of religious science, character education, and socio-religious practices. The role of pesantren expands, not only as a learning center, but also as a da'wah institution that instills the values of independence, justice, and brotherhood in the midst of a multicultural society. Great scholars such as Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani and Sheikh Yusuf al-Makassari have an important role in strengthening the scientific network between Banten, the Middle East, and the Islamic world. Their profound works in the fields of jurisprudence, Sufism, and morals had a great influence on the development of Islamic thought in Southeast Asia. The pesantren curriculum that focuses on the yellow book, with the teaching methods of sorogan, bandongan, and wetonan, produces students who are not only knowledgeable, but also disciplined, moral, and sensitive to social problems. The Dutch colonial period brought severe challenges with secular policies and restrictions on Islamic education. However, pesantren still exist as spiritual and intellectual fortresses. This success is supported by the ability of pesantren to develop economic independence and expand scientific networks through the overseas migration of students to various Islamic study centers abroad. Until now, Banten's Islamic education heritage has transformed into a modern Islamic boarding school that is able to combine classical traditions with technology and global insights. This study confirms that traditional Islamic education in Banten has a strategic role in shaping the social, spiritual, and identity structure of the Muslim community, which persists across generations.
