The fitness supplement industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth due to increasing public interest in healthy lifestyles. In this competitive market, the Evolene brand faces the challenge of maintaining customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and promotion on customer loyalty to the Evolene brand. The research uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased Evolene products. The results showed that the three variables price, product quality, and promotion had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Promotion has the greatest influence compared to other variables, followed by product quality and price. In addition, the validity and reliability of the measurement instruments have been tested using outer model analysis, which shows valid and reliable results. Limitations of the study include sampling limited to Evolene customers as well as external factors such as market trends that cannot be fully controlled. This study recommends companies to integrate competitive pricing strategies, maintain product quality, and optimize digital promotions to strengthen customer loyalty.

Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study aims to compare the performance of PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk, and PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk. The focus of the research is the analysis of financial and operational performance to provide an in-depth understanding of the companies' competitiveness and efficiency within their respective sectors. The study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive-comparative approach. Secondary data were collected from the annual financial reports of each company over a specific period. The analysis was conducted using key financial ratios such as Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR). Additionally, an operational performance trend analysis was performed to understand the comparative effectiveness of the companies in resource management. The results of the analysis indicate significant differences in financial performance between companies operating in the healthcare sector (PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk, and PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk) and those in the building materials sector (PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk). Companies in the healthcare sector tend to have higher profitability ratios compared to those in the building materials sector, although there are variations in debt and asset management efficiency. These performance differences can be attributed to underlying industry factors such as market demand, levels of innovation, and government policies. Companies in the healthcare sector benefit from growth driven by increasing public demand for healthcare services. In contrast, the building materials sector is more vulnerable to economic fluctuations and infrastructure investments. This study concludes that industry sectors and business models have a significant impact on companies' financial performance. Healthcare sector companies demonstrate more stable and promising performance compared to the building materials sector. This study is expected to provide insights for investors in selecting suitable investment portfolios.

This study aims to analyse the trends and best practices of compulsory motor vehicle insurance in various countries as a lesson for Indonesia. The method used is literature observation with the traditional literature review method of articles published in international journals and practices that have been carried out by several selected countries, namely England, Germany, Kenya, India, Japan, the United States, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. The results of the analysis show findings that most countries implement a compulsory motor vehicle insurance system. This insurance aims to provide financial protection to accident victims and encourage legal compliance among vehicle owners. Although this policy has provided significant benefits, such as reducing the financial burden on victims and more efficient dispute resolution, challenges such as high premiums, the complexity of the claims process, and uninsured vehicles still need to be overcome. The application of digital technology, including blockchain, is expected to increase transparency and efficiency in the claims process. Thus, this article highlights the importance of continuous improvement in the compulsory insurance system to ensure fair and effective protection for all parties involved. Based on these international practices, several recommendations for Indonesia include: strengthening mandatory insurance regulations, implementing technology in the insurance management system, increasing public insurance literacy, and developing policies that anticipate the emergence of autonomous vehicles. This study highlights the importance of learning from international experiences in developing an effective and sustainable compulsory motor vehicle insurance system in Indonesia.

This research discusses the use of code-mixing in the lyrics of the song “Now I Know” by Kaleb J. Code-mixing, in the form of the insertion of English elements into Indonesian lyrics, often appears in modern music as a response to globalization. A qualitative research approach is used to identify the forms of code-mixing (words, phrases, and clauses), its function, and its impact on the song's message. The results of the analysis show that code-mixing dominates the chorus with English to accentuate emotional intensity, while Indonesian is present in the verses to provide a narrative that is familiar to local listeners. The use of two languages reflects a balance between local and global elements, enhancing the musical aesthetics and international appeal of the song. Intercoding acts as a linguistic and artistic tool that expands the range of listeners, supports the themes of love and regret, and strengthens pop music's connection to globalization trends.

This study explores the marketing strategies used by traders in Pasar Besar, Pasuruan City in dealing with changes in consumer behavior in the digital era. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, involving traders representing various types of products and marketing methods. Analysis was conducted qualitatively to explore key themes and quantitatively to identify patterns and trends. The results show that traditional marketing (direct selling) is still relevant because direct interaction creates emotional connections and increases buyer loyalty. However, this approach faces challenges due to the shift in buyer preferences to online shopping. Meanwhile, online marketing offers wider market reach, cost efficiency, and time flexibility, although its success is highly dependent on promotional capabilities and delivery management. The combination of traditional and online strategies has proven effective in reaching various buyer segments, providing significant sales increases. This approach requires careful planning to optimize the benefits of both methods without increasing operational costs. By understanding market needs and adjusting strategies, traders can maximize the potential of both approaches to achieve success amidst changing times.
