Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) abroad often face various social, legal, and cultural challenges that can increase their vulnerability in everyday life. One effort to minimize these vulnerabilities is through the establishment of regional community organizations as a platform for solidarity, advocacy, and cultural identity preservation. This community service activity aims to assist in the formation of the Ikatan Warga Ponorogo di Hong Kong (IWPH) — an association of PMI from Ponorogo working in Hong Kong. The methods employed include community needs assessment, facilitation of organizational meetings, formulation of organizational statutes and bylaws, and basic community-based advocacy training. The results of this activity showed high enthusiasm among PMI from Ponorogo to participate in this community as a forum for sharing information, social protection, and preserving regional cultural traditions abroad. Moreover, IWPH has begun to actively voice issues faced by PMI, such as overcharging, gender-based violence, and unclear employment contracts. The establishment of IWPH is expected to serve as a model for strengthening social networks and advocacy based on regional community groups, enhancing the bargaining power of Indonesian migrant workers abroad. This activity also reflects the contribution of higher education institutions in supporting the protection and empowerment of Indonesian migrant workers in various destination countries.

This study uses a qualitative method to analyze the dynamics of the business environment within the context of the digital economy, specifically focusing on the impact of platformization on industry competition. Rapid digital technological developments have given rise to various digital platforms that disrupt conventional business models and reshape market structures across multiple sectors. Platforms such as marketplaces, ride-sharing services, and fintech companies have become dominant actors influencing competitive patterns, value distribution, and relationships between large and small enterprises. This research aims to understand how digital platforms affect industry competition through vertical integration, network effects, and data control. The findings reveal that platformization enhances transaction efficiency and market access but also creates imbalances in market power, digital monopolies, and dependency on algorithms. In this context, government regulation and business adaptation strategies are essential to maintaining competitive balance and ensuring the sustainability of the digital ecosystem. The study recommends the adoption of adaptive regulatory approaches and multi-sector collaboration to foster healthy competition in the digital era.

A hoax or fake news on social media refers to information that is spread with the intent to mislead or confuse people, often without valid factual basis. This phenomenon has become increasingly prevalent, especially on platforms like Facebook, where information can spread quickly. Therefore, the way to recognize and combat hoaxes on social media, particularly Facebook, is by carefully checking the source of information, verifying facts through trustworthy websites, and being cautious of sensational headlines and images that seem relevant. Additionally, checking the date and time of the information is crucial to avoid falling for outdated or manipulated content. In this context, verification plays a vital role in helping users be more discerning when filtering news and preventing the spread of hoaxes. If we fail to recognize or combat hoax dissemination, the impact can be highly detrimental to individuals and society, leading to confusion, panic, and both material and psychological harm. Therefore, raising awareness and media literacy among the public is essential to reduce the negative impact of hoaxes, encouraging people to be more critical and responsible in sharing information.

PT Bank Syariah's use of mudharabah concepts in Islamic accounting is examined in this paper. An agreement for profit sharing between the fund manager (mudharib) and the fund owner (shahibul maal) is known as mudharabah. The purpose of this research is to investigate how well mudharabah concepts align with the National Sharia Council's Fatwa and PSAK No. 105. The results show that PT Bank Syariah has applied mudharabah accounting principles in accordance with PSAK 105 in measuring, recognizing, presenting, and disclosing mudharabah financing transactions. However, the implementation of mudharabah pillars and conditions has not fully complied with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council. Transaction recording uses the completion date method and cash recognition. Mudharabah investments are presented at their carrying value. Nevertheless, the portion of mudharabah financing is still smaller compared to murabahah contracts. This study concludes that PT Bank Syariah needs to improve the conformity of mudharabah principles with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council.

This essay looks at an investigation into the economies, A significant topic in the policy equation of many has been fiscal federalism, which reflects the degree of fiscal autonomy and responsibility granted to subnational government developing, transitional, and industrialized nations. Scholarly attention has been drawn to Nigeria's federalism because of its intricacy and vibrancy. This is due to the fact that it has created numerous issues that could jeopardize the Nigerian state's corporate existence and continuity. Therefore, the relationship between Nigeria's fiscal federalism and the oil-rich nation's lack of economic development is highlighted in this study. Our main contention is that Nigeria's fiscal federalism has not sparked the growth that the system's designers had hoped for. Therefore, this essay looked at Nigeria's fiscal federalism's development, composition, and practices. In order to do this, the study used secondary sources to collect data and combined descriptive and analytical methodologies. According to the report, Nigeria has not functioned as a a federal constitution, making it a true federation. Taxing authority and fiscal responsibility are still heavily concentrated. Numerous issues, such as the federal government's dominance in income sharing, the lengthy period of military interregnum rule, and an excessive reliance on Federation Account revenue, have hindered Nigeria's practice of fiscal federalism. This study investigated how fiscal federalism and the chosen distribution formula contribute to unhappiness and violent agitation. In order to do this, the study used secondary sources to collect data and combined descriptive and analytical methodologies. Therefore, the study came to the conclusion that in order to promote sound fiscal independence, the federal government should give state governments some of its taxing authority. and rivalry between states.
