This service is in the form of counseling and assistance in drafting village regulations for the BPD in Gebangan Village, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The material that will be provided is about the urgency of village regulations both philosophically, sociologically and legally and the techniques and mechanisms for drafting village regulations practically. The target of this service is BPD members and the Gebangan Village apparatus, Krejengan District. This service was taken as a strategic step and to provide an understanding of the urgency of forming village regulations and the mechanisms for drafting them. Because generally, BPD and village apparatus do not have the ability to draft village regulations, especially in Gebangan Village, even though the issuance of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages demands BPD productivity in producing legal products, especially in. This condition occurs because most BPD and its members do not have an educational background in the legal field, many are even only junior high and high school graduates or even did not graduate from school, so they do not understand enough about the issues in village regulations. In addition to not knowing about the procedures and mechanisms for drafting village regulations. Through this Community Service, it is hoped that it will become a strategic means for BPD members and Gebangan Village officials to be able to draft village regulations, so that they can get out of problems related to legal gaps in village programs.

A mentoring activity on the use of the interactive media ZEP Quiz was conducted at SDN Palrejo with the primary goal of improving teachers' skills in utilizing gamification-based learning technology. The background to this activity stems from the fact that most teachers at the school are not yet familiar with or use ZEP Quiz, despite the availability of adequate digital facilities. This minimal use of technology leads to a monotonous learning process and does not facilitate active student engagement. However, in today's digital era, the implementation of innovative learning media is crucial for improving the quality of education. The methods used in this activity included initial observations, interviews with teachers, direct mentoring, and practical use of ZEP Quiz with students in class. The mentoring was designed in the form of structured training that included an introduction to the features, the creation of questions based on Bloom's Taxonomy, and strategies for integrating ZEP Quiz into learning scenarios. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teachers' knowledge and skills. Teachers were able to operate ZEP Quiz independently, develop questions according to cognitive level, and apply them to the teaching and learning process. The implementation in the classroom received a positive response from students, characterized by high enthusiasm, active participation, and a fun, competitive atmosphere. These findings support previous research on the effectiveness of gamification in improving student motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. In conclusion, mentoring the use of ZEP Quiz has proven effective in strengthening teacher competency while creating interactive learning that motivates students. Going forward, innovative and sustainable efforts are needed, including varying question content, developing gamification strategies, and integrating with other digital platforms, to avoid declining motivation due to the novelty effect and ensure the sustainability of technology-based learning in schools.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a crucial pillar of economic development in Indonesia, playing a significant role in job creation, increasing community income, and driving regional economic growth. Mie Ayam Pak Bari is one such MSME located in Tireman Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. This business is characterized by delicious flavors, affordable prices, and a unique location that lacks similar competitors in the surrounding area. Despite its significant potential, Mie Ayam Pak Bari faces several challenges, including limited marketing reach, limited exposure to local communities, and volatile raw material price fluctuations. To address these challenges, mentoring focused on strengthening business management strategies and increasing marketing effectiveness. The mentoring included creating a banner as the business's visual identity, developing an attractive and informative menu catalog, and establishing an Instagram account to expand online promotional reach. This strategy is expected to attract new customers, increase consumer loyalty, and build a positive image for the business in the eyes of the wider community. The mentoring results indicate an increase in the completeness of promotional tools, the formation of a clearer business identity, and an increase in communication channels with consumers through social media. The menu catalog helps customers understand product variety and pricing transparently, while banners serve as physical markers, making it easier for customers to find the business's location. Meanwhile, the Instagram account serves as an interactive platform that allows businesses to reach potential customers outside of Tireman Village. This mentoring activity demonstrates that implementing visual and digital media-based marketing strategies can be an effective solution for MSMEs to survive and thrive in an increasingly competitive market.

MSMEs play a strategic role in supporting the growth and stability of the national economy (Endra et al., 2024), especially in the culinary sector which continues to grow. However, a fundamental problem commonly experienced by MSMEs is the ability to create visually attractive and professional promotional elements. One example is BentoDay, a food business in West Jakarta, which still relies on simple visual promotions through social media without optimal content packaging. This activity aims to develop the digital promotional capacity of participants through program mentoring and training that focuses on creating logos and product catalogs using the Canva application, a digital tool used for easy-to-use visual design purposes that allows even beginners to create posters, banners and social media content (Akbar et al., n.d.). Initial observations, direct training, intensive mentoring, and evaluation of participants' design results are part of the mentoring activity approach. The results of the activity implementation illustrate that participants have the ability to independently produce promotional materials, such as business logos and product catalogs with more attractive and consistent designs. This training not only improves participants' design skills but also has a positive impact on the digital marketing strategy of culinary businesses. MSMEs can improve their competitiveness and increase sales by implementing better design. This approach demonstrates the importance of acquiring digital skills for MSMEs to strengthen their brand identity and expand their consumer reach (Andari, N., Sari, D.P., & Hidayat, 2025). Therefore, using Canva has proven useful for enhancing the competitiveness of MSME digital promotions.

Canva is a digital-based visual design tool that is easy to use, even for beginners, to create content such as posters, banners, and social media promotional materials (Akbar et al., n.d.). This training was conducted through a series of activities, starting with initial observation, direct training, intensive mentoring, and evaluation of participants' designs. The results showed that participants were able to independently produce promotional materials, such as logos and product catalogs, with more attractive and consistent designs. In addition to improving design skills, this training also had a positive impact on MSMEs' digital marketing strategies. Good visual design has been shown to increase consumer appeal and product sales. Thus, mastering digital skills is crucial for strengthening brand identity and expanding market reach (Andari, Sari, & Hidayat, 2025). The use of Canva has proven effective in supporting the digital promotional transformation of MSMEs to become more competitive in the digital era.

This community service activity aims to provide education and technical recommendations related to energy efficiency and thermal comfort in the BIN Apartment building through simulations using DesignBuilder software. The purpose of the activity is to analyze and optimize the building’s energy consumption and ensure thermal comfort for the residents. The simulation results show that the building's Energy Use Intensity (EUI) is relatively low for the residential category, based on calculations made by the BGH team. The air conditioning (AC) system in conditioned spaces meets the thermal comfort standards according to ASHRAE, ensuring comfortable living conditions in these areas. However, in unconditioned areas, such as the family room, the Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) value reaches 1.5 (hot), indicating thermal discomfort. To address this issue, mechanical ventilation is recommended, with the capacity to produce an average air velocity of at least 0.6 m/s, which will improve airflow and enhance thermal comfort. Alternatively, adding an additional AC unit can also be considered, though it would result in a 20% increase in energy consumption. The findings and recommendations of this activity are expected to provide valuable insights and assist partners in making informed technical decisions when designing efficient and comfortable HVAC systems for vertical state-owned residential buildings. Ultimately, this program aims to optimize both energy usage and comfort, contributing to sustainable building management practices in the future.

One of the digital marketing strategies commonly used by companies and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to introduce their products and achieve optimal profits is through the use of social media (Hidayat et al., 2022). The rapid development of information technology, particularly the internet and social media, has significantly changed consumer behavior and the way businesses operate. Digital marketing provides strategic opportunities for business actors, including lower promotional costs, increased brand awareness, and the potential to boost sales (Dwivedi et al., 2020). However, many MSMEs have not yet fully utilized digital marketing strategies through social media. The lack of digital literacy and limited understanding of effective marketing strategies remain major challenges in business development. To address these issues, a community service team from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Islam Majapahit, implemented a mentoring program for the MSME “DnD Donat” located in Dlanggu District, Mojokerto Regency. The objective of this program was to provide the partner with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to design and implement an effective digital marketing strategy using social media as the primary promotional channel. Through this mentoring activity, the partner received education on the fundamentals of digital marketing, how to create engaging promotional content, and how to effectively use social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business. The results of the program showed that the partner gained an understanding of digital marketing strategies and began to implement them in their business activities. The positive impact of the program was reflected in a noticeable increase in both sales volume and income over a specific period following the implementation of the new marketing approach. This program is expected to serve as a model for developing digital capabilities among other MSMEs and to support the broader digital transformation in the micro and small business sector in a sustainable manner.

Developments in the digital era require communities to have the ability to access, understand, and utilize technology as part of their preparedness for global change. However, not all community groups have equal access and digital skills, particularly regional communities such as the Central Mamberamo Community Association (HMMT) in Sorong City. This community service activity aims to empower members of this community through training in developing mobile learning-based digital teaching materials using the Thunkable application. The method used was a direct, participatory, project-based approach, allowing participants to be actively involved in every stage of the activity. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of mobile learning, their ability to use the Thunkable platform, and the creation of simple teaching material prototypes relevant to the local context. The training also succeeded in increasing learning motivation and a sense of ownership of the developed digital products. These findings support the effectiveness of no-code and project-based learning approaches in improving digital literacy in non-technological communities. This activity serves as an initial model for inclusive and sustainable technology-based community empowerment. Furthermore, this activity also had a positive impact on strengthening collaboration among HMMT community members. By working together in teams, participants not only improved their technical skills but also developed more effective collaboration and communication skills. Using the no-code Thunkable app allows them to create digital learning materials without requiring a deep technical background, making them more accessible to a wide range of communities. The success of developing a prototype of learning materials tailored to local needs also opens up opportunities for the community to continue developing their digital products in the future, with the hope of expanding access to more equitable and quality education in the region.
