This study evaluates how macroeconomic variables such as interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates affect the returns on corporate bonds issued by the banking sector in Indonesia. Corporate bonds are an attractive investment alternative, but their performance is highly influenced by fluctuations in national economic conditions. This study uses secondary data obtained from company financial reports, macroeconomic data, and bond market information over a certain period. Multiple linear regression analysis is applied to assess the extent to which each factor affects bond returns. The analysis results indicate that increases in interest rates and inflation tend to reduce bond returns, while the effect of exchange rates is inconsistent and depends on the economic stability at the time. These findings can serve as important considerations for investors, financial analysts, and policymakers in managing risks and opportunities in the Indonesia banking bondmarket.

The Alpha generation is currently facing big challenges in balancing virtual activities and real life, where the high intensity of using devices often shifts priorities for worship, especially during the month of Ramadan. This dependence on digital screens triggers individualistic attitudes and reduces children's levels of religious participation. Therefore, this community service activity aims to increase the capacity of parents and children to implement time management and limit screen time effectively. The method used is a social marketing approach combined with participatory observation techniques, interactive visual promotions, and educational simulation games which were implemented in the Imaduddin Mosque Youth Hall, Medokan Ayu, Surabaya. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in understanding among children and parents regarding the importance of setting time limits for using devices. Generation Alpha children responded positively by enthusiastically setting their own daily priority scale between playing and worshiping without feeling forced. The implications of this activity include long-term changes to the social and spiritual dynamics of residents, the creation of a more harmonious family environment with minimal conflict related to confiscation of devices, as well as the revival of the function of mosques as centers of communal interaction for the younger generation. It is hoped that the independence of citizens in educating children will be able to build the foundation for a future generation that is digitally intelligent, mentally healthy and has a strong religious character.

Vision+ pay television. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of Public Relations practices at MNC Channels. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the role of Public Relations is not yet fully optimized, especially in the strategic decision-making process. Public Relations functions more as a technical implementer of communication rather than as a management advisor. This condition has an impact on the less than optimal efforts to strengthen the Vision+ brand image. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the role of Public Relations as an expert prescriber, communication facilitator, problem-solving facilitator, and communication technician to support the company's communication strategy and improve brand image. In addition, this study also found that internal coordination, utilization of digital media, and consistency of communication messages are important factors in building positive public perception. The lack of integration between the Public Relations function and strategic management causes the messages delivered to be not fully aligned with brand positioning

This study is motivated by the fact that the regulation of securities investment and direct investment in Indonesia still faces legal harmonization issues between the provisions of Law No. 4 of 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector particularly those governing the capital market and Government Regulation No. 63 of 2019 concerning Government Investment. This research aims to analyze the compatibility, substantial differences, and legal implications of the two regulations in the context of establishing an integrated and equitable investment legal system. This study applies a normative juridical approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data were collected using a literature study technique through a review of legislation, legal literature, and related policy documents. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques with an emphasis on systematic interpretation and the principle of harmonization of laws and regulations. The results of this study indicate that there is still a lack of synchronization between the regulation of securities investment in the capital market and the mechanism of direct investment by the government, particularly in terms of authority, risk management, and legal accountability. The findings of this study imply the need for improvements to derivative regulations and implementation guidelines that are capable of integrating capital market legal principles with government investment policies in order to create legal certainty and effective management of national investments. Keywords: Legal Harmonization, Securities Investment, and Government Investment

The phenomenon of radical transparency in the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) industry in 2025 triggered a reputation crisis and a massive erosion of customer loyalty. This crisis began with negative sentiment on social media that led to surprise inspections by regulatory authorities of the industry leader's "Mountain Spring" claim. The unpreparedness of the communication infrastructure in presenting technical data in real time led to a decline in brand image and a significant correction in market share to a critical figure of 47.4%. This article aims to formulate a conceptual framework for adaptive and data-driven PR presentation techniques through the integration of real-time data visualization and narrative reframing strategies. The method used is a descriptive conceptual analysis by evaluating the chronology of incidents and PR responses during the crisis. The analysis results show that unidirectional communication patterns and static presentation materials are deemed to fail to face viral and spontaneous public audits in the digital space. As a theoretical and practical contribution, this article proposes a new model, The Spontaneous Technical Presentation Model, and recommendations for the development of a Crisis Presentation Kit for the FMCG industry. Through a theoretical approach that expands the theory of Image Restoration, this study confirms that corporate image restoration in the digital era is highly dependent on the precision and transparency of visual data presented during field qualification

The practice of adulterating RON 92 (Pertamax) fuel has the potential to violate consumer rights and is contrary to applicable laws and regulations. The practice of mixing lower-quality fuel and then marketing it as RON 92 results in material and immaterial losses for users, including reduced vehicle performance and a loss of trust in business operators. This research aims to analyze the legal protections available to consumers regarding the practice of adulterating fuel based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and related provisions in Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas. The research method used is normative legal research with a library research approach, through analysis of relevant laws and regulations, scientific literature, and secondary legal sources. The results indicate that the practice of adulterating fuel violates consumers' rights to comfort, security, safety, and accurate information as stipulated in Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law, and violates the obligations of business actors as stipulated in Articles 7 and 8 of the Consumer Protection Law. Business actors can be held accountable for civil damages, dispute resolution through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK), or subject to administrative and criminal sanctions in accordance with the Oil and Gas Law. Therefore, legal protection for consumers in cases of fuel adulteration requires an interconnectedness between effective government oversight, firm law enforcement, business actor accountability, and increased consumer legal awareness to ensure legal certainty and fairness in trade activities.

Financial literacy is an essential aspect in supporting community financial management, particularly in rural and indigenous communities such as Kanekes Village (Baduy). Although the community has begun to access financial services and digital technology, their ability to manage finances remains limited. Therefore, this community service activity aims to identify the level of financial literacy and to encourage public awareness of better financial management. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and field observations. The results show that the community, especially in Baduy Luar, has utilized social media such as TikTok Live and Instagram for product marketing and has adopted digital payment systems such as QRIS through Bank BRI, although cash transactions still dominate. The main sources of income come from micro-enterprises based on local potential, including handicrafts, traditional clothing, accessories, and food products. However, the community generally lacks financial recording practices and structured financial planning, causing income to be directly spent on daily needs. The activity also indicates the emergence of initial awareness regarding financial management and highlights the role of youth as local leaders in adopting digital technology. Therefore, strengthening financial literacy is crucial to improving financial behavior and supporting sustainable economic transformation within the community.

Digital transformation has brought fundamental changes to the structure and dynamics of modern industrial economics. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data not only modify production and distribution processes but also revolutionize marketing strategies and patterns of industrial competition. This study is motivated by the need to understand how digital marketing transformation influences the development of competitive advantage through changes in digital market structure from an industrial economics perspective. In this context, digital marketing functions as a strategic instrument that integrates technology, data, and consumer behavior into market mechanisms. The analysis shows that digitalization creates a network-based market structure characterized by the concentration of economic power in major digital platforms and dominance in data control. This structure affects the intensity of competition, the direction of innovation, and patterns of industry differentiation. Digital marketing transformation enhances efficiency, expands market access, and lowers entry barriers for new players, yet it also creates competitive imbalances due to the dominance of large platforms.Through a digital Structure–Conduct–Performance (SCP) approach, the study finds that market structure acts as an intermediary variable that channels the impact of digitalization on competitive advantage. Digitalization significantly promotes industrial efficiency, innovation, and profitability. Proposed strategic solutions include strengthening digital literacy, developing adaptive regulations, and fostering cross-sector collaboration to create an inclusive, competitive, and sustainable digital industrial ecosystem

This study aims to examine the empowerment of local human resources as a strategic asset in the internationalization process of MSMEs in Sumber Wandhe Wonosalam, Jombang, East Java. This study employs a qualitative case study approach to facilitate the investigation of complex research phenomena, evaluate various perspectives, identify contributing factors, and generate a broad overview. The study indicates that success in internationalization requires a combination of capabilities that can meet market needs, rather than a single capability. Business actors who are able to recognize opportunities for local human resource empowerment can optimize the export process. This enables the region and its residents to maintain generational training in innovative management to address the turnover of the younger generation. Ultimately, this study provides a foundation for further research on the dynamic capabilities required for MSMEs to thrive in international markets.

The development of discipline in children should begin at an early age, particularly in managing time for studying, playing, worship, and resting. Simple time management assistance activities are conducted to help children understand the importance of time regulation and to foster disciplined behavior in their daily activities. These activities include introduction sessions, material delivery, question-and-answer sessions, as well as the distribution of gifts and group photo sessions, all carried out in an interactive and participatory manner. The results indicate that children begin to organize their daily schedules, follow instructions, and demonstrate gradual improvements in discipline. The research method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves children, facilitators, and teachers/ustadzah in the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This approach enables children to learn by doing, fostering a sense of responsibility, critical thinking skills, and the development of positive habits in a sustainable manner. The activity is also supported by the active participation of teachers/ustadzah and the facilitation team to enhance the effectiveness of the learning process; therefore, simple time management assistance based on the PAR method is effective in fostering discipline and orderliness in children from an early age.

The purpose of this study is to examine how online promotion, product innovation, and brand image affect product competitiveness in Batam City's flower bucket equipment industry (CV Acmeteam). This study employs a quantitative methodology, gathering information from 100 respondents via questionnaires using Simple Random Sampling with Slovin formula from a population of 135 active customers. Data were analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.750), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). Results show that all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. The normality test (Asymp. Sig. = 0.866 > 0.05) indicates normally distributed data, and no multicollinearity (VIF < 10) or heteroscedasticity (Sig. > 0.05) was detected. Regression analysis reveals that online promotion (β = 0.521, Sig. = 0.041), product innovation (β = 0.668, Sig. = 0.033), and brand image (β = 0.458, Sig. = 0.049) each significantly influence product competitiveness. Simultaneously, all three variables are significant (F = 9.876, Sig. = 0.000) and explain 44.9% (R² = 0.449) of product competitiveness variance. Product innovation is the strongest predictor. This study concludes that strong brand image, continuous product innovation, and effective digital marketing are essential pillars for enhancing product competitiveness. Business actors must optimize these three elements to compete effectively in an increasingly open creative industry market.

The rapid development of social media, particularly Instagram, has transformed consumers’ information-seeking behavior and purchasing decision processes, making information quality in digital catalogs a crucial factor in visual-based marketing. However, studies examining information quality in Instagram-based digital catalogs for highly customized products remain limited. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the quality of digital catalog information and purchasing decisions on the @santflowersbouquet account. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, involving 95 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity, reliability, and Spearman’s Rank correlation tests. The results indicate that information quality is categorized as high, with accuracy (92.6%) and timeliness (86.3%) as the dominant indicators.
