Background: Accurate detection of renal cysts on CT urography requires high diagnostic precision, while manual interpretation by radiologists is susceptible to inter-observer variability and potential delays in clinical decision-making. These challenges underscore the need for a reliable automated detection system to support radiological assessment. Objective: This study aims to develop and evaluate the performance of the Neo-ZasAI application based on the YOLOv8 algorithm for the automatic identification of renal cysts. Methods: Employing a Research and Development design using the ADDIE model, the study encompassed needs analysis, model design, software development, system implementation using 200 CT urography images, and diagnostic performance evaluation. Classification results generated by Neo-ZasAI were compared with radiologist readings through confusion matrix analysis and ROC–AUC assessment. Results: The findings indicate that Neo-ZasAI achieved an accuracy of 97,5%, sensitivity of 96%, specificity of 99%, positive predictive value of 98,9%, and negative predictive value of 96,1%. The ROC analysis yielded an AUC of 0.988 (p < 0.001), demonstrating excellent discriminative capability and high concordance with radiologist interpretations as the diagnostic gold standard. Conclusion: These results suggest that Neo-ZasAI is capable of performing rapid, consistent, and accurate renal cyst detection and is thus feasible for implementation as a clinical decision support system in radiology, with potential integration into PACS workflows and further development to enhance model generalizability.

Corruption is a serious problem that leads to declining public trust, weakened governance, and hindered national development. Beyond economic losses, corruption also erodes moral values, ethics, and social justice within society. Therefore, corruption prevention efforts must be carried out systematically and sustainably, one of which is through the internalization of anti-corruption values at an early stage, particularly among students as future generations. This community service activity aimed to instill values of integrity, honesty, responsibility, and public ethics among students through the Anti-Corruption Generation Interactive Seminar, conducted in commemoration of International Anti-Corruption Day 2025. The activity involved approximately 150 junior and senior high school students in Makassar. The method employed was an interactive seminar implemented through material presentations and discussions between speakers and participants. The seminar materials emphasized an understanding of the dangers of corruption, its impacts on national and social life, and the strategic role of students in fostering an anti-corruption culture within schools and the wider community. The evaluation of the activity was conducted through observation of participant engagement and responses during the seminar. The results indicated an increase in students’ understanding and awareness of anti-corruption values, as well as the importance of integrity-oriented behavior in everyday life. This activity demonstrates that interactive seminars can serve as an effective approach to supporting students’ character development and strengthening preventive efforts against corruption.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Al-Miftah method in improving the mastery of reading traditional Islamic texts at Al-Mashhad Senior High School in Cijurai, Sukabumi. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of Al-Miftah teachers, students, and related parties. The results of the study indicate that the Al-Miftah method is implemented through the stages of introducing the basic rules of nahwu-sharaf, practicing reading traditional Islamic texts in stages, and strengthening understanding through repetition and direct practice. The implementation of this method has been proven to help students understand the structure of Arabic and improve their ability to read traditional Islamic texts, although several obstacles were still encountered, such as differences in students' Arabic language backgrounds, limited learning time, minimal independent practice, and limited mastery of the method by teachers. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include learning grouping, time optimization, out-of-class practice assistance, and improving teacher competency through continuous training and evaluation. Thus, the Al-Miftah method has a positive contribution in increasing mastery of reading traditional books at Al-Mashhad Cijurai Sukabumi High School if supported by appropriate and continuous learning strategies

This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation and career development on nurses’ performance through job satisfaction among nurses at Pertamina Balikpapan Hospital. Nurses’ performance is a key determinant of service quality and patient safety because nurses interact most intensively with patients and ensure continuity of nursing care. However, prior studies on the relationships among motivation, career development, job satisfaction, and performance have reported mixed findings. Therefore, further examination is needed by incorporating job satisfaction as a mediating variable to explain the mechanism of influence more comprehensively. This research employed an explanatory design with a quantitative approach. Primary data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 165 permanent nurses selected through purposive sampling from a population of 292 nurses. Data were analyzed using variance-based SEM with SmartPLS 4, including outer model evaluation (convergent and discriminant validity) and construct reliability, as well as inner model assessment through the coefficient of determination, effect size, and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and career development also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on nurses’ performance. In addition, work motivation and career development have positive and significant direct effects on nurses’ performance. Indirect effect testing confirms that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work motivation and nurses’ performance and also mediates the relationship between career development and nurses’ performance. These findings emphasize that hospitals should strengthen strategies to enhance motivation and career development in a targeted manner while ensuring key sources of job satisfaction so that nurses’ performance improves sustainably.

Malnutrition and stunting among children under five remain major public health challenges in developing countries, including Indonesia. These conditions are associated with increased morbidity, mortality, impaired cognitive development, and reduced productivity in adulthood. Stunting reflects chronic nutritional deficiencies, while severe malnutrition indicates acute or prolonged inadequate nutrient intake, often exacerbated by infections, poor caregiving practices, and unfavorable socioeconomic conditions. This case report aims to describe the clinical condition, contributing factors, management, and outcomes of a 14-month-old female toddler diagnosed with severe malnutrition and stunting without complications in Blang Dalam Geuteung Village, Nisam Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency. The assessment was conducted using a family medicine approach, incorporating detailed history taking, physical examination, anthropometric measurements, and nutritional status evaluation based on World Health Organization Z-score indicators. Interventions included nutritional rehabilitation through appropriate dietary intake, family education on balanced nutrition and proper feeding practices, routine growth monitoring, and optimization of primary healthcare services. The results showed gradual improvement in the child’s nutritional status, evidenced by weight gain, better appetite, and improved feeding patterns following the intervention. This case highlights the importance of early detection, comprehensive family-centered management, and continuous monitoring in addressing malnutrition and stunting at the primary care level. Strengthening community-based interventions, improving caregiver knowledge, and enhancing collaboration between healthcare providers and families are essential to reduce the burden of malnutrition and support optimal child growth and development.

Waste management at the village level still faces various challenges, particularly related to the practice of open burning, which causes environmental pollution and health risks. This condition reflects a gap between the concept of sustainable waste management within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the social reality of local communities. This community service activity aims to implement a low-smoke waste burning container as a community-based waste management innovation and to analyze its contribution to the achievement of the SDGs in Nglaris Village. The method applied was a participatory approach involving observation, socialization, design and construction of the burning container, assistance, and program evaluation. The results indicate that the implementation of the low-smoke burning container reduces the intensity of smoke emissions, increases community participation, and encourages behavioral changes in waste management practices. The program also contributes to improving the quality of the living environment and supports the achievement of SDGs, particularly in environmental, health, and sustainable settlement aspects. These findings demonstrate that simple technological innovations adapted to local social conditions can serve as a model for sustainable waste management at the village level.

The development of education in the digital era requires students to master not only academic skills, but also soft skills and hard skills as a provision to face the challenges of education and the world of work. However, the learning process at Papua High School in Sorong City is still teacher-oriented, so students' communication courage and technological skills have not developed optimally. This community service activity aims to empower students through public communication training (public speaking) and computer network cable techniques to strengthen 21st century skills. The method used is a participatory approach with hands-on practice through four stages: observation, socialization, training, and evaluation. Public speaking training is focused on increasing students' courage and confidence in communicating, while network cable training emphasizes basic technical skills such as recognizing cable types, RJ-45 connector functions, crimping techniques, and connectivity testing. The results of the activities showed high participation and enthusiasm from students, as well as increased public speaking courage and basic understanding in network cable making. The integration of public communication training and technology skills has been proven to have a positive impact on the development of student competencies. Therefore, this activity is recommended as a model for developing soft skills and hard skills for high school students, especially in areas with limited access to technology learning.

Adolescence is a crucial period in human development, characterized by biological, psychological, and social changes. At this stage, adolescents require proper understanding of reproductive health to prevent risky behaviors and to support the development of healthy and responsible attitudes. This community service activity aimed to improve students’ knowledge of reproductive health through socialization at State Vocational High School (SMKN) 1 Mempura, Siak Regency. The method used was descriptive qualitative with a focus on education through material delivery, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The activity was conducted on August 14, 2025, at the SMKN 1 Mempura Hall, involving 39 students out of 50 targeted participants. Data were obtained through observation of students’ participation and documentation of the activity, and were then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed that students were enthusiastic in attending the socialization and demonstrated improved understanding of reproductive health concepts, reproductive organ functions, personal hygiene, and the risks of unsafe sexual behaviors. The interactive discussion also revealed students’ willingness to ask questions and share perspectives, reflecting stronger attitudes and confidence in maintaining reproductive health. In conclusion, the socialization of reproductive health at SMKN 1 Mempura successfully enhanced students’ knowledge and awareness. Despite limitations in terms of time allocation and long-term evaluation, this activity provided tangible benefits. Future efforts are recommended to develop sustainable programs supported by additional learning media and closer collaboration with the school.

Kemejing Village is geographically hilly with winding roads and minimal lighting, reducing visibility and potentially compromising the safety and security of road users, especially at night. This community service activity aims to improve visibility and safety for road users in Kemejing Village, Loano District, Purworejo Regency, by installing road reflectors and street lighting (PJU) using photocell sensors. The method used was community empowerment based on field actions, which included observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation, involving students, village officials, and the community. The results of this activity showed that the road reflectors and PJU using photocell sensors successfully improved visibility at night, provided automatic and energy-efficient lighting, and made road users feel safer and more comfortable. This activity provided positive benefits to the community and helped build village infrastructure that can continue to develop in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The problem of household organic waste remains a major challenge in urban areas, including in the North Rejowinangun Village of Magelang City. High population density and limited land use cause the volume of organic waste to continue to increase and impact the condition of the Final Disposal Site (TPA) which is experiencing overcapacity. This community service activity aims to provide a community-based organic waste management solution through the cultivation of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots as a method of organic waste bioconversion. The implementation method is carried out in a participatory manner through the stages of preparation and problem identification, implementation of activities in the form of education and direct practice of BSF maggot cultivation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activity show that BSF maggots are able to decompose household organic waste effectively, as indicated by a reduction in waste volume in a relatively short time and a decrease in potential odor. BSF larvae show stable growth with a high level of waste consumption, especially in media with good humidity and management. In addition to the environmental impact, this activity also increases public knowledge and awareness about the importance of organic waste management and opens up opportunities for the development of maggot cultivation as a productive activity with economic value. Thus, BSF maggot cultivation can be an alternative solution for sustainable organic waste management that is easy to implement in the community.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Islamic Character Education Program at RA Al-Mu’minin Atula using the Goal Oriented Evaluation model. Islamic character education in early childhood education plays a crucial role in shaping students’ religious attitudes, moral values, and noble character through the internalization of Islamic values from an early age. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected from the head of the institution, classroom teachers, and students through observation and in-depth interviews. The Goal Oriented Evaluation model was applied to assess the achievement of program objectives by comparing predetermined goals with the actual implementation and outcomes in the field. The findings indicate that the Islamic character education program at RA Al-Mu’minin Atula has been implemented fairly effectively, particularly through routine religious activities such as reciting Iqra before learning sessions, collective prayers, and habituation of discipline and polite behavior. The program positively contributes to the development of students’ religious character. However, several aspects require improvement, especially in formulating more measurable indicators and establishing systematic evaluation documentation. In conclusion, the Goal Oriented Evaluation model is appropriate for evaluating Islamic character education programs in early childhood education institutions and provides valuable recommendations for continuous program improvement.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 360-degree feedback method in employee performance evaluation in the Preventive Maintenance department of PT. Doulton. Employee performance evaluation is a crucial element in an organization to ensure work effectiveness, competency improvement, and continuous development of human resource quality. This study uses performance assessment data from six employees with indicators in the form of assessment scores, performance categories, feedback, and corrective action plans. The results show that employee performance assessment scores range from 28.6 to 40.2, with the majority of employees falling into the “adequate” performance category. The findings also indicate that the dominant aspects of feedback are the need to improve consistency, communication, initiative, and work effectiveness. The most recommended follow-up strategy is coaching, while for employees with excellent performance, development through leadership training and promotion is recommended. Conceptually, the implementation of feedback-based performance evaluation has supported the principle of continuous development, but the implementation of the 360-degree method still requires strengthening, especially in the multi-source aspect of assessment to be more objective, comprehensive, and in accordance with the theoretical characteristics of 360-degree feedback. Thus, implementing this method can be an effective strategy for improving employee performance and career development in the Preventive Maintenance department if implemented systematically and involving various assessors.

Science learning in elementary schools, especially regarding the material on changes in the state of matter, requires media that can present concepts in a concrete and interesting way so So that it is easy for students to understand. This research aims to develop a science learning medium about changes in the states of matter through BrainPOP animated videos equipped with interactive questions for fourth-grade elementary school students, and to evaluate the level of feasibility and studentThis research focuses on students’ feedback toward the developed learning media. It adopts a The research and development (R&D) methodology based on the ADDIE model includes steps such as needs analysis, instructional design, product development, implementation, and evaluation. The students involved in the research were in fourth grade  elementary school students, fourth-grade teachers, and validators from material experts and media experts. The process of data collection involved multiple methods such as direct observation, in-depth interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires obtained were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study indicate that the developed learning media is classified as very feasible based on validation provided by material experts and media experts. In addition, the results of limited trials indicate that students gave a very positive response to the use of these learning media. Therefore, science learning media based on BrainPOP animated videos and interactive questions can be considered a feasible alternative to increase the interest and understanding of fourth-grade elementary school students.

Listening skills are frequently regarded as the most challenging aspect of English language acquisition due to the complexity of the cognitive processes involved. In an orphanage environment, limited access to learning resources remains a primary obstacle to the development of this competence. This community outreach initiative aims to sharpen the listening skills of children at the Bonang Orphanage in Banjarmasin through the integration of subtitled YouTube videos and interactive repetition drill techniques. The implementation method involved 20 children selected via purposive sampling, utilizing a one-group pretest-posttest design. The intervention procedure encompassed the presentation of listening strategies, interactive discussions, and structured repetition exercises designed to build phonological automaticity. Quantitative evaluation results indicated a significant improvement, with the participants' mean score rising from 82.9 on the pretest to 86.7 on the posttest, with a maximum achievement score of 94. The discussion reveals that the use of subtitles serves as a visual scaffolding mechanism that facilitates sound-to-form mapping, while repetition drills strengthen the participants' working memory. Overall, the utilization of digital media and repetitive exercises proved effective in lowering cognitive barriers and increasing the participants' active engagement in English language learning.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Market Day activities in developing the social skills of children aged 5–6 years at TK IT Bunayya 7. The research focuses on planning, implementation, evaluation, and challenges faced by teachers during the process. A qualitative approach was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The subjects were 15 children from group B and their classroom teacher. The findings reveal that Market Day effectively fosters children’s social skills, including cooperation, communication, empathy, responsibility, and honesty. Through simple buying and selling activities, children learn to interact while practicing togetherness and Islamic values. Challenges identified include children’s inconsistent cooperation and teachers’ limited ability to manage the activities optimally. In conclusion, Market Day serves as a project-based learning method that provides meaningful, enjoyable, and contextual experiences to support the social development of early childhood.

This study examines the learning methods and evaluation of philosophy at STAI Al Mashturiyah within the context of Islamic higher education. The background of this research is the need to strengthen critical, reflective, and ethical thinking among students through philosophy learning that is relevant to Islamic values. The study aims to analyze how philosophy learning methods are implemented and how evaluation practices are applied in the classroom. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through direct interviews with philosophy course lecturers and supported by academic documents. The findings indicate that philosophy learning at STAI Al Mashturiyah applies a combination of lectures, discussions, and question-and- answer methods, while evaluation is conducted through written assessments and process-based evaluations such as participation and presentations. These approaches contribute to the development of students’ analytical and argumentative skills. The study highlights the importance of integrating interactive learning methods and comprehensive evaluation systems to enhance the quality of philosophy education in Islamic higher education. The results have implications for improving pedagogical practices and strengthening the theoretical and practical foundations of philosophy learning in Islamic institutions.

Philosophy learning has a strategic role in shaping students' critical, reflective, and rational thinking skills. However, the main challenge faced in this learning process is to determine assessment and evaluation methods that are in accordance with the character of philosophy that are abstract and argumentative. This study aims to describe the method, assessment, and evaluation of philosophy learning based on the results of an in-depth interview with STISIP lecturer Syamsul Ulum. The research approach used is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, so that a comprehensive picture of philosophy learning practices in higher education is obtained. The results of the study show that discussion methods, case studies, and critical reflection are the most effective approaches in improving the quality of philosophy learning. The assessment is more focused on the student's thinking process, not solely on the final result, while the evaluation is directed at changing the way of thinking and the intellectual maturity of the students. These findings confirm that philosophy learning is not only oriented towards mastery of the material, but also on the formation of a critical, reflective, and ethical mindset that is an important provision for students in dealing with the complexities of academic and social life. Thus, philosophy learning plays a role as a means of intellectual development as well as student morals.

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology presents significant opportunities to improve the quality of learning; however, its utilization in school settings is still constrained by teachers’ limited competencies. This community service program aims to enhance teachers’ competencies in utilizing AI-based learning technologies in a pedagogical, ethical, and practical manner. The implementation method consisted of preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The activities were carried out through interactive workshops, demonstrations of AI-based educational tools, hands-on practice with mentoring, and evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in using AI for lesson planning, instructional media development, and learning assessment. Teachers also demonstrated more positive attitudes and greater confidence in integrating AI into classroom practices. Nevertheless, challenges such as varying levels of digital literacy and limited technological infrastructure were still identified. Overall, this community service activity proved effective in improving teachers’ competencies and has the potential to support more innovative and adaptive learning transformation in the digital era.

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is one of the most common health problems among primary school–aged children and may interfere with the learning process as well as children’s overall health status. This community service activity aimed to improve primary school students’ knowledge and awareness regarding ARI prevention through the implementation of the Faculty of Medicine Teaching Movement. The methods used were interactive lectures and demonstrations tailored to the characteristics of primary school children, including education on ARI, proper cough and sneeze etiquette, and correct handwashing practices. The community service program was conducted in three stages: planning and preparation, implementation, and evaluation and monitoring. The activity involved collaboration between lecturers and medical students from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang, who served as health education facilitators. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in students’ knowledge, with the proportion of students in the good knowledge category increasing from 47.4% before the intervention to 78.9% after the intervention, along with an increase in the mean score of 28.4 points (p < 0.05). This activity not only enhanced students’ understanding of ARI prevention but also strengthened the role of medical students in field-based learning and promoted the development of health awareness within the school and family environment.

Islamic Educational Philosophy holds a pivotal role in directing the learning process to remain consistent with Islamic principles. This article seeks to explore how the values of Islamic Educational Philosophy are implemented in the learning activities at the Institute of KH Ahmad Sanusi, with a focus on fourth-semester students. The study adopts a qualitative approach using a descriptive-analytical design based on library research and the examination of instructional practices. The results reveal that Islamic Educational Philosophy serves as a conceptual framework for determining and applying learning strategies, including discussion and inquiry-based learning, which foster active participation, critical thinking, and the internalization of Islamic values. Learning assessment is carried out in a comprehensive manner by addressing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains through individual assignments, collaborative tasks, formal examinations, and academic writing activities. Moreover, the emphasis on self-reflection (muhasabah) enhances students’ awareness of their moral and spiritual responsibilities in the process of seeking knowledge. The application of Islamic Educational Philosophy is therefore expected to support the development of students who are intellectually competent, morally grounded, and reflectively aware as future educators and Muslim intellectuals.
