The rapid growth of the digital era significantly reduces children's physical activity, thus having an impact on decreasing gross and fine motor development in elementary school-age children. The habit of excessive use of gadgets causes children to tend to be passive and less involved in structured movement activities. Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS), as the basis of motor competence which includes locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative skills, shows increasingly less than optimal development in early childhood and school age. This study examines the contribution of FMS to children's motor development and evaluates the effectiveness of FMS-based learning media, especially modified snake and ladder games, in improving students' basic movement skills. The study used a descriptive-correlational quantitative design involving 40 students aged 6–9 years who were selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2) instrument, structured observation rubrics, and supporting documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation tests to see the relationships between variables. The findings of this research are expected to be the basis for the development of more innovative, adaptive, and fun physical education programs to support children's motor development in the midst of the challenges of the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the transformation of the educational pattern at the Indonesian Naval Academy (AAL) from a four-year to a three-year system and its impact on graduate competencies and operational readiness. This educational system change responds to budget efficiency needs and accelerated officer formation filling, yet raises questions about the new system's ability to maintain the quality of officer education. The research employs a mixed methods approach with a concurrent embedded design, involving 250 respondents comprising graduates from both educational systems, AAL instructors, and unit commanders receiving graduates. Quantitative data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (independent sample t-test and regression), while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies analyzed using thematic analysis. Results indicate no significant difference in overall Grade Point Average (GPA) between the two groups (p=0.470), but significant differences in competency patterns emerged: four-year system graduates excelled in theoretical competencies (p=0.001), while three-year system graduates excelled in practical competencies (p=0.003). Operational readiness evaluation shows that four-year system graduates obtained higher scores (82.5) compared to three-year system graduates (78.3), with significant differences (p=0.012), particularly in strategic leadership and complex decision-making aspects. Qualitative analysis identified five major themes: high learning time pressure, orientation shift from comprehensive to pragmatic, gaps in character formation and corps values, concerns about theoretical understanding depth, and need for more intensive post-graduation mentoring programs. This study concludes that educational time compression successfully increased operational efficiency but involved trade-offs in learning depth and professional maturity. To optimize the three-year educational system, a comprehensive approach is required, including curriculum revision with integrated learning methods, utilization of modern learning technology, strengthening of leadership development programs, and development of continuous professional mentoring systems. The recommendations of this research are expected to provide input for AAL and the Indonesian Navy in refining the officer education system to produce officers who are not only technically competent but also mature in leadership and strong in character.

Inflation, unemployment, and deflation are three fundamental macroeconomic phenomena that are closely interconnected in influencing a nation’s economic stability. These variables illustrate the equilibrium between production capacity, consumption behavior, and government intervention in achieving sustainable economic growth. The main purpose of this study is to explore the interrelationship between inflation, unemployment, and deflation, and to assess their implications for Indonesia’s economic stability. This research applies a qualitative descriptive method, employing literature reviews, document analysis, and secondary data evaluation derived from credible institutions such as the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Ministry of Finance. The results suggest that a moderate level of inflation can positively stimulate economic expansion through increased consumption and investment activities. In contrast, excessive inflation tends to erode consumer purchasing power and potentially elevate unemployment rates. Meanwhile, prolonged deflationary conditions may lead to a decline in product prices, reduced business profitability, and slower economic momentum. The interaction among these three factors is complex and dynamic, necessitating a coordinated balance between fiscal and monetary policies to safeguard overall economic stability. This study concludes that effective inflation control, job creation, and deflation prevention are critical elements in strengthening Indonesia’s long-term economic resilience.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economic growth by creating employment opportunities and contributing significantly to the national GDP. However, their contribution to the country’s tax revenue remains relatively low compared to their overall economic impact. This study aims to examine the contribution of the MSME sector to Indonesia’s tax revenue and to identify the factors influencing this contribution level. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), and the Ministry of Finance covering the period 2018–2023. The findings indicate that the tax contribution from MSMEs has gradually increased over the years, although it still accounts for less than one percent of total national tax revenue. This positive trend is supported by the implementation of lower tax rates, the digitalization of tax systems, and the growing tax awareness among business owners. The study suggests that further administrative simplification and stronger government support are essential to enhance the role of MSMEs in strengthening Indonesia’s fiscal capacity

The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), also known as the Indonesia Composite Index is a key indicator that reflects the performance of the Indonesian capital market and serves as a reference for assessing economic conditions and making investment decisions. This study aims to examine the influence of macroeconomic factors such as inflation, the rupiah exchange rate, and interest rates along with an external factor, the Dow Jones Index, on the JCI during the period 2020–2024. This research contributes by incorporating the DJIA as a proxy for global market effects on the JCI and by using the most recent and comprehensive dataset covering the pandemic and subsequent economic recovery. A quantitative approach was employed, using monthly time-series secondary data. The study applied saturated sampling, resulting in 60 observations. The data were obtained from official sources, namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Bank Indonesia (BI), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and Investing.com. Multiple linear regression was used as the analysis technique. The results show that inflation and the Dow Jones Index have a significant positive effect with the JCI, while the rupiah exchange rate has a significant negative effect. In contrast, interest rates do not show a significant effect on the JCI. These findings suggest that investors should consider inflation, the exchange rate, and global market movements (DJIA) when making investment decisions, while interest rates may play a less prominent role.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the role of profitability in moderating the relationship green accounting, environmental performance, and total asset turnover on firm value in the 2019-2023 food and beverage subsector. All food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in that period became the research population. The purposive sampling technique resulted in 80 companies. Analyzed were using Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Tests, Hypothesis Testing, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The result show that green accounting has a negative and significant effect on firm value, while environmental performance has a positive and significant effect.Total asset turnover does not significantly affect firm value. Furthermore, profitability is proven to moderate the relationship between green accounting and environmental performance with firm value but does not moderate the effect of total asset turnover. Based on these findings, green accounting plays a role in influencing firm value, although it is not the primary factor determining investors assessments. The implementation of environmental performance is more widely perceived as a form of social responsibility and sustainability that enhances public trust and market value. Meanwhile, efficiency in asset utilization through total asset turnover is not considered a key determinant in increasing firm value.

Femoral fractures resulting from road traffic accidents (RTAs) are a major cause of morbidity in developing countries, particularly among economically active young adults. Despite the increasing rate of RTAs in Nigeria, there is a lack of localized data concerning the radiographic distribution and epidemiological characteristics of femoral fractures. This study provides region-specific baseline data for clinical decision-making and public health interventions. A retrospective descriptive study was conducted using patient case notes and radiographic records of 141 individuals with femoral fractures resulting from RTAs, presented at Erichris Diagnostic Centre, Benin City, between January 2019 and December 2022. Radiographs were evaluated to determine fracture location (proximal, middle, or distal third). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20, and results were presented using descriptive and inferential statistics. Associations between fracture type, age, and gender were examined using Chi-square tests with significance set at p < 0.05. The majority of patients were males (87.2%) and within the 16–30-year age group (72.3%), with a mean age of 31.6 years. The right femur was affected in 55.3% of cases. Middle third femoral shaft fractures were the most prevalent (63.8%), followed by proximal (26.3%) and distal fractures (9.9%). There was no statistically significant association between gender and fracture type (p > 0.05) or between age group and fracture type (p > 0.05). This study demonstrates a high incidence of middle shaft femoral fractures among young adult males due to RTAs in Benin City. These findings highlight the urgent need for targeted road safety policies, improved trauma care infrastructure, and preventive strategies directed at high-risk groups. The data provided serve as a critical reference for orthopedic management and public health planning.

This study examines the Coldplay Gate phenomenon as a reflection of gender inequality and weak ethical relations in the workplace. The event, which began as a personal issue in the entertainment sphere, evolved into a public discourse because it revealed the vulnerability of women within organizational power structures. The workplace, which should uphold professionalism, instead demonstrates gender bias, subordination, and dysfunctional practices that undermine institutional integrity. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study as the main method. Data were collected from news articles, research reports, and official publications from both national and international institutions such as the World Bank Gender Data Portal (2024), Statistics Indonesia (BPS, 2024), the International Labour Organization (ILO), and Populix (2024). Data analysis was conducted using content analysis to identify key themes, including women’s subordination, abuse of power relations, and weak organizational ethics. The findings indicate that Coldplay Gate should not be understood merely as a personal scandal but as a reflection of unequal workplace structures. Empirical data reinforce this conclusion, such as women’s labor participation of only 55.41 percent, limited representation in strategic positions (15 percent of CEOs are women), and high levels of workplace discrimination (45 percent). These findings highlight the need for ethical awareness and gender sensitivity to be internalized within organizational culture. The study concludes that formal regulations must be accompanied by the development of a fair, safe, and inclusive professional culture, enabling workplaces to function as equal spaces for all individuals without barriers based on gender or power relations.

Academic planning is one form of planning the teaching and learning process in state universities, aimed at achieving educational goals based on the standards set. One important aspect of academic planning is forecasting the number of new students. This study compares two forecasting methods, Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), in predicting the number of new students in the Statistics Study Program at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Forecasting the number of new students is crucial for determining various policies, such as resource allocation and providing adequate facilities. The results of the study show that the ARIMA method produces more accurate predictions with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 0.35%, which is lower than the FTS method. This indicates that ARIMA is more effective in predicting the number of new students in the Statistics Study Program at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo and can serve as a reference to improve academic planning quality in higher education institutions.

Early mobilization is an important component of postpartum care that may influence the speed of uterine involution. Delayed uterine involution can increase the risk of postpartum complications, including hemorrhage and prolonged recovery. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between early mobilization and uterine involution among postpartum mothers at Gandasuli Public Health Center. An analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted from September to November 2025. The study population consisted of 56 postpartum mothers, selected using a total sampling technique. The independent variable was early mobilization, categorized based on the type of activity performed, while the dependent variable was uterine involution assessed through uterine fundal height reduction. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Kendall’s tau-b correlation test. The results showed that most respondents practiced early mobilization, particularly standing and walking, and the majority experienced rapid uterine involution. Bivariate analysis revealed a statistically significant relationship between early mobilization and uterine involution (τ = -0.321; p = 0.010). In conclusion, early mobilization is significantly associated with faster uterine involution among postpartum mothers. Promoting early mobilization should be emphasized as part of routine postpartum care to support maternal recovery.

This study aims to predict the total population of Deli Serdang Regency for the year 2025 using a multiple linear regression approach. The data used were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Deli Serdang for the years 2015–2024, with total population as the dependent variable and male population and the percentage of male population as the independent variables. The analysis was carried out through a series of basic assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, all of which indicated that the model met the criteria for a valid regression model. The results of the F-test and t-test showed that both independent variables had a significant influence on the total population. The R² value of 1.000 indicates that the model is capable of explaining 100% of the variation in the population size. Based on the regression model obtained, the projected total population of Deli Serdang in 2025 is estimated to reach 4,075,362 people, an increase of 2,026,882 people from the previous year. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for regional development planning, particularly in the provision of public services and resource management.

In the modern computing era, servers face significant challenges in data storage due to hardware failures, cyber attacks, or human errors. The problem highlighted focuses on the impact of file systems on three critical aspects: data integrity (accuracy and consistency of data without corruption), data recovery (the ability to restore data after a failure), and failure resilience (fault tolerance, such as redundancy and journaling to prevent downtime). The main issue is that traditional file systems like FAT32 or NTFS are often susceptible to fragmentation, metadata loss, or long recovery times, which can lead to data loss of up to 20-30% on enterprise servers, especially in high-traffic environments like cloud computing.A simple problem-solving process is conducted through a straightforward comparative analysis approach: (1) A literature review of popular file systems (ext4, ZFS, Btrfs); (2) Failure simulations using tools like fsck and stress testing on virtual servers (e.g., via KVM or Docker); and (3) Measuring performance metrics with benchmarking tools like Bonnie++ for I/O throughput, recovery time, and error rates. This process is designed to be simple, requiring only a virtual lab setup without expensive hardware, and is analyzed quantitatively with descriptive statistics. The solution to the problem indicates that advanced file systems like ZFS or Btrfs provide significant improvements: data integrity is up to 95% more secure through automatic checksums, data recovery is achieved in minutes through snapshots and RAID integration, and failure resilience is higher with copy-on-write features. The main recommendation is to migrate to journaling-based file systems for servers, combined with automated backups, which can reduce the risk of downtime by up to 50%. This research provides practical guidance for system administrators to enhance server reliability without excessive additional costs.
