A nurse is someone who works and provides excellent and quality service 24 hours a day, so a nurse must be in good physical condition. The condition of the body which should be in the rest phase must be conditioned on working conditions which can result in work stress and end in work fatigue. Work fatigue is a tired condition felt by a person which is also characterized by a decrease in work productivity. Workload is the volume of work of nurses in a hospital unit. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurse characteristics and workload with work fatigue in inpatient rooms at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. The design of this research is cross sectional. The sample in this study was 86 patients treated at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital using a total sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the chi square test. The results show that there is a relationship between workload and the level of fatigue in inpatient nurses at Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital with a p value of 0.000. It is recommended that nurses should carry out Benson therapy after providing nursing care so that the level of fatigue can be reduced, understand the work and duties of nursing so that nurses can carry out their duties according to applicable regulations, and make the best use of rest time.

Abstract.This article explores the creation story in Genesis 1:1-31 and provides a deeper understanding of how time, matter and space play a role in creation. Through the time perspective, we can understand that God created everything in six days and rested on the seventh day. The material perspective discusses the materials of the creation of the universe and life that show God's greatness in creating everything. Meanwhile, the spatial perspective explains the position of the Earth and the universe in the creation story.This paper also discusses how humans can understand and appreciate God's creation through this creation story. As God's created beings, humans should be able to appreciate God's greatn ess and care for His creation. The implication of understanding God's greatness in the creation story is to strengthen our faith as human beings and inspire us to care for the environment as part of our responsibility as God's creatures.

McDonald's is one of the franchises that has expanded the most both in Indonesia and internationally. The term "strategy" is used to describe the ways through which a corporation works to fulfill its purpose and vision over a certain period of time. Analyzing the company's external elements is essential before developing a marketing plan. The organization has to analyze its external environment in order to recognize threats and seize opportunities. The goal of this study is to determine whether external influences have an impact on McDonald's business strategy. The research approach used here is a case study based on a SWOT analysis. This information is derived from other sources. Meanwhile, qualitative research is being undertaken. Many data sources are used in this method to investigate a topic from several angles. Materials like magazines, newspapers, periodicals, and articles. In a situation when the firm's strengths are 1.45 and its shortcomings are 0.50, the company is doing really well. In light of the 2.12 opportunities and 1.8 risks present. The study's findings suggest that the fast food restaurant in question has sound management practices and can compete well in an industry where many similar enterprises can be found.

Problematic Social Media Use (PSMU), namely being too busy with social media, having a strong or uncontrollable motivation to use social media, and spending too much time and effort on social media that causes disruption to social life, personal or other people, and health psychological and well-being. PMSB is complex and is formed by many factors, including biological, psychological, social, and cultural. In addition, interrelated factors such as personality, environmental factors, and behavioral systems can develop behavior problems such as PMSB. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a role of Dark Trait Personality (DTP) with Problematic Social Media Use (PSMU). The subjects in this study were 202 early adults who used social media. The instruments used were the Short Dark Triad Scale (SD3), Short Sadistic Impulse Scale (SSIS), and Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS). The analysis technique used is process by Hayes. The results of the study have a positive significance (0.00 > 0.05), which means that the higher the Dark Characteristics namely Psychopathy, Makiavelianism, /narcissism, and Sadism that a person has, then a person will tend to increasingly use his social media with bad or negative purposes so that have negative consequences for him. The results also show that there are a number of roles assigned by Dark Trait Personality (DTP) to Problematic Social Media Use (PSMU) of 27.1%, while the rest are influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether environmental awareness, green product advertising, environmental knowledge, and green buy intention can affect each other as well as whether Makassar residents' environmental knowledge is influenced by their intentions to make green purchases. Descriptive research methodologies are used in this study. Data from samples in Makassar were also gathered by researchers via an online survey method. Makassar population sampling is made easier with the use of the probability sampling technique. The study's findings indicated that while environmental knowledge had a positive and significant impact on green purchase intention, green purchase intention had a positive and significant impact on environmental knowledge, and environmental awareness and green product advertising had a positive but not statistically significant effect on green purchase intention. The restricted sample size of 164 respondents resulting from time constraints during the research process is the research's main weakness.

The new paradigm for the settlement of juvenile crimes in Law no. 11 of  2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System includes several provisions in the process of resolving child crimes. There are a number of new things in the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, namely the philosophy of the juvenile criminal justice system, the scope of children, the age of criminal responsibility for children, the elimination of categories of criminal children, state children and civilian children, changes in designations, restorative justice approaches, process obligations diversion at every level of examination, affirmation of children's rights in the judicial process, restrictions on efforts to deprivation of liberty. The philosophy of the juvenile criminal justice system shifts from retributive justice, rehabilitation to restorative justice which emphasizes efforts to restore the situation, pays attention to the interests of victims and perpetrators, opens space for perpetrators and victims to meet with the aim that there is an opportunity for the perpetrator to express regret to the victim and at the same time show his responsibility. opportunities for victims to express their feelings, reduce feelings of hostility, restore balance in society. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether the population growth rate and unemployment rate have an impact on the poverty rate in West Java. Population growth and the unemployment rate are the independent variables, followed by the poverty rate as the dependent variable. The time series data used in this study include the years 2019 through 21. Multiple regression using SPSS 25.0 is the analytical approach employed. Where the regression equation, Y = 41,491 + 9,385 X1 + 14,239 X2, is discovered. This demonstrates that the poverty rate in the province of West Java has a unidirectional relationship with both the unemployment rate and population growth. The T test results showed that there was no relationship between West Java's poverty level and the unemployment rate. Additionally, the West Javan poverty rate is unaffected by the population growth variable. The F test indicates that the independent factors collectively have an impact on the dependent variable. The poverty rate is affected by the unemployment rate and population growth to the tune of 7.7%, with other factors affecting the remaining 92.3%.

Hair dye is a cosmetic used in hair cosmetology that serves to restore the original color of the hair, cover gray hair, or create other colors. The purpose of this study is to develop hair dye based on henna powder and coffee powder as a natural coloring. The methods used in this study are observation methods, literature, experiment, documentation, questionnaires, and R&D. The results of research for hair dye product that have been added henna powder and coffee powder with the right dose indicate that, the composition of these two ingredients can be used as an ingredient in the manufacture of hair dye for gray hair. The color produced from henna powder and coffee powder is black, with a cream texture and rather coarse particles. The distinctive aroma of coffee is produced from coffee powder which is one of the natural ingredients in coloring and aroma. The author's suggestion for this study is the need for a lab test to determine the expiry time on hair dye products made from henna powder and coffee powder, and a way to improve the texture of the product to be smoother again so that it is easier to apply it to the hair.

Bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang merupakan salah satu bangunan bergaya arsitektur Belanda yang dibangun di tanah Jawa. Arsitektur indische Belanda merupakan arsitektur yang memadukan antara budaya Barat dan Timur. Arsitektur indische Belanda hadir melalui karya arsitek Belanda dan diperuntukkan bagi bangsa Belanda yang tinggal di Indonesia, pada masa sebelum kemerdekaan. Bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang dibangun pada tahun 1760, dan bangunan ini merupakan salah satu bangunan tertua di kawasan Kota Lama Semarang. Fungsi awal bangunan ini adalah kantor pengadilan (Rad Van Justitie), kemudian menjadi Gedung Pengadilan Negeri Semarang pada masa Orde Baru, pada tahun 2006 dikonservasi dan dimanfaatkan sebagai rumah makan (adaptive reuse). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik gaya arsitektural indische Belanda pada bangunan ‘Ikan Bakar Cianjur’ Semarang. Agar terjaga keasliannya dan dijadikan sebagai pendataan bangunan cagar budaya sebagai langkah awal untuk dilestarikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif-rasionalistik dengan metode deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripsikan objek pada bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang dan menganalisa gaya dan karakter bangunan dari masa ke masa. Hasil penelitian merupakan temuan karakteristik pada bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang terhadap outline, irama pada arsitektur dan interior bangunan, dan kualitas bangunan yang dapat dimanfaatkan The "Ikan Bakar Cianjur" Semarang building is one of the Dutch architectural-style buildings built in Java. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the Dutch Indische architectural style in the 'Ikan Bakar Cianjur' Semarang building. Maintaining its authenticity and serving as a data collection on cultural heritage buildings is the first step to being preserved. This study uses qualitative-rationalistic research with descriptive methods, namely describing objects in the "Ikan Bakar Cianjur" Semarang building and analyzing the style and character of the building from time to time. The results of the study are characteristic findings of the "Ikan Bakar Cianjur" Semarang building on the outline, the rhythm of the architecture and interior of the building, and the quality of the building that can be utilized.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all industrial sectors in Indonesia, and one of them is the country's tourism sector since the beginning of 2020 and consequently has had a tremendous impact on tourism villages in Indonesia. A survey conducted by the Desa Wisata Institute (2020) of 97 tourist villages throughout Indonesia noted that no less than 92.8% of villages (or around           population in these villages continued to maintain their profession. the original. It is  undeniable  that tourism  contributes  a large amount  of  income  so  that  this pandemic has caused the tourist villages to suffer losses of tens to hundreds of millions of rupiah. Nearly 99% of tourism villages in Indonesia were closed due to the implementation of social restriction policies which resulted in the cancellation of visiting guests and in the end it had a long-term effect on tourism entrepreneurs in tourist villages such as restaurant entrepreneurs, homestay owners, craftsmen, artists. For this reason, in order to help revive the existence of the Tourism Village in the community, in the community service of STIEPARI Semarang this time the goal is in Sikasur Village, Pemalang Regency, this program was held with the aim of helping tourist villages raise their ranks and providing a forum for community service for the academics involved. CHS (Cleanliness, Health, Safety) which in the new normal era is considered very important to be implemented in various tourist destinationsThese community service activities include location surveys, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and outreach. Roti mocaf merupakan  produk roti yang menggunakan  mocaf (modified cassava flour) sebagai substitusi  tepung terigu. Penggunaan mocaf  dimaksudkan sebagai salah satu diversifikasi pangan. Salah satu tahapan penting pada pembuatan roti ini adalah proofing. Proofing merupakan waktu istirahat yang diperlukan adonan untuk mengembang, yang dapat dilakukan dengan cara menutup dengan plastik atau dengan memberikan uap air dalam alat rak pengistirahatan. Penelitian pendahuluan telah dilakukan terhadap lama waktu proofing (10, 15  dan 20 menit) yang diperlukan hingga roti dapat mengembang sempurna. Dari penelitian pendahuluan didapatkan bahwa  proofing optimum dilakukan  selama 20 menit. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktorial, Faktor pertama penggunaan tepung mocaf sebesar 10 ; 20  dan 30 % , faktor  kedua adalah perlakuan  proofing, yaitu  menggunakan uap air  dan  menggunakan plastik.  Roti mocaf yang dihasilkan dilakukan pengujian terhadap warna, rasa,tektur dan kesukaan secara keseluruhan roti  baik menggunakan panelis maupun menggunakan alat. Data yang didapat dianalisis menggunakan Anova dengan taraf perbedaan 5%. Apabila di antara perlakuan berbeda nyata maka pengujian dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan Duncan Multiple Range Test  (DMRT).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa   perlakuan proofing dengan cara uap air  dan cara ditutup plastik  pada pembuatan roti mocaf tidak berbeda nyata pada rasa, tekstur, warna dan kesukaan secara keseluruhan baik secara uji inderawi maupun dengan menggunakan alat.Kata Kunci :  Roti mocaf ; proofing ;  cara uap air ABSTRACT Mocaf bread is a bread product that uses mocaf as a substitute for wheat flour. The use of mocaf is intended as one of food diversification. One of the important steps in making bread is proofing. Proofing is the time needed for the mixture to expand, which can be done by covering with plastic or by providing water vapor in the resting shelves.Preliminary research has been carried out on the length of proofing time (10, 15 and 20 minute), which was needed until the bread can expand perfectly. From preliminary research it was found that the optimum proofing was carried out for 20 minutes. This research was conducted using a randomized complete design with 2 factors,  first factor was  the  use of  mocaf flour with ratio of 10: 20 and 30 precent, second factor was proofing treatment, that was using water vapor method and using covering plastic method.Mocaf bread produced  was tested for color, taste, texture and overall preference for bread both using panelists and using equipment. Data obtained was analyzed using analysis of variances with significance of 5%. If there is a significance difference then it was analyzed using Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT).Results of research showed that proofing treatment by water vapor method and plastic cover did not significantly affect on taste, texture, color and overall preference of mocaf bread, as evaluated by sensory and physical test.   Keywords : Mocaf bread ; proofing ;  steam methode

Calculation of Cost of Production is one of the important aspects in carrying out business activities. Cost of Production is one of the determinants of the selling price of a product. Besides the cost of production can indicate a company's profit. But the activity of recording the cost of production at PT Semeru Karya Buana still uses a manual method that is using excel. This causes ineffectiveness in time, the resulting information will take longer because they have to look for the components one by one. Not to mention the data generated is most likely an error in the calculation. This research is intended to study the system that is already running. And later it will produce a program to calculate the cost of production as a determinant of the selling price which is implemented with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The calculation method uses the Job Order Costing Method where the price of the product to be given to consumers is calculated by dividing all costs incurred to produce a product by the number of orders. So the benefits of each product can be directly calculated. The more accurate the data produced, the better the company is in carrying out the buying and selling process.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. Negeri 2 Mranggen. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.
