In an era of increasingly intense business competition, the ability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to maintain and expand their market presence has become crucial. One of the key factors in ensuring business sustainability is the application of business ethics. Business ethics play a significant role in shaping a company's reputation and long-term success. However, ethical challenges in conducting business through social media remain an issue, such as the mismatch between the promoted product and the actual product. This study highlights the importance of applying ethical business principles, such as honesty and transparency, in MSME promotional activities on Facebook to foster consumer trust and ensure business continuity. The research was conducted on two MSMEs in Maumere Hanara Shop and Cicy Lyudia Rahmatun Shop which utilize Facebook as a platform for communication and marketing. The findings reveal that the ethical use of Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) technology can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening business relationships and building a positive brand image in the eyes of consumers.

In order to improve the development of Islamic businesses, business actors are advised to improve their understanding of sharia principles, develop innovative products that meet market needs, and implement ethical marketing strategies. The government needs to take supportive policies, such as issuing regulations that facilitate the development of Islamic businesses, providing education and training programs for business actors, and facilitating access to financing through financial institutions that offer Islamic products. For future research, it is recommended to conduct case studies on successful sharia business actors, analyze the impact of government policies on the growth of this industry, and conduct comparisons with other countries that have more advanced sharia industries to gain insights and best practices that can be applied.

The focus of the activity was training and mentoring in the preparation of legally based Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in order to strengthen village business governance in a participatory and sustainable manner. The method used was a participatory approach, involving village officials and the local community in every stage of the activity, from identifying institutional problems, preparing SOP documents, to evaluation and follow-up. This activity was carried out through workshops, focus group discussions, and technical mentoring, so that participants not only received theoretical material but also actively participated in preparing and implementing SOPs relevant to the needs of the BUMDes. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in legal awareness among BUMDes managers and the village community. In addition, a new institution was formed in the form of a Village SOP Team that plays a driving role in the process of preparing and supervising the implementation of SOPs. Local leaders who have a concern for business governance and village community empowerment also emerged. The development of SOPs not only strengthens the administrative aspects of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) but also encourages social transformation. The premeditated murder case involving Inspector General Ferdy Sambo has exposed various institutional pathologies in law enforcement institutions in Indonesia. This study aims to identify forms of bureaucratic deviation in these cases, such as protection of power, violation of professional ethics, attempts to obstruct justice, and the dominance of absolute power in the police structure. Using a qualitative approach and library research methods, this study analyzes scientific literature, legal documents, and media coverage. The findings indicate a systemic failure in internal supervision, weak accountability, and a strong culture of personal loyalty in a hierarchical and feudal bureaucratic structure. This shows that bureaucratic pathology is not solely caused by individuals, but is a product of an unhealthy organizational system with minimal transparency. This study emphasizes the importance of comprehensive structural and cultural reform in order to build credible, accountable, and professional legal institutions. This reform is crucial to forming a bureaucracy that is in the public interest and is able to uphold justice fairly and independently.

Handling drug abuse is one of the main focuses in the Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) efforts in Indonesia. In this context, medical and social rehabilitation plays an important role as a recovery effort for addicts to return to optimal functioning in society. This community service activity uses a qualitative approach with a combination of observation, interview, and digital-based direct intervention methods in handling medical and social rehabilitation for drug abusers. This community service activity successfully implemented a digital-based medical and social rehabilitation strategy in supporting the P4GN program with a smart power approach. A web-based information system and mobile application designed to facilitate registration, monitoring, and mentoring of rehabilitation patients were successfully developed. This system provides easy access to information for the community and drug abusers to register and obtain rehabilitation services efficiently without having to come directly to the rehabilitation facility. The digital rehabilitation system is integrated with national electronic medical record platforms (such as SIRENA and the Ministry of Health's SATU SEHAT service), thus facilitating coordination between institutions and ensuring continuous monitoring of client health during and after the rehabilitation period. This community service activity successfully demonstrated that the handling of medical and social rehabilitation in a digital-based P4GN strategy with a smart power approach is an effective solution in an effort to realize a drug-free society. The smart power approach that integrates hard power (law enforcement) and soft power (prevention, community empowerment, and rehabilitation) with the support of digital information technology can improve the accessibility, effectiveness, and quality of rehabilitation services.

This study aims to analyze and compare migration data with the population growth projections of Gorontalo Province for the 2020–2035 period. A descriptive quantitative approach was used to evaluate in- and out-migration patterns based on the 2020 Long Form Population Census and BPS population projections. The findings reveal regional migration disparities, with Gorontalo City and Bone Bolango Regency experiencing positive net migration, while Pohuwato and Boalemo show high out-migration rates. Meanwhile, the demographic projections indicate an increasing dependency ratio and a significant growth in the elderly population. The combination of migration dynamics and demographic trends affects the age structure and regional capacity to support sustainable development. These findings provide an essential basis for evidence-based migration policy formulation to reduce regional disparities and strengthen local economic development.

PT Bank Syariah's use of mudharabah concepts in Islamic accounting is examined in this paper. An agreement for profit sharing between the fund manager (mudharib) and the fund owner (shahibul maal) is known as mudharabah. The purpose of this research is to investigate how well mudharabah concepts align with the National Sharia Council's Fatwa and PSAK No. 105. The results show that PT Bank Syariah has applied mudharabah accounting principles in accordance with PSAK 105 in measuring, recognizing, presenting, and disclosing mudharabah financing transactions. However, the implementation of mudharabah pillars and conditions has not fully complied with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council. Transaction recording uses the completion date method and cash recognition. Mudharabah investments are presented at their carrying value. Nevertheless, the portion of mudharabah financing is still smaller compared to murabahah contracts. This study concludes that PT Bank Syariah needs to improve the conformity of mudharabah principles with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council.
