This indicates that the school is not yet fully prepared to implement SLM comprehensively, primarily due to a lack of resources, the roles of teachers, the principal, and community participation that have not been maximized, as well as the need for increased government support. This means that while the school is committed, it has not yet implemented it according to the established guidelines and has not reached the stage of providing innovations and becoming a driver for advancing SLM.

This study analyzes the employee performance assessment system at the Malang Regency Transportation Office, based on observations and interviews with several employees. Performance assessments are carried out annually with quarterly evaluations by the head of the sub-division. Evaluations include employee performance, financial administration, and staffing. The assessment process involves several stages: Annual Work Plan (RKT), Performance Agreement, Employee Performance Targets (SKP), and the use of the "SIAP KERJA" Application. The RKT is prepared as an elaboration of the Agency's strategy and facilitates program evaluation. A Performance Agreement is a commitment document between leaders and subordinates related to the implementation of tasks with performance indicators. SKP includes targets that must be achieved in a certain period, measured based on quantity, quality, time, and cost. The results of this assessment are then summarized in the "SIAP KERJA" Application, which experiences technical problems such as frequent errors or maintenance. The suggested solution is to fill in daily activities regularly. This performance assessment aims to improve the integrity, accountability, transparency, and performance of the apparatus, as well as be the basis for evaluation, awards, and sanctions to employees.

The police are currently a topic of conversation due to several problems caused by irresponsible members, resulting in a negative view of the police. To overcome this, a Quick Wins Presisi program was implemented, such as "Friday Confide." This program is a response to problems in daily interactions between the police and the community, such as dissatisfaction with services, lack of communication, and transparency of police actions. "Friday Confide" is an initiative that aims to increase interaction between the community and the police by providing a platform for the community to convey complaints, aspirations and input directly. This research evaluates the effectiveness of the program and how the community responds and participates, especially in the Greater Mojokerto Police. The methodology used includes a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, direct observation and related documentation. Using the Diffusion of Innovation theory, research shows that the "Friday Confide" program was well received by the people of Mojokerto as an effective place to convey aspirations and obtain information about police activities. However, researchers identified challenges such as limited time that hinders comprehensive communication and handling of issues, as well as the need for increased direct community involvement. This program has succeeded in improving relations and transparency between the police and the community, but requires adjustments such as extending time and strengthening follow-up. The research recommends ongoing evaluation of strategic adjustments to ensure programs continue to meet community needs and expectations.

In this study, the researcher applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency, the planning and management process of village infrastructure funds uses the musrembang method. In this method, planning uses a top-down and bottom-up planning model that refers to the Bener Meriah Regency RPJM, the Bener Meriah Regency RPJMDesa, and the Bener Meriah Regency RTRW. The planning at Simpang Tiga Market was led by a team consisting of eleven members, including village reje, petue, kaur pembangunan , kaur evaluation, imem, and other figures. The results of the village meeting are then submitted to the sub-district to be evaluated and adjusted to the needs of the community. The impact of planning and management of village infrastructure funds in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency has accelerated the development process in the village, both physically and non-physically. The positive impact of this is the increase in Village Original Income (PAD) of Pasar Simpang Tiga Village. However, the negative impact is the lack of optimal planning in prioritizing programs that are in accordance with the livelihood of the majority of the residents of Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, most of whom are palawija farmers such as potatoes, kul, carrots, red chilies, and green chilies, so this is not optimal in increasing the PAD of Pasar Simpang Tiga.
