Diabetes mellitus adalah penyakit gangguan metabolisme yang disebabkan oleh defisiensi sekresi insulin, kerusakan sel Beta pankreas, atau resistensi insulin sebagai akibat insulin yang tidak digunakan. DM secara progresif menyebabkan terjadinya komplikasi makrovaskuler, mikrovaskuler, dan neuropatik kronis yang mengancam jiwa. Selain berdampak pada masalah kesehatan, DM juga memiliki konsekuensi ekonomi yang besar. Biaya pengobatan meningkat khususnya apabila terjadi komplikasi jangka panjang dan pilihan pengobatan modern. Perubahan gaya hidup dapat meningkatkan kesehatan dan kualitas hidup sehingga penderita tidak mengalami komplikasi. Modifikasi gaya hidup dilakukan dengan mengurangi asupan energi, meningkatkan aktivitas fisik sebagai terapi utama untuk pasien DM yang obesitas. Penurunan berat badan dikombinasikan dengan peningkatan aktivitas dapat meningkatkan sensitivitas insulin dan kontrol glikemik serta mencegah perkembangan DM tipe 2 terhadap risiko tinggi gangguan toleransi glukosa. Target pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan kemampuan penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2 dalam melakukan modifikasi gaya hidup guna mencegah komplikasi diabetes. Kegiatan  ini dilakukan di layanan kesehatan praktik mandiri bidan (LKPMB) dengan melibatkan mitra dari lahan yaitu bidan dan tim kesehatan terkait dalam bentuk pemberian edukasi dan pelatihan keterampilan mengenai cara melakukan menejemen gaya hidup. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pemahaman peserta menjadi lebih baik tentang modifikasi gaya hidup dan memiliki motivasi untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari

Angka kematian ibu (AKI) di Indonesia masih tinggi, salah satunya dipicu oleh komplikasi kehamilan akibat kekurangan gizi. Rendahnya literasi nutrisi pada ibu hamil berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya risiko preeklamsia, anemia, dan bayi berat lahir rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi nutrisi ibu hamil melalui pendampingan berbasis media kalender makanan sebagai alat bantu edukasi sederhana dan aplikatif. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Kantor Desa Bungaejaya, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, dengan melibatkan 10 orang ibu hamil. Kegiatan ini juga dihadiri oleh kepala desa, bidan desa, kader kesehatan, dan mitra Dompet Dhuafa. Metode kegiatan mencakup penyuluhan nutrisi kehamilan, pelatihan penggunaan kalender makanan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman ibu hamil mengenai kebutuhan gizi selama kehamilan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa edukasi visual berbasis komunitas efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran nutrisi pada ibu hamil serta meningkatkan kemampuan ibu dalam mengidentifikasi nutrisi tepat sehari-hari selama hamil.

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi Kepala Madrasah MTs Miftahul ’Ulum Denpasar dalam merancang strategi yang efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja pendidik agar proses pembelajaran berjalan profesional dan bermakna. Tujuannya: (1) mengetahui strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik di MTs Miftahul ’Ulum Denpasar, (2) menelaah sejauh mana strategi tersebut berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pendidik, dan (3) mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat serta solusi yang ditempuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif naratif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan triangulasi untuk uji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1)    Strategi kepala madrasah dilakukan melalui pemberian motivasi, keteladanan, pelatihan, serta komunikasi harmonis. (2) Strategi ini terbukti meningkatkan variasi metode pembelajaran, keterlibatan guru dalam kegiatan sekolah, serta hasil belajar siswa. (3) Hambatan yang muncul antara lain keterbatasan waktu guru dan kurangnya proaktivitas sebagian pendidik. Solusi yang ditempuh berupa pembinaan berkelanjutan dan dorongan untuk terus berinovasi. Dengan demikian, strategi kepala madrasah berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik dan mutu pembelajaran di madrasah.

Bloating in infants can also accompany other digestive disorders, such as vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and constipation. Babies with gas often vomit easily. Babies with diarrhea will have low potassium levels, resulting in bloating. One benefit of infant massage is addressing complaints of bloating and colic in infants. Tummy massage is a gentle abdominal massage designed to encourage trapped air to move. The goal is to move gas and other materials from the intestines to the large intestine. The method used was preparation through coordination with midwives and cadres in Selokerto Village, Sempor District, Kebumen Regency. The activity was implemented through lectures and tummy massage simulations. While evaluation and follow-up plans for the activity were carried out by evaluating the knowledge of mothers of toddlers and can be implemented independently using leaflets distributed to mothers of toddlers. The number of respondents in this activity was 10 mothers of toddlers. The activity went smoothly, all mothers enthusiastically participated in the activity. Respondents were aged between 20-34 years. The level of knowledge of respondents before the activity was that most had sufficient knowledge about bloating/colic in toddlers and tummy massage. Meanwhile, after the knowledge activity, most responded well. Conclusion: The community service activity was effective in increasing respondents' knowledge about gas/colic in toddlers and tummy massage.

Public speaking skills are an essential competency that plays an important role in students’ personal development. However, many junior high school students still experience challenges such as low self-confidence when speaking in public. This community service activity aims to improve students’ self-confidence and verbal communication skills through structured public speaking training at SMPN 15 Banjarmasin. The method applied was Participatory Action Research (PAR) with a quantitative approach involving 27 students as participants. The training program included interactive material on the fundamentals of public speaking, anxiety management techniques, non-verbal communication, and hands-on practice sessions. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure improvement in students’ knowledge and skills. The results showed a significant increase in the students’ average scores, from 85.37 before the training to 95.15 after the training. These findings indicate that the public speaking training program effectively builds self-confidence and enhances students’ communication skills during adolescence.

Soft skills are essential competencies that teachers must possess to create an effective, communicative, and student-centered learning process. However, the geographical conditions of SD Negeri 01 Saonek, which is located in an island area, present unique challenges, particularly related to limited access to travel outside the island and unstable communication networks. These limitations have resulted in teachers at the school not receiving adequate training in soft skill development, including communication, classroom management, and self-reflection abilities. To address this need, a socialization and training program based on microteaching was implemented as an effort to enhance teachers’ professional competencies. The microteaching method was chosen because it provides opportunities for direct practice, structured feedback, and simplified yet effective teaching simulations. The training was designed to help teachers understand good teaching techniques, build confidence, and strengthen interpersonal skills in instructional interactions. In addition, the collective feedback sessions offered participants chances to learn from one another and improve their teaching strategies based on peer observations. The results of the activity indicated an improvement in teachers’ ability to design lesson scenarios, manage classrooms, deliver material more clearly, and communicate more effectively with students. Teachers also reported increased motivation and a deeper understanding of the importance of soft skills in supporting their professionalism. Thus, the microteaching training provided new insights into the capacity-building process for teachers at SD Negeri 01 Saonek and served as a relevant solution for island schools facing limited access to conventional training. This program is expected to continue and become a model for empowering teachers in 3T regions to sustainably improve education quality.

This community service activity was carried out in Kuala Indah Village with the aim of improving the skills and economic independence of the community through creative entrepreneurship training in the form of making liquid dish soap. This program was motivated by the socio-economic conditions of the village community, the majority of whom work In the informal sector with uncertain incomes, so that alternative businesses that are easy to do and have economic value are needed. The implementation method of the activity consisted of three stages: socialization, provision of materials, and direct practice of soap making. The results of the activity showed that the community was very enthusiastic in participating in the training and was able to practice the soap making process independently, from mixing the ingredients to packaging the final product. Through this activity, the community gained new knowledge about the ingredients, functions, and benefits of dish soap, as well as opportunities for developing it as a household business. This training successfully improved the skills, motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit of the Kuala Indah Village community, while also opening up opportunities for the formation of independent small businesses that have the potential to improve the family economy

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and motivation on employee work productivity at the Office of the Personnel, Education, and Training Agency (BKPP) of Polewali Mandar Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all 43 employees of the BKPP Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. The analytical technique used was multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the variables of discipline, motivation, and work productivity.The results of the study indicate that motivation has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Employees with high motivation tend to demonstrate greater enthusiasm, a strong sense of responsibility, and optimal performance achievement. Conversely, discipline does not show a significant effect when observed separately, but it still plays an important role when combined with motivation. The combination of discipline and motivation has been proven to enhance overall work productivity. Motivation significantly influences employee work productivity, whereas discipline does not have a partial effect. However, together, discipline and motivation contribute to improving employee work productivity at the BKPP Office of Polewali Mandar Regency.

Workshop on strengthening branding, storytelling, and social media-based promotion has been carried out to help female culinary entrepreneurs in the Sahabat Genggam Teman Indonesia (GTI) Community in Bekasi City enhance their digital skills. The training took place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the computer laboratory of Universitas Nusa Mandiri Jatiwaringin, Central Jakarta, as part of the 2025 DPPM Grant Program from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek). This community service activity aimed to improve the digital skills of female culinary entrepreneurs in the Sahabat GTI Community in Bekasi City through training in branding, storytelling, and social media-based promotion. The challenges faced were low understanding of consistent branding, effective storytelling techniques, and appropriate digital promotion. The methods used in this activity included practical training, simulations, and interactive discussions focused on improving participants' skills in creating logo designs, crafting product narratives, and utilizing social media as an effective promotional tool. The results of the training showed significant improvement, with an average increase of 85%, especially in branding and the use of social media for promotion. This training successfully provided a positive impact in enhancing participants' digital competence, which in turn can improve the competitiveness of their culinary businesses in the digital market. Empowering female MSME entrepreneurs through this training opens opportunities for the development of more professional and sustainable local culinary businesses in the global market.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi aplikasi Smart Village dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan literasi digital di Desa Mlese, yang dikenal sebagai Desa Pelopor Pancasila. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi tersebut memberikan dampak positif berupa kemudahan administrasi desa, transparansi informasi, serta penguatan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui kolaborasi antarwarga. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital pada kelompok lanjut usia, keterbatasan akses internet, dan preferensi layanan tatap muka. Pemerintah desa berupaya mengatasi kendala ini melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, meskipun perbaikan infrastruktur dan sosialisasi lebih intensif masih diperlukan. Kesimpulannya, Smart Village memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung transformasi digital dan pemberdayaan masyarakat sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila Kata Kunci : Smart Village, Literasi Digital, Desa Pelopor Pancasila.   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Smart Village application in enhancing community empowerment and digital literacy in Mlese Village, known as a Pancasila Pioneer Village. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The findings indicate that the application positively impacts village administration by simplifying processes, increasing information transparency, and strengthening Pancasila values through community collaboration. However, challenges remain, such as low digital literacy among the elderly, limited internet access, and a preference for face-to-face services. The village government is addressing these issues through training and assistance, although more intensive infrastructure improvements and outreach are still needed. In conclusion, Smart Village holds significant potential to support digital transformation and community empowerment in alignment with Pancasila values. The objectives of this community service activity are: First, to increase members' understanding of the concepts of leadership and effective organizational governance. Second, to strengthen the capacity of youth in entrepreneurship. Third, to equip them with the skills to develop innovative and adaptive work programs tailored to local needs. The methods used in this activity include workshops focused on delivering theoretical material, practical technical guidance or training applied to train participants in effective leadership and good organizational management, and mentoring methods implemented using a participatory approach. The evaluation of the activity showed significant improvements in knowledge, skills, and attitudes across three aspects that have historically hindered partners: education, social issues, and economics. In conclusion, there was a significant improvement overall after the community service activity, at 56%. The highest level of understanding among participants is the importance of leadership as a driving force for the organization, but to develop an entrepreneurial attitude as a foundation for independence and competitiveness, continuous reinforcement is needed so that Karang members can be prepared as an independent generation.

This Community Service activity (PKM) was carried out at the Church of Faith, Hope, and Love (IHAKA) with the aim of empowering lay members who do not have a formal theological background but have a desire to serve as Cell Group (KOMSEL) leaders. The method used is a participatory approach based on training and contextual reflection, consisting of three stages: interactive workshops, service reflection, and mentoring. The training is designed to equip participants with basic understanding of spiritual leadership, the ability to communicate the Word, as well as patterns of household worship relevant to the congregation's context. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' confidence in leading worship, the ability to actively discuss the Word, and the formation of closer service relationships through prayer and shared meals. Post-training mentorship also strengthens participants' commitment to serving with faithfulness and humility. This activity demonstrates that service is not merely a routine activity, but a calling in life that can be carried out by lay congregants through simple yet impactful guidance. This PKM is expected to serve as an initial model for other local churches in nurturing lay ministers in a contextual and sustainable manner.

The quality of madrasah education is strongly influenced by the effectiveness of institutional management. Madrasah Miftahul Hidayah Bulay, as an Islamic educational institution, faces challenges in management practices that have an impact on educational quality. This Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PKM) aims to improve educational quality through madrasah management training based on Participatory Action Research (PAR). The PAR approach was implemented by actively involving the head of the madrasah, teachers, and educational staff in all stages of the program, including problem identification, action planning, training implementation, and reflection and evaluation. The methods used included observation, focus group discussions, participatory lectures, and case studies. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ managerial understanding and skills, particularly in program planning, task organization, leadership, and evaluation of madrasah management. In addition, the training encouraged the development of a more collaborative and well-directed work culture. Therefore, PAR-based madrasah management training has proven effective in strengthening institutional governance and contributing to the sustainable improvement of educational quality at Madrasah Miftahul Hidayah Bulay.

This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy and managerial skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through two training programs: "Optimizing Marketing Content Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications" and "Digital Financial Management." The program was implemented through several stages, including problem identification, training material development, hands-on training, mentoring, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure program effectiveness. Fifteen MSMEs from Prapatan Village, Balikpapan City, participated in the program. The evaluation results showed that the training significantly improved participants' understanding of the use of digital marketing and technology-based financial management. Prior to the training, most participants still had limited digital literacy and had not utilized technology for promotion or financial recording. After participating in the program, 73.3% of participants assessed the material as excellent and relevant to their business needs. This program provides a tangible contribution to the development of technology-based applied science while supporting community economic empowerment through the MSME digitalization process.

This community service activity aims to strengthen students' entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation through interactive discussions and business practice simulations. The methods used included pre- and post-tests to measure changes in knowledge and motivation among 30 participating students. The results showed a significant improvement in the cognitive aspect, with the average student knowledge score increasing from 3.5 to 8.3. Furthermore, the motivational aspect also experienced a significant increase, from an average of 25.43 to 43.36, indicating a positive impact of the applied learning model. Overall, this training proved effective in improving students' readiness to understand business concepts and fostering an internal drive for entrepreneurship. Therefore, the interactive discussion model is recommended as a strategy for strengthening entrepreneurship in higher education environments, to provide practical experience while simultaneously increasing students' motivation for entrepreneurship.

Hand hygiene is an essential step in preventing the transmission of infectious diseases, making the availability of safe and environmentally friendly hand soap an important necessity in daily sanitation practices. This community service activity aims to enhance students’ environmental literacy, technical skills, and ecological awareness through training on producing natural hand soap based on butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea) extract, with the final product named Clitoria Nature. The program was implemented using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which consists of four stages planning, action, observation, and reflection—through strategies including socialization, demonstration, and hands-on practice. The subjects of this activity were 32 students of Grade VIII Room 1 at MTsN 1 Palangka Raya City. The results showed an increase in students’ understanding of the benefits of natural ingredients, their ability to formulate liquid soap, and the development of behavior that favors the use of natural hygiene products. Theoretically, the anthocyanin and flavonoid content of butterfly pea flowers supports the antibacterial potential of the formulated soap. This program not only produced an environmentally friendly hand soap but also contributed to the formation of healthier and more sustainable sanitation behaviors.

Social media management has become a strategic necessity for social and community organizations to enhance the effectiveness of public relations activities in the digital era. This community service program aims to strengthen the digital communication capacity of members of the Indonesian Doctors’ Wives Association (IIDI), Surakarta Branch, particularly in managing social media as a public communication channel. The training was conducted offline and combined theoretical sessions, technical demonstrations, and hands-on practice covering content strategy, basic photography, Canva-based content creation, content calendar development, and management of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments to assess participants’ improvement. The results show a significant increase in all competency indicators, especially in content creation, content scheduling, and social media administration skills. Participants also produced their own digital content as part of the practical assessment. Post-training support was provided through a WhatsApp group to ensure continued knowledge sharing and skill development. Overall, the program demonstrates that practice-oriented training can effectively enhance the digital communication competencies of social organizations and strengthen their public relations functions. This initiative is expected to serve as a replicable model for similar organizations seeking to optimize their social media engagement.

Penyebaran hoaks keagamaan di media sosial telah menciptakan tantangan serius terhadap narasi keagamaan yang sahih, menuntut peran krusial Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai garda terdepan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kompetensi profesional Guru PAI, menganalisis strategi mereka dalam merespons hoaks, dan merumuskan implikasi kebijakan pelatihan guru. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis konsep Kompetensi Guru PAI (Pedagogik, Sosial, Kepribadian) dan Literasi Media/Digital (KLM) untuk merumuskan model kompetensi ideal. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Guru PAI memerlukan rekonstruksi filosofis agar mampu menjadi pembimbing etika dan agen perubahan yang mengintegrasikan nilai Islam dengan teknologi. Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Sosial terbukti penting untuk edukasi anti-hoaks dan pembentukan etika digital, diperkuat oleh Integritas Personal dan KLM sebagai keterampilan inti untuk berpikir kritis dan menyaring informasi. Implikasi penelitian merekomendasikan prioritas pelatihan guru pada etika dan literasi digital, serta menyarankan penelitian mendatang untuk studi komparatif kuantitatif guna mengukur efektivitas program.
