A company's success or failure is determined by the strategy, theory and marketing management applied. This research was conducted to find out what marketing strategies for easy mudharabah savings products are used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Juanda to increase the number of customers. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods, using primary data, namely the researcher took data directly by interviewing the Marketing Funding BSI KCP Medan Juanda and secondary data secondary data obtained from documents, scientific journals, books and literature related to the research problem. The results obtained were that BSI carried out a marketing strategy, one of which was by implementing the 4p marketing mix, namely (product, price, promotion, place). BSI must be able to estimate strategic locations, collaborate with other agencies, expand market share, improve quality and innovate.    

Banking is a financial institution that plays an important role in a country’s economy. One of the current economic developments in Indonesia is the emergence of sharia-based financial institution, one of which is sharia banking. Like the function of banking itself, namely as an intermediary between people who need capital and people who have excess capital. One of sharia banking services is financing, namely the distribution of money by banks to costumers who need working capital. The bank provides capital to customers as business capital whose business result are calculated from the results according to the agreement. But in reality, it is not uncommon for customers to fail to pay for this financing. One of the reasons for the cessation of funding itself is the possibility of worsening business conditions. To minimize the risk of bad financing itself, banks must be able to make clear rules. In this article, Bank SUMUT Syariah Karya Rantau Prapat discusses various strategies for dealing with bad financing.

The crime of trafficking in persons (TPPO) is an extraordinary crime that must be eradicated together. Anyone can become a victim, be it men, women, even children. This study aims to find out the form of legal arrangements for children who are victims of the crime of trafficking in persons in the old Criminal Code (KUHP) and the new Criminal Code in Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The type of research used in this research is normative legal research. The approach used in this paper is the statutory approach and the comparative approach. The results of the study show that in the latest Criminal Code there is a detailed explanation regarding the crime of trafficking in persons, which regulates corporations, regarding the act of recruiting, transporting, harboring, sending, transferring or receiving a person, through threats of violence, use of force, kidnapping, confinement , forgery, fraud, abuse of power or position of vulnerability, debt bondage, or giving payments or benefits, as well as the minimum and maximum penalties that have been categorized in Law Number 1 of 2023.

The PTUN’s decision are often not obeyed and implemented by state administrative officer. When the decision of PTUN doesn’t have executorial effect, judicial control which is owned by the PTUN as a form of implementing good governance in Indonesian state administration will be unclear. One of the problem occurs in the realm of mining business license. Government as the publisher of mining business license is often reluctant to comply with PTUN decisions to revoke decree on business license that violate the law. The purpose of this study is to determine the compliance level of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources and PT. Tambang Mas Sangihe (PT. TMS) to PTUN decision. The method of this study uses a normative juridical research model. While the data collection technique of this study uses library method. The results of this study shows that the  disputed object “Decree of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number: 163.K/MB.04/DJB/2021” is considered that have violated the law and general principle of good governance. As consequence, in PTTUN Jakarta's decision, the Minister was ordered to revoke the decree of mining permit for PT. TMS. However, the decision was not implemented by the Minister and PT. Abstrak Ombudsman Merupakan Lembaga independent yang didirikan Oleh Pemerintah dengan segenap tanggung jawab dalam tugas pengawasan, investigasi dan pemberian tindak lanjut atas segala sengketa anatara masyarakat dan instansi dan Lembaga pelayanan Publik di Indonesia. Segala bentuk tindakan yang akan di lakukan oleh ombudsman didasarkan pada kewenangan yang diperoleh oleh Ombudsman. Reformasi birokrasi yang dilakukan di Indonesia sejak era orde lama hingga kini terus berkembang, semakin berkembangnya Pola kinerja aparat yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman tentu diikuti dengan perkembangan masalah yang jauh lebih kompleks, tanpa dibekali dengan pengaturan dan daya integritas yang tinggi maka kehendak pribadi dari setiap aparat dapat menjadi boomerang dan berakibat pada munculnya Maladministrasi, baik dalam penyalahgunaan wewenang hingga prilaku yang merugikan instansi kenegaraan itu sendiri. Seiring perkembangannya, ombudsman sendiri masih banyak yang belum menyadari eksistensi dan perannya sebagai pengawas pelayanan publik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dasar hukum dan peran dari ombudsman dalam melakukan pengawasan pelayanan publik dan bagaimana melihat eksistensi dari ombudsman melalui studi kasus. Metode penilitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Kesimpulannya bahwa dapat dilakukan peningkatan kinerja dari ombudsman sebab ombudsman sendiri sudah difasilitasi dengan kewenangan dalam pengawasan pelayanan publik yang sangat luas. Selain itu, dengan adanya penyelesaian konkrit dari permasalahan pelayanan publik, ombudsman dapat menunjukan eksistensi serta perannya.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the execution of measures aimed at lowering the utilization of plastic bags within the retail market of Jepara Regency. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing descriptive analytic techniques. The data-gathering process involved conducting an interview with the Head of Hygiene and Waste Management at the Jepara Regency Environment Office, who served as a key informant. In order to gather comprehensive data, interviews were conducted with both sellers and buyers at retail stores in Welahan, Mayong, and Pecangaan sub-districts. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the policy is facilitated by socializing activities, particularly in the context of communication and transmission. The Jepara regency government has conducted socialization efforts throughout nearly all marketplaces, demonstrating a clear and consistent approach. The implementation of policies involves the participation of human resources, namely the Environment Office, as the responsible entity. The necessary financial resources for policy implementation are also obtained through the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Regarding disposition, policy implementers have a preexisting commitment to effectively executing their responsibilities and exhibit a democratic mindset. In relation to bureaucratic organization, the execution of government policies is already directed by the established Standard Operating Procedure. However, there are still challenges for the government in terms of public response and low understanding of the dangers of using plastic bags.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection of child victims of physical violence by biological parents. This research uses a literature review approach by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the case or problem found. Based on the results and discussion, it is found that the forms of violence experienced by children are physical violence such as: being kicked, hit, thrown with wood, slapped and even hung, resulting in children feeling depressed by the violence they experience and children who experience this rarely communicate with their friends. The sources that trigger physical violence against children are poverty, violence also occurs because the parents are stressed or have complicated problems. Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport located in Bima regency, West Nusa Tenggara is the main terminal for the people of Bima and its surroundings who travel using air services. As the main terminal for Bima people who will travel by air service, Bima Airport must have a risk management system in accordance with applicable regulations, especially in the airside area where all aircraft operational activities take place in the airside area. This study aims to determine the suitability of the safety criteria of Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport and the steps taken by the airport in the event of a non-conformity or an event that can be categorized as hazard identification and Risk assessment (HIRA). This study used mixed methods Data collection was carried out by observation, structured interviews and documentation. The general data in this study is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study are based on research that has been carried out based on ISO 31000 on Aviation Hazard Risk Management Analysis on the Airside Side as an effort to minimize the risk of accidents with the Hira method at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport which is carried out using stages consisting of the risk identification stage, risk analysis and risk evaluation as well as the risk treatment stage, So from the study 10 dangers and risks that are likely to occur. Of the 10 risks, there are 9 risks in the red zone (high) and 1 risk in the yellow zone (medium). Of the 10 risks, they then get treatment or control because they are in the red zone and yellow zone. Controlling the possibility of 10 existing risks, Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport uses control measures in implementing measures to minimize the impact of possible risks that occur, namely avoiding and reducing risks. This is supported by risk treatment carried out by the company and adjusted to 10 risks that are likely to occur.

Death or mortality is one of the three components of the demographic process that influences population structure, the other two components are birth (fertility) and population mobility. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of mortality on population growth and to determine the relationship between mortality and population growth. This research is a study of the dynamics of mortality in Indonesia in the past and future projections based on data from UN publications and the Census from BPS Indonesia. This research based on the object is a survey research with quantitative methods for analysis. Meanwhile, based on the existence of the population, this study uses a sampling method. This research also shows that mortality indicators in Indonesia continue to increase each period. The crude death rate in Indonesia shows a quite drastic decline. This means that the degree of health in Indonesia shows improvement in each period.  

Digital financial services provided by fintech companies operate or make use of digital technologies. One of the banks that has offered digital fintech-based services are Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru. These services include virtual account services, cash management systems, online banking, m-banking (M-DIN), and ATMs. the necessity of putting into practice marketing tactics that increase client happiness and faith in these services. The purpose of this study is to identify the Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru's digital fintech-based marketing strategy for customer service. At Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru, this kind of research is considered field research. This study is descriptive qualitative in nature. Interviews and documentation were used to obtain data. The key data sources used were interviews with Bank Muamalat sub-branch managers, customer care representatives, and consumers KCP Medan Baru, whereas secondary sources are drawn from written works or other types of documentation to supplement primary data. According to the research, it is known that Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru has applied a number of shari'ah marketing indicators, including a number of marketing mix components. Promotion has dominated marketing tactics throughout the Bank's existence. Brands, services, and procedures produce marketing value. Additionally, Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru is inextricably linked to the three key tenets of shari'ah marketing—piety, moderation, and virtue. The Principle of Piety is the one that is used the most frequently. Additionally, Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru should assess or enhance its marketing tactics for digital fintech services continuous attempts to increase usage of the system due to the fact that some clients are still unaware of Muamalat's digital fintech offerings, particularly its virtual accounts, cash management systems, and online banking.

The Indonesian education system has been changed over past few decades. There are several reason of these changes but the one most crucial aspect of these changes is the student and technology. Merdeka curriculum or also known as independent study is this modern era’s newest curriculum, as we know in this current world technology has been developed in the speed of light and it also affects students’ character toward studying and that’s why the Merdeka curriculum being made. The main purpose of this curriculum is to use tech as useful as possible and also to develop each unique ability that students. This article’s main purpose is to explain about format and implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in this modern era.

The problem of poverty is a very complex problem in Indonesia, therefore changes need to be made from all parties, both together and in coordination. The community empowerment initiative is one of the strategies for overcoming poverty. YBM PLN UID North Sumatra is a zakat amil institution in various regions which then has a very important role in carrying out the economic empowerment process for the community so that they are able to live independently and empowered. The purpose of this research is to find out the program, program implementation and find out the results of the program as well as the role obtained by YBM PLN UID North Sumatra in empowering economic society. Then this researcher used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This method is a method that aims to depict or describe actual events in the field. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that YBM PLN plays a role as an agent of change and leader or mentor in empowering the community's economy with the programs created by YBMPLN in an effort to empower the community which are currently running well, even providing an extraordinary positive impact on the beneficiaries. From these indicators of success, it can be seen as follows, namely: increasing people's income, increasing people's abilities and potential.

This research aims to examine the application, obstacles and benefits of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT on the effectiveness of social media marketing using the Attention, Interest, Desire, Action (AIDA) model approach, especially on the Cuci Shoes Kelen Instagram account. The background to this research is the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which has created an era of digital technology with a high number of internet users in Indonesia, even though digital understanding and literacy is still low. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data through virtual ethnography and interviews. The research subjects consisted of two owners of "Cuci Shoes Kelen," namely DB and FP, while the research object was the use of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT in this account. The results of the first research showed that the application of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT with the AIDA model approach on the Instagram account "Cuci Shoes Kelen" resulted in improvements in all aspects measured. Therefore, the marketing and promotional content produced by ChatGPT can increase the effectiveness of social media marketing. The results of the second research show that there are obstacles in implementing ChatGPT Artificial Intelligence, especially in new users' understanding of the types of questions that should be asked to ChatGPT, and also the limited information in ChatGPT version 3.5. However, benefits include ChatGPT's ability to provide promotional strategy recommendations that comply with AIDA concepts and detailed guidance for their implementation.    

Syntax is a branch of linguistics that studies grammar in an utterance. One of the objects of study of syntax is phrases. Phrases are grammatical units consisting of two or more words that do not exceed the function limit. This study aims to use phrases that focus on noun phrases, verb phrases, and adjective phrases in narrative texts in social studies learning books for class VII of the independent curriculum. This study used a descriptive qualitative data analysis method by searching, finding, determining, and analyzing the phrases in the narrative text of social studies learning books for class VIII of the independence curriculum. In analyzing the data using the approach of theoretical study of syntax and using the study of documents as a method of data collection. As for the results obtained from this analysis in the form of finding seven noun phrases as the most used phrases in the text, three verb phrases, and five adjective phrases that are appropriate to their respective uses. It is hoped that this research will help many people, especially those pursuing education, better understand the different types of verb phrases, noun phrases, and adjective phrases in narrative text sentences.

Background: A traffic accident is an unexpected and unwanted road traffic event which is difficult to predict when and where it will occur, involving at least one vehicle with other road users or due to negligence in driving a vehicle, be it a car or motorcycle which can cause death, disability, serious injury or minor injury. Within the territory of Indonesia itself, every hour has an average of at least three people who die as a result of the accident with many causal factors such as the human factor itself, which is around 61%, then the vehicle factor is 9% and environmental factors and infrastructure contribute as much as 30%. Case Description : We report a case of a traffic accident with multiple trauma. This traffic accident involved 2 motorbike riders who were traveling at maximum speed so that they collided with a truck that was stopped at a red light in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, on Thursday 15 June 2022 at around 01.00 WITA and caused the two motorbike riders to die. The motorbike that was traveling at high speed suddenly stopped and hit the back of the truck, as a result the body moving at the speed of the vehicle suddenly experienced a deceleration, causing multiple trauma to several regions or organs of the body. The effects on the victim's corpse varied in the form of head injuries, open wounds, and fractures to several bones. Conclusion : Forensic examination is very useful to determine the cause of death, mechanism of death, and nature of death. In the medical report of a traffic accident, the forensic doctor can explain his findings in the form of a post mortem et repertum.

In broadcast programs, an announcer plays the role of controlling discussions that discuss various important topics in an interesting way so that the public gets the right information. The aim of this research is to determine the content of the podcast tv show program on tvMu and the role of the announcer in the podcast tv show program. tvMu created a program called Podcast tv Show, hosted by Fini Auliani. The podcast tv show program is an inspirational show for Muslims, especially Muhammadiyah members, but packaged in a more relaxed and creative way. The content broadcast is content that inspires the public from the sources presented. This research uses a qualitative method to explain the role of broadcasters of TV show podcast programs on tvMu. This research uses Boyd's theory that a broadcaster must have credibility, authority, clarity and clarity of voice volume, a strong personality, high professionalism, communicativeness and excellent appearance. The results of this research are that the TV show podcast program has experienced an increase in broadcast quality, such as innovation in developing broadcast themes. If previously it only discussed issues related to Muhammadiyah, now it has developed into discussing various economic, social, political and cultural issues. This has an impact on increasing the number of viewers or viewers on YouTube social media.

The world of aviation in this modern era is increasingly developing. This is evidenced by the self-check-in facility provided by the company which greatly facilitates flight service users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan where this facility can not only reduce interaction between humans and reduce the intensity of the spread of the Covid 19 virus at that time, this facility can also maximize the effectiveness of passenger time, so that there are no long queues in the use of manual check in. This study aims to determine the Use of Self Check In Technology Affects the Effectiveness of Flight Service Users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan and How Much Influence the Use of Self Check In Technology Affects the Effectiveness of Flight Service Users at Sultan Aji Airport Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Balikpapan. This research uses quantitative research methods with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is service users who have used the Self Check-In System and the sample in this study is 95 respondents from 2042 existing populations. Data analysis techniques consist of research instruments, namely validity tests and reliability tests and hypothesis tests consisting of simple linear analysis tests, t tests, and determination coefficients. The result of this study is that the use of Self Check In Technology affects the effectiveness of flight service users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan has a partial effect in a negative and significant direction. The magnitude of the correlation / relationship value (R) is 0.461. From this output, a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.212 was obtained which explained that the effect of the independent variable of self-check-in machine technology facilities on the effectiveness of aviation service users was 21.2.% The remaining 78.8% was influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using TikTok application in improving speaking skill for EFL learners. The research design employs pre-experimental research with the sample of 25 students. The technique data collection was done by administering pre-test and post-test. This research used descriptive statistic Paired Sample T-Test to analyze the data. The mean score of pre-test was 46.6 and 71.4 for post-test. Based on the statistical analysis, it showed that the use of TikTok application give a good impact for the students speaking skill because the mean score of post-test was higher than pre-test. In testing hypothesis, it was found that the significance value of the result of TikTok application thought self-introduction was 0.00 lower than 0.05, so the hypothesis was accepted. Additionally, some improvements were seen after the treatment such as “I em” to be “I am”, “lipe” to be “live” and other vocabulary items. In conclusion, TikTok application was significantly effective in improving speaking skill for EFL learners at X grade in SMK Unwanul Falah NWDI Paok Lombok.

The property sector is one of the business instruments usually chosen by investors. This research capital market focuses on the housing construction sector originating from property companies. This company is the same as others, namely buying and selling shares at competitive prices per share. This share buying and selling activity can be dominated by price seasonality criteria when the price of each share rises or falls. Of all types of shares, Property Companies both have low and high return risks. Therefore, risks in the capital market can be predicted using the criteria of Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share. The research was carried out quantitatively by processing secondary data in the form of company financial reports. The research object was property companies registered on the IDX which were then sampled using probability sampling so that 13 companies were found as samples with a research period of 3 years. The method used is Panel Data Regression analysis. The results obtained are partial return on assets, return on equity has a significant positive effect on share prices and earnings per share has a significant negative effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share have a positive and significant influence on share prices. The results of the R square test explain that the independent variable is able to explain 84.4% of the variables studied

In distributing zakat, zakat management is required which details the management of zakat given from an institution to prospective zakat recipients. Management of zakat distribution is carried out to make it easier for Amil to be directed in terms of zakat distribution in accordance with sharia principles. In this research the author tries to make research and analysis regarding the management of zakat distribution at the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation which includes planning, organizing, distributing zakat, as well as monitoring the validity of muzaki when receiving zakat, such as the validity of muzaki in terms of residence and family. , and education. The results of this research will show that the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation has become a superior ZIS (zakat, infaq, shadaqoh) management institution that is trustworthy, professional and transparent within PT PLN (Persero) in empowering mustahik to become muzaki.
