This research explores the influence of Korean dramas on the communication styles of students from the Faculty of Da'wah, specifically the 2022 cohort. Drawing on communication theory and cultural studies, the study investigates the impact of Korean dramas on interpersonal communication, non-verbal cues, and language use among the mentioned group. Through surveys and interviews, the research identifies key communication patterns influenced by exposure to Korean dramas, shedding light on the integration of Korean cultural elements into the communication practices of these students. The findings contribute to understanding the role of popular media in shaping communication norms within diverse cultural contexts, emphasizing the need for media literacy and cultural sensitivity in contemporary education.

This article discusses the phenomenon of language use by young people in the contemporary era. Through qualitative research combining pragmatic and sociolinguistic theories, we explore various aspects of the language used by young people today. The language used by young people today is a reflection of cultural changes and social trends that affect the way they communicate.In this article, we outline the variety and creativity found in youth language, including the use of slang words, popular terms. Our analysis includes the social context that drives the development of this language, as well as its impact on youth understanding and identity. In addition, the article discusses the potential positive and negative impacts of the evolution of youth language on interpersonal communication and how this language reflects changing values in society. In an effort to understand and appreciate the dynamics of youth language, we invite readers to reflect on the importance of language adaptation in keeping up with the times.

Interpersonal perception has undergone a significant transformation in the digital era, especially through the influence of social media. The presence of social media has now influenced the way individuals understand, interact, and form interpersonal relationships. The writing in this journal uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research conducted to examine an object, a condition, a group of people, or other phenomena with natural or real conditions (without experimental situations) to create a systematic overview or detailed description that is factual and accurate. This research is a study intended to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions or thoughts of people individually or in groups through observation and literature study so that a complete picture of an event can be presented which is intended to expose and clarify a phenomenon that occurs. From the discussion of interpersonal perceptions that occur due to social media in this digital era, it can be related to several theories of communication psychology, namely informative theory and behaviorism theory.

This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication in the West Java Communication and Information Office environment, specifically how the government agency communicates with the public and its impacts on various aspects. The research method employed is a Descriptive Quantitative approach. The total number of respondents in this study is 80 permanent employees of the West Java Communication and Information Office. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to all sampled employees of the West Java Communication and Information Office. The results of the research indicate that the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication in the West Java Communication and Information Office environment falls into the high category. This is evidenced by the high values assigned by the respondents to the five dimensions of Interpersonal Communication Effectiveness. Thus, it can be concluded that the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication among the employees of the West Java Communication and Information Office is considered effective.

A part or department within a company called the marketing division is responsible for managing all aspects related to the marketing of the company's products or services. The marketing division also plays a crucial role in the development of a company, so it must perform well. Ability to communicate effectively and well is crucial for smooth interactions and activities, especially in formal settings. Because of this, the purpose of this study is to understand the interpersonal communication relationships inside PT Hamri Indonesia's marketing division. Additionally, it looks into how much interpersonal communication might help staff members in PT Hamri Indonesia's marketing division work better. Furthermore, the study attempts to pinpoint obstacles that PT Hamri Indonesia's marketing division faces in relation to interpersonal communication. Primary data for this study came from observations and interviews, and data analysis in this study is qualitative. The sources of secondary data include definitions, theories, and a variety of literary works. The importance of encouraging effective interpersonal communication among persons is indicated by the conclusion reached from the impact of interpersonal communication on the performance of marketing division employees.

Mental health in Indonesia has so far been relatively neglected, even though the decline in productivity due to mental health disorders has been proven to have a real impact on the economy. Interpersonal communication is a scientific discipline that is seen as capable of realizing a person's mental health, because within the scope of its study, interpersonal communication is dialogical in nature. The dialogic nature is demonstrated through verbal communication in conversations that display direct feedback. This study uses all articles presented in the form of a literature review regarding "Promotion of Community Mental Health Using an Interpersonal Communication Approach". Based on the results of the literature review of the five journals analyzed, In essence, interpersonal communication is communication between a communicator and a communicant. This type of communication is considered the most effective for changing human attitudes, opinions or behavior due to a dialogical process. The implementation of mental health promotion aims to be an important step in conveying a knowledge base that often arises so that it can be used in the form of effective practice in a regulation. Integrating improvement, prevention and management related to mental health problems will be very helpful in avoiding death, reducing the stigma associated with it. attached to someone with mental disorders and improve the economic conditions of society.

Bullying is repeated aggressive behavior by society towards a person which results in victims. Bullying also often occurs, especially among school children. Factors that cause bullying behavior in society or at school include personality factors, interpersonal communication between children and their parents (parenting patterns), the role of peer groups and school climate. This research is descriptive research, aiming to determine the factors that cause bullying behavior in society, especially what often occurs among school children

This research aims to determine: 1) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship on learning motivation, 2) the effect of school environment on learning motivation and 3) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship and school environment on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The subject of this research is students of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. The sampling technique used on this research is stratified random sampling. Data collection technique using a questionnaire. The instrument validation technique used on this research is validity test and reliability test. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests, such as normality tests, linearity tests and multicollinearity tests and there are hypothesis tests such as t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, effective contribution and relative contribution. The results of this research are: First, that there is a positive and significant influence of the teacher-student interpersonal relationship variable on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudoni. This is evidenced by the value of Tvalue > Ttable 6.67 > 1.98 and a significance value of <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Second, it was found that there was no significant influence of school environmental variables on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono but the results still showed in a positive direction. This is proven by the significance value of the school environment of > 0.05 and the T value of 0.56 < T table of 1.98 so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected. Third, there is a positive and significant influence of teacher-student interpersonal relationship variables and the school environment together on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This is evidenced by the results of the F test with a F value of 34.75 > 3.09 F table with a significance level <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show a coefficient of determination value of 0.438, where teacher-student interpersonal relationships and the school environment together influence student learning motivation by 43.8%. While the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other factors. Teachers should be active in participating in communication competency training in order to improve teacher-student interpersonal relationships and teachers pay more attention to all students.

English speaking skills are an important aspect in developing high school students' communication skills. This workshop aims to improve high school students' speaking skills, especially in understanding and expressing ideas clearly. The workshop will cover a variety of communication strategies and techniques involving active interaction, group discussions, and hands-on exercises. Through a practical approach, workshop participants will be empowered to overcome common obstacles in speaking, including unclear expression of ideas, appropriate use of body language, and effective word choice. The expected result of this workshop is an increase in students' ability to compose and convey ideas in a structured and convincing manner. Apart from that, it is also hoped that there will be an increase in students' self-confidence in speaking in public. Thus, this workshop focuses not only on academic aspects, but also on developing interpersonal skills that are important for future success.  

Communication is the most important but also complex aspect of human life. Humans are greatly influenced by the communication they do with other humans, both those they already know and those they don't know at all. The problem encountered at MTs Al-Azhar Sei Siarti is that there are still many communication barriers that occur within the school environment. This can be seen based on the observations that the researchers made which illustrated that many students were shy about expressing opinions, students hesitated in starting a conversation, felt uncomfortable when asking for help from friends or teachers to clarify subjects that were not understood, always being alone, not wanting to join with other friends and many more problems that arise in the MTs Al-Azhar Sei Siarti school environment. Communication barriers are very interesting to study because of the importance of communication between students and teachers so that learning that takes place can be more accepted by all students because there is no longer a sense of passivity between students and teachers. The purpose of this research is to find out what communication barriers occur between students and teachers at MTs Al-Azhar Sei Siarti school. In this study the authors used descriptive qualitative methods, namely analyzing by describing the subject and research object based on the phenomena that occur in the field. While the data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation, and data analysis techniques.The conclusion in this study is that there are communication barriers between students and teachers in the aspects of mechanical barriers, semantic barriers and ecological barriers.

A shift in the role of living by the head of the family or a husband is replaced by a wife who works as a Women's Working Power (TKW) abroad. It's already happening because of the demands of the family economy. That decision affects the relationship and distance communication of the couple. Although the progress of communication technology is so rapid as the media is the point of the problem is to manage communication and relationships to stay harmonious. The research study was conducted out at the Bulugunung village, district of Plaosan, Magetan. The research methodology used is field research applying qualitative research methods. Qualitative methods produce descriptive data with data collection techniques such as observations and interviews. The results that follow are the study’s conclusion. (1) The condition of couples with long-distance marriages in communicating, (2) the way the couples take advantage of the supporting and hindering factors of distance communication, and (3) the distance interpersonal communication patterns between spouses inining distance marital relationships. Collaboration and mutual trust are the key to the harmony of relationships and communication of distant married couples.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of performance benefits and interpersonal communication on employee performance with career satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Batang Regency, totaling 114 employees. The number of samples taken in this study were all members of the population using the census method. The data processed after distributing the questionnaires were 101 bundles. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowances, the higher career satisfaction. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication, the higher the career satisfaction. Career satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher career satisfaction, the better employee performance. Performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowance, the higher the employee performance. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication is carried out, the better the employee performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test found that career satisfaction can mediate the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. This proves that career satisfaction is a mediating variable from the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. Career satisfaction can mediate the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance. This study aims to provide an understanding of the application of interpersonal communication through social media in a vocational high school environment, namely at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The implementation steps given to SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, are related to an aware understanding of media law to prevent the negative effects of social media, especially considering the current condition of the younger generation who are very active on social media, they must be equipped with knowledge of understanding content which can lead to social legal sanctions. to be wiser in using social media at an early age. The qualitative method is descriptive. Data was collected through observation, interviews, discussion forums and documentation. While the data analysis technique is presented in the form of narrative text through procedures namely coding, data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation, drawing conclusions and data analysis. The results show that the steps for implementing interpersonal communication are very comprehensive to help students and teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Babelan understand the importance of ethics in communicating online, especially when having to carry out activities with students online. Many teachers and students at SMK N 1 Babelan are active on various social media platforms so it is important for teachers and students to understand how to communicate properly and effectively. Poor communication on social media can negatively affect the image and reputation of a teacher, school or institution. As for the implications that need to be carried out related to understanding the law so that understanding about legal awareness of media is very important to prevent, the negative impact of social media is even greater when there is a lack of knowledge about understanding content which can lead to legal sanctions for the students themselves or the social environment.

Tujuan penelitian ini menggambarkan beberapa metode komunikasi di pelayanan kesehatan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan referensi dalam bentuk artikel yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi di pelayanan kesehatan dari Google. Kata kunci yang digunakan komunikasi kesehatan dan Healthcare Communication. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian literatur, penyajian dengan menampilkan hasil review. Analisis penelitian dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil menemukan komunikasi yang ada dalam pelayanan Kesehatan, antara pasien dengan tim medis dan antara tim medis dengan tim medis di pelayanan kesehatan.   Komunikasi terapeutik mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pasien dan memberikan ketenangan pasien beserta keluarga. Komunikasi Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation (SBAR) yang baik, meningkatkan motivasi kerja tim medis dan membangun kekompakan kerja tim medis.  Implikasi penelitian ini, dasar pengembangan metode komunikasi di pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of teachers' interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects for class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive inferential approach. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 190 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the probability sampling method with simple random sampling type. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 32 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of teacher interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education in class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test The positive relationship obtained is rxy = 0.593 > rtable(a=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.037 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="21","28"+0.58X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 35.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=14, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 16.28 > 2.01. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The role of communication is very important for social life, because basically communication is a basic human activity and is a dynamic transactional process that influences behavior. According to communication experts, there are many forms of communication such as interpersonal communication, intrapersonal communication, organizational communication, and others. Based on temporary observations in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency, there are several children with disabilities. These disabled children experience mental retardation, growth and development and speech disabilities, hearing impairments, and physical disabilities, so they are quite slow, making communication less slow, compared to normal children in general. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. Their attitudes and behavior are not as cheerful as children in general and they also have difficulty communicating and interacting with other people. From this problem, researchers are interested in researching "Communication Patterns of Mothers and Children with Disabilities in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency." The results of this research are that the communication patterns of mothers and children with disabilities in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency are quite good, although a little passive. in carrying out this communication pattern. Because communication must be done with body language, be patient, speak with a loud voice and slow intonation and speak by repeating words. Apart from that, when a child with a disability is angry if the child's wishes are not followed, the mother must speak patiently because the mother must try to understand what the child means and learn about what the child with a disability wants.

Human Resource Management (HR) is recognized as an important global issue in the competitive arena in the era of globalization. It is undeniable that many problems that arise in the development and competition of companies are human-rooted By taking a sample of 72 teachers at SMKN 3 Kediri using correlation and regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis concluded: 1) The work environment has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance at SMKN 3 Kediri. 2) Work stress does not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMKN 3 Kediri. 3) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMKN 3 Kediri. 4) Simultaneously it is known that there is a significant influence between work environment, work stress, and interpersonal communication on teacher performance at SMKN 3 kediri.

In a company, organizational culture and interpersonal communication between employees often have great significance in work commitments because commitments are related to acceptance, health, and maintenance. With this phenomenon, research wants to know how significant the relationship with commitment is through organizational culture and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. This research was conducted on employees of Es. Clo is a clothing start-up in Bandung, Indonesia. The population in this study was 15 people; considering the small population, the researchers took all employees as samples. Through quantitative research methods and the positivism paradigm, researchers tested multiple regression analysis to see the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication's effectiveness on employee work commitment. Based on the study's results, it was shown that there was a positive and simultaneous influence of the two variables on influencing work commitment. This was shown from the ANOVA table test, which showed a positive influence between organizational culture and interpersonal communication with Es. Clo's employee commitment. The organizational culture of the Es. Employees have understood Clo company in terms of rules, norms, dominant values ​​, and organizational climate.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh terhadap profesionalisme, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan interpersonal communication terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasional. Studi ini dilakukan di Bappeda Kota Semarang, dengan menggunakan survei melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Bappeda Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 66 sampel responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi jalur path, dengan alat statistik SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan: (1) profesionalisme berdampak pada komitmen organisasional yang akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai; (2)  interpersonal communication berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) interpersonal communication meningkatkan komitmen organisasional yang berdampak pada kinerja pegawai; (4) profesionalisme tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (5) kualitas sumberdaya manusia tidak berpengaruh baik terhadap komitmen organisasional maupun kinerja pegawai.
