Stunting, also known as growth failure in children, is a condition caused by a child's nutritional needs not being met for a long time, specifically during the first 1,000 days of life. The first 1,000 days of life are the first 270 days (nine months) in the mother's womb plus the first 730 days (two years) of a baby's life after birth. Education is a learning process aimed at developing the potential or quality of thought patterns and knowledge of an individual or group. One of the goals of education is to increase public knowledge. The target group for the first 1,000 days of life is pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education on pregnant women's knowledge about the first 1,000 days of life at the Tombulilato Community Health Center, Bone Raya District, Gorontalo City. The type of research used is Quasi Experiment with a two group pretest and posttest design approach. The sample in this study were 32 pregnant women in the intervention group and 32 in the control group. Data collection was done through a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a paired T test with a 95% confidence interval (CI) and α <0.05. The results of the study showed that Educational Intervention had a significant effect on the knowledge of pregnant women (p = 0.000) in the First 1000 Days of Life in the Tombulilato Health Center area, Bone Raya District. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of population mobility in Gorontalo Province, focusing on migration patterns, driving factors, and their impacts on regional development. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach based on secondary data from Long Form Sensus Penduduk 2020 and official publications from Badan Pusat Statistik. The findings reveal that Gorontalo City serves as the primary destination for in-migration, while Gorontalo Regency is the main source of out-migration. Economic motives dominate migration drivers, followed by educational and socio-familial factors. Migration contributes to economic growth in destination areas but also presents challenges such as infrastructure disparity and pressure on public services, especially in origin and emerging regions like Boalemo and Pohuwato. These findings highlight the importance of development planning that is responsive to population mobility dynamics to achieve inclusive and sustainable growth.

One of the main elements affecting patron happiness, particularly in educational settings, is the caliber of library services. For students, the library serves as an essential information source. The expectations of users and the actual services offered, however, frequently diverge. Prior research has demonstrated that high-quality services can boost students' enthusiasm for reading and their contentment with library resources. This study's methodology is quantitative and survey-based. The author selected 57 individuals from the population, all of whom were library patrons. Data collecting methods, including questionnaires and documentation, were employed to get the information required for this investigation. The data analysis's findings demonstrated that the library offered its patrons quite good services. The majority of respondents (22, or 38.6%) selected "Satisfied," indicating that they were happy with the facilities and services offered, particularly with regard to staff services and book collections. The lowest, "Not Satisfied," was reported by as many as two individuals, or 3.5%.

The alignment of budget planning with funding sources is a crucial aspect of financial management in Islamic educational organizations to ensure operational sustainability and improve the quality of educational services. This study aims to analyze strategies that can be implemented in drafting and adjusting budget plans with various funding sources, such as government funds, zakat, infaq, waqf, community donations, and student contributions. This research employs the library research method, which involves collecting and analyzing various literature related to Islamic educational financial management. The results indicate that the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and accountability must be applied in managing educational funds to ensure optimal budget utilization. One of the key indicators for maintaining financial balance is the budget balance ratio, which measures the extent to which an organization’s revenue can cover its expenditures. If the ratio reaches or exceeds 100%, it indicates a surplus that can be allocated for institutional development. However, if the ratio is below 100%, a deficit occurs that must be addressed immediately through cost efficiency strategies, diversification of funding sources, and optimization of productive waqf assets. This study emphasizes that a systematic and sustainable financial strategy is essential for maintaining the financial stability of Islamic educational organizations. By implementing well-structured budget planning, strict supervision, and diversified funding sources, organizations can ensure financial sustainability and enhance the overall quality of Islamic education.

Poverty in Makassar City is a multidimensional problem that not only covers economic, but also social and cultural aspects. The Family Hope Program (PKH) was initiated as a conditional social assistance intervention to ease the burden on poor families through increased access to education and health. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of PKH in improving the welfare of poor families in Makassar, identify socio-cultural factors that affect the success of the program, and explore the obstacles faced by beneficiaries and social companions. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with research subjects including 10 beneficiary families and 3 social companions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies, then analyzed thematically using an inductive approach. The results of the study show that PKH contributes significantly to reducing the economic burden of families, especially in meeting children's educational and health needs. The success of the program is influenced by the role of social companions who are communicative and adaptive to the local cultural context. However, complicated bureaucracy, limited access to public services, inaccurate recipient data, and social stigma are the main obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of the program. Awareness and active participation of beneficiaries in carrying out program obligations are also the key to success. The research concludes that PKH needs to be supported by simplifying administrative procedures, strengthening the capacity of companions, and culturally sensitive approaches to increase the impact of programs in poverty alleviation in Makassar City.

Education is a fundamental aspect in shaping the future of the younger generation, and choosing further studies after education at junior high school level is a crucial decision. At UPTD SMP Negeri 10 Kupang, many students, especially in class IX for the 2024/2025 academic year, face difficulties in determining their further study path. To help students plan their careers, implementing Guidance and Counseling (BK) services in the career field is very necessary, one of which is through creating a career tree. A career tree is a visual aid that depicts the career paths and educational pathways that students can pursue based on their interests and abilities. This method aims to provide students with a better understanding of the career options available, recognize their own potential, and plan strategic steps to achieve their career goals. The results of this activity show that making a career tree was successful in providing insight to students, helping them know themselves better, and motivating them to actively seek information about careers and further education. Creating a career tree has proven to be effective as a solution in planning the right career and further studies. Therefore, it is recommended to improve guidance and counseling services, implement career trees regularly, and involve parents and the community in supporting students' career development.

The historical foundation of guidance and counselling (BK) in Indonesia plays an important role in shaping the practice of BK services in various educational institutions, including at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using interview, observation, and documentation methods aimed at examining the historical foundation and implementation of guidance and counselling (BK) services at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya, with resource person Mr Abdurrahman, one of the BK teachers. Currently, there are seven counselling teachers handling ±2,600 students with a ratio of 1:150. Each counselling teacher is responsible for one area, including mechanical, automotive, building, electrical, electrical, computer and broadcasting engineering. Observations showed that the school's counselling services include basic, responsive and specialisation services. The main challenges include the lack of counselling teachers, low understanding of the duties of counselling teachers by others, and complex student problems such as smoking. The counselling approach emphasises gradual reduction of negative behaviours and increasing students' trust in the counselling teacher through the principle of credit. The findings indicate the importance of increasing the number of counselling teachers to optimally meet students‘ needs and the need to educate school authorities about the duties and functions of counselling and provide a comprehensive overview of the strategic role of counselling in supporting students’ readiness to face academic and non-academic challenges.
