The goal of this endeavor is to stabilize Jakarta's position as a hub for business and government that has long been in decline, as well as to lessen economic tensions between the main island of Java and its neighboring islands. This article will analyze the economic climate as well as the risks that the government must address in this particular endeavor. Qualitative research method is a research method that is carried out with a type of descriptive approach The results of the research obtained are the positive impact as well as the risk of the transfer of IKN to Central Kalimantan on the economy in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the educational level of tuberculosis (TB) patients and the incidence of Multidrug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) in Surakarta City. The study utilized an observational analytic design with a case-control approach, involving 304 subjects, consisting of 76 MDR-TB patients and 228 non-MDR TB patients. Data were collected through surveys, and the analysis was conducted using the chi-square test. The results showed that a low educational level was significantly associated with an increased risk of MDR-TB (OR=3.26; 95% CI=1.88-5.66; p<0.001). Patients with a lower educational level were 3.26 times more likely to develop MDR-TB compared to those with higher education. This study concludes that educational level plays a crucial role in the incidence of MDR-TB and emphasizes the need for improved health education programs to enhance treatment adherence and prevent drug resistance among TB patients.

This study looks at the relationship between Indonesian cocoa production and economic expansion. This study investigates the relationship between Indonesia's economic growth and cocoa production using quantitative methodology and secondary data. A 1% increase in cocoa production is associated with a 1% increase in economic growth, according to the findings of a simple linear regression study. Because other factors not included in the analysis also have an impact, the coefficient of determination () of 0.011 indicates that the impact of cocoa production on economic growth is around 1%. Additionally, hypothesis testing shows how independent factors work together to influence the dependent variable. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of how cocoa production can influence economic growth in Indonesia and can be used as a consideration in developing more effective economic strategies.

Hypertension is a disease that can harm pregnant women. Hypertension associated with pregnancy is referred to as gestational hypertension. Pregnancy-related hypertension is defined as hypertension that develops after 20 weeks of pregnancy in a mother who is known to have normal blood pressure, or has normal blood pressure, and does not exhibit severe proteinuria or other symptoms of preeclampsia. If the mother's blood pressure rises above 140/90 mmHg at least twice a week after resting, then it is certain that she is suffering from hypertension. 18 When blood pressure increases to 140/90 mmHg during pregnancy, or when systolic and diastolic pressure increase by 30 and 15 mmHg, respectively, above the normal limit, this is called hypertension. Preeclampsia/eclampsia, gestational hypertension, chronic hypertension with preeclampsia, and chronic hypertension are the four forms of hypertension known to occur during pregnancy. Husband's support has a significant impact on fulfilling her physical and emotional needs. This is especially true for first-time mothers because their experience and understanding of pregnancy is different from adult pregnant women. When compared with adult pregnancies, teenage mothers tend to be more aggressive, depressed and anxious. In addition to psychological and emotional states that are influenced by physical changes, mothers who experience a lack of family attention also experience fear, anxiety and anxiety related to childbirth.

Implementation of the principles of the rule of law and Pancasila democracy in the context of protecting the rights of every human being in Indonesia. The values associated with Pancasila, in protecting one's rights, are very diverse. The first value of Pancasila, if it is related to the rights that every human being has, means affirming recognition of God the Creator. The second value is that humans have equal dignity and rights that must be respected by each other. The values of Pancasila must be put forward in order to unite the Indonesian nation, so that the Indonesian state becomes one united nation. The fourth principle, if related to the rights possessed by humans, emphasizes the importance of fair distribution of resources and opportunities, as well as being able to overcome all forms of injustice in society. Finally, the fifth principle is related to the rights possessed by every human being, meaning that the value of Pancasila places greater emphasis on the importance of democratic governance, by providing space for participation for citizens to be active in society.

One indicator of inadequate environmental cleanliness is fly density; Higher fly densities correspond to higher fly populations in the area. Fly handling is necessary immediately because of the potential health risks associated with fly density. The aim of this study is to quantify the distance between the fly density in local homes and the slaughter chicken cages in Rajabasa Baru Village, Mataram Baru Subdistrict, East Lampung Regency. The study used a qualitative descriptive technique. The dwellings around the slaughter chicken coop are the subject of this study, which is being conducted in Rajabasa Baru Village, Mataram Baru Subdistrict, East Lampung Regency. Observation and documentation are the methods employed to gather data for this study. The results of the research found that the distance that had the highest density of flies was 150 meters with an average of 24 individuals, while at a distance of 450 meters there were only 28 individuals, then at a distance of 900 meters only 13 individuals. Fly density tends to decrease with increasing distance from the source, namely the chicken drum. However, the density of flies is still quite significant even at greater distances, indicating the importance of managing and controlling fly populations around these areas to maintain environmental health and prevent the spread of disease.
