PG XYZ is a company part of agribusiness which operates in the sugar cane agroindustry in the Sidoarjo area. PT. PG XYZ is trying to minimize the stopping hours for each mill for six months. With the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) analysis method, the causes and effects can be identified and minimized so that the company gets maximum profits in an efficient time. The sugar cane milling activity is an important part of the company's production system and has risks that have a very large impact and often occur when milling machines stop working. This is due to factors that influence the milling machine. Based on the research results, it was found that PT. PG XYZ, the biggest thing that happened and had a lot of weight was the root causes that had an impact on the machine, namely the drive engine protection device didn't work, the limit switch didn't work, the backup device was damaged, the electric motor caught fire, the oil cylinder leaked, the gearbox shaft broke. Meanwhile, for the weighting of the solution. PT. PG XYZ doubles the driving machine as a double drive, upgrades the driving machine, buys a bigger chain, adds human resources, makes spare tools. With this weighting, it is hoped that we can control stopping hours based on problem data and the most effective solutions and industrial activities run well and produce the best quality.

PT. PG X is part of ID FOOD which focuses on the sugar cane agro-industry sector. SHS sugar is the main product. To ensure production meets consumer standards and expectations, it is necessary to implement quality control during the production process. This involves quality control, improvement and improvement of systems so that the products produced are superior and competitive. In writing this article, the author is interested in exploring the problem of product defects and deviations in the production process, including defective products, as well as efforts to improve and improve product quality. The problem solving method used is the six sigma method. From the research results, it was found that the total production produced during October was 48,611 and 3,283 defective products were found. In the sugar production section, PT X Sugar Factory has a sigma level of 3.7 with a possible damage of 24,635 for one million production (DPMO).

Stock-taking is one way to maintain stock inventory by physically counting the stock of goods in the warehouse. However, it is not uncommon for companies to face data mismatches between existing records in the system and actual conditions in the warehouse on an ongoing basis. This problem can cause losses for the company in terms of quality, quantity, and storage costs. The DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) is one method that can be used to overcome this problem. Based on data processing, it is obtained that the causes of stock-taking mismatches are outgoing goods that have not been inputted in the system, returns of goods that have not been inputted in the system, errors in inputting incoming goods into the system, different part numbers, incoming goods have not been inputted in the system with the largest percentage of causes being outgoing goods that have not been inputted at 49.60%. As for one of the efforts to control stock-taking discrepancies by making reports based on stock-taking deviation data within a certain period of time so that it can continue to reduce the occurrence of stock-taking discrepancies.

The rapid development of the industry has driven the emergence of various technologies that can support the industry, especially in production activities. Production activities are the actions performed by humans to generate a product, be it goods or services, which are then utilized by consumers. These activities operate around the clock to produce products that meet market demand. For smooth production activities, manufacturing industries need to provide raw materials that meet targets and create plans before operating, with inventory levels set to ensure that needs are met in terms of quality, quantity, time, and low cost as planned. PT XYZ is a fruit juice manufacturer with avocado juice being its most popular product. The production of avocado juice was analyzed over the period of 2015-2020 using Vensim software with four scenarios to assess the availability of raw materials. The research findings reveal that the total availability of flour raw materials in 2020 was 10,000 tons; 9,450 tons; 9,500 tons; 10,150 tons; 11,400 tons; 13,250 tons. To address the issue, PT XYZ can monitor fruit stocks and periodically estimate fruit seasons.

This research aims to evaluate the differences in the use of the English language in electronic and manual documentation in nursing practice. Documentation is a crucial element in patient care, and with technological advancements, many healthcare institutions are transitioning from manual records to electronic documentation systems. The focus of this study is to identify variations in clarity, accuracy, and efficiency of nurse communication using both documentation methods.The research methodology involves surveys and document analysis on a sample of nurses engaged in both types of documentation. Surveys will assess nurses' perceptions regarding the clarity of documented information, the accuracy of information, and the efficiency of usage. The analyzed documents will include patient records, care plans, and incident reports.The research outcomes are expected to provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each documentation method, aiding healthcare organizations in decision-making regarding the implementation or development of documentation systems. The practical implications of this research can enhance nurse communication effectiveness and the quality of patient care, especially in the continually evolving healthcare information technology era.

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) Providing incentives in an effort to improve employee performance at the travel tour company PT. Menara Dunia Tour Travel which has been running, (2) How incentives should be given in an effort to improve the performance of PT. Menara Dunia Tour Travel. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include direct interviews with company leaders and employees, observation and documentation. The research results show (1) The incentive system provided by the company to its employees is in the form of material and non-material incentives in the form of bonuses, social security, awards, work training and joint holidays. Meanwhile, the things that drive employee performance and motivation are employee quality, employee quantity, and employee attendance or discipline. The results of this research are that providing incentives can increase work enthusiasm in increasing achievement, increase loyalty, discipline and responsibility for the position, and most importantly can improve employee performance, (2) By looking at the results of the analysis which shows that the program The incentives implemented by PT. This research provides a theoretical examination of the implementation of the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) Information System to enhance the management of scholarly publications at the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Sebelas Maret University (UNS). SINTA, serving as a platform indexing and presenting information on scholarly publications, is the focal point of this study with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of scholarly publication management within the academic environment of LPPM UNS.The study commences by offering a theoretical overview of SINTA, encompassing its roles and primary functions in providing information on scholarly publications. Subsequently, the fundamental concepts of scholarly publication management are analyzed in detail, involving processes such as article submission, metadata management, and researcher performance monitoring at the institutional level.The significance of implementing SINTA in enhancing research visibility, real-time monitoring of researcher performance, and facilitating easy information access becomes a primary focus in identifying the benefits of this implementation. Additionally, case studies and examples of successful implementations at LPPM UNS will provide a concrete illustration of how SINTA can be effectively applied in the context of scholarly publication management.However, the study also includes an analysis of challenges and obstacles that may be encountered during the implementation process, including data security, accurate information availability, and integration with other existing information systems within the institution.Through this study, specific recommendations are expected to be generated for LPPM UNS to enhance the implementation of SINTA as a primary tool in scholarly publication management. The conclusions drawn from this study aim to provide deeper insights into the role of the Science and Technology Index Information System in improving the effectiveness and quality of scholarly publications at LPPM UNS.

Machine downtime is a daily issue in the manufacturing industry. Handling downtime occurrences on machines is necessary to improve productivity and the quality of production outcomes. This becomes a benchmark for manufacturing companies to compete in the era of globalization. The DMAIC approach can be utilized to systematically analyze and resolve issues, including downtime problems. Research findings indicate that hot runner mold is a priority for improvement at PT XYZ. Through the Define, Measure, and Analyze stages of DMAIC, the main problems are clearly identified, their causes deeply analyzed, and effective solutions developed and tested. The implementation of these solutions through the Improve and Control stages successfully enhanced production efficiency, reduced downtime, and improved mold quality.

This research aims to find out how the cash disbursement internal control system is implemented and to determine the suitability of implementing the cash disbursement internal control system at PT. Applicationnusa Lintasarta with elements of internal control in achieving the objectives of the internal control system. This research uses a descriptive approach. The object studied is the cash disbursement internal control system implemented at PT. Nusa Lintasarta Application. The informants in this research were the Director and Cashier. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this research show that the results of the list obtained through interviews with the three respondents are 75%, which means the internal control system for cash disbursements implemented at PT. Applicationnusa Lintasarta Medan is quite in accordance with the elements of internal control in achieving the objectives of the internal control system, namely organizational structure, authorization system and recording procedures, healthy practices and employees whose quality is in accordance with their responsibilities.

One of the important things in a company is its accounting system, where accounting is an information system that records, identifies, communicates and collects financial data that is useful in decision making. Through the existence of technology that continues to develop in each era, the availability of information systems has added value to processes, production, quality, management, decision making and problem solving as well as competitive advantages that will be beneficial for business activities. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is secondary data with a library study data collection method. The results of this research found that other studies showed similar results, namely that the performance of the accounting information system had an influence on decision making in financial reports.

Education is considered crucial in improving the quality of human resources, especially through the process of personal formation through education. Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system emphasizes the importance of a learning atmosphere and an active learning process. Teachers, especially in science learning, face challenges such as low motivation and lack of interest in the material.This research uses a quasi-experimental method to evaluate the effect of using video-based learning media on elementary school students' knowledge, especially in classifying animals. The research results show that video media is effective in increasing students' learning interest and motivation, facilitating understanding of abstract science concepts, and optimizing cognitive learning outcomes.It was found that learning with video media creates a fun, active and motivating learning atmosphere, contributing to the success of science teaching in fourth grade elementary school. The implications of this research indicate that the use of video media can be an effective solution in improving science learning at the elementary level, building students' interest in learning, and supporting their cognitive development.

Technology has a very important role in creating quality human resources. In this case, technology also does not escape incoming and outgoing goods transactions, as happened with Dolphin Corp. Dolphin Corp is one of the printing companies in Jambi City which serves various types of printing, both small and large scale. The services provided by Dolphin Corp, such as printing invitations, books, calendars, food packaging, brochures, magazines and so on, are all carried out based on requests from consumers after the consumer makes payment. The system used to store data on incoming goods still uses physical records in books, where there is no system that functions optimally to increase the amount of stock, reduce the amount of stock and record stock reports.

Storage is an activity of storing and maintaining by placing the received pharmaceutical supplies in a place that is considered safe from theft and physical disturbance that can damage the quality of the drug. The purpose of this study was to determine the drug storage system at the Dearh Lanto Dg Pasewang General Hospital Pharmacy Warehouse which includes spatial arrangements, storage methods, stock card recording and drug quality observation. This is done by direct observation The research conducted is descriptive in nature, the data collection method in this study is by direct observation. The data management and analysis techniques that the authors used in this study included reducing the checklists that had been obtained. Based on the results of research conducted at the Pharmacy Warehouse of the Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital, in general, the drug storage system was 93.22% in the good category. The assessment includes the physical condition of the warehouse with a value of 90.47% in the good category. How to store drugs with a value of 93.33%. Stock card recording with a percentage value of 100% is in the good category. Drug quality monitoring with a percentage value of 100% is in the good category, so that the medicines stored in the Warehouse of the Regional General Hospital Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto are in good condition and the quality of the drugs is maintained.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.

Naturally, a mother hen incubates her eggs until they hatch completely. However, the success rate of natural hatching is low, and hatching can be completed with a maximum of 10 eggs. Chicken farming, more specifically the chicken egg hatching system, breeders usually use an incubator for the process of hatching chicken eggs. In the incubator, there is a lamp that has been provided which is used for the process of warming the eggs so that the eggs can hatch properly and of good quality with incandescent lamps. In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. Design methods and experimental methods were used in this research. Tool testing is divided into three types, namely temperature testing, humidity testing and egg load testing. The rapid development of e-commerce technology demands the adoption of efficient and reliable payment systems to enhance user experience. This research aims to analyze the quality of smart payment system performance in the context of e-commerce business. The analytical method used includes evaluating the reliability, responsiveness, transaction speed and security of the smart payment system. This study involved a survey of a number of e-commerce customers who use the smart payment system, with a focus on their perception of the quality of system performance. In addition, data collection is carried out by analyzing transaction times, failure rates and transaction security through smart payment systems used by several leading e-commerce platforms. The research results show that the reliability of the smart payment system has a significant impact on e-commerce user satisfaction. Additionally, responsiveness and transaction speed play an important role in ensuring optimal user experience. The security factor is also a critical aspect in increasing user trust in the smart payment system. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce service providers and payment system developers to improve and optimize the performance quality of their smart payment systems. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing better strategies in improving the efficiency and reliability of electronic payments in e-commerce businesses.

This article discusses the learning system policy at the MDTA education level at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung. The method used is qualitative data through data collection through interviews with one of the sources as an instrument. The data analysis procedure carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions is one of the qualitative data techniques. The data collection technique used in this research was observation and interviews with a school principal at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung. The aim of research on a learning system policy at the MDTA education level at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung is because the learning system policy at the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDTA) education level is important in efforts to improve the quality of education. Several government policies related to curriculum, such as the Merdeka Curriculum, have been implemented to restore learning.
