Film is an influential visual mass communication medium and has various roles. Films usually contain values that have meaning or messages for the audience. Some signs appear in mass communication as messages that have meaning. These signs can be analyzed using sign science or semiotics. This research focuses on Roland Barthes' semiotics, which analyzes the meaning of signs using denotative, connotative, and meta-language or mythical meaning systems. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources presented in this research were obtained directly from the research object, namely the film Dunia Without Suara, and other sources such as books and articles related to the focus of this research. The data collection technique in this research is a documentation study of the film Dunia Without Suara. Based on the analysis that has been carried out using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory, several scenes have meaning from circumstances, events, and shortcomings within a person.

In a transaction, especially electronic goods cannot be separated from the possibility of defects or damage to goods, thus causing electronic goods manufacturers to provide guarantees (warranties) to consumers. The research method used is a qualitative method through data techniques in the form of, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique uses the content analysis method. The research method was carried out using literature studies from secondary data, data is the result of searches through media such as the internet, books, and other articles that are appropriate to the case to be discussed. In this research, a case study of PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk was carried out. In the case of financial reports audited by KAP Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Partners, the engagement period between the company and KAP has been in place for a long time. This study aims to examine the Implementation of Punishment related to Contempt and Defamation in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE (Electronic Information and Transactions). The presence of this law was initially expected to be able to answer the challenges of the times by containing a criminal formulation of individual legal relations through social networks. However, Article 27 Paragraph (3) on Contempt and Defamation is actually a rubber article that is multi-interpreted and negatively affects free speech. It is studied using normative methods and focuses on the applicable law and connects it through legal concepts to analyze legal issues. From the results of the research that has been studied, it shows that the use of absolute offenses can make ITE cases increase and there must also be revisions in some articles of defamation tend to be used multi-interpretation with the subjective authority of law enforcement officials to promote freedom of expression in public.

The family plays a central role in forming children's faith, with parents as the main educators in physical and spiritual aspects. Religious education in the family is directed at acquiring knowledge and attitudes that demonstrate responsibility within the family, church and society. However, previous research shows that children's faith education often receives little attention because parents are busy, especially at an early age. This research aims to illustrate the important role of parents in forming the basis of children's faith, especially at an early age, and supporting their participation in religious activities. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach, using literature reviews from books, journals and related articles.

Children in the perspective of the Catholic faith in general are the future of the Church. Because, children are part of grace, faith, hope, and love. The social personality in question is the development of character and mentality that supports children to get to know each other. This requires self-transformation as a benchmark for understanding children's social mobility. This research was conducted at SDK Mardiwiyata 2. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. From the perspective of the Catholic faith, the Church views the understanding of the concept of character education from 2 (two) points of view, namely: Faith education based on the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) and faith education based on the book of canon law (KHK). The findings from this study are that children who are Catholics are dominated by non-Catholic children so through social life it appears that the character of Catholic children is less desirable, so intensive coaching is needed to shape the child's character. The conclusion this of study is the implementation of children's character in the light of the Catholic faith to improve children's character and mental development. The conclusion of this research is evident from the results of various other studies that have been done before.

This study aims to explore the role of scientific articles in the development of insight and critical thinking of students at Medan State University. The research method used a survey with 20 respondents. The results show that scientific articles are effective in deepening students' understanding and critical thinking skills. Despite challenges such as language comprehension, scientific articles remain a valuable tool in higher education, supporting students' preparation for a complex future.

From the results of this research, it can be seen that the work productivity of employees at CV Griya Alam Mulya is quite good. Although there are several obstacles that can hinder work, high morale and collaboration between employees helps overcome these obstacles and keep productivity high. This can be seen from the positive impact felt by CV Griya Alam Mulya, and the various factors supporting its work productivity.

Era digital merupakan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang selalu berkaitan pada dunia ilmu dan pengetahuan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan  menggunakan  penelitian metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Metode kualitatif bertujuan untuk memahami objek yang diteliti secara mendalam. Dalam implementasinya, ini mengkaji literatur (literature review) dan bersumber dari artikel penelitian (research articles), juga berasal dari jurnal dan berita online yang bertujuan untuk menarik kesimpulan dan mengevaluasi masalah. Hasil penelitian   menunjukkan   bahwa dengan melakukan berbagai macam detoks sosial media adalah dengan cara membatasi dan mengurangi kegiatan untuk scrolling atau memberi komentar pada media sosial. Karena dengan melakukan hal tersebut dapat membatasi rasa ketergantungan serta kecanduan penggunkan sosial media. kondisi stres kronis di mana pekerja merasa lelah secara fisik, mental, dan emosional gara-gara pekerjaannya.

In the criminal justice system, witnesses have not been maximally protected in a number of laws and regulations such as in the Criminal Procedure Code and in the Criminal Code, where witnesses have not received maximum attention because in the law above, almost in the articles of the Criminal Procedure Code there is not a single article that specifically regulates witness protection and almost every article in the Criminal Procedure Code and the Criminal Code, witness rights are always included with the rights of victims. This study aims to determine how the process of planning facilities and infrastructure in the Suku Dinas Kesehatan Central Jakarta. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by analyzing the problems and data found. Qualitative research is based on primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through journals, articles, and previous research related to the research topic. This research design is based on a qualitative approach and takes several samples. Respondents of this study are employees involved in facilities and infrastructure at the research site. Planning of facilities and infrastructure is carried out so that all office facilities and infrastructure can run well, so that employees in the office can utilize them optimally, can also support employee performance and smooth work so that maximum final results can be obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine how the planning of facilities and infrastructure in the Suku Dinas Kesehatan Central Jakarta.

Hypertension is a measurement of systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure of 90 mmHg and the measurement is more than 2 times. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the relationship between elderly sleep quality and high blood pressure in hypertensive patients based on the literature review. Writing this journal uses a literature study approach from several search databases from pubmed and proquest with the last 5 years of publication (2017-2022). Keywords used are sleep quality, elderly, and hypertension. The literature study showed that from 10 journals studied, there was a relationship between sleep quality and hypertension from several factors, including sleep duration <6 hours, frequent awakenings at night, illnesses suffered and the elderly experienced nocturia. Where nocturia is someone who often urinates excessively at night. In conclusion, from 10 articles that show a significant relationship, it has been analyzed that sleep quality is related to hypertension, but poor sleep quality can be caused by several triggering factors including sleep duration > 6 hours, illnesses such as diabetes mellitus, and hyperlipidemia, and sleep quality. in women aged > 60 years and over more often experience nocturia so that the quality of sleep decreases.

This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing and analyzing the issues found. This qualitative approach is based on collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were deemed to be able to describe the problem that would be the object of research. There were four informants for this research, consisting of three general staff and one administrative staff. The main objectives of this research are to find out employee performance programs that have been implemented to improve PT Tri Digi Fin, find out about continuous training and development to improve their performance, and find out how employees improve their work performance. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding employee performance. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that our program performance includes regular assessments based on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that help identify areas for improvement. This finding is reinforced by interview results which show that employees who cannot adapt to change or are open-minded to new ideas and improvements can perform less well in a dynamic environment.

This literature study aims to analyze and describe the integration of moral values ​​in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on coastal local wisdom for elementary school students. The focus of this study is to identify moral values ​​that are relevant to the lives of coastal communities, analyze strategies for integrating coastal local wisdom in PAI learning, and describe the potential for developing PAI teaching materials based on coastal local wisdom. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach. The sources of research data are journal articles, reference books, curriculum documents, and relevant previous research results over the past ten years. Data collection techniques are carried out through identification, classification, and content analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Moral values ​​that are relevant to the lives of coastal communities include gratitude for the gifts of the sea, honesty, cooperation, courage, patience, and responsibility for the environment; (2) The strategy of integrating local coastal wisdom in Islamic Religious Education learning can be done through the development of contextual teaching materials, experiential learning methods, and authentic evaluation; (3) The development of Islamic Religious Education teaching materials based on local coastal wisdom has the potential to increase the relevance of learning, strengthen local cultural identity, and facilitate the internalization of moral values ​​in elementary school students. This study concludes that the integration of moral values ​​in Islamic Religious Education learning based on local coastal wisdom is a relevant and potential strategy to be implemented in elementary schools in coastal areas, especially at SDN 007 Panipahan.

This article discusses the transformation of the Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) Suryalaya Order as a form of neo-Sufism that transformed into a development ethic in the New Order era. Under the charismatic leadership of Sheikh Ahmad Shohibul Wafa Tajul Arifin (Abah Anom), this order displays a dynamic face of Sufism, not only focusing on individual spirituality, but also actively responding to social and national issues. This study uses a literature study approach by critically examining various primary and secondary sources in the form of author dissertations, academic books, and reputable scientific journal articles. The main findings show that through collective rituals, character education, and ethical political positions, TQN Suryalaya acts as an agent of social and moral transformation. Abah Anom's inclusive leadership model and participatory spiritual practices make this order relevant in the context of modern development. This study emphasizes the importance of the order as an agent of spiritual and social development in facing ethical crises, modern disorientation, and post-reform national challenges.

Through AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology such as visual mentors, Voice Assistants such as Google Assistant, Siri, and Cortana and Presentation Translator. The approach in this research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. Researchers obtain data from various sources including journals, books, articles and others.

The main objective of this research is to understand the employee work environment at the Female Daily Network company, including what factors influence the employee work environment and how the Female Daily Network creates a positive work environment. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding the work environment. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that they noted differences in room arrangements at Female Daily Network, which also led to a lack of a sense of togetherness between various departments. This indirectly hinders social interaction and communication between employees from different departments within the company. This finding is strengthened by interview results which show that when problems arise in an unhealthy work environment, differences in room arrangements are one of the factors that play a role. The different room arrangements are carried out with the aim of limiting interference between divisions, so that employees can focus more on carrying out their duties.

The aim of this research is to determine the office equipment at PT Pertamina Kota Central Jakarta which includes the various equipment used and the condition of the equipment. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. The subjects of this research are four employees of PT Pertamina Kota Central Jakarta in the accounting, general and service departments. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research and articles related to research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the PT Pertamina City Central Jakarta office has equipped various types of equipment ranging from computers, printers, photocopy machines, telephones, and small equipment such as hvs paper, pens. With all the machine equipment, there are only a few pieces of equipment that are damaged, such as computers and printers, this can have an impact on employee performance. Apart from that, complete office equipment also really supports employee comfort in working, not only employees but also every guest or member of the public who visits will feel comfortable too.

In the educational context, professional teachers are needed to develop the quality of education for students. Teacher professionalism is the main key to the success of improving the quality of education. Professional teachers are not only required to be able to convey information to students, but are also required to plan, manage, diagnose and assess the process of teaching and learning outcomes. This research aims to examine what professionalism means, what are the characteristics of professional teachers and what are the steps to becoming professional. Employee performance at PT XYZ is good, especially in the human capital division. The performance of employees in the human capital division is relatively good. This can be seen from the achievements of the Human Capital team which has succeeded in increasing sales of the company's products, as well as introducing these products to the general public. The high quality of work and dedication of the Human Capital team has helped the company achieve success in this regard.
