The controversy surrounding the lineage of Habibs has recently become increasingly widespread and even sparked debates that have led to hatred within society. This issue is often exploited to exacerbate differences, potentially damaging Islamic brotherhood. Therefore, a wise middle ground is needed to prevent discussions about lineage from becoming increasingly wild and divisive. One important solution is to return to the teachings of the Quran. This holy book provides comprehensive guidelines on morality, brotherhood, and the principles of human equality. The Quran emphasizes that a person's honor in the sight of God is not determined by ancestry, social status, or nationality, but by their level of piety. This message is universal and relevant to all humanity, regardless of background. Piety itself is born from a transcendental moral awareness and is manifested through righteous and beneficial behavior. Therefore, Muslims should focus more attention on character development and self-improvement, rather than pride in lineage, which only fuels controversy with no real benefit to social life.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurship courses on students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs in the Fashion Design Vocational Education study program. This research is important because research on the influence of entrepreneurship courses on students' interest in entrepreneurship in the Fashion Design Vocational Education study program is the first to be conducted. Entrepreneurship courses are one of the courses that students must take. The respondents selected and used in this research were students of the Fashion Design Vocational Education study program. This research was conducted using a survey method using a list of questions (questionnaire) as the main instrument in collecting primary data. From the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship courses have an influence on interest in entrepreneurship among students in the Fashion Design Vocational Education study program at Ngudi Waluyo University, because by taking entrepreneurship courses students gain insight into the concept of entrepreneurship and train entrepreneurial skills which include entrepreneurial characteristics, motivation, business plan, human resources, production and marketing which can increase interest in entrepreneurship and gain experience which can change students' mindset and behavior so that they have an interest in entrepreneurship

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder characterized by increased blood sugar levels due to insufficient insulin function. Patients with diabetes mellitus often experience other health problems such as obesity, heart disease and kidney disease which further exacerbate their health problems, especially if they are exposed to Covid 19 which can eventually lead to death. The need for information that strengthens and refreshes the knowledge possessed is urgently needed so that while living life during this pandemic, you can stay healthy. The method used in community service activities is carried out by counseling and discussion methods. This activity was carried out face-to-face, the total number of activity participants was 45 people, although initially it was targeted to be 100 people. The results of this activity, the people of Taeno Hamlet said that 80% felt very satisfied and 20% were satisfied with this counseling activity. These results were obtained through a questionnaire after this activity took place. This can be seen by the enthusiasm of the participants to ask about a healthy lifestyle. Patients with diabetes mellitus must have a healthy behavior and exercise diligently in order to maintain body stamina and follow the treatment that has been carried out so far. Counseling activities for patients with co-morbidities not only diabetes mellitus are urgently needed to provide information, strengthen understanding and provide updated information regarding how Covid 19 can affect patients, especially those with comorbidities.

The problem in this research is "Low results of learning Indonesian for class V at SDN 148 Palembang." The aim of this research is to improve learning outcomes for Indonesian by using discussion and question and answer methods in class V at SDN 148 Palembang. This research was carried out at SDN 148 Palembang. The research subjects were 25 class V students. The instruments used to collect data in this research used tests and observations. Student learning outcomes in cycle I when the discussion and question and answer method was applied was an average of 66.8 with a percentage of student learning completeness of 75% from 25 students after the teacher reflected and corrected several deficiencies so that student learning outcomes in cycle II increased, namely, grades. an average of 78.8 with a percentage of student learning completeness of 85%. Out of 25 students, the number of students has reached the standard of learning completeness. It was concluded that the application of the discussion and question and answer method in Indonesian language subjects in class V at SDN 148 Palembang could improve student learning outcomes. This means that the application of discussion and question and answer methods can be used as an alternative in learning Indonesian.

The aim of this study is to provide a detailed account of the exhaustive methodology employed in the XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Ulakan Tapakis course to enhance the learning experience and cultivate students' enthusiasm for the study of dance culture. This investigation is classified as descriptive qualitative research, and its data collection methods include documentation, interviews, and observation. According to the results, the holistic approach utilized in class XI IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Ulakan Tapakis comprised several interdependent elements, such as learning objectives, method selection, and learning media selection, all of which were in accordance with the content or learning material, teachers, and students. These components are intended to foster increased student participation and creativity in the educational process. By promoting students' ability to identify, understand, value, and implement the information presented by the instructor, this methodology guarantees the successful achievement of the Dance Culture educational goals. Class XI IPS 1 SM A N 1 Ulakan Tapakis demonstrates the implementation of a comprehensive approach to dance culture education by employing learning videos, PowerPoint presentation applications, and jigsaw method-based group discussions. Students are not only emotionally stimulated, but also intellectually, sensually, and physically enriched through the implementation of this methodology.

Active growth and development monitoring for early detection growth gaps (malnutrition or poor nutritional status, short children), developmental growth gaps (speech delays) and mental and emotional distortions of children (concentration disorders and hyperactivity). The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about normal toddler growth and development, educate mothers about the importance of stimulating toddler growth and development. A survey conducted by the Community Service team, especially mothers with young children, said the lack of education was caused by the posyandu, especially in terms of toddler growth and development. How to spread this service with discussions, questions and answers, and checking the weight of toddlers. The service is carried out at the Connectrejo Village Hall with secondary targets for mothers who have toddlers. After the counseling activities, participants understand how to monitor the growth and development of toddlers and can monitor the ideal weight of toddlers.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Power of Two cooperative learning model on students' thinking skills in the Fikih material at MI Nurul Yaqin Donoyudan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method that refers to literature observations, observations, and documentation. The Power of Two model is applied by forming small groups of two students who discuss the material being studied before sharing their understanding with other groups. This strategy is designed to encourage active interaction, increase self-confidence, and deepen understanding of the material. During the learning process, researchers observed an increase in collaboration between students and their ability to express opinions and understand Fikih concepts. The results of the study indicate that the application of this model can improve students' thinking skills, both in cognitive and affective aspects, which are marked by an increase in the quality of discussions, understanding of concepts, and active participation in learning activities.

Problem solving skills are important for students to overcome various problems related to learning and community life. This involves students actively exploring, observing, trying, and investigating using the knowledge and abilities they have. Problem solving is the main focus of developing students' higher order thinking skills in mathematics. This research was conducted by means of observation, interviews, and post-test methods on the 4th grade students of SD Negeri 7 Gondosari. In the results of the discussion, there are 10 data from 31 students which can describe a good level of problem solving. Some students experienced difficulties in implementing the problem and re-examining the results of the solution. Therefore, it is important for students to continue to hone their problem solving abilities using the Polya procedure and to re-check the correctness of the solutions that have been done.

Literature studies can examine the effect of gamma radiation on physiological aspects of soybean plants. Gamma radiation is known to impact genetic diversity, growth, morphology, seed size, weight and protein content of soybean plants. The aim of this literature study is to examine the effects of providing gamma rays on the physiology of soybean plants (Glycine max (L) Merrill). The method used is literature or literature study where the author uses several pieces of literature as references in the journal he created. Some studies show that gamma radiation can cause a decrease in the ability of soybean plants to survive and can cause slower growth. However, other research also shows that gamma radiation can be used to induce genetic mutations that have an impact on the physiology of soybean plants. The discussion topics taken range from the process of gamma radiation inducing genetic mutations in soybean plants, analysis of mutations that occur in soybean growth, the effect of gamma ray radiation on plant growth, and the effect of gamma radiation mutations on physiological parameters: photosynthesis of soybean plants.  

The quality of life in North Sumatra currently still needs improvement, where poverty rates and human development are still lagging. These problems can be reflected in the community welfare indicator, namely the Human Development Index (IPM). One of these problems can be solved by knowing the factors that determine the Human Development Index in North Sumatra. The Human Development Index is suspected to contain elements of spatial dependency, therefore in this study the spatial regression method will be used with a spatially dependent effect model. The results of the analysis and discussion obtained are that the SAR model is the appropriate model in the case of the Human Development Index in North Sumatra. Predictor variables that significantly influence the Human Development Index in North Sumatra are Pure Enrollment Rate (APM) at Senior High School level , Poverty Rate , Open Unemployment Rate , and PDRB on the basis of price .

Children are the younger generation who have an important role in maintaining and continuing the ideals of the nation. Several cases of serious health complaints experienced by children require more than just outpatient treatment. If a child is hospitalized, then the child will easily experience a crisis because the child experiences anxiety due to the changes he is experiencing. Children need media that can overcome anxiety due to hospitalization and be able to work with health workers while in treatment. One of the media so that children can overcome anxiety is the skill of playing coloring pictures. Intervention play therapy coloring pictures is done 15-20 minutes every day for 2 days in a row. The level of anxiety before being given play therapy coloring pictures in subject I was 11 (severe anxiety) and subject II was 6 (moderate anxiety). The level of anxiety after being given play therapy coloring pictures in subject I is a score of 9 (moderate anxiety) and subject II a score of 4 (mild anxiety). The conclusion from the discussion of this case study is that there is a decrease in anxiety levels after the application of coloring pictures play therapy in preschool-aged children.

Stroke is a disease that is the third leading cause of death in the world after heart disease and cancer. Stroke is also the world's leading cause of serious and permanent disability. In the world stroke attacks occur in more than 15 million people each year. Of these 15 million people, 5 million die, and others survive, but experience permanent disability and live dependent on family and society, and a small percentage of people recover as before the stroke (WHO, 2010) to prevent the risk of excessive falls, physiotherapy has a way to prevent it through the Fukuda TEST. This study used a mix-method research design. The participants in this study were parties related to the problem of fall risk prevention, including the community around Tugurejo Semarang Hospital, local government, health cadres and community leaders. Qualitative data collection techniques used structured interview guides and observation and quantitative data in the form of Fukuda Test measurements on the community and IFI members who were present. After the data was obtained, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) was conducted with local government, health cadres and community leaders with the aim of validating the data that had been obtained. A total of 62 patients with unilateral BPPV were included in our study (35 female/27 male). The mean age was 45.3 years (range 23-67 years). Of these patients 51 (83.6%) were posterior and 11 (16.4%) were lateral canal BPPV. Two groups were created due to the FST results. Group 1 consisted of 33 (53.2%) patients with positive FST results and Group 2 consisted of 29 (46.8%) patients with negative FST results. No statistically significant differences were found between the gender and age distributions in Group 1 and Group 2, p=0.7943 and p=0.5262, respectively (Table 1). Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity partners are people who are not economically productive (general/ordinary community) Posyandu Cadre Ibu Sadar 2 is located in Wonorejo Village, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency, which is located. In RW I Wonorejo, there are problems with the large amount of garbage scattered around the settlements due to the unavailability of waste collection and processing facilities, many sick children who have to go to the hospital due to the lack of cleanliness in environmental conditions, therefore it is necessary to empower posyandu cadres in managing community-based waste. The objectives of this community partnership program (PKM) are: 1) improving the skills, knowledge and attitudes of partners in treating waste, 2) motivating partners to always be creative and innovative in managing waste through the 3 R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), 3) encouraging partners improving and maintaining waste management in the environment so that a healthy, comfortable, peaceful and prosperous atmosphere is obtained and 4) for universities as a form of implementing MBKM based on the second and third Main Performance Indicators (IKU), namely students and lecturers active outside campus. The methods to be used in achieving the above objectives are outreach to community leaders and partners, imparting knowledge and skills through lectures, field practice, discussions, and assistance in making useful items from waste and planting fruits and vegetables in pots. The output targets of this community partnership program are: 1) Posyandu cadres as partners can become pioneers in community-based waste management 2) are able to make goods from waste that have economic value, 3) have the skills and knowledge to make organic fertilizer from the waste used to meet their needs in growing fruits and vegetables in pots, and 4) publication through a national journal with ISSN in the Adi Widya Journal with ISSN 2598-2273 (print media) and ISSN 2598-2281 (online media) which have been indexed by Sinta and mass media online as well as YouTube

The aim of this community service activity is to provide an explanation to students regarding the criminal provisions in Law no. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography and building positive perceptions and behavior of students related to pornography issues. Pornography is prohibited in the law, intended as a way to prevent the younger generation, including students, from doing things that are prohibited in the law. In theory, this idea is supported by von Fuerbach's theory of psychological coercion, namely prohibitions and threats. Criminal law will prevent people from committing acts that are prohibited by law. The method used in this service activity is the lecture method by opening up space for discussion. The results of community service showed that based on the explanation given to the students who were the target of this activity, the majority of students were satisfied with the activity. With this activity, students became aware of how important the existence of a law is. Knowledge of criminal sanctions has influenced their psychology to obey the law. Thus, the theory of psychological coercion states that the existence of criminal sanctions in the law has influenced the psychology of members of society so that they are prevented from committing crimes. Indonesia is one of the countries with a large population of people with disabilities. Where society still does not realize and understand about disabilities and people with disabilities. This creates negative awareness among people with disabilities. This service activity aims to educate about disability awareness in the community, so that citizens become better able to understand disability. This community service activity is carried out using psychoeducational methods. The output of this service is (1) increased knowledge and understanding of the community (PKK group) about people with disabilities so that harmony is created, (2) partners have pocket books about people with disabilities so that disability awareness increases. The final result of this service is that participants, namely the PKK group, can understand and understand disabilities so that their knowledge increases, and participants are very enthusiastic in participating in this activity with question and answer discussions about children with disabilities. Participants in this service are PKK members in RW 13 Norowangsan Pajang.

. This research aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with public services at the Sa'tandung Lembang Office, Saluputti District, Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses analysis and interpretation of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM). The results of research and discussion regarding the level of public satisfaction with public services at the Sa'tandung Lembang Office, Saluputti District, Tana Toraja Regency based on PermenPAN-RB number 14 of 2017 are seen from the 9 elements that have been implemented, so the SKM value obtained after conversion is a service SKM unit of 87 .75 service quality B which means Good. Based on indicators of public satisfaction with public services at the Sa'tandung Lembang Office, the SKM element was obtained whose highest value was cost reasonableness = 4 with a conversion value of 100, very good performance, and the lowest element was completion. time = 3.31, conversion value 82.75, good performance.  

The updated category in the ASN Law, namely Government Employees with Work Agreements, is a matter of controversy, especially on the issue of Termination of Employment (PHK). Which in this case raises aspects that are confronted starting from the professionalism of work to how the legal protection covers it. In this article, we will discuss the position of government employees with work agreements, what kind of legal protection covers PPPK in the event of termination of employment, and what legal steps can be taken to object to layoffs. In accordance with the description of the background and discussion, it can be concluded that the position of the PPPK as an employee of the State Civil Apparatus who is appointed as a Personnel Supervisor Officer according to the needs of government agencies who also have almost the same rights as civil servants. However, PPPK's legal protection is still in the development stage, so there is a need for further improvement and development to increase legal protection for PPPK and ensure that their rights are optimally protected. This is in line with PPPK's status which is still contractual so that its rights are not as strong as those of permanent civil servants. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen legal protection for PPPK in order to improve the welfare and work stability of PPPK and improve the quality of public services. One effort that can be done is to provide clearer job security guarantees for PPPK, as well as provide equal legal protection to permanent civil servants. With legal certainty that guarantees and optimizes this, of course this is also in line with good governance.

Before making a choice to one of the universities, information searches related to higher education are now also carried out. Educational institutions, especially universities, are now starting to open communication networks through social media. As Surabaya State University did, after officially holding the status of a Legal Entity University, the image of the Institution has become a priority. As of October 2022, Surabaya State University officially switched from PTN-BLU to PTN-BH through Government Regulation Number 37 of 2022, concerning State Universities with Legal Entity Surabaya State University. Therefore, there needs to be many breakthroughs in the order of public relations management in order to maintain a positive image of the Educational Institution. With a positive image of the institution, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the number of applicants, leading to an increase in university revenue. So that through the audience reception proposed by Stuart Hall in this research, it is hoped that it will be able to explain the audience's reception of the Kece Media by Unesa social media content, especially the Surabaya State University Talk program on the Unesatv Youtube channel in interpreting the messages contained in the content obtained by the audience. This research uses the Reception Analysis method using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Interviews and FGDs showed that each informant gave diverse answers according to their point of view. From the interviews, it was found that the Bincang Universitas Negeri Surabaya program provides a lot of insight into what study programs are at Universitas Negeri Surabaya, what will be learned from these study programs and what graduates will become. So that audiences can find out the study program side of each Faculty at Surabaya State University. In addition, according to their views, the Bincang Universitas Negeri Surabaya program seems boring because it is presented with static viewing.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection of child victims of physical violence by biological parents. This research uses a literature review approach by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the case or problem found.
